Griya Takeover Financing is one of the financing companies owned by BSI KCP Kuta to meet customers' financial needs. However, this financing often encounters problems in the takeover process. The aims of this study are: to find out the factors that lead to a murabahah contract in the financing of a takeover griya at BSI KCP Kuta and to find out the process of financing the griya takeover at BSI KCP Kuta. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. data validity technique with the triangulation technique. The results of the study found: 1) There are factors that cause a murabaha contract to occur, namely the presence of the object of the contract; 2) The murabaha contract process by submitting asset documents to the consumer as a sign of consent qabul with the consumer. And financing for takeover houses that are free from usury in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council, MUI No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, dated April 1, 2000, conceming murabaha.; 3) The process of financing takeover housing includes BSI having the terms and benefits of financing takeover housing. To attract consumer, as well as with light installments, one of the benefits of takeover financing at BSI is that consumers still feel able to meet other needs.

The Bunda Jombang Housing development project is a project that has a land area of ​​31,401 hectares, where this housing development project was previously located on a former quarry land (Andim Rendy S, 2022), therefore it is necessary to carry out land work (land clearing) to restore the existing land structure. damaged as a result of previous mining activities. Researchers schedule earthworks so that there are no deviations from the planned schedule. An appropriate scheduling method is needed for efficient and effective utilization of the resources used. Research using the Precedence Diagram Method has the aim of analyzing implementation time and being able to determine effective scheduling for continuous work in housing development projects. Blood glucose levels are something that the general population is aware of and should be tested on a regular basis. These regular checks can help to prevent a rise in diabetes, which has the potential to limit productivity; thus, it is critical to know the level of glucose in the community. Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1 to better comprehend the implications. The goal Community service is done out  to raise awareness and information about the importance of regulating blood sugar levels in Griya Putri Ayu Housing Society Block T1, Alang-alang Lebar District, Palembang City. Method: Community service is done out by monitoring blood sugar levels using an autochek. The blood sugar levels of 11 participant were examined. The average blood sugar level of Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1 occupants is 108.4 mg/dl, with 1 person having diabetes mellitus because blood glucose levels surpass the normal limit of 250 mg/dLDiscussion: Following screening, residents are found to be better educated about blood glucose levels. It is believed that by doing so, Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1, Alang-alang Lebar District, Palembang City residents would become more conscious of the need of leading a healthier lifestyle.  

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

This study aims to analyze the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in advancing society through the management of traditional markets in Bulang Village, Muara Enim Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of six respondents. The results of the study show that BUMDes have succeeded in increasing the income and economy of the community through four objectives of establishment: advancing the village economy, increasing village original income, optimizing local potential, and encouraging growth and economic equality. This has a positive impact on the community's economy. The quality of life in Bulang Village has increased related to: increased income, decent housing, healthy environment, social stability, health, education and job opportunities. Rural economic growth in Bulang Village achieves the characteristics of good economic growth, including rapid per capita product growth, increased community productivity, structure, and a significant level of urbanization. This shows that BUMDes plays an important role in driving the economy and improving the quality of life of village communities

The purpose of this design is to produce alternative media for consumers of the Pesona Mandiri Cluster Housing to place property orders, check property availability, property prices and details from Pesona Mandiri Cluster housing. The initial problems encountered were the lack of property sales as a result of ineffective product marketing, promotions in online media that did not reach the market, and the absence of media such as websites that could make it easier for consumers to check properties online. Another problem encountered is the appearance of the property which is not packaged properly through online media. The 4D design method goes through stages, the Define Stage, the Design Stage, the Develop Stage, and the Dissemination Stage. The process uses 5w + 1h data analysis namely, what, who, where, when, why, and how. The results of the website design produce media, namely the Mobile Website as a medium that can solve the problems encountered, order property online, detail the property, check property availability, and check property online. In addition, the final supporting media works were designed: Name Cards, Manual Books, T-Shirt Shirts, X Banners, Posters, Social Media, Lanyards, and Snelhecter Folders.

Poor communication between employees affects work motivation, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and the quality of communication on work motivation in the Public Housing, Settlement Area and Environment (DPRKLH) Office of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Incentives and quality of communication tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives and quality of communication have an effect on the motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency.

In the current era, people who own land containing trees and plants have been used as buildings for business and personal interests, increasing population has resulted in increased housing needs, the use of open space for public entertainment has decreased due to the activities of people who are busy working to make ends meet. and the lack of public interest in making the environment more beautiful and sustainable. Even though the existence of a garden in a large building greatly influences the atmosphere in the environment around the building. Apart from that, one of the reasons is the lack of interest of the community in creating a beautiful environment because it is quite difficult to find the services of gardeners around where people live. The problem that occurs is that these gardeners are not exposed to all the gardens they build.

This article explores the role of Bayt Al-Hikmah as a monumental intellectual center during the Abbasid Dynasty. Built during the time of Caliph Abu Ja'far al-Mansur, this center developed into a famous library during the reign of Harun al-Rashid and Al-Ma'mun. It functions not only as a library, but also as an educational institution, astronomical observatory, and translation center, housing a collection of more than 60,000 books from various languages and regions. Important factors influencing the development of Bayt Al-Hikmah included the caliph's love of science, extensive translation activities, use of paper, the presence of scientists from various regions, material support, and enthusiasm for studying Islamic teachings. Despite achieving glory, the summary of the Abbasid dynasty started from internal political conflict to the Mongol attack which resulted in the fall of the city of Baghdad and the destruction of Bayt Al-Hikmah. Even though this intellectual center collapsed, the scientific legacy it produced remains a testament to the glory of science at that time, even though it experienced a tragic end.

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of students of West Rengat 1 Vocational School in an effort to increase competence in knowledge, skills and processing of measurement data using a waterpass measuring instrument in soil surveying subjects, because one of the competencies that must be possessed SMK students, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, are studying land surveying using a waterpass tool. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the calculated measurement results. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students. Initially the participants did not have the ability to do surveying using a waterpass, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 67% of the participants were able to carry out the measurement assignments that had been given.

The Bunda Asri housing complex, located in Bandarkedungmulyo, has a land area of ​​32 hectares with a planned construction of 3,000 residential units with 8 types of housing. Residential areas must have infrastructure with a minimum road width of 6 meters as stated in article 15 paragraph 3 of the 2019 Jombang Regency Regional Regulation concerning road infrastructure in residential areas. In this study, the planning used the pd T-2003 method which aims to determine the structure of the rigid pavement of the road at Bunda Asri housing. The results of this study are two types of roads, namely village roads and local roads. On rural roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 165 mm, the specification for the width of the plate is 2x3.5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the tie rods use D13 threaded reinforcement (0.13 cm), 57.3 cm long, 0.75 cm spacing without using dowel spokes. Whereas for local roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 170 mm, the specifications for the width of the plate are 2x5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the reinforcement thread D13 (0.13 cm) is used as tie rods, the length is 70 cm and the spacing is 0.75 cm using dowel spokes.

The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the images that have been made by all participants including the size and shape of the images. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students, who initially did not have the ability to draw using AutoCAD, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 64% of the participants were able to do the drawing assignments that had been given. Keywords: AutoCAD, Competency Improvement, SMK Students.  

Pokdarwis (tourism awareness group) is an institution founded by villagers whose members consist of local people who have concern and responsibility and act as a driving force to create a conducive environment and atmosphere for the development of tourism in the village area and to realize sapta charm (trustworthy, orderly, clean, cool, beautiful, friendly, memorable). One of them is the “SEJAHTERA” Pokdarwis which is located in Kranggan Village, Mojokerto City. Pokdarwis SEJAHTERA has a variety of excellent tours, for example "Sofia" batik, wooden crafts, salted egg entrepreneurs, accecories, car free days (which are usually held once a week) on Jalan Karimun Jawa (Gatoel housing) and various other excellent products .

Medokan Ayu Village is 3 km from the UPN "Veteran" East Java campus. The location of this service is located in Griya Amerta Housing RW 15, Medokan Ayu Village. Like housing in general, residential land area is usually relatively small, has relatively narrow yards and the distance between houses is also close to each other. So that the area of ​​the yard owned by the community for cultivating crops while developing agriculture is not very supportive. Verticulture or what can be called vertical farming is a system of cultivating plants vertically, so that the planting medium is put in a container that stands and rises up. This cultivation technique can be used in two ways, namely with water and soil as the planting medium. Pakcoy can be harvested when it is 40-50 days old, while curly lettuce can be harvested when it is 40-60 days old. This verticulture cultivation uses a mixture of several planting media such as soil, cocopeat, roasted husks, and kohe. The goal is for the plants to meet their nutritional needs and nutrients, so that the plants can grow optimally and have good quality.  

This service aims to provide socialization on the importance of health for older people to improve their quality of life. The method used in this service is descriptive quantitative with surveys, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this research were older adults located in Plamongan Hijau Housing, Pedurungan Kidul Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City, with 20 elderly participants. The service results show that older people's knowledge about the health of the elderly has increased. Older people realize the importance of maintaining health through sports activities and a healthy lifestyle.

This study aims to determine and analyze consumer attitude as a moderation variable on the effect of consumer motivation and consumer trust on property purchasing decisions. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely the owner of Green Taman Asri housing complex. Sampling is done using the NonProbability Sampling method and the sampling technique using sensus Sampling. The analysis in this study used a moderation regression analasis test. The results of this study indicate that consumer motivation consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Meanwhile consumer attitude has a positive as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect on the effect of consumer motivation and consumer trust on property purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.799 which means that together independent variables explain the purchase decision by 79.9%, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables

Prosperity is always the main target of every government. However, methods to measure prosperity are debatable. Several people argue that the poverty standard from United Nations is valid-enough to decide if people have fulfilled their needs. This measurement does not acknowledge that people also have wants and need to fulfill them. I decided to research Surabaya to understand the prosperity issues by using Purchasing Power Parity theory, the ability of people in Surabaya to fulfill their secondary wants by measuring the total marketing of housing and automobiles, and comparing the economic growth indicator of Surabaya.    

This type of research is an explanatory study, with a population of around 100 respondents who are interested in buying a house in Bale Agung Pemalang Housing. The sample collection uses non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used purposive. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using correlation, regression, using the SPSS application. This study concludes that price, promotion and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and stimulantly, the price variable has a greater influence than the promotion variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention in Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environment Office employees, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were 45 respondents at the Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environment Service Office. The multiple linear regression method of determining the sample in this study shows that partially this relationship is a linear and significant relationship. The influence of Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention at the Office of Housing, Residential Areas and the Environment in Sibolga City, is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.20. This shows that 20% of employee Turnover Intention is influenced by Work Stress and Organizational Climate and the remaining 0.80 or 80% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. The results of the research conducted, that Work Stress and Organizational Climate have a simultaneous relationship with Employee Turnover Intention, which means that the two variables have the same position in the influence of Turnover Intention on employees in the Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environmental Office. The writer's hypothesis is that it is known that the results of the F test have a simultaneous effect which based on the output it is known that the significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.009 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 5.284 > 2.18, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means there is an effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y.
