Education serves as a crucial foundation for fostering collaborative skills among students, particularly in subjects requiring in-depth understanding such as mathematics. This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing the level of collaboration among students in the context of mathematics learning. The Jigsaw Learning Model, introduced by Aronson and Patnoe (2011), emphasizes collaboration and active involvement of students. This method involves collaborative learning where each student is responsible for a portion of the learning material and must collaborate with their peers to comprehend the entire concept. This study explores the effectiveness of this model in improving collaboration among students in mathematics learning. Through an experimental research design, data is collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document. Data analysis is conducted to measure changes in the level of student participation, understanding of mathematical concepts, and their perceptions of collaborative learning. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and researchers regarding the potential of the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing student collaboration in the context of mathematics learning.

A pregnant woman is a woman who is pregnant, starting from contraception until the birth of the fetus. The aim of ANC is to identify pregnancy complications that may occur during early pregnancy, to improve and maintain the health of the mother and baby. Covid-19 is a disease that attacks the respiratory system which has become an epidemic in Wuhan (China) which has spread throughout the world and has become a global pandemic. The research method is quantitative description. This research was conducted from January – July 2022. The population was 30 respondents, and the sample used an accidental sampling technique. The results of the distribution show that the majority age category is 20-35 years old, numbering 28 people (93.3%), the majority parity category for multiparas is 22 people (73.3%), the majority education category for high school education is 17 people (56, 7%), in the knowledge category the majority had sufficient and insufficient knowledge each amounting to 11 people (36.7%), and in the anxiety category the majority had no anxiety totaling 12 people (40%). The p-value for the level of anxiety was obtained at 0.014 and the p-value for the level of knowledge was 0.017 with ɑ (0.05), so it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of anxiety regarding ANC visits during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Pratama Hana Kasih Clinic in 2022. It is hoped that mothers can increase awareness and vigilance during ANC visits at health facilities to reduce the risk of transmission of the Covid-19 virus.

This research aims to examine the influence of education level, work discipline and leadership on Jaya Bakti Village employees. The population in this research is Jaya Bakti village employees. The sampling technique used in this research was a total of 50 employee data samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The test results proved that the variables Educational Level (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Leadership (X3), and Employee Performance had a significant simultaneous effect with the results of multiple linear analysis and the F test. The calculation results were obtained from F-count > from F- table (173.138 > 2.80), while the significant partial effect via the t test was obtained from the t-calculated value on the Education Level variable (X1) of 4.970, the t-calculated value on the Work Discipline variable (X2) was 6.243 t-calculated value The Leadership variable is 2.677 and is greater than the t-table of 2.012. The research results show that the level of education, work discipline and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jaya Bakti village employees.

Anemia is one of the crucial problems that are often experienced by female athletes. The occurrence of anemia in athletes will cause the training process cannot run optimally so that the increase in ability at a higher level does not occur. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge of athletes, teachers and coaches, especially female athletes by providing nutritional education about the prevention and management of anemia in SMANKOR Papua. Thus, the creation of the good physical condition of female athletes who are able to score achievements. This activity took the form of nutritional education conducted by giving materials, discussions, evaluations and mentoring. The activity began with a pre-test and was done post-test at the end of the activity. The event was conducted online attended by students, teachers and coaches of SMANKOR Papua. The results showed differences in knowledge of students, teachers and coaches about the prevention and management of anemia, before and after nutrition education and mentoring. Thus, it can be concluded that nutrition education and assistance regarding the prevention and management of anemia affect the knowledge of students, teachers and coaches at SMANKOR Papua

The COVID-19 pandemic forced educators worldwide to rapidly adapt to online learning platforms. This research explores teachers’ perceptions of this transition in a range of subjects and educational levels. Through qualitative interviews with 50 educators, the study identifies key challenges, such as technical difficulties and lack of student engagement, alongside opportunities for innovation and personalized learning. Findings suggest that while online teaching posed significant hurdles, it also provided teachers with new ways to engage students and improve pedagogical practices.

Anxiety has a negative impact on pregnant women from conception to delivery by inhibiting growth and weakening uterine muscle contractions, among other things. Pregnant women who are anxious are more likely to have premature babies and even miscarriage. A lack of information and beliefs about what is valid (myths) can influence pregnant women's attitudes toward childbirth preparation, causing them to be unconcerned about childbirth preparation. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and knowledge levels and childbirth preparedness in third trimester pregnant women at Kasihan II Primary Health Center. This research employed correlation analysis with cross sectional. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women. In this study, there were 53 third trimester pregnant women at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. Data collection techniques in this study used anxiety, knowledge and preparedness questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using the Spearman Rank Test. The study's findings revealed a 0.000 Sig (2-tiled) showing the relationship between the level of anxiety and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. The statistical test results showed Sig (2-tiled) 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted, showing that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. At the Kasihan II Primary Health Center, there is a Sig (2-tiled) value of 0.000 between Trimester III pregnant women's knowledge and their readiness for childbirth.  The statistical test results showed Sig (2-tiled) 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted and that there is a relationship between third trimester pregnant women's knowledge and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. In order to reduce anxiety, it is hoped that third trimester pregnant women will learn as much about pregnancy as possible from the midwife during ANC. It is hoped that mothers will be able to attend classes for pregnant women held at the Puskesmas to further their education.

Gender diversity and education level of management level is one from many issues that raised where companies are continually innovating and seeking the best ways to generate higher profit through years. Therefore this research aims to find evidence of whether there is an influence of gender diversity and education level on the increase of company’s profitability, which is studied through descriptive analysis by reviewing the literature from 15 studies obtained from google scholar and emerald insight. The result was found that the gender composition and the level of education do not have a direct impact on a company's profitability but rather depend on how the company can maximize them to get more benefits from the existency of woman on the companyy’s management level job.     Keywords:  Gender Diversity, Education level, and Profitability

Knowledge results from knowing and occurs when someone senses a particular object. Dagusibu (Get Use Save and Throw Away) is a health education program created by IAI (Indonesian Pharmacists Association) to create a Drug Aware Family Movement as a concrete step to improve the quality of life of the community. This research aims to determine the level of community knowledge about Dagusibu Medicine in Salubomba Village, Central Banawa District, Donggala Regency based on age, occupation, and education. The type of research is descriptive research. The population of the study is all people who live in Salubomba Village, Central Banawa District, Donggala Regency. The sample used was 94 people with each hamlet representing 19 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the research showed that the level of public knowledge about Dagusibu Medicine in Salubomba Village was 39 respondents with poor knowledge, 51 respondents with sufficient knowledge, and 4 respondents with good knowledge. So, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of the people in Salubomba Village has an adequate level of knowledge about Dagusibu Medicine. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the level of public knowledge about Dagusibu Medicine is sufficient knowledge, namely the level of public knowledge based on age level with less knowledge is 41.42%, based on occupation, less knowledge is 41.42%, and based on education, less knowledgeable is 41.48%.

Fluorus albus (vaginal discharge) is white fluid that comes out of the sexual canal in excess. Fluorus albus is a vaginal fluid, not blood. During pregnancy, vaginal discharge increases in quantity. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), recommendations in America that reproductive health problems include 31.6% of pregnant women experiencing vaginal discharge (fluor albus) caused by the fungus Candida albican. In Indonesia, the problem of vaginal discharge is increasing, with more than 75% of women experiencing vaginal discharge due to the humid temperature in Indonesia, making them easily infected. candida albicans fungus, parasites such as pinworms or germs (trichomonas vaginalis) (WHO, 2019). According to data from the 2019 North Sumatra Province Health Profile, there were 648,829 pregnant women in 2019, 1,566 cases of pregnant women experiencing vaginal discharge, in the city of Medan in 2019 there were 855,281 people and 45% had experienced vaginal discharge (North Sumatra Health Profile, 2020) . Method: This activity begins with the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. Results: 15 participants in this activity were pregnant women who visited PMB Shinta in Medan Polonia, Medan City. In its implementation, it was explained that the genital organ problem that pregnant women often experience, especially in the third trimester, is fluoride albus (vaginal discharge). The types of vaginal discharge also need to be understood as well as the treatment and therapy that needs to be given to pregnant women in preventing and treating cases of Fluor Albus. Conclusion: The results obtained from this community service activity are an increase in knowledge about preventing vaginal discharge and the treatment that will be carried out if complications occur. Pregnant women who experience vaginal discharge will pose a risk to the health and growth and development of their fetus later. The risk of vaginal discharge before and after was an increase of 15% for the good level of knowledge, and 27% for the sufficient level, and at the level of poor knowledge it decreased by 40%. With this change in the level of knowledge and strengthening understanding of Fluor Albus, it is hoped that pregnant women will be more aware of the conditions of their pregnancy, especially in maintaining personal hygiene which will result in disruption of fetal growth and development. Conclusion: The results obtained from this community service activity are an increase in knowledge about preventing vaginal discharge and the treatment that will be carried out if complications occur. Pregnant women who experience vaginal discharge will pose a risk to the health and growth and development of their fetus later. The risk of vaginal discharge before and after was 15% increased for the good level of knowledge, and 27% for the sufficient level, and for the poor knowledge level it decreased by 40%.

Parameters for measuring public health conditions can be studied through the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) that occur in each period. Education is one of the efforts to improve the level of health, increasing knowledge about health will change a person's attitudes and behavior regarding health. Health. Apart from using the lecture method, providing this education also provides leaflets to support the education. This community service activity is carried out by providing education through lectures assisted by modified media about risky pregnancies, complications of pregnancy, as well as about strengthening the detection of complications with alacrity and rest. Method: This activity begins with the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. Results: 15 participants in this activity were pregnant women who visited the Marsinta Clinic in Polonia District, Medan City. In its implementation, risky pregnancies, complications in pregnancy are explained as well as strengthening understanding about fast rest as an empowerment for pregnant women in improving their health. Conclusion: The results obtained from this community service activity were an increase in knowledge about risky pregnancies before and after, namely an increase of 15% for the good level of knowledge, and 27% for the sufficient level, and at the level of poor knowledge there was a decrease of 40%. With this change in the level of knowledge and the strengthening of understanding, it is hoped that pregnant women will be more aware of the condition of their pregnancy and carry out pregnancy checks more regularly.

Immunization is the process of administering vaccines aimed at providing protection or immunity against specific diseases. Immunization stimulates the body's immune system to recognize and fight disease infections more effectively, reducing the risk of individuals who have been vaccinated contracting the disease. Understanding the administration of immunization is crucial, especially in the current context where infections and diseases are highly dangerous and easily transmissible, such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, hepatitis, and others. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of ​​Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village, in the year 2023. The research design used is cross-sectional and was conducted in October 2023. The population consists of mothers with children aged ≥11, with a sample size of 112 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and Maternal and Child Health Books (Buku KIA). The majority of mothers had a low level of education, amounting to 60 people with a percentage of 53.6%. Most respondents had complete basic immunization, totaling 77 respondents with a percentage of 68.8%. The Chi-Square Test analysis results show p = 0.000 < α (0.05), thus it is concluded that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, indicating a relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of ​​Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village..

This study explores the policy dynamics surrounding the implementation of the 21st-century skills-based curriculum, focusing on the perceptions and challenges faced by stakeholders at various educational levels. Through semi-structured interviews with teachers, principals, and policymakers, along with policy document analysis, the research identifies a significant gap between national policy design and its practical implementation at the school level. The study reveals that while the national curriculum emphasizes critical competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, there is a disconnect between these objectives and their classroom application. The main challenges include limited resources, cultural resistance, and lack of support from regional governments. The findings emphasize the need for a more flexible, context-sensitive curriculum that can be adapted to local needs. The study also emphasizes the importance of ongoing professional development and strong leadership to facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methods. To address these challenges, the study calls for a coordinated approach involving national, regional, and school-level authorities to ensure effective curriculum reform. The research contributes valuable insights into the complexities of curriculum implementation and offers recommendations to improve educational policies and practices aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills for the modern world.

Introduction: Digital transformation in the agricultural sector has become an urgent need to increase efficiency and productivity, especially in tropical regions that are rich in natural resources but face challenges in adopting technology. Purposed: To analyze the socio-economic factors influencing the adoption of precision agricultural technology by farmers in tropical agro-ecological areas. Research method: A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was used in this study, with a sample consisting of crop farmers selected randomly. The independent variables analyzed include age, education, income, land area, access to credit, and participation in farmer groups, while the dependent variable is the level of adoption of precision technology. Results: Logistic regression showed that education, income, access to credit, and participation in farmer groups have a significant impact on the adoption of precision technology. In contrast, land area did not show a significant effect on technology adoption. Access to credit and education had a very strong influence on the adoption decision, followed by income and participation in farmer groups. This study suggests the need for improving access to education, providing adequate financing schemes, and empowering farmer groups to enhance the adoption of precision agricultural technology in tropical areas. Thus, policies supporting precision agriculture technology are expected to improve productivity and sustainability in the region.

The family planning program is the main pillar in preventing risky pregnancies and reducing maternal mortality and infant mortality. the prevalence of contraceptive use by married women is projected to be 62.2%. The percentage continues to increase until it reaches 64.4% in 2030. The level of achievement in the use of contraceptives can be seen from the coverage of couples of childbearing age and postpartum mothers. The number of mothers giving birth in 2021 will be 25,430 who will become new family planning participants. The importance of educating the public is to increase understanding regarding the selection of appropriate contraceptives for couples of childbearing age and postpartum mothers. The aim of this education is to increase knowledge regarding the selection of appropriate contraceptives, especially for couples of childbearing age and postpartum mothers. This education uses community service methods with outreach to women and couples of childbearing age and also post partum mothers, using power points and pamphlets. The results of this education showed an increase in public knowledge during the pretest and posttest.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 in Klambir Lima Kebun Village, Hamparan Perak District, which focuses on its impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). PP Number 23 of 2018 regulates the reduction of the Final Income Tax (PPh) rate for MSMEs from 1% to 0.5% for taxpayers with a turnover of less than IDR 4.8 billion per year. This policy aims to ease the tax burden, simplify calculations, and improve MSME taxpayer compliance, while encouraging the growth of new entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from MSME actors and village officials. The results of the study indicate that this tax rate reduction policy provides significant benefits for MSME actors in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. Business actors feel helped by the lower tax rate, so they can allocate more resources for business development. However, the level of taxpayer understanding of this regulation still varies. Most MSME actors do not fully understand the procedures for reporting and paying taxes in accordance with this policy, so they need further guidance and socialization from the government. This study concludes that the success of implementing PP Number 23 of 2018 at the village level is highly dependent on educational and mentoring efforts for MSME actors. This finding provides insight for the government in designing tax policies that are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of MSMEs.

Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) reported that 20.62% of identified food product labels did not meet the provisions. This results in low compliance with reading information labels and nutritional composition among the public. Low compliance with reading information and nutritional labels can occur due to disinterest in information resulting in poor understanding of food product labels. This study aims to analyze the relationship between attitudes towards health and food product labels with compliance with reading food product labels. This research involved 47 students of the undergraduate nutrition study program. Data on attitudes towards health and nutritional labels were obtained using a respondent agreement level form. Data on label reading compliance was obtained from questionnaire. The chi square test is used to analyze the relationship between variables. The research results showed that the majority of respondents (63.8%) had a positive attitude regarding the level of approval of health and food product labels. There is no significant relationship between attitudes towards health and food product labels and compliance with reading nutritional value information labels (p=0.330). Nutrition students are expected to increase their positive attitude towards reading nutritional value information labels through education or practice reading food labels.

Critical thinking skills are essential for developing quality individuals, as mandated by Law No. 20 Year 2003. Effective learning should integrate material with the context of local wisdom. This study aims to design a valid and reliable critical thinking skills test incorporating science content oriented to Tri Hita Karana local wisdom for use in primary school education, particularly for fourth-grade students. This research adopts a development methodology based on the steps outlined by Borg and Gall. The process consists of seven stages, starting with research and information gathering and concluding with product revision. An extensive trial was conducted during the seventh stage to finalize a valid and reliable critical thinking skills test. The results indicate that the developed test, comprising 30 items, is both valid and reliable, with a reliability coefficient of 0.89, indicating a very high level of reliability. The study successfully created a critical thinking assessment tool that integrates science content with Tri Hita Karana local wisdom. In conclusion, this research contributes to the development of a robust critical thinking skills test for fourth-grade primary school students. By incorporating local wisdom, particularly Tri Hita Karana, into the learning process, the test promotes the integration of cultural context into education. This contribution is significant for enhancing the educational experience and fostering critical thinking among students.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is all health behavior carried out with awareness so that family or family members can help themselves in the health sector and can play an active role in health activities in the community (Proverawati & Rahmawati 2016). Some students at SD 003 Bengkong, Batam City still don't know what Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is, it can be seen from the fact that some of these students do not maintain personal and environmental cleanliness. PHBS students' knowledge of washing hands, using toilets, exercising regularly, shampooing hair will prevent diarrhea. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the level of knowledge of class VI students at SD 003 Bengkong, Batam City regarding PHBS. The aim of this Community Service is to determine the knowledge of class VI students. This activity is carried out by providing education using leaflets and electronic media. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers and quizzes. The evaluation results of this activity are an increase in students' knowledge of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS).

This study examines the impact of blended learning on student engagement and academic achievement in secondary schools during the recovery phase of the pandemic. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a comparative design to assess the differences between blended learning and conventional learning models. Data were collected through student engagement surveys and academic performance records from secondary school students exposed to both learning models. The results indicated that students in the blended learning model exhibited significantly higher levels of engagement across behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions compared to those in the conventional model. Academic achievement was also notably higher in the blended learning group. Statistical analysis, including t-tests and linear regression, revealed a strong positive correlation between student engagement and academic performance. The study concluded that blended learning significantly enhances student involvement and performance, particularly when supported by adequate technological infrastructure and teacher preparedness. These findings suggest that blended learning should be integrated as a permanent strategy in post-pandemic education to support student success and engagement. The study also emphasizes the importance of continuous teacher training and technological support in maximizing the benefits of blended learning.

The classic problem for city residents is the economic problem which is still not evenly distributed, where there are already residents with a high economic level, but there are still many city residents whose economy is below the poverty line due to low education and minimal skills so they can only work as unskilled laborers. minimal income.
