The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

CV XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with production in the form of stacking chairs. This company has a production capacity of 200 units of stacking chairs every day. The company has 3 types of bunk chairs, namely CH-100 KR, CH-200 KR, and CH-200 PC. Customer demand at this company tends to be fluctuating (up and down) which results in the company experiencing difficulties in determining the optimal raw material inventory to meet customer needs. The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is an appropriate method for scheduling inventory. The result of this scheduling model is in the form of a master production schedule (JIP) which is used to determine the demand for chair products for the next 6 months. The results of data processing obtained requests for stacking chairs in the next 6 months for the type CH-100 KR 10.724 unit, CH-200 KR of 10.998 unit, and CH-200 PC of 9.687 unit. The demand is then calculated using the MRP approach with LFL and EOQ. An effective material requirements planning method with the lowest cost is to use the Lot For Lot (LFL) method which gives the lowest cost results IDR 7,475,617,611.

The pile foundation is a deep foundation that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings and small-scale buildings. The foundation is required to have a greater bearing capacity than the load on it. This study aims to determine the maximum bearing capacity of the foundation against the work load including the additional load from the 15-story Lamongan Muhammadiyah University building which was found to be cracked. Calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of a single pile using the Mayerhoff, Reese O'neil, and Reese and Wright method. Calculation of the bearing capacity of group piles is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of piles in one group using the Converse-Labarre, Los Angle Group, and Seiler-Keeney methods. Controlling the bearing capacity of single and group pile foundations, whether they are able to withstand the load on them using the axial loads and moments obtained. Accountability in village governance is crucial to ensure responsible government oversight of village financial management and prevent misappropriation. Cupak Village, renowned as a religious tourism destination in Gunung Pucangan, possesses potential in the craft of weaving mats using pandan leaves. However, the village community lacks the capacity to fully utilize this potential as an additional source of income. To address various issues faced by the community, particularly in establishing accountability in event fund management for a cultural parade called "Kirab Budaya," a community engagement activity called the "Matching Fund Kedaireka 2022" was conducted in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. The implementation aimed to generate significant outcomes in the planning of the cultural parade event, enhance the sustainability of community welfare, and boost the economic potential of Cupak Village. The arts and cultural program employed various approaches, including socialization, training, and mentoring. The training program was designed to provide the community with understanding and skills related to financial matters and accountability in fund management.

Madani Nusantara is one of the Ro-Ro ships owned by PT. Prima Vista which connects Sulawesi and Kalimantan. This study uses a descriptive method that describes certain events that occurred in KM Madani Nusantara. The writer on this ship works as a captain. The Motor Control Center (MCC) Panel is a collection of components that become the control center in the operation of a three-phase electric motor with a larger capacity used as a clean water distribution pump machine. In this study has several objectives, including namely 1). Knowing the process of the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) in Perumdam Tirta Madani Serang City, 2). Knowing the working system of the MCC-300 Panel as a controller for the distribution machine at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City, 3). Knowing how to maintain the MCC-300 Panel and clean water distribution machines at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City. The methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Prumdam Tirta Madani Serang City has several components in the clean water supply system, including raw water components, raw water transmission components, production unit components, and distribution unit components. In the working system the MCC-300 Panel consists of two blocks and there are other components contained in the panel. Then maintenance is carried out on the MCC-300 Panel and Distribution Machine, namely planned maintenance starting from cleaning to carrying out tests on components and machines using an electric meter.

So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

This study aims to analyze the realization of the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget is an important financial instrument in managing village finances to finance various development activities and public services at the village level. In this study, we use methods to study the implementation of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget management in different contexts. The data used includes the budget that has been allocated, the realization of expenses, and related financial reports. Apart from that, we also involved interviews with related parties such as village financial managers, village heads, and community members. The results of this study indicate that there are still some problems in managing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Some of them are a lack of understanding of the budgeting process, weaknesses in monitoring and evaluating budget use, and low community participation in decision-making processes related to Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. In addition, there were also indications of misuse of funds and corrupt practices that needed to be followed up by the competent authorities. This study provides recommendations for improving the management of village budgets, including strengthening the capacity of village financial managers, increasing transparency and accountability in village financial reporting, and increasing participation the community in making decisions related to the management of the APBDes. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable input for the village government and related stakeholders to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget management in order to realize sustainable development at the village level.

Economics is an interesting field of study if studied from a historical perspective, in its journey, Malang apparently is not only the center of coffee plantations. Malang at that time had a large sugar factory (PG). This transformation extends to the trade and service sector which has brought Malang to play an important role as one of the pillars of the economy in East Java. In this research, the author used a qualitative method. The key to the successful evolution of the Malang region's economy is the synergy of political authority (government), the central bank as the monetary authority (BI Malang), and business actors so that they can become a transformative collective force in developing programs with an insight into regional potential and the institutional capacity of the local community, to the ability to adapt and capture new opportunities that arise in a rapidly changing economic order and environment is developed.

Tuberculosis cases in Indonesia are ranked second in the world. TB prevention needs to be done at the grassroots level by involving trained TB cadres. The simulation training method is one of the strategies in increasing the capacity of cadres in increasing TB knowledge and the performance of TB cadres in finding cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing simulation training methods on the level of cadre knowledge and performance of YABHYSA Sumenep TB cadres. This study uses a quantitative analytic survey with a cross-sectional design research design. Sampling using non probability sampling by means of purposive sampling, namely all active cadres SSR YABHYSA Sumenep as many as 45 people.The results showed that there was an effect of providing simulation training methods on increasing knowledge and performance of TB cadres YABHYSA Sumenep between before and after receiving simulation training (p<0.05). It is concluded that the provision of simulation training methods can improve the knowledge of TB cadres and cadre performance in TB case finding.

As one of the companies that have succeeded in producing finished goods in large quantities, PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture relies on the help of an electric motor at every stage of its production, including one of the wood pellet production machines, namely the biofuel pelletizer molding machine which has four different types of motors. In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

Literacy is the capacity to comprehend, gain access to, and effectively utilise information through speaking, writing, and reading activities. It is indisputable that there are encouraging and discouraging aspects throughout the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in order to improve kids' interest in reading, particularly in elementary schools. This study aimed to investigate the role of literacy activities, educational hurdles, and initiatives to boost reading motivation in elementary school students. This study is qualitative in nature. Principals of schools, as well as pupils and instructors at Inpresi Kadundungan Elementary School, participated in the study. ways for gathering data through observation, writing, and interviewing. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that literacy-related activities help kids become more interested in reading and help teachers and administrators work to remove obstacles to literacy-related activities.

The implementation of public sector accounting is very important to ensure transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in the financial management of government entities, including village governments. This study explores the extent to which the Karangrejo Village Government has adopted and implemented public sector accounting standards, procedures, and reporting practices in its financial system. This research includes studies on accounting policies, budgeting processes, and the smaller number of financial transactions of village governments compared to local governments. The results of the study indicate that the policies implemented by the Karangrejo village government are in accordance with applicable regulations and have been evaluated by accountants in presenting accountability reports. In addition, the village government has prepared financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, which provide comprehensive information on village financial activities and assist in assessing village financial performance and accountability. The preparation of financial reports using a village-based accounting information system (SISKEUDES) also assists village officials in compiling financial accounting reports for village funds more seriously. This study concludes that the implementation of public sector accounting in the Karangrejo Village Government financial system in 2020 has increased financial transparency, accountability, and governance. However, there is still room for improvement, such as strengthening internal controls, increasing capacity building programs for village officials, and ensuring the sustainability of accounting practices that have been implemented.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

This research explores the role of nanotechnology in enhancing energy storage systems for renewable energy applications. The study aims to evaluate the potential of nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes, graphene, and fullerenes, in improving the performance of energy storage devices, specifically batteries, by focusing on their ability to enhance energy conversion efficiency, storage capacity, and battery lifespan. A case study was conducted using a prototype battery incorporating these nanomaterials, connected to a photovoltaic system to simulate real-world energy production conditions. The methodology included testing key parameters, such as energy conversion efficiency, charging time, and battery degradation through multiple charge-discharge cycles. The findings showed a significant improvement in energy conversion efficiency, with the nanomaterial-based batteries outperforming conventional batteries by up to 20%. Additionally, the nanomaterial-based batteries demonstrated an increased storage capacity and longer cycle life, maintaining performance after hundreds of charge-discharge cycles. Nanomaterials contributed to these improvements by enhancing electrical conductivity, reducing internal resistance, and preventing degradation that typically occurs in conventional batteries during prolonged use. Furthermore, nanostructured coatings on the electrodes were found to improve light trapping and anti-reflection capabilities, which directly contributed to the higher efficiency of the battery. This research highlights the transformative potential of nanotechnology in energy storage systems, offering a promising solution to the intermittency challenges of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind. The study also suggests that further research is needed to explore other nanomaterials, scale up the technology for industrial applications, and integrate smart energy management systems to optimize energy storage in renewable energy systems.

Riau is one of three provinces with dominant peatlands. Indragiri Hulu Regency is the sixth largest district with the largest area of ​​peatland with a value of 222 thousand hectares. Particularly in Sekip Hilir Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, there is quite extensive peatland and in this location there is infrastructure in the form of Jalan Rengat – Bukit Meranti. The construction of road infrastructure on peatlands has experienced many problems. This is because peat soil has a very low carrying capacity so that the settlement that occurs is large and unable to support the work load. Stabilization efforts are needed to improve the carrying capacity of peat soils. Stabilization on peat soil will be carried out chemically using lime as a stabilizing mixture with variations of 5%, 10% and 15%. From the results of the tests carried out, namely the addition of lime variations to the peat soil stabilization mixture is proven to increase the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value. The CBR value of peat soil mixture with the addition of 5% lime was obtained at 17.28%. At the addition of 10% lime the CBR value increased to 21.81% and at the addition of 15% lime it increased to 30.04%. From the CBR value of peat soil with variations in lime mixture obtained, the authors prove that an addition of ≥ 5% has been able to achieve a laboratory CBR standard value of 17.28% and has met the Bina Marga specifications for road pavement subgrade, namely ≥ 6%. .
