This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

The purpose of this study is to determine economic literacy in the view of philosopher Adam Smith and its contribution to education. The research methodology used is a literature-based approach, which is based on books, notes, and summaries of previous research findings. The direct and indirect economic benefits of education, i.e. how it is viewed as an investment that yields long-term benefits. The notion of investing in education is developing rapidly, and it is increasingly widely accepted that the growth of the education sector is a necessary condition for the expansion of other development sectors in all countries.

This study aims to find out about the application of the maslahah concept in public consumption in the Lasi district to achieving maximum utility. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection techniques. The informants in this study were the people in the Lasi district with a total of 30 informants. The selection of informants was carried out by accidental sampling technique. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that maslahah can only be obtained when consumption is carried out on goods in accordance with Islamic law, not exaggerating in fulfilling consumption goods and in terms of achieving maximum utility, society prioritizes the principle of spiritualism in achieving happiness both in this world and in the hereafter by means of zakat, infaq and alms.

Islamic calligraphy is one of the cultural treasures of the Indonesian archipelago which must be preserved. Learning Islamic calligraphy increases the imagination, creativity and intellectual development of students. Of course, there are not many state school students who are talented in the art of calligraphy compared to private Islamic schools. But this does not mean that they do not have creativity in Islamic calligraphy. This community service activity aims to overcome this. Islamic calligraphy training activities use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach where the cycle includes KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection). This service activity was carried out for students at Wiradesa Public Middle School 2, Pekalongan Regency, for 2 weeks. The result of this community service activity in the form of training in the art of Islamic calligraphy is that Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School students are very enthusiastic in learning to write Islamic calligraphy. This is evidenced by the results of Islamic calligraphy that has been made by students of Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School, their writing is increasingly developing and according to the rules of Islamic calligraphy. With this training, students become confident to develop their creativity and express their imagination in the form of works in the form of Islamic calligraphy.

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Label on Halal Awareness and its impact on Purchase Intention with the objective specifications are: 1) to determine the effect of halal label on halal awareness, 2) to determine the effect of halal label on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, and 3) to determine the effect of halal awareness on buying interest in Samyang noodles. This research is classified as a quantitative research with an associative approach. The research location is in the city of Mataram with a population that is not known with certainty because there are quite a lot of Muslim people who know about Samyang noodle products in the city of Mataram. So that the data collection method used in this research is a survey sample method with the sampling technique is non-probability sampling. Temporary, The hypotheses developed in this study are: 1) Halal label has a significant effect on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, 2) Halal label has a significant effect on Halal Awareness, and 3) Halal awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention on Samyang noodles. The research results will be discussed further. The pattern of Israelite education found in the Torah has values that can be applied in the context of education today. The pattern is a holistic approach to education, which includes moral and ethical education, respect for authority, and character development. Thus, the application of Israel's education pattern found in the Torah can help build a young generation with integrity and quality. Thus, in this study, the author or researcher uses or qualitative method approach involving in data collection and analyzing the data obtained. Overall, the Israeli education pattern is an educational system that includes the development of technical skills, the formation of student character and morals, the teaching of Jewish religion and culture, inclusive education, and the development of technological skills, all of which are designed to create competent and globally minded human resources. In conclusion, the application of Israel's pattern of education according to the Torah has also proven successful in Israel and can serve as an example for other countries in developing an effective education system. Nonetheless, it should be kept in mind that the Israeli education pattern cannot always be applied directly in other countries, due to different cultural differences and social contexts.

This research is to uncover brand storytelling through a morpho-semantic approach to the tradition of kupat jembut syawalan in Pedurungan Semarang. This article is the finding of a descriptive study using Ogden & Richard's semantic approach, using Crespo's storytelling theory of the Syawalan kupat-jembut tradition in Semarang, then analyzing its morphology to see its essence. The results of the study show: that the kupat jembut is used as a medium to attract the community so that the Syawalan tradition of the Pedurungan Semarang community can be preserved for the next generation. The naming does not reduce the essence of syawalan which is an expression of gratitude and hospitality. The research implication, narrative experience brings understanding to the essence of Islamic tradition to be preserved. Activities involved in the Supply Chain of PT. Unilever Indonesia is a supplier, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, retailer. PT. Unilever Indonesia decided to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and implement a fully operational SAP system to facilitate the company in the process of business integration to support the company's growth targets in the following years.

During the pandemic, people's spending on groceries has increased, both in the form of raw and ready-to-eat ingredient, included shoppong frozen food. This study aims to analyze the frozen food marketing strategy at the Azolla Frozen Food Bojonegoro Store in the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative approach. The sources of informants in this study were the owners and employees of Azolla Frozen Food. The data analysis method applied is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the marketing strategy for Azolla Frozen Food generally consisted of four types, namely product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and distribution strategy which aimed to increase sales and profits. In the context of Islamic Business Ethics, Azolla Frozen Food's marketing strategy is based on Islamic principles. The attitude of Islamic business ethics that underlies this marketing strategy is honesty, trust, deep understanding and conveying the true information only.

     A large body of research on library marketing, published in open access journals and included in open access databases such as Google Scholar, needs to be evaluated. Bibliographic analysis becomes a parameter for evaluating research results to determine the relationship between science and technology, map a particular scientific field, and monitor the development of new knowledge in a particular scientific field. The purpose of this study is to map the evolution of library marketing research indexed in Google Scholar, analyze topics related to library marketing, and identify researchers who have worked on those topics. In this research, a qualitative method based on the theme analysis approach is adopted as a data analysis method. This study uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data obtained from studies indexed by the keyword "library marketing" in Google Scholar. This sample was determined by screening publications in the form of journal articles published between 2018 and 2023. Study data were analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The relationship between library marketing and strategy is illustrated by the keyword mapping results in the article titled "Library Marketing Mix Strategy for the Digital Age." It was also noted that a library marketing study was conducted by 20 researchers from 2019 to 2023.

Apparently, love as a gift from Allah, SWT is sometimes channeled in ways that are contrary to religious teachings that are orderly and function to regulate human behavior. Sexual harassment has been widely discussed and has become a behavior that is published both through electronic and print media. Acts of sexual harassment will have a negative impact on the victim's psychology and traumatic in line with the development of the victim's soul.                This study aims to find steps to anticipate the occurrence of sexual harassment behavior through education on a socio-religious approach. Sexual harassment is a deviant behavior due to high pressure of sexual desire while not being able to enter into marriage, channeling lust through sexual harassment has become a social disease that occurs everywhere, will result in prolonged traumatic consequences for the victim, which will lead to the destruction of the future of the victim of sexual harassment .

Literary work is a form of expression of human feelings as outlined in oral and written forms. Literary work is a language art that can be enjoyed by oneself and for everyone to enjoy. Poetry is one type of kasya satsra which is an expression of the poet's feelings which is poured using figurative words. The poem entitled "Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti MencariMu" by Heri Isnaini was chosen as research material for poetry studies using a structural approach. The Structural Approach is an approach that examines poetry based on the elements that build poetry in an objective systematic manner. This study aims to describe the physical and mental structures contained in the poem "I Will Not Stop Looking for You" by Heri Isnaini. By analyzing using a structural approach, the writer can find the meaning of a literary work. Through a structural approach, the structures studied are the physical structure and the inner structure of poetry. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative description method used describes the data through words that show the meaning according to the concept. The result of this research is the discovery of all physical and mental structures in a poem by Heri Isnaini entitled "Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti MencariMu ".

This research is motivated by the rise of Nadin Amizah's songs which are difficult for listeners to understand, especially teenagers. Meanwhile, a song is a line of words combined with music and has a meaning or message to be conveyed to listeners. The problem discussed is the meaning and message in the lyrics of the song "A Dance that Never Ends" by Nadin Amizah using a semiotic approach. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning and message in the lyrics of the song. The benefit of research is that listeners better understand the goals and intentions contained in the song. The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Meanwhile, to analyze the lyrics of the song using the semiotic approach of Ferdinand De Saussure. The result of the research which becomes the signifier is the lyrics of the song "A Dance that Never Ends" by Nadin Amizah, while the signified is the result of an analysis of the meaning of the lyrics. Based on the results of the analysis, the meaning of the lyrics of the song tells about disappointment, including; 1) don't force someone who really wants to leave our life, 2) someone won't be in our life long, and 3). let someone go without having to prevent. Meanwhile, the messages in this song include; 1) must be sincere if someone leaves, and 2) always be grateful for someone's presence in our lives

This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this research is in the form of the value of love in the novel Moments Deep by Lia Seplia which is arranged in the form of phrases found in the novel. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. Based on research results, love between men and women is love that is given to each other, the feelings that arise within both of them form a unified whole by, giving sacrifices to the partner by thinking about the interests of the partner, mutual trust between the partners even when they are far apart, and mutual honesty to express feelings. Love for the family occurs between parents and children, children and parents, younger siblings and older siblings and vice versa, or between siblings who have blood ties which includes an attitude of affection, giving attention and care to elderly parents by caring for and loving them, being willing to make sacrifices from parents are to educate and care for a child sincerely until the child grows and develops until now, responsibility in the form of parents can be given in the form of meeting the needs of their children, and others. Love between fellow humans is an effort made by humans by providing assistance or in the form of assistance as social creatures who should work together and lend a hand. Love between humans and God means the form of human faith in God by carrying out His commands and avoiding His prohibitions and surrendering with all sincerity, performing worship, praying for help and convenience for what is done, always being grateful for everything that has been given. His. There are implications for the value of love in the novel Saat- saatjauh by Lia Seplia in learning high school novel texts in the 2013 curriculum.

This research discusses social discrimination among characters in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav. Therefore, the aim of this research is to: (1) describe the representation of dialogue containing social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (2) describe the representation of the causes of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (3 ) describes the implications of social discrimination on drama learning in high school. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data is taken from the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav in the form of screenshots of film footage and dialogue between characters which contain social discrimination. The results of research on social discrimination on the main character in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav show that (1) social discrimination which includes direct discrimination: limiting a certain area, such as housing, type of work, public facilities, and indirect: the act of blocking someone/ certain groups, races/ethnicities relate freely, hinder the rules/procedures followed which contain discriminatory bias and result in harm to the main character, a child living with HIV/AIDS, (2) the cause of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav is caused by due to the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, (3) The results of this research have implications for Drama Learning in Class XI SMA, especially in competency identifying characterization, dialogue and setting in drama performances.

Stylistic Analysis of Song Lyrics in the Album "Manusia" by Tulus. Department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education. The formulation of the problem in this study is what language styles are used in the song lyrics on the album "Manusia" by Tulus? This study aims to identify what language styles are contained in the lyrics of songs in the album "Manusia" by Tulus. This type of research is literature research. The method used in this study is the descriptive method. The data in this study is in the form of words or sentences that contain language style. The source of data used in this study was ten songs contained in the album "Manusia" by Tulus obtained from CD and  Tulus's official yotube  account. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and hermeneutic techniques. The data analysis technique used is a stylistic approach. The results of this study showed that metaphorical language styles, personification, hyperbole, anticlimax, apostrophe, anastrof or inversion, cynicism, erothesis, anaphora, epistropha, simploke, mesodiplosis, epanalepsis, and anadiplosis were found. The most dominant language style is anaphora language style.

This study aims to find out the financial performance of partners in PT. Cipta Aneka Selera (Case Study of Yasaka Fried Chicken Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency). The population and sample of this study are the financial statements of Partners of PT.Aneka Selera (Case Study of Yasaka Freid Chicken Pandan). The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the test used is the Data Analysis Test. The results of the research show that the results of the analysis of financial performance on Partners of PT. Cipta Aneka Selera (a case study of Yasaka Fried Chicken Pandan) where it was found that Return On Assets (ROA) tended to decrease, this was due to decreased sales, Pandan, causing a decrease in profits which resulted in a decrease in ROA value from 2017 of 3.64% to 1, 47% in 2018 so it has not met the Ministry of BUMN assessment standards B-PER10/MBU/2014. While Return On Equity (ROE) in 2019 to 2021 has decreased. And the value of ROE in 2017 to 2018 has not met the ministry's assessment standards. The current ratio for financial performance can be said to be good.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher's professional attendance and benefits on work performance in MIN 1 Cilegon City. The independent variable in this study is the attendance and professional allowance of the teacher while the dependent variable is work performance. The research used in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the MIN 1 Cilegon Teacher with a total of 30 Educators. Sampling 30 respondents of saturated samples. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS version 26. The statistical methods used were normality test, classic assumption test of linearity test, simple correlation test, regression test and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the study "The Effect of Teacher Professional Attendance and Allowance on Job Performance in MIN 1 Cilegon City", can be seen as follows: The results of the product moment correlation coefficient analysis show that r = 0.574 means that it has a moderate or significant correlation between attendance and allowance variables on work performance. In the calculation of the hypothesis obtained results tcount> t table (6.006> 2.001) Based on the calculations in the simultaneous F test obtained Fcount = 6.822, while the value of F table = (dk = nk-1 = 30-2-1 = 27 amounted to 3.35 with a real level of 0.05 Fcount> F table (6.822> 3.35) thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted with a significance level of (0.004 <0.05), it can be concluded that "there is a simultaneous and significant relationship between presence (X) and teacher professional allowance (X2) for work performance (Y) in MIN I Cilegon City ".

The essence of the work ethic is to see work as more than just it a way to seek income alone, but to find existence and dignity as a human being. Someone will be excited to work, if the workload given is in accordance with their abilities. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.             The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

The vision of passing from death to life is a glorious awakening. It is something that nature completely ignores, totally contrary to how it works (une privatione ad habitum non datur regressus-no way without ownership). Interestingly, the book of Ezekiel shows an unusual hope. In a valley full of human bones, God asked, "Can these bones rise again?" " Impossible! However, Ezekiel knows that nothing is impossible in God's hands. This paper uses qualitative research methods with a literary approach to present problems as well as analyze and collect data. With this in mind, the writer wants to discuss a number of things related to the text of Ezekiel 37 :1-14 itself. The main problem being considered is how to interpret the passage Ezekiel. 37:1-14. The conclusion is that through the text of Ezekiel 37:1-14, God actually wants to convey promises and messages of hope through Ezekiel. Text it mentions that Ezekiel saw a vision of dry bones in the valley, which was interpreted as a promise to save the Israelites.
