This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the development of education quality in developing countries. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that quality education is education that can produce students who have abilities, insight and skills in accordance with established standards, so that they have sufficient opportunities to be competent in any job market without ignoring the moral aspects of their lives. A developing country is a country with a low average income, relatively underdeveloped infrastructure, and a human development index that is poor compared to global norms. Educational policies in developing countries generally originate from the legacy of colonial educational policies. It is said this because developing countries when they first became independent had not yet developed their own educational policies based on the realistic needs of their people. The independence that has been achieved in the political field is not automatically followed by independence in other fields, especially in the field of education. The causes of the low quality of education in developing countries are, 1) lack of qualified teachers, 2) failure of schools to care for students, in fact elementary schools are less effective in supporting the development movement, if the impact is not proven within an appropriate period of time, 3) poor state of the curriculum. not appropriate. The basic problems of the curriculum at the pre-university level include the expansion of cultural adaptation, localization and vocationalization of the curriculum, 4) Inequality in rural and urban progress.

During the period of compulsory education in Indonesia, which is 12 years, the government requires mathematics as the main subject of external learning which will continue to have an impact on people's lives. The level of ability in a field of science must be measured to obtain valid data for the development of education in Indonesia. The use of Sagemath Mathematics Software in schools in Indonesia is not surprising at this time, technological developments have made the use of Sagemath Mathematics Software commonplace. The research method used in this research uses a literature study research method where researchers research the results of previous research. In groups There were 55.88% of experiments that experienced an increase (normalized gain) in the high category and 44.22% were in the medium category. Meanwhile, the average increase (normalized profit) in this group was 0.71, which is included in the high category. The results of this study concluded that students' abilities in mathematical computational thinking on Sagemath software are very high, this is due to several factors between the tendencies of students' desires and creativity of the teaching profession. Students' computing abilities when using Sagemath software can be done through students' mathematical algorithm features.

This research proposes the use of a decision support system based on the Profile Matching method to determine the thesis supervisor. This method is effective in making decisions that are in accordance with the concentration of the thesis title, functional position, and educational level of the lecturer. This research refers to the concept of a decision support system that offers several alternative choices to assist management in making decisions efficiently. The Profile Matching method is carried out with the stages of variable weighting, factor grouping, and total value calculation. This research also refers to related studies that have been conducted previously to build a more effective and efficient system in determining supervisors. The research method used is Research and Development with a waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The results showed that the use of a decision support system with the Profile Matching method can provide recommendations for supervisors in accordance with the criteria set. Product testing using Aiken's V and ISO/IEC 25010 standards also shows that this system is feasible to use with good validity values and quality that meets standards. In conclusion, the decision support system with the Profile Matching method can help speed up and improve efficiency in determining thesis supervisors in the PTIK study program at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Suggestions for further development are to consider integration with web technology for ease of access and use.

Education as an Equal Right without Discrimination Education is considered a right that must be obtained by every individual regardless of background, economic status or physical condition. Within the framework of the national education system regulated by Law Number 20 of 2003, education is fully guaranteed without any form of discrimination. This encourages the importance of implementing inclusive education evenly at all elementary school levels. This article aims to outline creative learning strategies in the context of inclusive education, especially at the elementary school level, using a literature review as a basis. This research explores various library sources through search engines. The article explains that learning for students with special needs in elementary schools does not only focus on developing motor skills, but also on the ability to interact in a social environment. Teachers who implement creative learning strategies can increase the effectiveness of learning objectives, materials, media, teaching methods, evaluation, and student learning environments. Several learning strategies that can be applied to students with special needs in elementary schools include remedial teaching, deductive, inductive, heuristic, expository, classical, cooperative and behavior change strategies. To support this need, it is recommended that teachers explore the use of learning media that are friendly for students with special needs, such as puzzles, to create an inclusive learning environment and support optimal development for all students.
