The company certainly has human resources as managers in organizing, managing and developing a strategic plan for the company's goals. In realizing these goals the most important thing is how the competence and performance of employees in the company. As an effort to improve employee performance, it must be supported by all components and the most important factor is increasing employee competence. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how work competence influences the performance of employees in the company. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that work competence greatly influences employee performance. The effect of competence on performance can be seen from the level of competence which has practical implications in human resource planning. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work competence on employee performance. The performance and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their duties is largely determined by competence. Companies are expected to always improve employee performance through training employees with their respective competency standards. This is because success in a company is influenced by the basic performance of employees obtained from the level of education, abilities and expertise possessed by these employees, so that they can contribute effectively and efficiently to the company.

Kualitas merupakan salah satu komponen bagi industri agar dapat bertahan dan bahkan dapat unggul dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif ini, sehingga perlu menjaga kualitas produk agar mematuhi serangkaian kriteria persyaratan kualitas yang ditentukan atau memenuhi persyaratan pelanggan, perlunya dilakukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengendalian kualitas agar dapat mengurangi  cacat produk coran aluminum alloy wheel pada proses casting dengan menggunakan metoda Seven Tools, yang dilanjutkan langkah perbaikannya dengan menggunakan konsep PDCA. Hasil Analisa menggunakan diagram pareto , dan diagram sebab akibat , yang dilanjutkan tindakan perbaikan dengan konsep PDCA, menunjukkan  bahwa cacat shrinkage yang merupakan cacat produk coran terbesar, yang semula 7,17% , turun menjadi 3,95%. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan prosentase  cacat produk coran yang awalnya 12,89% turun menjadi 6,61% . Penurunan prosentase cacat produk coran yang penting ini setelah rekomendasi langkah perbaikan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil tindakan perbaikan, serta menjadikan langkah perbaikan kerja sebagai pedoman untuk kerja selanjutnya, diantaranya yaitu pelatihan karyawan dan pengawasan kerja karyawan, pengendalian parameter proses casting dan melting yang terutama  pemeriksaan pada perbedaan ketebalan di tiap posisi rim contour,   dan pengawasan berkala temperatur saat   logam cair dituang  ke dalam cetakan.   Keywords: Fishbone diagram: Pareto diagram: PDCA; Quality control; Seven tools

Education and training have a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources, namely civil servants who are professional both in terms of competence, attitude and expected behavior in accordance with their respective duties and roles. The objectives of education and training have an influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the objectives of the training which are in line with performance measurement indicators. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The education and training carried out by the company is beneficial for the company, employees, and improves performance and performance in good quality.

Internal communication that occurs at PT. XYZ will affect work behavior which is indicated by employee performance towards the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how internal communication influences employee performance at PT. XYZ, how much influence does internal communication have on employee performance at PT? XYZ. The type of research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature study, and documentation study. The object of this research is all employees totaling 43 people. The analysis technique used is an instrument test (validity test and reliability test), simple linear regression analysis, F test, and correlation analysis. The results of data analysis show a simple linear regression equation Y = 42.116 + 0.510, which means that for every 1 unit increase in internal communication (X) then the performance (Y) increases by 0.510, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.528 meaning that internal communication simultaneously has a moderate effect on employee performance. which is also evidenced by count 15.825 > table of 4.08 with a significance level of 5%, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Employee innovative behavior is very important in increasing the growth and development of MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leader member exchange on the innovative behavior of MSME employees and the driving factors of leader member exchange on the innovative behavior of MSME employees. This study uses this scoping method to examine the most relevant and significant literature on leader member exchange (LMX) with related research methods. This research draws articles from several reputable national and international data bases or journals published from 2017 to 2023. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between leaders and team members in MSMEs has a significant impact on the innovative level of employees in MSMEs and the driving factors in LMX that influence the innovative behavior of MSME employees include leader support, mutual trust, open communication, recognition, and creative freedom

Restaurant Palace Fine Cuisine and Ballrooms Semarang merupakan restaurant dan penyewaan gedung yang elit berbintang 3 di kalangan menengah ke atas. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh Restaurant Palace Fine Cuisine dalam mengenai masalah persediaan bahan baku adalah proses pengolahan data penjualan, pembelian, dan laporan stok barang di Restaurant Palace Fine Cuisine masih manual yaitu pencatatan masih menggunakan nota manual dan belum ada sistem keamanan data, jika data hilang akan menyulitkan karyawan, mengakses data laporan belum bisa dipakai bersama antara karyawan dan pimpinan, yang mengakibatkan terlambatnya pemberitahuaan laporan persediaan barang. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi persediaan yang dapat membantu proses pencatatan yang selama ini berjalan di Restaurant Palace Fine Cuisine and Ballrooms Semarang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic.

ABSTRACT , The working relationship of employees and leaders can determine the level, benefits of the Work Environment and Employee Performance of the company they feel. Any positive work relationship can help create a healthy work environment and environment for employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment affects the work productivity of employees at the AMC Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation which was carried out from 1 March to 31 March 2023. Respondents from this study were all employees of AMC PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport with a total of 15 people. testing the results of this research using IBM SPSS 23 Statistics For Windows. The results showed that variable X (Work Environment) on variable Y (Employee Performance) in the AMC Unit with a simple linear regression test showed a strong influence by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.576 and a large effect with a coefficient of determination test of 33.1%. Therefore, the work environment must be maintained or improved so that the performance of the AMC Unit personnel of PT. Angkasa Pura I at Yogyakarta International Airport maintains and improves its performance in the room and in the field.

Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

The emergence of literary works is not solely written to provide entertainment to readers, but this is also a means of instilling cultural values ​​in the lives of readers. The presence of cultural values ​​in a literary work aims to provide positive values ​​in people's lives which will become a human guide in behaving. In addition, this cultural value will be a driving factor for a good way of thinking in society. This study aims to analyze cultural values ​​in one of Bernard Batubara's novels because the novel contains many life values, especially cultural values. This research is a type of library research. The data in this study is in the form of a novel entitled "Batu Manikam". The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study can be concluded that the novel "Batu Manikam" contains cultural values, namely the relationship between man and God, between man and himself, and between man and man, and between man and the environment. In this novel, the cultural values ​​that are more commonly found are cultural values ​​related to human relations with humans, including (1) ridiculing, (2) killing, (3) not having sympathy, (4) lying, (5) betrayal, (6) not holding grudges, (7) conveying the truth, and others. In addition, this study also found its implications for learning Indonesian in high school.

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work stress and work life balance on employee productivity at PT. Pacific Medan industry. Kepemimpinan mempengaruhi orang lain, bawahan atau kelompok, dan mengarahkan tingkah laku bawahan atau kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi atau kelompok. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan PT “X” Surabaya dan mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan PT “X” dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dengan indikator: demokratis, militeristik, dan laissez faire. Variabel dependennya yaitu kinerja karyawan dengan indikator kualitas kerja, kemampuan dalam kerjasama, penggunaan waktu yang efisien, keterampilan dan kecakapan tugas, tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, dan inisiatif karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT “X” Surabaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel di penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang karyawan PT “X” Surabaya. Jenis data di penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data di penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan SDM yang efektif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas kerja, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan pada PT Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur serta perannya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang, dokumentasi, serta wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan pihak Human Resource Development (HRD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen SDM di PT Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur telah berjalan cukup baik, terutama dalam aspek administrasi kepegawaian, pengelolaan absensi, kontrak kerja, dan pengelolaan data karyawan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti pengelolaan arsip dan koordinasi antar divisi. Dengan adanya perbaikan berkelanjutan, sistem manajemen SDM diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan secara optimal.

Productivity is something that many companies want to achieve, which will later affect the company's output in the form of results obtained, one of which is company profit, productivity is an indicator of employee performance at PT. XYZ, measured by the number of results obtained from daily activities which will impact on work results which will later be used as billing equipment for work results to customers. Taking a sample of employees in the report generation unit, the result is that the more working hours that employees go through will affect productivity the following day, this is due to employee eye fatigue working on reports in front of a computer screen. The more hours worked with additional overtime hours, the productivity will decrease.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai hubungan antara bentuk musikologis, pemahaman syair dan pembawaan dinamika di dalam lagu di dalam gereja Katolik. Bentuk lagu Anak Domba Allah karya Gab Edy Langgu yang menggunakan motif lagu Manggarai Timur gelang lite cela d' sebagai bagian dari ordinarium misa. Lagu Anak Domba Allah adalah bentuk lagu yang secara musikologis dibuat untuk misa yang sering digunakan oleh umat awam dan rohaniwan. Bentuk lagu ini tidak dipahami oleh semua orang di gereja tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah sebuah penelitian musikologis terhadap bentuk lagu Anak Domba Allah, yang dikatikan antara makna syair dan dinamika di dalam lagu tersebut. Lagu ini memiliki potensi untuk diterima dan digunakan untuk membantu umat beribadah dalam penghayatan iman mereka. Peran gereja-gereja Katolik di Kota Kupang adalah menyanyikan lagu pujian ordinarium anak Domba Allah ini.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. The most dominant character education value in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye is the value of social care character education, and curiosity From the results of the analysis of the 28 values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana, it can be implicated in teaching literature in class XI high school, according to KD 3.20 analyzing the messages from the two fiction books (novels and poetry) that have been read. , students can learn the value of character education.Students can also find the value of character education in novel.

The purpose of this work is to convey a message by visualizing negative behavior in the form of women's insecurity with the object of make-up tools that are metaphorized in contemporary painting. The method of creating works using an art consortium through five stages, namely, the preparation stage (observation and exploration), the elaboration stage (searching and collecting references), the synthesis stage (application of main ideas), the realization of concepts (making works), and the completion stage (artist report and final work exhibition). So that the realization of ten works that the author made with the theme of feelings of insecurity, the resulting works are 9 works with a size of 120x100 cm and 1 work with a size of 150x100 cm, with the titles lipatan, keinginan, paksaan, apakah aku sudah berbeda?, logika, kenyataan, pengangggu, penyamaran, mencoba, dan obsesi.

The educational process functions as the intellectual development and potential of students. The use of appropriate learning models or media can encourage the growth of students' enjoyment of the learning process, increasing learning motivation. This study applies the ASSURE learning model with Mentimeter media which can be accessed through each student's device. Menimeter media is used as a form of technology application in the learning process. Mentimeter can be used as an online presentation medium or presented in a quiz format to assess students' understanding of the material provided by the teacher (Zulfa & Huda, 2021). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method with research instruments that use test instruments and non-test instruments. The results of this study indicate that the ASSURE model with mentimeter media can be applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The use of meter media in the learning process can motivate students in learning which affects the acquisition of learning outcomes.

The skills to analyze systematics and language of scientific work are very important for students to master. However, based on observations, several Indonesian language teachers at SMAN 4 Semarang still apply teacher-dominated learning, namely lectures and power points as learning media which make learning not student centered so that when participating in learning the students feel bored. Therefore, the ASSURE model was tested using Quizwhizzer media in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work in class XI.MIPA3 SMAN 4 Semarang with the aim of creating student-centered learning, increasing student interest in learning and activeness, and optimizing student learning outcomes. This research method is descriptive qualitative with test and non-test instruments (questionnaire). Test instruments are used with test techniques as material for analyzing the effectiveness of the learning process. While the non-test technique is used with observation and questionnaire techniques as material for analyzing the characteristics of students and assessing the effectiveness of the learning process. The results of this study can be concluded that the ASSURE model with Quizwhizzer media is appropriately applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The results of this study are useful as reference material in choosing learning models and media, especially learning models and media to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work.
