This research aims to examine the impact of using the Paylater application on the lifestyle of people who are still not wise in using the paylater application. This research uses a quantitative approach method with the target population, namely the general public who use PayLater services or have used Paylater before. 114 respondents were selected using a questionnaire method using a Google form to conduct an online survey and collect data. The research results show that people rarely use paylater applications in daily use. Because paylater services have negative impacts, such as getting into debt if you use paylater excessively, then impulsive purchases due to easy access to paylater can encourage unplanned impulse purchases and other losses. And unwise use of paylaters can have a negative impact on people's lifestyles and people's finances. This research contributes to the understanding of the negative consequences of paylater for unwise users. This aims to help paylater service providers to increase education and financial literacy for their users, as well as encourage stricter regulations to minimize the potential for paylater abuse.

The obesity rate among adolescents in Indonesia is increasingly worrying. Obesity in adolescents is affected by a variety of factors, including lifestyle changes that tend to lead to an unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity. To overcome this problem, early prevention efforts are very important, one of which is by measuring Body Mass Index (BMI) as an early indicator of obesity. This research uses a Research and Development (RnD) approach, which aims to develop or improve existing tools to obtain new data and insights into the use of these tools in various contexts. This tool is a development of the previous tool with the HC SR04 sensor to measure height, the Load Cell sensor to measure weight, and the Atmega328p microcontroller to calculate BMI. The main innovation of the tool is the use of a 433 MHz Radio Frequency module that allows wireless communication between height and weight data, increasing the mobility of the tool as it does not require cables and poles as a support. With the result of an error value in the IMT measurement of 1,28%. With an error value of 1.28% in BMI measurements and 93.40% in BMI measurement validity. So from the results of the above percentage, it can be stated that this tool is suitable for use.

Abstract. The development of financial innovation called "Financial Technology" has developed rapidly so far. Disruption to digital finance certainly needs to be regulated in such a way as to minimize risk and stabilize the state financial system. In an effort to regulate this innovation, regulators place limits on digital forms of finance that are widely used by the public. Today's society tends to have an instant, easy lifestyle, and use online transactions. In this era, digital finance is at the top of society, one of the most forms of fintech is application-based lending that brings together lenders and recipients/borrowers in one application. With digital financial innovation getting fast attention from competitors in the business world outside of banks, they tend to take advantage of the community and namely the rise of online loans. One of the efforts to mitigate risk by financial institutions is to issue a Regulatory Sandbox policy through Bank Indonesia Regulation Number PBI No.19/12/PBI/2017 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Financial Technology and Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 13/POJK.02/ 2018 of 2018 concerning Digital Financial Innovation in the Financial Services Sector (POJK 13/2018). This study intends to analyze the extent to which these regulatory issues have represented the needs of agencies and society. This legal research uses empirical legal research methods, which this research relies on applicable laws and regulations as well as other related literature. The results of this research are the ineffectiveness of current regulations among the public and regulators as well as the increasingly complex problems faced by financial institutions, especially in the field of banking.

This article explores generation Z's tax awareness, focusing on their understanding of tax obligations and the challenges they face in the modern era. Generation Z, with easy access to information, has great potential to shape taxpayer compliance, but various challenges such as lifestyle changes, global economic transformation, and the complexity of tax regulations are factors that influence their compliance. By understanding these dynamics, it is hoped that a more comprehensive view can be produced regarding the role of Generation Z in creating taxpayer compliance and supporting future economic development. The research method used by researchers is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection used by researchers was carried out using a questionnaire-based survey method. The research results obtained are the factors that influence compliance in paying taxes in this generation Z era, namely because they realize that taxes are one of the government's supports in carrying out regional development, so that everyone needs to pay taxes. This shows that the level of tax knowledge is an important factor in increasing taxpayer compliance to fulfill their tax obligations. Their challenge in paying taxes is that they find it difficult to set aside special funds to pay taxes. This is because generation Z may not have sufficient financial knowledge or literacy to plan and manage their funds wisely and live a high lifestyle.

The study evaluates the effectiveness of implementing a pickleball training model for middle-aged journalists in Surabaya, focusing on those aged 45-54. The research utilizes a quantitative one-group pretest-posttest design, with 33 male journalists participating. Over three weeks, participants engaged in eight pickleball training sessions. The study measures improvements in executing forehand, backhand, and serve shots using observational criteria. IBM SPSS Statistics 26 was employed for data analysis, using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test due to the non-normal distribution of data. Results indicate significant improvements in all measured skills, evidenced by a p-value < 0.05. The average skill improvement was 65.53%, with specific gains in forehand, backhand, and serve skills noted. These findings suggest that pickleball not only enhances physical fitness but also contributes positively to emotional well-being, thanks to the enjoyable and social nature of the sport. The study highlights pickleball's low injury risk and its suitability for middle-aged individuals, promoting both physical health and social interaction. However, the absence of a control group is a limitation; future research should consider comparative studies to validate these findings further. Overall, pickleball appears to be an effective, enjoyable form of exercise for middle-aged professionals, enhancing both physical and psychological health.
