This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The results of the discussion in this research are that Readiness is a process or action carried out by a person to be ready to change or respond to something that can make them ready to provide a certain response or response to a situation and employees in the PKP-PK unit have provided information that their level of readiness is sufficient. far above average. A student's lifestyle can be influenced by their studio housing friends, the surrounding environment, local culture, and their level of curiosity. Friends in the boarding house are often the main influence in determining students' daily habits, such as eating patterns, recreational activities, and study habits. Consequently, this research aims to identify requency of exercise, length of study, and type of study between students who live in urban areas and those who live in rural areas and the academic achievements of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University. Cross-sectional checks at the Prima University Faculty of Medicine included 60 students. A cross-sectional examination of 60 students from the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University was the focus of this research. The variables measured in the research are independent variables, namely the lifestyle of urban students and the lifestyle of rural students, while the dependent variable is learning outcomes seen from the Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of the Spearman rank correlation test show that the relationship between exercise frequency, study duration, study method and total student lifestyle respectively has a p value of 0.043, 0.050, 0.000, and 0.006 < 0.05, consequently it can be concluded that, in part, each student's exercise frequency, study time, study mode and overall lifestyle have a significant relationship with their academic performance. student  at  Faculty of Medicine, Prima  University Indonesia.

In the 1930s, African-American male athletes faced segregation and discrimination due to their skin color. Modern biographical films now offer a more accurate representation of their struggles and achievements. This research examines how the movie “Race” (2016) portrays Jesse Owens, a male African-American athlete from the 1930s, and its implications for present-day US race relations. Through qualitative analysis using Narrative and Non-Narrative methods, we apply Stephen Greenblatt’s New Historicism to explore the movie's depiction of Owens. By comparing the film to historical records, we find that "Race" neglects to show Owens’ dedication to sports, education, work, and the significant influence of his Irish first coach. These omissions are connected to the continued exclusion of African-Americans in contemporary American society. This study reaffirms the persistence of white supremacy beliefs and stereotypes surrounding African-American athletes, portraying them as solely focused on sports. The portrayal of Jesse Owens in the movie mirrors the current experiences of African-American male athletes, who still grapple with stereotypes and racial discrimination, even in the aftermath of President Obama’s tenure.

As part of the system factor, reward (reward) is an important element to create high employee performance. Reward (reward) is one way used to motivate someone to do good and work achievements or performance.  This study aims to find out whether the provision of rewards to employees at Citilink companies affects the performance of Citilink employees at Yogyakarta International Airport and how much influence the provision of rewards has on employee performance at Citilink Yogyakarta International Airport. Quantitative research was employed in this study. Questionnaires are sent in order to collect data. All Citilink Indonesia Airlines personnel at Yogyakarta International Airport comprised the population under study, totaling 20, and 20 persons made up the sample because the population was under 100. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, namely validity tests, and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis tests, namely Simple Linear Regression, T Test, and Determination coefficient test. A significant value for the partial effect of X on Y is 0.008 < 0.05 and with the results of the t table and t value calculated, then 2.955 > 2.10092, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving rewards on the performance of Citilink Airlines employees at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study found a relationship between the provision of rewards and employee performance. The partial effect of Variable X on Variable Y (0.327 R Square) is 32.7%, with additional factors not included in this research influencing the other portions.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

This research aims to explore the integration of spiritual wisdom and scientific knowledge within the educational landscape, facilitated by teachers, to foster a symbiotic relationship between education and business sectors. The study adopts a participatory action research model, involving purposive sampling of educators and business leaders. Data analysis employs thematic analysis to uncover patterns and insights. The findings reveal the significance of integrating spiritual principles with scientific education methodologies, guided by effective leadership practices, in enhancing educational quality and sporting achievements. This research underscores the pivotal role of teachers as facilitators in bridging the gap between spiritual wisdom and scientific knowledge for holistic development in education and sports domains.

PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. Companies engaged in finance, in the form of capital, namely the provision of savings and loan capital. The number of employees is 22. In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. Providing motivation is something that is absolutely necessary for world campuses to increase learning motivation and learning outcomes. Internal and external motivation is a requirement that cannot be ignored. This study aims to analyze the causes of the increase in N-Act members of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar through PKM. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis research types. The data was obtained through interviews with 5 students from Muhammadiyah Makassar University. Analysis of presentation of motivation is based on David McClelland's theory. The research results: 1) Achievement of N-Ach Through Student Creativity Programs, 2) Giving motivation encourages the desire to achieve, 3) The influence of providing information encourages students to achieve achievements. The implication of providing motivation is not only to increase interest in developing student creativity but also to create an atmosphere of competitive competition within the scope of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar

Application of the database system using the Dikbud HR application in personnel information services within the Indonesian Cultural Arts Institute (ISBI) Tanah Papua. Dikbud HR is a special application designed to meet the needs of personnel administration in the fields of education and culture. The results of implementing the Dikbud HR application are to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel administration at ISBI Tanah Papua. In this study, data was collected through interviews with related parties and retention analysis related to the implementation of Education and Culture HR at ISBI Tanah Papua. The results of the study show that the application of the Education and Culture HR application brings significant benefits. First, the database system allows storing employee data in a structured manner, facilitating the management of personal information, work history, training and employee achievements. Second, attendance and leave management becomes more efficient with electronic attendance records and an automated process for applying for leave. Third, employee payroll can be done automatically based on the risk of salary data, benefits and deductions stored in the database, reducing calculation errors and speeding up the payroll process. Fourth, the management of employee training and development becomes more effective with well-documented training history data. Fifth, reports and analysis generated from the system database enable management to obtain accurate information and deeper insights into employee performance and the effectiveness of staffing programs.

This research aims to know the "influence of the Liveliness of the students Organize Against the achievements of the Islamic guidance counseling Student Learning Force 2014". The approach used is a quantitative approach with insrumen data collection in the form of the now closed terdidri of 15 items, tested the validity of the statement and realibilitasnya. Data that has been collected and then analyzed using analytical statistics using statistical analysis with data processing statistical instruments product and service solution (SPSS). The location of the research conducted on campus one IAIN Mataram total population of 479. The large amount of samples taken from the population is 60 Students 10% calculated using the formula sample Probability Sampling. The result of the processing of research data shows that the student has freedom of activity variables influence the learning achievements of students Islamic Forces 2014 guidance counseling. To answer the problem formulation and hypothesis testing studies have been done of t and F test results obtained by using the SPSS program was Active Student Association Student Learning Achievements to guidance counseling. Where the value of the t-female 6.1782 > t-2.048. This shows (Ha) in the receive and (Ho) in decline. keduan variable to see whether it has the influence of learning achievements against simultaneously Students Islamic guidance counseling, then do the test F. And hasinya shows a value of F Count i.e. < 1.7057 1.8608 with probalitas signifikasinya 0.000. Apart from being a teacher, the teacher also plays an important role as a motivator (motivator or generates motivation for students). In almost every school we will encounter cases of children who are unable to achieve achievements. The achievements referred to in this case do not always have to be in terms of being class champions, but can be defined in other words, children are able to follow the lessons given by the teacher during the learning process. Children with special needs or what we often know as ABK are children who really need help in the form of special treatment from educators who have more experience and understanding of children with special needs.ABK is also the same as other normal humans who need proper educational services. Where through these educational services it is hoped that those with special needs have an environment to be able to establish interactions with other friends, besides that they are also expected to be able to develop the abilities and potential that exist within them. As for the types of children with special needs, they include: 1) cleft (speech impaired) 2) blind (blind) 3) hearing (deaf) 4) paralyzed (damaged) 5) emotional disorders (handicapped) 6) down syndrome 7) Children with Learning Difficulties.

Human resources is the prime mover in a company, so it is important for companies to create something that could encourage each of its employees to produce achievements in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine training and motivation on employee performance. The method used in this study is using qualitative methods. Training functions is to provide opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge and insight so it can increase their work productivity and develop themselves, as well as contribute to the progress of the company in order to achieve the results set by the company. Training contributes positively to employee performance. Motivational factors play an important role in increasing employee productivity. More attention is needed on the selected training methods, facilities, equipment and the ability of the instructors to deliver training materials. An appeal to companies to be able to provide encouragement, encouragement, appreciation to employees who excel in order to increase employee motivation to complete the job as well.

Regional autonomy can indeed bring about positive changes in the regions in terms of regional authority to self-regulate. Tax is a source of state or regional revenue that is paid by the community as a collection fee that can be imposed by the government based on applicable regulations. The aims of the research are a) to find out how effective the revenue from the restaurant tax sector, hotel tax, and street lighting tax are Regional Own Revenue in Langsa City, b) to find out what factors are inhibiting the revenue from the restaurant, hotel, and street lighting tax sector as income. Original area and government efforts to overcome obstacles in the restaurant tax revenue sector, this study uses a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of tax revenue from the restaurant sector, hotel sector, and the tourism sector from 2016-2020 from the results of the data that the researchers obtained, there were still achievements in accordance with the targets set by the government, such as from the tourism sector, this was due to the constraints of the Covid-19 virus outbreak so that there is implementation on a large scale so that the tourism sector does not get a nominal amount as Regional Original Income. In its application, there are inhibiting factors, including the names of restaurants and hotels that have not been recorded by the Regional Original Revenue Service, so that the effectiveness in receiving both types of taxes is not fully maximized.

One of the achievements in the subject of concepts, techniques, and the reconstruction of art tools and equipment in the Dance and Music Drama Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University, was to reconstruct one of the musical instruments. In this study, one of the musical instruments that will be reconstructed is the traditional musical instrument of the people of Aceh, especially Central Aceh, which is called the Rebeb Gayo musical instrument. One of the reasons for reconstructing the Gayo Rebeb musical instrument is because this musical instrument has long been extinct. So that through the reconstruction of the musical instrument, the Rebeb Gayo musical instrument can be returned which has long been extinct. So this can be an effort to preserve extinct musical instruments. This research method is an experiment, by looking at the results of experiments on making Rebeb Gayo musical instruments starting from the preparation of tools and materials, manufacturing methods, tone systems and techniques for playing Rebeb Gayo musical instruments. The results of the research produced the Rebeb Gayo musical instrument and it can be played well.

This article aims to reveal the heuristic value of the palapa oath as the spirit of the Nusantara Capital, by emphasizing the historical aspect of how the oath was motivated and applied along with its achievements. This study is a heuristic setting, qualitative analysis, studying sources systematically one by one descriptively. The conclusion of the study: that the heuristic value in the palapa oath is the idea of ​​knitting diversity within the framework of unity and equity in development and education which is used as the spirit of the Nusantara Capital City. This spirit is assumed to be able to overcome problems related to the issue of radicalization that threatens the disintegration of the nation, as well as issues of development and education equity which have so far hampered sustainable development and Indonesia's position at the international level. The research contributes as one of the reinforcements for government policies regarding the new capital city, and stimulates further, more specific research.

This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

Background:Breast Milk is a perfect nutrient intended for babies with complete ingredients for baby intake and has antibodies against disease prevention. Even though breastfeeding has many benefits, it turns out that the achievements of exclusive breastfeeding are still lacking. Failure to give exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors, one of which is knowledge. The knowledge possessed by the mother will greatly influence the success and failure of exclusive breastfeeding. Many mothers do not know that one day the baby will experience a phase of accelerated growth from normal conditions which is called a growth spurt. At this time a mother will be worried and think that her breast milk is lacking, so she finally gives formula milk or early solids so that her baby is calm. Writing purpose:The effect of the level of knowledge of a mother who has a baby aged 6-11 months regarding growth spurt on the provision of early complementary food (MPASI) at the Warunggunung Health Center, Lebak Regency, is known in 2022. Research methods:Research method analytic observational case control design. The study sample consisted of 74 mothers with babies aged 6-11 months who were divided into a case group (mothers with babies who were given early solids) and a control group (mothers with babies who were not given early solids) with a ratio of 1:1. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis via Chi-Square test. Research result:In the case group (babies who were given early solids) the majority or as many as 87.5% of mothers had a low level of knowledge, while in the control group (babies who were not given early solids) the majority or 78.6% of mothers had a good level of knowledge. Mothers with a good level of knowledge, only 21.4% of mothers gave Early Solids to their babies and 78.6% of mothers did not give Early Solids. Whereas in mothers with a low level of knowledge, as many as 87.5% gave Early Solids and only 12.5% ​​did not give Early Solids to their babies. There is an influence on the level of knowledge of mothers with babies aged 6-11 months about growth spurts on early complementary feeding (p value = 0.000).

Growth occurs from an early age to adulthood. The Progress cannot be measured, but it can be felt. Growth is progressive, systematic and continuous. The objective of research is to overview the achievement of child growth. This type of quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The total population is 33 children, the sampling technique uses total sampling where the total population is equal to the number of samples. The results showed there were 13 people who had appropriate developmental achievements, 19 people had doubtful developmental achievements, and 1 person had possible deviations from developmental achievements. Therefore it concluded most of the children in PAUD Pembina of Lekabalo district have dubious developmental achievements of 19 people. Suggestions for parents to deeply pay attention to the children growth at every age. For the school to help or provide stimulation to children to achieve child growth according to the child's age because the growth according to age is very important for children.

Immunization is an action that provides immunity to individuals so that when exposed to a disease they will only experience mild illness or no pain. Immunizations are carried out mainly in children. Immunizations carried out on children are basic immunization and advanced immunization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, immunization cannot run properly. This study aims to find out about the achievements of basic and follow-up immunizations between before, during, and the transition period of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Cempaka Putih sub-district. Research Methods: This research is an observational descriptive study in the work area of the Cempaka Putih District Health Center. The research sample in this study was a history of basic and follow-up immunizations from children living in the working area of the Cempaka Putih District Health Center. The results showed that the achievement of basic immunization and children under two in 2019 (before the COVID-19 pandemic) reached the target, then in 2020 (pandemic COVID-19) the achievement of basic immunization and children under two did not meet the target. In 2021 (COVID-19 pandemic) the achievement of basic and under-five immunizations reached the target, then in 2022 (COVID-19 transition period) the achievement of basic and under-five immunizations was achieved.
