The purpose of this paper is to find out how "Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan. The purpose of this study is to explore various aspects of Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan in the context of the modern logistics industry. This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. The most dominant character education value in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye is the value of social care character education, and curiosity From the results of the analysis of the 28 values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana, it can be implicated in teaching literature in class XI high school, according to KD 3.20 analyzing the messages from the two fiction books (novels and poetry) that have been read. , students can learn the value of character education.Students can also find the value of character education in novel.

This study aims to determine the concept of haul in the perspective of four schools of thought. This research is a type of qualitative research with library research methods. This study uses a normative language and juridical approach. The data are sourced from various literature explorers whose sources are journals, books and proceedings. Data analysis is used by tracing various literatures from articles, books, proceedings and other relevant, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are that First, according to the agreement of the scholars, among them according to the four schools of thought that haul is not required for agricultural and fruit zakat. The way children are educated in Islam has an impact on their growth and role in life. Through this article, we examine the factors that cause the success of how to educate children in Islam focusing on the morals, manners and knowledge of children in the realm of the family. The type of analysis used in this study is literature search, or in other words called literature search. It is a problem-solving activity based on a critical and in-depth analysis of important library materials. Most of this research is done in newspapers and news stories, looking for different sources of information relating to the issue under investigation. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data displayed is categorized, displayed, and analyzed using a system of elaboration of the source's answers, This analysis involves contextualizing and interpreting the data that has been collected. The data are presented in this article in a narrative and descriptive format. The conclusion of this study on child rearing in the Islamic worldview is that raising children in the Islamic worldview is the duty of every parent. Children are a gift of Allah SWT to all parents and raising children in an Islamic perspective is an irreplaceable obligation of every parent. There are different ways of raising children in Islam, for example. How to teach the basics of Islam, give nicknames to children with good intentions, give affection every day and teach children to pray since childhood. Environmental factors, parental character and social environment can affect a child's education in Islam. It can even be stated that the most sad event in marriage is divorce, so God really hates it. So the author raised the theme "Sexual Needs Are the Main Cause of High Divorce Rates". The type of research used in this paper is Library Research. Using primary data sources that use material from several books about sexual needs and books about divorce. Secondary material as support for this research uses books, articles, papers that discuss divorce caused by sexual needs. So, based on this research, it can be concluded that one of the factors that can influence a family to divorce, among others, is the dissatisfaction of one partner in sexual relations, resulting in the partner's inner income not being met. Biological factors that are not fulfilled by partners are the main factor in the high divorce rate, either because they do not get satisfaction from their partners or for various reasons.

The urgency of the head of the family as a priest in the household is the most basic and essential thing that must be understood by a father figure. Nowadays, there are not a few heads of families who do not understand the nature of themselves as priests in their household. The result is that many families lose their way because they have not experienced good spiritual maturity. For this reason, the head of the family is expected to be a true priest in his family. Of the many, one that must be fulfilled by the head of the family to fulfill his responsibility is to guide his family members to become children of God and live like Christ. This study uses a qualitative method with a library approach. The purpose of this research is to examine case studies with a literature approach while at the same time finding solutions as a form of thought offering.

Implementation of PAK through family education is really very important to do. To describe the implementation of PAK in the family, the authors use library research as a method. The background of this research is because there are obstacles in the process of applying PAK in families that are affected by the weakening of parents as educational figures. Of the many, one of the causes of PAK not manifesting satisfactorily in the family is parents who have not yet been born again. It means that parents still don't really think about themselves as disciples of Christ and feel that they are the main and first educators in the family. For this reason, parents must be aware that actualizing PAK in the family is their responsibility. Realizing effective PAK in the family, parents must educate their family members that PAK has a role and function as a change carrier that is dynamic, progressive, and transformative towards spiritual growth and development. The research carried out aims to contribute ideas to the problem of implementing PAK in families that have not been realized satisfactorily. The final conclusion of this article is that the implementation of PAK through family education is very much needed by today's Christian families.

The narrative of James 4:1-10 contains a Biblical pattern of life. However, in today's development, human culture continues to experience changes. The changes in question are behaviors related to morals and ethical values so that humans experience a lot of degradation in the sanctity of their lives. Overcoming this problem, true Christians can have a humble attitude, fear God, fight against sin, rely on God, purify the heart and pray as contained in the narrative of James 4:1-10. This study uses a library research approach. The purpose of this article is to contribute thoughts in the form of alternative solutions to the problems of deviant behavior committed by some Christians today.

This article uses the library research method. The research conducted is an attempt to describe the "Significance of Understanding Human Damage as the Image of God in Pastoral Counseling Services for Church Members". This research aims to contribute thoughts on the problems currently being experienced by some members of the church. The problem is, there are not a few church members who still do not maintain the divinity of God's attributes within them. Thus, the tendency that occurs is that church members act arbitrarily without realizing that they are the image and likeness of God; who has a role as a representative in this world in protecting and caring for His creation. So as an alternative problem solving, one of the most effective approaches is pastoral counseling services. Through the pastoral counseling service, church members must be educated and guided so that they realize that within themselves there are attributes of God that must be maintained with holiness. One of the ways is by avoiding various things that mix and are related to sin.

At the point when the students are assessed, they are demanded to work to publish scientific writing. This study investigates the process of constructing scientific writing as well as the academic search engine that is frequently used by graduate students in building their papers. Later on, this study also discloses the factor of using repeated platforms. A personal learning environment helps the students to connect both inside and outside the classroom learning by employing digital tools. This paper presents a case study exploring the steps of conducting scientific writing, the academic search engine mostly used by students, and the factors in deciding the platform. Eighteen graduate students majoring in the English education department were the participants of this study. The data was collected through class observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The result shows several steps to construct scientific writing including readiness, composing the article, getting ready for publication, distribution, and development. While Google Scholar (100%), Web of Science (94.7%), and online library (63.2%) are the top three online platforms as the academic search engine they used to search for references to build arguments for their scientific writing. Some factors why those platforms become highly beneficial are exposed by the participants such as their pertinence, reference quality, and publication impact. This study is expected to provide certain considerations for students or scholars about utilizing several online platforms and some reasons behind which is beneficial to build scientific writing publications.

This study aims to determine the role of business ethics in the continuity of a business enterprise. This research uses the library research method, where the study is based on the opinions of an expert on business ethics and corporate business continuity, by collecting secondary data or using data that has been recorded, both in the form of reports and the results of previous research. . This business ethics is implemented for various aspects. Maintaining mutual trust in cooperation will greatly affect the reputation of the company, both at the micro and macro levels. All of this does not provide immediate benefits, but this is a form of long-term investment for all elements of the business environment.

This article was written to examine the new policy of the Ministry of Kemendikbud, namely the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Design, and its Implications for Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Learning. The emergence of this new curriculum is due to the results of an assessment conducted by PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) assessing that the quality of education in Indonesia is ranked 74th out of 79 countries. Broadly speaking, Indonesian education has experienced a very significant decline in literacy and numeracy. Starting from this phenomenon, the Ministry of Education and Culture designed a new curriculum design called independent learning. This study uses the Library Research method. Namely by collecting data and information in the form of texts, policy documents and previous studies on curriculum design in a formal institution. After studying the design of the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, this study analyses the implications of the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar design with evaluation in Islamic religious education learning. The results of this study include, among others, that the new policy on the design of the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar that will be applied in all formal education institutions in Indonesia is broadly as follows: 1) The national exam which previously only focused on the cognitive competence of students in the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar has changed. become a minimum competency assessment that is held halfway through the education level process. 2) National standard school exams, which were formerly administered by the state, in this Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar were given to related educational institutions. 3) Simplification in compiling learning device documents. 4) Changes in the Zoning system in the admission of new students. Islamic religious education is a subject that is different from other subjects, this is because the learning process of Islamic religious education is coloured by divine spirits, from these divine spirits used to design an Islamic religious learning. Seeing the characteristics of the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar that have been analysed above, the evaluation of Islamic religious education learning should be transformed into Authentic Assessment. In authentic research, Islamic education does not only assess students cognitively, but also assesses affectively (qolbiyah) and also morally (amaliyah).

Referring to this problem, the writer conducts a theological analysis of the narrative of the Gospel of John. 3:1-21 as an alternative solution to the problem. The alternatives offered by this thought are: as God's people, they must experience spiritual renewal in the sense that they are born again, have integrity and an attitude of life as they are, understand the concept of salvation correctly, and respect themselves as God's precious creation. This study uses a qualitative method with a library approach. The final conclusion of the author about "Effective Pastoral Counseling Services According to the Gospel of John 3:1-21" is, the meaning of Jesus' ministry to Nicodemus contains an understanding that is needed by today's Christians.

This article aims to describe the aesthetic values found in novels. Aesthetic values in novels are a form of creativity of the author. Aesthetic values include beauty in terms of language, storytelling, depiction of nature that is so real, character features, and depiction of the environment. The beauty of the character description of each character that is packaged in the unity of the sentence is the background of research related to the aesthetics contained in Indonesian novels. The data collection of this research is done by reading and writing techniques using the library research method and is descriptive in nature with data sources coming from Indonesian novels. The author describes the aesthetic value based on the beauty of the language chosen appropriately. The aesthetic values in the novel can be seen from the strengthening of the character, the use of figurative words and the hyperbolic depiction of the storyline. The results of this study can be an insight for literature lovers and focus on sentences that arouse readers' emotions

Khairen. (6) Describe the value of the character's cooperative struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (7) Describe the implications regarding the value of the character's struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen on literature learning in high school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are library techniques, listening techniques and further note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses text analysis techniques.The results of this research show that there are values of the characters' struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen which is in accordance with Joyomartono's theory. The author found 25 data which were divided into six, namely 9 data on the value of being willing to sacrifice, 5 data on the value of unity, 2 data on the value of respect, 2 data on the value of patience, 4 data on the value of never giving up, 3 data on the value of cooperation. Apart from that, these values can be implied by studying literature in high school. Based on the 2013 curriculum in KD 3.8 interpret the author’s view of life in the novel read. and KD 4.8 Present the results of the interprestation of the author’s views both orally and in writting. The results of this study can be used as teaching material in studying literature in high school. Teaching materials can be used as a complement to the main textbook source.

This study aims to determine the information system service certificate for Jalatrang Village, Ciamis Regency using data collection techniques through field research, namely observation and in-depth interviews with 8 informants who were selectedqualitatively descriptively. The results show that the service information system for village certificates in ciamis district provides positive things to the village. This research was contuted by a library study, namely the collection of data and information through books and other reading sources that are relevant to the problem to be studied. Field research is data obtained by observation. The purpose of this final project is a web-Based Village Certificate Service Information System in Jalatrang Village” aims to design a database that accommodates all information about Jalatrang Village so that this information can be provided and presented more effective in terms of time and energy utilization.

Where this instagram is being used as one means to showcase his identity as an active politician using a mixed language between Indonesian and sundanese. The study aims to know the language used by ridwan kamil in every post he posted. The study used a method with a library study type. This library study process is also used for collecting data. Based on results and discussions, analysis of the use of language styles or variations in social media has been found in a great variety of language styles such as the use of sundanese in his posts and comments column, through his personal instagram of @ridwankamil, through his personal instagram not only uploading political content but also by interacting with his followers through the instagram so that personal messages can be faster and more accessible.

Where the author collect library books as the main source, journals,articles, and also websites related to the title. The goal to be achieved in this writing is to open our horizons, especially teachers or those who want to become teachers, so that they have professional values in carrying out and carrying out their vocation when educating and teaching students. The results obtained from this study are that teacher professionalism can help students realize their goals, and there is the potential for teachers to be the spearheads who bring big changes to nation and state.

Abstract.
