This research aims to determine the role of banking cooperation with cooperatives and the obstacles to the role of banking cooperation with the Karya Baru village unit cooperative (KUD), Teluk Tigo Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. This thesis uses qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques and instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that this cooperative collects funds from its members in the form of mandatory savings, principal savings and voluntary savings. However, in carrying out cooperative activities, the cooperative management has not yet collaborated between the bank and the cooperative. The role of banking in this case is simply a place to store money for the administrators of the Karya Baru Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Teluk Tigo Village. There are no mutual benefits provided by either the cooperative or the banking sector, so members continue to withdraw money/borrow money through the cooperative in cash. One of the factors supporting the achievement of the goals of a program is its implementation. If the implementation of a program is good and on target, then the program can also have an impact on society. However, in this case the obstacle faced by the cooperative management is the lack of understanding of the management so that the cooperative being run is not very optimal so that the community does not have confidence in its management.

The theme of Islam-West relations in this paper explores several findings from academic studies, utilizing a literary study approach aimed at elucidating the 'roots' of conflict and the factors influencing the occurrence of conflict in Islam-West relations. Findings from an in-depth analysis of several current literatures describe the historicity and the impact analysis of the Crusades as the root of the issues underlying the confrontation and clash (conflict) in Islam-West relations. Furthermore, the most influential factors in shaping Western stereotypes of Islam are attributed to misunderstandings in the application of the 'sacred concept' of democracy and the interpretation of the 'evil doctrine' of Jihad, as well as the mention of "soft terrorism" regarding the Muslim migration process to Europe. Subsequently, it presents several criticisms, rebuttals, refinements, and rejections of the clash of civilizations thesis. Finally, it prepares a conceptual framework regarding Indonesia's strategic position and role as the world's largest Muslim democracy in the context of issues related to Islam-West relations.

The aim of this research is to find out what the legal consequences are of bad credit agreements where mortgage rights are not registered at the Gorontalo City National Land Agency office and to find out the factors that cause mortgage rights not to be registered. The type of research used is Normative Empirical research, using data types consisting of primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and literature techniques. Then the data is analyzed descriptively or provides an overview or explanation of the research subjects and objects as the results of the research conducted. The results of this research show that cases of bad credit agreements where mortgage rights were not registered at the national land agency office have occurred in the city of Gorontalo. So the legal consequence obtained from this case is that the bank as the creditor cannot prosecute in court because the mortgage which is used as collateral is not registered. Clearly this is detrimental and does not provide legal certainty for both parties concerned, especially because registration of mortgage rights determines the birth of mortgage rights. Then there are several factors that cause the mortgage rights not to be registered, namely, negligence on the part of the land owner, administrative obstacles, financial difficulties, approval from related parties and so on.

Background: Destruction is a process of physical destruction of medical record archives that have ended their function and use value. The knowledge of medical record officers greatly influences the ongoing process of shrinking and destroying medical record files. The main problem is the problem of inpatient medical records that are too many, resulting in storage of medical records not on available shelves, which are finally stored in cardboard boxes. Methods: Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a total saturation sampling technique of 12 PMIK. Research Results: The results of the Chi square test showed that there was a significant relationship between PMIK's knowledge regarding the eradication of Inactive RMs and the effectiveness of inpatient services, with a p-value of 0.003. A p-value of less than 0.05 indicates a significant relationship between PMIK's knowledge regarding the eradication of Inactive RMs and the effectiveness of inpatient services. Conclusion: Extermination is still unscheduled and has not been carried out because there are obstacles, namely medical record officers often work with double jobs where there is no division of tasks so that the extermination has not been carried out.

The aim of this research is to find out the process and implementation of land registration in Hutuo Village, as well as to find out the factors that cause problems in land registration in Hutuo Village. The type of research used is Empirical Legal research. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques and literature. Then the writer will analyze the data obtained in the research process descriptively, in this case the researcher will describe the description of the research subjects and objects as the results of the research he conducted. The results of this research indicate that land registration in Hutuo Village in view of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 is still not optimal. This is proven by the data in Hutuo Village where there are still a large number of unregistered land cases. However, the cases of land that have not been registered have not been resolved, due to the background obstacles that influence the achievement of legal certainty in the Hutuo Village. The suggestion in this research is that the Government, especially the Regional Office of the National Land Agency in Gorontalo Regency, continues to strive to carry out more outreach to the people of Hutuo Subdistrict to carry out land registration so that they can have a certificate to obtain legal certainty.

Sei Balai to present accrual-based SAP financial reports. Data was collected through field studies and analyzed using descriptive methods. Data was collected through field research. The research results show that the government of Kec. Sei Balai has not implemented the PP. No.71 of 2010, but is in accordance with PP. No.24 of 2005, which means using the cash basis for accruals. Apart from that, there are obstacles in preparation because it requires an increase in the number and quality of implementing human resources with appropriate accounting education, socialization, and technical guidance to produce reliable and transparent financial reports. There is a shortage of implementing human resources in each SKPD and supporting equipment is not yet ready.

This Journal discusses the juridical analysis of compensation in land acquisition due to the construction of dam reservoirs in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Procurement of land for the benefit of development is often collided with the stages that take time, whereas the land is needed immediately. The rules for the implementation of land acquisition state that for the acquisition of land with an area of not more than 1 hectare, it can be carried out directly by agencies that require land with the right parties. One of the problems that arise in the procurement of land is the provision of compensation to the owner of the land that will be used for construction. Article 27 of Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land Acquisition for Development states that land acquisition must include an assessment of compensation and the provision of appropriate and fair compensation to the entitled party and Article 1365 of the Civil Code. This study uses empirical research methods with a case approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of compensation in land acquisition due to the construction of dam reservoirs and the inhibiting factors in the provision of compensation. The legal basis is a reference in the procurement of land in Indonesia. In practice, however, there are some obstacles to the award of damages. In the case of the construction of a reservoir dam, the government and companies have promised compensation to the public since 2013. However, as of 2019, the land has not been compensated to the community. In 2022, the land was flooded and could no longer be managed by the community, so the case had to be resolved through litigation. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a deeper understanding of this problem and become a reference in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of land acquisition in Indonesia.

The aim of the Teaching Campus activity program for students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education is as a means for students to prepare themselves to become quality educators, and also to create the identity of an educator as well as to increase their knowledge about education. What will be done in carrying out the Teaching Campus program activities are debriefing, observing the school environment, observing learning in class and activities for forming work programs. The school situation certainly has many obstacles in educating its students. Therefore, prospective educators must be able to understand, and also find and search for various solutions to problems that have been observed in various ways which are of course fast and accurate. The situations we find in school and in learning often result in discrepancies from the learning plans expected by an educator. Therefore, an educator has other ways to carry out learning so that learning can be said to be successful and according to plan. Therefore, it is necessary to be close to students as a way for us to know the nature and characteristics of each student so that it can help to overcome problems that exist when learning takes place. When finding problems, prospective educators create ways to minimize various obstacles by using various learning methods which include interactive, active and interesting methods which aim to motivate students so that they are active in the classroom. Apart from these methods, prospective educators must teach various materials which are of course relevant to students' daily lives.
