In the implementation of regional autonomy Regency / City in general will have three functions: allocation, distribution and stabilization. Implementation of local government functions in the areas of allocation, among others, are providing services and public facilities,which are embodied in the construction of terminals in the Village Mustakaharjo Pati regency. With the construction of this terminal will boost economic growth and support the development of Pati district surrounding the city, given enough Pati District strategic location adjacent to the Holy District, Jepara, Grobogan, Blora and Rembang. Location of this study is the Village Mustakaharjo Pati regency. The analysis used analysis tool net present value (NPV), payback period analysis, Analysis of Return on Investment (ROI), Analysis of the results of return (internal rate of return) / IRR and the analysis of government-private cooperation. The conclusions obtained are potential high traffic density in this region will provide income opportunities (Cash In Flow) of Rp 176 611 583 .. Genetic Algorithm is a kind of search algorithm based on the mechanics of natural selection and genetics. This algorithm can  search  for a global optimum  solution using multiple path and  treat  integer problem naturally. This paper presents application of Genetic Algorithm for determining the size, location, type, and number of capacitors to be placed on radial distribution system. The objective is to minimize the peak power losses and energy losses in the distribution system considering the capacitor cost. The algorithm was implemented in Delphi programming language and tested for a realistic physically­existing feeder to show its feasibility and capabilities.

Cyber Campus Laboratory (CCL) adalah pelayanan jaringan yang terkoneksi dengan internet di Universitas  Stikubank. Kebutuhan pengguna dalam  mengakses informasi sangat  tinggi  bila dibandingkan dengan ketersediaan  bandwith. Selain itu kebutuhan untuk memanajemen jaringan dengan mudah sangat diperlukan untuk administrator jaringan. Penelitian ini akan merancang dan mengimplementasikan  VLAN pada jaringan Cyber Campus Laboratory agar peralatan yang ada dapat dioptimasi untuk memberikan pelayanan jaringan yang baik. Rancangan atau desain jaringan dibuat dalam tiga lapisan yaitu core, distribution dan access. Virtual LAN (VLAN) adalah  suatu mekanisme yang dapat digunakan untuk mensegmentasi jaringan dalam peralatan switch. Dengan metode trunking, switch dapat dihubungkan dengan router untuk menghubungkan semua VLAN. Melalui cara ini peralatan jaringan yang ada dapat dioptimasi untuk mendukung pelayanan jaringan.
