Kantor Kelurahan talang jawa merupakan salah satu kantor kelurahan yang ada di daerah baturaja sumatera selatan. kantor tersebut ingin memanfaatkan website sebagai media informasi terhadap layanan kepada masyarakat desa talang jawa, agar masyarakat bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan pelayanan sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu datang ke kantor lurah hanya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan. namun pegawai kelurahan tersebut belum ada yang bisa membuat atau pun menggunakan website. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pelatihan pembuatan website pada kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan, dengan tujuan website tersebut dapat mempermudah dalam memberikan pelayanan berupa informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan. Website tersebut dibuat menggunakan framework laravel dengan menggunakan database mysql, hasil dari Pembuatan sistem informasi berupa informasi mengenai kegiatan yang ada di kelurahan talang jawa serta beberapa fasilitas seperti info pembangunan dan kesejahteraan rakyat yang bisa diakses pada website tersebut. Dengan adanya Pengadaan pelatihan untuk pegawai kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan merupakan hal yang positif dikarenakan selain bisa mengaksest website kelurahan talang jawa yang baru dibuat, pegawai kantor kelurahan juga dapat menambah wawasan mengenai pembuatan website yang dinamis.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

Currently, various industries see the increasingly rapid development of modern technology, almost all institutions need a government information system, one of which is to automate data storage more quickly and easily. The levy receipt system is an example of information technology. One of the government agencies in Gresik Regency that has not implemented an information system for data processing is the Cooperative Service, located in Gresik, Kembangan, KEC.kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121. assisting other officers who handle administration in the Market Tax Sub-section, namely data processing Daily or monthly Market Tax payments still use a Tax Control Card or. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MYSQL DATABASE. The research methodology used in this research uses data collection methods. The conclusions are expected to help simplify the management of market services, such as managing traders, processing kiosks and losses, and processing fee data and reports, it is also hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage.

Umi Rahma Maternity Clinic which provides pregnancy and childbirth examination services. Eclampsia ranks second in causes of maternal death. Preeclampsia diagnosis, which is a precursor to eclampsia, needs to be implemented to reduce maternal and child mortality rates. The aim of this research is to create an expert system for early diagnosis of preeclampsia in pregnant women using the Forward Chaining method. Research methodology stages include literature study, observation, interviews, data collection, primary and secondary. data preprocessing, database design, system design, analysis the calculation results. ,Gestational Age, Maternal Age, Edema. From the system output results, namely the diagnosis of mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia. The use of this expert system is web-based using the PHP programming language. To find out the accuracy of the system, a system evaluation was carried out by comparing the expert results with the system results on 10 testing data, and getting 1 result indicating an incorrect result and 9 correct results. Thus, the system accuracy percentage is 90%. So this research was carried out by creating an expert system which aims to make it easier to access information regarding the symptoms of preerclampsia in pregnant women and is able to provide knowledge to pregnant women online to make it more accurate. This research uses the extreme programming method in developing an expert system which will be built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database and using Unified Modeling Langueage (UML) modeling.

Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.

The problem with  Dony Computer is that sales transactions still use a manual system using ledgers for each recording, so that errors often occur which will cause losses for Dony Computer and inefficient reporting to shop owners. The aim of designing a sales information system is to make it easier for the administration to process existing data. Application tools that have been created with PHP and a MySQL database can provide a smooth process for inputting and storing data and reports provided to shop owners. By using a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle. The results of this research create a sales application design that can make it easier for stores to collect data on goods and sales data to make it better and more accurate. Apart from that, the level of effectiveness of this application is quite high as seen from customer satisfaction with a good and fast transaction process.

Kemang Tanduk Village, Rambang Kapak Tengah sub-district, Prabumulih City is one of the villages in the province of South Sumatra. One form of presentation of village information is through the delivery of information and public services. At present the village of Kemang tanduk, Rambang Kapak Tengah sub-district, Prabumulih city does not have the facilities to present information about the village so that the community has limited access to information about the village. The purpose of this final project is to build a system that can help village officials to present information and can make it easier for the public to access information by utilizing website-based technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method uses the waterfall method, because the processes in this method are carried out sequentially. The system design tools used are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. This application was built using a website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

The type of data consists of qualitative data and the source data consists of primary and secondary data. The device development method uses the prototype method. Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Which means the customer has to come to the workshop to purchase the product. The design of the web-based workshopku.com information system is a step to increase product promotion and sales. So that it can provide benefits for the workshop. The aim of building a workshop information system is that customers can order products without having to come to workshopku.com, the repair shop can solve the problem of managing orders, thus making it easy for consumers to get information about products available at workshopku.com. This system is designed using the programming language HTML, PHP, using the MYSQL database. While the editor uses Visual Studio Code. With the implementation of the information system workshopku.com has been successful and according to the needs of customers who want to get information quickly and accurately.

Especially in the field of transportation, the company uses the technology that is currently developing, namely the website. This website can be used as a media campaign and also an application to support the company, especially this bus company. PO. Haryanto is a company engaged in the field of transportation services. In carrying out its activities, this company still uses a manual service system. In this study designing a website-based online bus ticket booking information system, it is hoped that with this information system, it can facilitate online bus ticket booking services for prospective passengers. The method used in this study uses data collection techniques such as observation and literature study methods. This application uses the Java programming language and MySQL as the database. While system design is done using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results obtained from the system created include being able to order bus tickets online based on a website so that it becomes more efficient and does not require much time.

In this research, a web-based speedy service submission system has been designed. Speedy is a high-speed internet access from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which uses Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) access technology. The technology enables data and voice communication simultaneously through one ordinary telephone line, using copper cable access network media. This system was created using the programming language PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), as a web editor, Apache as a local webserver, MYSQL database and Flowchart as a system design tool. The results of this web-based Speedy service installation application information system can make it easier for customers to apply for Speedy service installation, make it easier to make data reports to leaders and provide information about the fast, controlled and accurate customer submission process.

The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

Dental erosion is described as the loss of the enamel on the teeth. At first, people who experience tooth erosion will not feel that their teeth are experiencing tooth erosion, until when tooth erosion has reached the dentin. Tooth erosion that has reached the dentin is characterized by, among other things, a feeling of pain in the teeth. However, there are many people who are unfamiliar with dental erosion, so a system that can be accessed online is needed to help patients or the public to consult independently. This expert system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database and the method used is a certainty factor. The result of concultationtest with the system is able to determine the disease along with the intial treatment or treatment that be must be carried out based on the symstoms selected by the user.

Software design using the RAD methodology has been widely used among practitioners and academics. One of the advantages of using RAD is the rapid development of software systems. In this paper, the authors employ the RAD method as a software development approach for a service business in the rental equipment information system. The purpose of this paper is to contribute scholarly recommendations regarding the use of RAD methodology in the design of rental equipment information systems. The research methods utilized in this paper are literature review and software system implementation. In relation to the implementation stage, the author utilizes the Java programming language and MySQL as the database. The results obtained from this paper include the faster development of software quality and the recommendation of screen design prototypes that can be used by software developers involved in similar rental service businesses.
