The objective of this activity is to foster a spirit of entrepreneurship among students by utilizing productive land on the STT Sabda Agung campus as an educational vegetable garden. This activity is designed to engage students actively and collaboratively throughout the entire agricultural cycle, from the planning stage, land preparation, planting various types of vegetables such as water spinach, mustard greens, and spinach, maintenance, to the harvesting and marketing of the produce. The primary focus of this activity is not only on the technical aspects of farming but also on character development, fostering independence, and enhancing students’ managerial skills in managing small-scale business units. The outcomes of this initiative demonstrate a significant increase in students’ interest and understanding of agriculture-based entrepreneurship, particularly regarding the utilization of backyard spaces. In addition to providing educational value, this land optimization has successfully transformed the campus area into a productive and aesthetically pleasing green space. As a result, students now possess practical skills that can serve as a foundation for future economic independence, particularly in the service sector. Through this integration of theory and practice, it is hoped that an innovative learning ecosystem will be created to foster the emergence of competent young entrepreneurs who are environmentally conscious.

This research explores the narrative of Cain and Abel in Genesis 4:1-16 to dissect the concepts of sin and moral responsibility within a modern Christian context. Amidst the rising tide of individualism and "bystander culture," ethical responsibility toward others is often neglected behind religious formalities. Utilizing a qualitative method with a biblical exegesis approach, this study analyzes narrative structures, the personification of sin, and the dynamics of the dialogue between God and Cain. The findings indicate that sin in this text is understood as a relational failure and a failure of self-mastery, where humans possess the moral authority to conquer destructive impulses. Cain's rhetorical question, “Am I my brother’s keeper?”, is identified as a form of moral erosion leading to social and ecological alienation. However, God’s provision of a “mark” for Cain affirms that divine justice is always accompanied by the grace of providence. This research concludes that moral responsibility is a fundamental essence of humanity that demands the integration of ritual piety and social integrity. These findings are expected to serve as an ethical framework for academic and ecclesiastical communities, particularly in restoring the commitment to be “keepers” of one another amidst contemporary moral crises.

This study examines the role of understanding Christian theology in improving the quality of Christian Religious Education (CRE) learning. The focus of the study is how theological foundations can shape students’ character, morals, and spiritual development, as well as how teachers’ instructional strategies can support the achievement of these learning outcomes optimally and sustainably. The method used is a qualitative literature review, analyzing various relevant books and journal articles related to CRE, teaching approaches, and the integration of faith values into the educational curriculum. The findings indicate that mastery of Christian theology serves as an essential foundation in learning, as it enables students to understand their faith deeply while also internalizing Christian principles in their daily lives. In addition, interactive, contextual, and participatory learning methods have been shown to increase student engagement and motivation in the learning process. The role of the teacher as a moral and spiritual role model is also a key factor in strengthening the internalization of these values. Thus, an understanding of Christian theology not only supports cognitive aspects but also contributes to shaping students’ character and ethical behavior, making CRE learning transformational and holistic.

This article provides a descriptive analysis of the potential for integrating national security values into the Christian education curriculum as a strategic effort to support Indonesia's vision of generating a golden generation by 2045. The research object is the formal Christian education system in Indonesia, encompassing its curriculum, pedagogy, and the overarching goal of character formation. The central problem addressed is the perceived dichotomy between faith-based education and the cultivation of civic responsibility, specifically concerning national security a concept often narrowly associated with the military rather than with social resilience, tolerance, and unity. The objective is to explore how Christian educational values can be systematically aligned with national priorities to produce graduates who are both devout and patriotic. Employing a qualitative descriptive analysis method, this study synthesizes findings from a literature review of Christian education philosophy, national curriculum standards, and policy documents on national security and character education. The main findings reveal a significant convergence between Christian ethical teachings such as love for neighbor, integrity, and peacebuilding and the core values underpinning national security and social harmony, like Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). The synthesis of ideas proposes a conceptual framework where subjects like civic education and religious studies are interwoven to foster a holistic identity. The article concludes that a deliberate integration of national security values, framed as active citizenship and social stewardship, is not only compatible with Christian education but is essential for realizing the resilient, morally grounded human resources needed for Indonesia 2045.

This study examines the mediating role of SDG disclosure in the relationship between ESG score and financial performance within the mandatory reporting context of non-financial firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021-2023. Using a purposive sample of 59 companies (177 observations), the analysis employs panel data regression and the Sobel test to evaluate ESG metrics from Refinitiv Eikon alongside disclosure and financial data from corporate reports. Empirical results show that ESG score does not significantly predict SDG disclosure nor directly affect financial performance measured by ROE. Furthermore, SDG disclosure shows no significant association with financial performance and fails to mediate the ESG-ROE relationship. Firm size is the only variable positively related to SDG disclosure, suggesting that reporting practices are more strongly driven by organizational resources and public visibility than by substantive ESG performance. Overall, the findings reveal a decoupling phenomenon, where sustainability reporting in Indonesia tends to reflect symbolic compliance rather than value-creating integration. The study concludes that a credibility gap exists in the capital market, as SDG disclosure has not yet functioned as an effective mechanism for converting ESG performance into financial gains. This study provides evidence on the limitations of SDG disclosure as a value transmission mechanism in emerging market, offering insights for regulators and market participants seeking to enhance the economic relevance and credibility of SDG reporting.

Adolescents affected by parental divorce face increased risks of mental health challenges, often exacerbated by custody disputes, post-separation abuse, and institutional inadequacies. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of trauma-informed, family-based interventions and custody-related policy reforms that promote adolescent mental health, with a focus on the integration of the Islamic principle of maslahah as an ethical framework. A systematic review was conducted using three databases (ScienceDirect, PubMed, Scopus) covering publications from 2000 to 2024. Inclusion criteria focused on empirical studies addressing interventions, custody policies, and mental health outcomes in adolescents aged 10–21. Findings reveal that Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) reduces behavioral issues and improves emotional regulation; Multisystemic Therapy and Wraparound Services prevent custody relinquishment and support family cohesion. Legislative reforms like the Family First Prevention Services Act have shown promise in redirecting funding toward prevention, yet face significant implementation disparities. Reports of healthcare obstruction and court-induced trauma remain critical threats to adolescent well-being. The review also found that custody loss, particularly among adolescent parents, correlates with increased substance use and long-term psychosocial instability. The integration of maslahah into legal and mental health frameworks provides a culturally grounded approach to trauma-informed reform. These findings emphasize the need for cross-sectoral collaboration, standardized trauma protocols, and culturally responsive service models. This study advances a holistic understanding of adolescent welfare in custody contexts and identifies pathways for ethical and sustainable reform.

Gender-based domestic violence (KDRT) remains a critical issue in Indonesia, particularly in urban areas like North Jakarta. This study examines the governance of services for KDRT victims from a gender perspective in 2025, employing a qualitative case study approach. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 20 victims and service providers at community health centers (Puskesmas), the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP3A), and NGOs. Findings reveal fragmented governance, characterized by weak inter-agency coordination, low accessibility for low-income victims, and insufficient integration of gender perspectives in handling procedures. Key barriers include bureaucratic hurdles and inadequate training for staff on toxic masculinity issues. The study recommends an integrated governance model based on gender-responsive governance, including a one-stop digital platform and enhanced multi-stakeholder collaboration. Policy implications support the achievement of SDGs 5 and 16 at the local level. This study also highlights the importance of increasing public awareness and education regarding gender-based domestic violence to create a safer and more inclusive environment for victims.

This study examines the effectiveness of the Jambi Regional Police in enforcing criminal law in the digital era, particularly in addressing online gambling offences, from the perspective of Islamic law. The rapid development of information technology has transformed crime from physical spaces into cyberspace, characterised by anonymity, speed, and transnational reach, thereby requiring adaptive law enforcement strategies. This research adopts a qualitative juridical-empirical approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with law enforcement officers at the Jambi Regional Police, analysis of case documents, and examination of relevant legal frameworks, particularly Indonesia’s Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law). The findings reveal that the Jambi Regional Police have implemented several strategic measures in combating digital crimes, including cyber patrols, digital forensic investigations, seizure of electronic evidence, and inter-agency coordination. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of law enforcement remains constrained by technological limitations, complex digital evidence requirements, the transnational nature of cybercrime, and limited public digital legal awareness. From an Islamic law perspective, police actions against online gambling align with the objectives of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, particularly the protection of religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), property (ḥifẓ al-māl), and intellect (ḥifẓ al-‘aql). This study concludes that while digital criminal law enforcement by the Jambi Regional Police is fundamentally appropriate, it requires strengthened institutional capacity, integration of Islamic legal values, and adaptive policy reforms to enhance effectiveness and substantive justice.

The healthcare sector is increasingly confronted with a VUCA environment (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), requiring hospitals to adopt adaptive, resilient, and innovative strategies. This study aims to systematically review the evidence on smart hospital strategies in responding to uncertainty, particularly in improving service quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. A systematic literature review was conducted using major academic databases, including Scopus-indexed sources, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar, covering publications from 2020 to 2026. Articles were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria focusing on hospital management strategies in dynamic and uncertain environments. A total of 10–15 relevant studies were included and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that key strategies in addressing VUCA challenges include digital transformation (e.g., electronic medical records and telemedicine), adaptive and transformational leadership, agile management approaches, and patient-centered care. Digital technologies significantly improve efficiency and decision-making processes, while agile and adaptive leadership enhances organizational responsiveness and resilience. However, several studies highlight that technological advancement alone is insufficient without integrating humanistic values such as empathy, communication, and trust. In conclusion, the most effective hospital strategies in a VUCA world are those that integrate technological innovation with human-centered care. Hospitals must develop flexible, data-driven, and patient-oriented systems to ensure sustainability and competitiveness in uncertain environments. Future research should focus on longitudinal and experimental designs to strengthen causal evidence and explore the integration of digital systems with humanistic healthcare values.

The enactment of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP) marks a historic milestone in the reform of Indonesia's criminal law system. This study examines the fundamental changes from the old Criminal Code (Wetboek van Strafrecht) to the new National Criminal Code, focusing on the paradigm shift from retributive justice to restorative justice as a form of law enforcement reform. Using a normative juridical method with a statutory and comparative approach, the study analyzes the philosophical, structural, and substantive transformation embedded in the new Criminal Code. The findings indicate that the new Criminal Code introduces significant reforms including the adoption of the dualistic theory separating criminal acts from criminal liability, the recognition of living law, the expansion of criminal subjects to include corporations, the formulation of sentencing guidelines based on restorative principles, and the integration of Pancasila values as the moral foundation of the criminal law system. The case of corruption prosecution involving the Chromebook laptop procurement at the Ministry of Education illustrates the ongoing challenges of criminal law enforcement during this transitional period. This research concludes that the transition from the old to the new Criminal Code constitutes a comprehensive legal reform that transforms not only normative substance but also the fundamental paradigm of criminal law enforcement in Indonesia

Background: In the competitive healthcare landscape, where human resources are pivotal to organizational success, affective commitment defined as emotional attachment to the workplace is essential for nurse retention and service quality. Satya Negara Hospital in North Jakarta exemplifies the challenges faced by Indonesian healthcare institutions, with a notably high nurse turnover intention of 30% in 2024, signaling low affective commitment and underscoring the urgency to identify its drivers. While person-job fit and career development are established antecedents of commitment, their combined influence within Indonesia’s nursing context, along with the potential moderating role of meritocracy, remains underexplored.. Methods:  Using a quantitative, cross sectional design, data were collected via a validated questionnaire from all 108 nurses at the hospital and analyzed using multiple regression.. Results: The results revealed that person-job fit, career development, and meritocracy collectively explain 96.6% of the variance in affective commitment. Furthermore, when meritocracy was tested as a moderating variable, the explanatory power of the model increased significantly, with the adjusted R² value rising from 96.6% to 98.5%. This indicates that the presence of a meritocratic system substantially amplifies the positive effects of both person-job fit and career development on commitment.. Conclusion: The study concludes that a synergistic combination of job fit, growth opportunities, and a merit-based system is fundamental to fostering nurses’ emotional attachment. These findings contribute to organizational and psychological theory integration and offer practical human resource strategies for enhancing nurse commitment and reducing turnover in healthcare settings.

The increasing integration of internet technology in educational institutions requires structured network governance to ensure that digital resources support academic activities effectively. Unrestricted access to online platforms often leads to non-academic usage such as online gaming and social media engagement during instructional hours, which may reduce learning concentration and degrade network performance. This research develops and evaluates a network access control simulation using a MikroTik RouterBoard RB951Ui-2HnD device. The system applies firewall filtering mechanisms, hotspot-based authentication, and bandwidth allocation strategies through Simple Queue configuration. Network segmentation is implemented to differentiate teacher and student access privileges. The study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach to design, configure, test, and evaluate the proposed system. Testing results indicate that the firewall configuration successfully restricts access to selected online games (Mobile Legends, Clash of Clans, Roblox) and social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Telegram). Furthermore, bandwidth management demonstrates effective traffic prioritization, ensuring more stable allocation for teacher accounts in accordance with configured maximum limits. The findings confirm that structured firewall and bandwidth policies can improve network discipline, enhance performance stability, and support a controlled digital learning environment in schools.

Higher education management at the master's level currently faces urgent challenges, namely learning fatigue and low engagement among professional students, especially in Prior Learning Recognition (RPL) classes. Currently, lecturers still tend to apply conventional learning methods based on static presentations that fail to accommodate andragogical characteristics due to a lack of dynamic interaction. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the “Humanistic Digital Andragogy” approach through the integration of gamification (Kahoot) and visual thinking (Whimsical) in the Strategic Human Resource Management course. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative design with thematic analysis and collected data through feedback from students in the Master of Management Program (Semarang and Sorong classes). The results revealed that technology served as a double catalyst: Whimsical visualization effectively reduced the cognitive load of complex strategy material, while competition in Kahoot triggered positive adrenaline (eustress) that increased attention. These findings confirm that the success of technology is highly dependent on the role of lecturers as humanistic facilitators (high-touch). This synergy has been proven to change students' perceptions of HRM from merely administrative to strategic partners, as well as creating learning satisfaction that is relevant to the world of work.
