This journal discusses the Government's Communication Strategy through the Family Planning Program. This study aims to provide knowledge about communication strategies for family planning programs to the community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources in this study were obtained from references such as journals, books, and other written sources. The results of the family planning program is an activity held by the BKKBN which is a communication medium to become a medium for disseminating the family planning program. This family planning program needs to be well communicated and socialized, so that the younger generation of Indonesia in particular really gain knowledge and have attitudes in accordance with what is desired by the BKKBN. Therefore, a good communication strategy is needed so that the message to be conveyed to the younger generation can be received and realized properly. conclusions regarding the communication strategy of the BKKBN in the Family Planning program to the community to form community awareness itself through a communication strategy.

The purpose of this research is to define marketing, human resources, and functional strategies. Marketing managers will be guided by this marketing functional level plan as they decide who will sell what, to whom, where, how much, and how. On the other hand, the role and purpose of marketing is to help a business achieve its goals by placing goods and services profitably in the market. This research approach is qualitative, namely research that is natural and produces descriptive information. In this study, information was collected through a research literature study from journals, books, theses, or theses that provide theoretical discussion. The findings of this study indicate that functional strategy and human resource strategy have no effect on business performance, but financial strategy and marketing strategy do.

The research was conducted since there were many problems in reading ability which were correlated with students critical thinking. Some students who had critical thinking but their reading ability was low. It can be proved by the teacher given as test reading some students with critical thinking are able to understand a reading text well, but some students who do not think critically do not understand the reading text. Some students had good reading ability but critical thinking was low. It can be proved when students are given a reading test, there are some students who are able to read the reading text well, but their critical thinking is low so they can not do the exercises well. The design of this research was correlational research. The researcher was use the quantitative approach. The population of this research was all at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan which consist of 113. The sample was 23 students taken by class X IPA Pi. The research was carried out in May 2022. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and test for measuring students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade. To find out that the students critical thinking and students reading ability correlate or not, the researcher used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. There were two finding of this research. The first finding was a positive and significant correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. It means that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Second finding was a enough direction correlation between students’ critical thinking and students’ reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. The researcher found that the coefficient of correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan was 0.603. In conclusion, this research was done for finding the correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan.

The purpose of this study is to describe the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the emotional intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah and the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the spiritual intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati. The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces narrative data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis method uses interactive model analysis methods. While the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to obtain the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the application of scientific assignment methods in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati in improving teachers' emotional intelligence uses 3 scientific assignment methods in the learning process, namely articulation, reciptrocal teaching and inquiry. This program is one of the interesting programs on DAAI TV Medan. And it is not surprising that this program has received various awards from the North Sumatra KPID. So that researchers want to examine the production process of the Sumatra Frame program which has been trying to improve the corporate image of DAAI TV Medan. The purpose and benefits of this research are to find out the production process of the Citraloka program in building the image of DAAI TV Medan and I hope this research can be useful for readers. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The theoretical description in this study uses mass communication, communication processes, agenda setting theory, and program production processes. The results of this study are the production process carried out by DAAI TV Medan in making news regularly from pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage here begins with a projection meeting by gathering ideas according to the vision and mission, and related to inspirational values. Production activities, namely a reporter doing live coverage of the field. Then in post-production the process of editing and merging the coverage results into one news package. The Citraloka program has an inspiring value as a means of education for the community. Its consistency as a broadcasting media broadcasting useful news is quite good. DAAI TV Medan has carried out its social responsibility so that it has a good image in the community, and does not look at the ratings that have been achieved, but looks at how useful the broadcasts are.

Islamic education as a sub system of national education who has a purpose to form the character of student be a human being who believes, devoted to god almighty and have a noble character, as a provision for printing student who have a quality personality, that is to have a balance of morals and knowladge. The are so many poor education carry out and ignore its importance character building in students especially in elementary school age, therefore it is necessary to instill character through the activities of the dhuha prayer habituation, and istighosah for better personal printing. The purpose of this research is to describe implementation of the strategy of the principal by building teacher collaboration, as well as the result of character enhancement in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso. The research method used is with a qualitative approach that result narrative data in the form of natural explanations. Methods of data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. While the method of analysis uses an interactive model analysis method. Meanwhile the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to get the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on research results, then it can be found that strategy of the madrasa principal in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso school namely through teacher cooperation strategies, as well as parets, this collaboration can be through social media, or through the advice of the teacher. As well as character that is implanted in the form of a religious character, honest, and disciplined, because these characters can print student sho have noble character, who has a quality personality, have an awereness of discipline and likes to practice the sunnah of the prophet that is to have a balance of morals and knowledge.

This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing and Personal Selling to Decision Purchasing Insurance Policy PT. Askrindo Sorong Branch. This study has two independen variables is Digital Marketing and Personal Selling, while the dependent variable is Decision Purchasing The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive approach using data analisys, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained by questioners that spread out to 60 customers of PT. Askrindo Sorong Branch which purchasing insurance policy (especially on Fire Insurance Policies). The sampling technique in this study is to purposive sampling approach. The result of the study concluded that Digital Marketing and Personal Selling partially and simultaneously had an effect on Decision Purchasing. The test results showed that the Personal Selling was the most dominant in this study. The coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.283 or 28,3% the independent variables of digital marketing and personal selling affect a 28,3% on the dependent variable. While for the rest, 71,7% influenced or explained by other variabels not include in this study.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.

Democracy as the basis of state life allows recognition that, at the last level, the people regulate the main issues that concern their lives, including evaluation of state policies because they determine their lives. ) to the Constitutional Court regarding Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections regarding an open proportional system. The purpose of this study is to examine the closed proportional system discourse which is suitable to be reapplied in the 2024 General Election from a democratic perspective. The research methodology used is a normative juridical approach. Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

This study aims to determine the role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in managing the eruption of Mount Sinabung. The eruption of Mount Sinabung in 2010 and another eruption in 2013 had a major impact on the people living around Mount Sinabung. The role of various parties was carried out, including the presence of an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Karo Regency. This paper will describe the role of NGOs using the concept of disaster management which consists of pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster stages. In this study, it was found that during the pre-disaster stage the international NGOs present were FM Yoboseyo Yumen (FMYY) Japan and Mercy Malaysia. During the emergency response stage, the World Food Program (WFP) was present in Karo District. At the post-disaster stage are the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). This research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research types, and data collection through interviews and secondary data.

This research is motivated by the changing welfare conditions of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari (MGL) in Sukabumi Regency over time. The changes in the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari have had some positive impacts, notably in meeting the household needs of factory workers' families. Furthermore, the changes in workers' welfare can transform their family's lifestyles. This study aims to examine, analyze, and describe the welfare, lifestyle changes, and the influence of welfare on the lifestyle of workers' families at PT Muara Griya Lestari in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari, in general, has changed. Two aspects that have experienced noticeable changes are income and household consumption or expenditure, shifting from the moderate category to the high category. This has had an impact on the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families, which can be seen in three dimensions: activities, interests, and opinions. However, the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families at PT MGL have not reached a consumptive lifestyle and remain within reasonable conditions. Meanwhile, welfare has only a small influence on the changes in the lifestyle of workers' families. Lifestyle changes are influenced by the social and environmental conditions in which the workers reside. Therefore, lifestyle changes are a process that occurs as a result of the interaction between the members of the workers' families and their environment.

Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. There are several important aspects in realizing a green economy through policies and regulations to encourage the transition to a sustainable economy that considers environmental and social aspects that support the green economy in realizing the transition to a sustainable economy. The second is investment in renewable energy that uses energy such as solar power, wind power, hydroelectricity, biomass and geothermal energy. The third is sustainable infrastructure development, the fourth is community empowerment and the fourth is collaboration between the public and private sectors.

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.

Financing is an important component in providing education. Education costs are the amount of money generated and spent on various educational equipment which includes teacher salaries, facilities and infrastructure, administrative activities, education management activities, procurement of tools and textbooks, extracurricular activities and so on. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilizing financing sources in Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and observations. Financing is the most crucial thing that must be faced by education providers. In order for educational goals to be achieved, the management of education funds must be carried out properly and appropriately. This research was held at Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, because researchers wanted to know the sources of education financing in private schools and their utilization. The results showed that the utilization of funding sources for Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, both from School Operational Assistance funds, Operational Support Costs for Education Implementation, and Education Development Contribution funds were quite effective both in terms of personnel and non-personnel

The Constitution is the highest law in Indonesia and is the foundation for the protection and upholding of Human Rights (HAM). The Indonesian constitution regulates human rights in various articles, such as freedom of expression, the right to education, the right to health, the right to work, and so on. However, there are still many cases of human rights violations that occur in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the relevance of the constitution in guaranteeing and upholding human rights in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques for constitutional documents and laws related to human rights as well as literature studies. The results of the research show that the Indonesian constitution provides a strong basis for protecting and upholding human rights. However, in practice there are still obstacles such as a weak law enforcement system, corruption, and policies that are not progressive in promoting human rights. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public understanding and awareness of human rights and strengthen institutions that play a role in upholding law and human rights in Indonesia. In addition, there is a need for efforts to adopt progressive policies in promoting human rights and guaranteeing their protection in accordance with the constitution. Thus, it is hoped that the constitution can become an effective instrument in guaranteeing and upholding human rights in Indonesia.

Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School is an educational unit located in Lewoloba Village, Ile Mandiri District, East Flores Regency. As an Educational Institution, every activity carried out at the Lamaholot Private Vocational School is directed to achieve the school's vision and mission. To achieve the vision and mission, Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School must pay attention to the elements of education management, namely curriculum management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, public relations management, personnel management, and financial management. From the results of the initial research on the management elements above, it was found that phenomena/problems related to financial management had not been managed effectively. This was reinforced in the 2020 and 2021 School Activity and Budget Plans (RKAS), where it was found that several activity plans could not work because there was no reconciliation between targets and budget realization. The research objective to be achieved is that the researcher wants to know and explain the financial management of the Lamaholot Private Vocational School Larantuka based on the principle of the effectiveness of school financial management. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. While the data analysis technique used to find out and explain the problems at the research location is descriptive qualitative with a school financial management approach which includes (a) school financial management planning at SMKs; (b) implementation of school financial management at SMK; (c) evaluation and accountability of school financial management; and (d) analysis of the effectiveness of school financial management in SMK. From the results of the study it was found that the effectiveness of school financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School in 2020 was in the range of 99.52%. It means effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of school financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School in 2021 is in the range of 99.29% and is said to be effective. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the effectiveness level of financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years has reached the effective category because it is in the 90% - 100% category.

This community service is carried out with the aim of being able to assist program planning in the village. one of which is the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class IV UPTD SDN Banyuajuh 5 students in Social Science content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the recitation method on student learning outcomes. The type of data in this study is quantitative data, namely data on the results of student work obtained from the initial test and the final test of the actions of each cycle. This study uses a class action research approach (CAR) with the implementation cycle of cycle I and cycle II. The results of the study concluded that the completeness of student learning outcomes before the action only reached 2 students (9.09%) complete, while 20 students (90.91%) did not complete. Then after the action cycle I experienced an increase to 6 students (31.82%) completed and 16 students (68.18%) did not complete. In the action in cycle II, student completeness exceeded 80%, namely with 81.82% completeness with 18 students reaching the KKM that had been set, namely 73.
