This research aims to produce learning media for the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet on Traditional Market Snacks in Pontianak City on the flat-sided building material that reaches the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses a 4D design model, which is modified into 3D, namely define (definition), design (design), development (development), without using the fourth stage, namely disseminate, because this refers to the initial goal of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective media contained in the third step of the development of this model, namely development. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Suster Pontianak with a total of 20 students. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and test questions. Based on the results of the first study, the validation of the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet with an average value of 84,76% from expert activities was very valid with a very good category. The second is the value of practicality, seen from the value of the questionnaire filled in by the teacher, the percentage is 97% with very practical criteria. to see the effectiveness of the ethnomathematics-based student worksheet learning media compared to the Likert scale index, with a percentage of 81.11% in the very effective criteria.    

Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

This study aims to obtain data on the impact of noise pollution by conducting a noise test from the operation of the PLTD and modeling it to get the noise impact hue. Finite element software modeling the impact of noise generated from the operation of PLTD to determine the hue of the noise impact. LISA, a popular finite element analysis application, was used to estimate and complete this study using the finite element model. Noise data retrieval, some data is carried out according to the engine power load during production and the machine stops with a certain distance reference to the affected area, namely residential areas, with a zone radius of up to 100 m from the machine point. The condition of the impact of noise exposure that occurs, where in general the area that has a major impact on settlements is a linear area of openings at the noise source because noise waste is free to come out of building openings without any obstacles. , so that the nominal sound impact that occurs without these obstacles, the average noise value is above the 70 dB.A threshold with the category of very disturbing.

Desa Curug mendapatkan bantuan dana untuk melaksanakan program ODF. Program ODF (Open Defecation Free) adalah kondisi ketika setiap individu dalam komunitas tidak buang air besar sembarangan. Membangun kesehatan keluarga mandiri bukan hanya melalui program fisik, tetapi kegiatan setelah program tersebut berakhir yang lebih diutamakan supaya berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran keluarga mengenai pentingnya sanitasi sebagai salah satu syarat kelengkapan dalam rumah tapak sederhana dan memberikan informasi tentang tata cara membuat sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan. Metode kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah metode penyuluhan. Sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan adalah jamban keluarga lengkap dengan konstruksi septictank dan resapannya yang berjarak 10-11 m dari air bersih. Penyuluhan sanitasi berstandar kesehatan membuka wawasan masyarakat bahwa anak-anak akan terhindar dari stunting, sehingga dapat menjadi sumber daya manusia unggul sesuai dengan visi misi presiden terpilih periode 2019-2024. Untuk keberlanjutan jamban keluarga mandiri sebaiknya dibentuk tim untuk mengawasi pada saat pembuatan dan pemeliharaan.

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. His heart blossomed and everything became beautiful; (b) association figure of speech serves to describe different vibrations when falling in love with millions of feelings; (2) The types of imagery in Nidji's song lyrics consist of (a) auditory images found in the lyrics "I hear the singing of a thousand gods and goddesses of love" and "Echoing the world", (b) visual images found in the lyrics "I see the sun will come to me” and “I see the moon will come to me”, (c) the motion images found in the lyrics “Come to me, hug me dearly” and “The moon will come to me”. (3) The application of learning using Nidji's song lyrics is in accordance with basic competencies 3.17 Analyzing the elements of poetry building. The method used is Discovery Based Learning with learning steps which include the following: greeting and motivation, apperception, division of study groups, analyzing Nidji's song When I Fall in Love based on figurative and imagery elements, presentations, and concluding learning activities.

Mailing is one of the Web systems that is now widely used in modern administrative systems. The correspondence system is a system related to administration that virtually concentrates the components of an organization, where data, information, and communication are made through telecommunication media with the aim of building a system that is able to accommodate each element. This correspondence system is built using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the Waterfall Model software development technique. For the use of the correspondence system, a study was conducted entitled "Web-Based Correspondence System at the Bale Musara Village Office". This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of testing the Web-based Correspondence System are in accordance with the system proposed and expected by system users, especially for village operators and secretaries. Based on the research and creation of the system that has been carried out, there are several conclusions, namely the Making of a Correspondence Information System at the Bale Musara Village Office can be used to facilitate the work of village officials.

Today there are various kinds of social media for business. Some examples social media for business including Facebook, Youtube, Blogs, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat. From a variety of social media that are often used by business actors is facebook. Facebook users in Indonesia reach 129.9 million in early 2022. This figure is derived from advertising reach sources Facebook to Indonesian users. Thus, the percentage of users Facebook in Indonesia is equivalent to 46.8 percent of the total population in early 2022. In the world of marketing, social media plays an important role is very important in building a strong customer base for a brand. One of the biggest in Indonesia, of course, is Facebook. In to increase marketing channels, there are recommendations for tools and software Free Facebook marketing at its best. This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.

This study aims to determine the role of student organizations in building character, especially in today's digital generation. In conducting this research, the author applies a qualitative or descriptive literature study research method. Literature studies are obtained through a literacy process from various books and articles related to the material to be discussed. The literature study in this study was carried out by the author through the process of reading, concluding, then processing and developing the data obtained as material from the research conducted. Based on the research carried out, it was concluded that the very important role of student organizations in educating student character in this digital era is critical thinking. If students do not have the ability to think critically, it will be very easy to fall into things that weaken the character of the nation. Students must be able to be good examples for the community and the task of students is also to make the best possible use of existing digital technology and then implement it in everyday life. This research is expected to provide information and add insight to readers, especially students, about the role of student organizations in the digital generation.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. ABSTRAK Pancasila merupakan landasan dalam berbagai pelaksanaan kehidupan bermasyarakat maupun pendidikan bagi warga negara. Sila pertama pancasila yaitu ‘Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa’ merupakan salah satu kunci dalam membangun keyakinan beragama dan toleransi warga negara karena tanpa adanya keyakinan beragama dan toleransi suatu bangsa akan terpecah belah melalui ancaman dari dalam negeri sendiri. Universitas Sebelas Maret atau sering disebut UNS merupakan salah satu universitas negeri terbesar yang ada di Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Dalam era pandemi Covid-19 UNS menerapkan sistem pembelajaran daring dimana terdapat kelebihan dan kekurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama oleh mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di UNS. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penelitian, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner ke subjek penelitian terkait. Dari hasil yang didapat, mahasiswa dapat menanamkan sikap toleransi dan melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik sebagai bentuk dari implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama. The first principle of Pancasila, namely ‘Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa’ is one of the keys in building religious belief and tolerance of citizens because without religious belief and tolerance a nation will be divided through threats from within its own country. Universitas Sebelas Maret or often called UNS is one of the largest public universities in Surakarta, Central Java. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, UNS implemented an online learning system where there were advantages and disadvantages. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the first Pancasila values ​​by students in the implementation of online learning at UNS. To meet the research needs, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to related research subjects. From the results obtained, students can instill an attitude of tolerance and carry out worship properly as a form of implementing the values ​​of the first precepts of Pancasila. Indonesia is a country that have a lot of diversity. Diversity of indonesian separated to race, culture, religions, ethnicity, customs and groups. Diversity in a nation can have advantages and disadvantages. As a member that live on a country that have so many diversity, we can reduce the disadvantages with tolerance and archipelago insight. This literature will discuss about conflict caused by diversity. In this literature we will know that tolerance and archipelago insight can prevent conflict because of diversity.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax knowledge, and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is land and building taxpayers in Boja District, Kendal Regency with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The calculation of the sampling was calculated by random sampling using the formula Slovin and got the results as 100 respondents. Primary data using a questionnaire distributed to taxpayers This study has theoretical and implications practical. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis The results showed: 1). Tax sanctions have no significant negative effect on taxpayer compliance. 2). Tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 3). Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Dengan terciptanya web portal ini akan mempermudah kinerja admin dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang secara otomatis juga akan mengurangi beban tenaga IT di Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika yang minim tenaga IT.   Kata Kunci – E-Government, WDLC, Website, Internet   Abstract – The need for information is getting faster.Be the reasonbuilt e-government webportalthis. The purpose of study to determine how the implementation of character education through the tahfidz in SD IT Ar-Rahman Purwakarta. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research in through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The result of the study illustrates that: 1) The implementation of character education through the tahfidz program is carried out through exemplary principles through the drill method (repetition of readings), through habituation, through motivation, and good communication. 2) The forms of character developed tn the tahfidz program through the materials and methods of the tahfidz program in growing students awareness of the umportance of reading, memorizing, and practicing the Al-Qur'an in life. The obstacles faced by teachers in implementing character education include the lack of parental roles in monitoring the development of students and the lack of effectivenes in learning the tahfidz program. While the effort to overcome the obstacles and by teachers in implementing education is to provide motivation. Application of various methods and make student “Linking Book” effective.

This study aims to describe the improvement of elderly health that has been carried out at the Jawa Jawa Kramas Christian Church, Semarang City. Most of the elderly in the church are elderly women who are still active in domestic activities and micro/small economic businesses. Based on the action plan to improve the health of the elderly, it is carried out with integrated data on the elderly, the establishment of elderly institutions, capacity building for health cadres and the implementation of health checks as a promotive step and basic services to the Tembalang Community Health Center. In its development, efforts have brought results and have received appreciation from the church and the surrounding community.

Electricity is a very important need for the life of many people. Especially with the increasing number of tools that use electricity as a source of energy in this day and age. With the increasing demand for electricity, the more electrical energy that must be issued, especially by PLN. Electricity is also a source of energy that is needed in all activities related to electronics, therefore its use varies greatly. The purpose of making this final project entitled "Installation of Solar Power Generation Devices (PLTS) as a Source of Electrical Energy in the Garden of the Mahktab Building, Panca Budi Campus" is as a form of saving electrical energy in garden lighting. Electrical energy saving is done by utilizing solar cells, batteries as current storage and LED lights which are operated with a control system. The method used in this final project is the design method. The method steps are analysis, design, manufacture and testing. analysis, design, manufacture and testing. The design of the solar cell device as a converter of solar energy into electrical energy which is then stored in the battery.
