Hypertension, often called the "silent killer," is a leading non-communicable disease contributing to high mortality and morbidity, particularly in the elderly. As individuals age, peripheral blood vessel elasticity decreases, increasing vascular resistance and leading to systolic hypertension, commonly seen in older adults. Hypertension requires long-term treatment, which can result in non-compliance among elderly patients. Family support plays a crucial role in assisting and encouraging adherence to treatment regimens. This quantitative correlation study, with a cross-sectional approach, aimed to examine the relationship between emotional family support and treatment compliance in elderly hypertensive patients. The study was conducted at the Sei Agul Health Center, with a sample size of 65 elderly individuals selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique in October 2023. The Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) was used to measure treatment compliance, while the emotional support instrument was developed by the researcher. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test, showing a significant relationship between emotional family support and treatment compliance (p-value < 0.05). The findings conclude that emotional support from family positively influences the compliance of elderly patients undergoing hypertension treatment at the Sei Agul Health Center. Health workers are encouraged to involve families in supporting hypertensive patients to enhance treatment outcomes.

Immunization is an act of providing immunity to children against diseases that can be prevented by immunization before the age of 12 months, namely tuberculosis, polio, hepatitis B, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus and measles. Complete and regular basic immunization by receiving all types of basic immunization when children are less than 11 months old can reduce morbidity and mortality rates for toddlers by around 80-95%. Incomplete basic immunization, maximum can only provide 25-40% protection. The role of a mother in the immunization program is very important, because the use of health facilities by babies/children is related to factors that influence the mother. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between factors that influence mothers on basic immunization status in babies aged 12-24 months. This research uses a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 40 people. Sampling was taken using the total population. This research was conducted in Nauli Village, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency in 2023. The instrument in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square. From the research results, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between maternal age with a value of p=0.001, education with a value of p=0.004, employment with a value of p=0.001, number of children with a value of p=0.000, and knowledge with a value of p=0.000 on basic immunization status . Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

Stunting is a condition where a person's height is shorter than the height of other people in general (of the same age). Stunted (short stature) or low height/length for age is used as an indicator of chronic malnutrition which describes the history of under-nutrition in toddlers over a long period of time. The design used in this research is a research design with a correlational/causal analytical method with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 82 mothers of toddlers. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula. The total sample in this study was 82 mothers of toddlers. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between healthy latrines and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Waehaong subdistrict, Nusaniwe subdistrict, Ambon City with a p value of 0.000. For the government, in this case, village officials, especially village heads, are expected to be able to facilitate and plan budget procurement for environmental sanitation improvements such as improving healthy latrine facilities and making efforts to improve residential environmental sanitation programs with healthy behavior. Colostrum is also a thick viscous fluid with a yellowish color that is yellower compared to mature milk. Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the breast glands, containing tissue debris and residual material found in the alveoli and ducts of the breast glands before and after the puerperium. The IMD approach currently recommended is the breast crawl method (crawling looking for the breast) after the baby The baby is immediately placed in the mother's stomach and left to crawl to find the mother's nipple herself and finally sucks it without help.
