MP Giving breast milk too early at less than 6 months of age is an indicator that the mother has failed to breastfeed exclusively, which also has an impact on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding which is still low. Providing early MP-ASI is closely related to the decisions made by the mother. Giving MP-ASI too early can have an impact on the baby's health, including other diarrheal diseases. This is because the baby's digestive system is not ready to accept food other than breast milk, causing a reaction in the digestive system (Utami, 2019). Giving people MP-ASI too early is a difficult problem. Even though breast milk is known to have many advantages in terms of nutrition, immunity, economics, practicality and psychology, mothers' awareness of giving breast milk is still very low. The practice of giving MP-ASI too early, namely to babies less than 6 months old, is a serious concern because the digestive organs in the baby's body have not yet fully developed. This is caused by several reasons, including because mothers' knowledge about the importance of breastfeeding is still low, lack of family support for exclusive breastfeeding, and many mothers work outside the home (Yuliarti, 2019). An initial survey was conducted at the BPS Sulastri Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City on mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months. Of the 12 mothers who conducted interviews, there were 7 mothers who gave MP-ASI to babies before the age of 6 months, and 5 mothers said that the baby has been given formula milk since birth because only a little breast milk comes out. From the results of this background, the author is interested in researching "The relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about complementary foods for breast milk and the provision of complementary foods for babies aged 6-12 months at the BPS Sulastri Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City in 2023."

This study explores the impact of religious values on Muslim consumers' behavior toward green financing and eco-friendly products within the framework of Islamic economics. The research utilized a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method, surveying 250 Muslim consumers from urban areas in Indonesia. A structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was employed to measure religiosity and eco-friendly purchasing behavior. The multiple regression analysis showed that religiosity significantly influences green purchasing behavior, with higher religiosity scores correlating with greater engagement in environmentally conscious purchasing decisions. Additionally, the t-test and ANOVA revealed significant differences between Sharia-compliant and non-Sharia-compliant groups, with the Sharia-compliant group exhibiting stronger eco-friendly purchasing behavior. These findings suggest that Islamic principles related to environmental stewardship, such as Khalifa (guardianship of the earth) and Israf (avoiding wastefulness), play a significant role in shaping consumer attitudes toward sustainability. The study concludes that religious values are a crucial determinant of green purchasing behavior and that incorporating these values into sustainability initiatives can effectively promote eco-friendly behavior, especially in communities where religion plays a central role. Policymakers and educators can leverage religious frameworks to foster sustainability and encourage more responsible consumer behavior in Muslim-majority communities.

Oral health is an important aspect in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly. However, the elderly often face challenges in maintaining oral hygiene due to decreased physical abilities, changes in cognitive status, and lack of knowledge and access to dental health services. This study aims to identify factors that influence oral hygiene in the elderly and to develop an effective community-based intervention to improve oral hygiene among the elderly. The methods used in this study included a survey of knowledge, attitudes, and oral hygiene practices before and after counseling, as well as direct observation of oral hygiene in 50 elderly in the local community. The intervention was carried out through counseling, training, and providing support from family and community. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge of the elderly, from 60% before counseling to 85% after. Positive attitudes also increased, with more than 80% of the elderly showing a stronger intention to maintain oral hygiene independently. Oral hygiene practices also improved, with 75% of participants reporting brushing their teeth at least twice a day after the intervention, compared to 40% before the intervention. In addition, family and community support play an important role in facilitating these behavioral changes. The conclusion of this study is that a comprehensive community-based intervention is effective in improving oral hygiene in the elderly. This approach, which combines education, attitude change, and social support, can be a model adopted in oral health programs in other communities to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
