This devotion aims to investigate the effectiveness of the activities of the Ampar Buku through the library around in growing reading interest in children in the Community Reading Center. The method of implementation used in the activities of the community to the community is with a participatory approach. The program results show that the activities of the Ampar Buku through the bookmobile have a positive impact in increasing reading interest in children. Children show high enthusiasm to this activity and look more active and excited when the activity is implemented. In conclusion, the activities of the Ampar Buku through the bookmobile has great potential in increasing children's interest in the reading of the Community Reading Center and also recommends to expand and continue the program to achieve a significant impact in the development of child literacy.

This type of research is library research, that is, research and studies are carried out by tracing and examining literature or written sources related to the subject matter. The type of data in this study is qualitative data. Qualitative data, namely in the form of literature from various experts. Secondary data sources are data that come from literature books where all information is related to this problem. In analyzing the data obtained and as an attempt to draw conclusions, the collected data will be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this study produced several findings, namely that giving rewards does not always have to be expensive. But there is nothing wrong with giving children rewards in the form of goods. As long as the item is really needed. When a child makes a mistake, don't be scolded immediately, because this can cause the child to be psychologically depressed..

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.

This research suggests a connection between sharia banking and sharia governance, particularly in Indonesia. The qualitative data for the study were gathered using the library approach. In this study, secondary data from books and articles on the subject that were gathered from reputable research publications were utilised. The necessity for sharia banking services as well as the expanding diversity of products are what are driving the growth of the sharia banking business. The findings of the literature research indicate that it is crucial for the Islamic banking sector to understand how popular it is becoming. All organisations under oppression need Islamic governance because it promotes and upholds Islamic banking and finance. The findings of this study suggest that Bank Indonesia laws control the application of Islamic sharia in Indonesia. Indonesian sharia banking must comply to sharia principles and is governed by a number of laws and regulations pertaining to the conduct of transactions. However, Indonesian Islamic banks have not yet been able to incorporate Islamic governance into their day-to-day activities.

  The organization is a means or tool for achieving goals, as a vehicle (vehicle) for the activities of workers who work together in their efforts to achieve goals. These goals certainly differ from one another, for example, they can be in the form of social services, education improvement, career development and so on. Every activity carried out by an organization certainly requires various resources, such as capital, materials, and machinery. Existing resources will be meaningless if not managed properly. To manage it requires other resources, namely, human resources. The formulation of the problem in this study is the formulation of whether work involvement and division of labor jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. Where the value of tcount = (4.453) is greater than the value of ttable (1.995).

The division of tasks is a series of activities carried out in order to determine what should be done or what the work is and who should do it. Competence is an ability to carry out or do a job that is based on skills and is supported by the work attitude demanded by the job. Competence denotes skills and knowledge characterized by professionalism. in this study, namely the formulation of whether the division of tasks and competencies jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence the division of tasks and competencies has on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The provisional hypothesis is that the division of tasks and competencies has a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The results of the research show that the division of labor and competency variables can influence the performance variables of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. The division of tasks and competencies jointly or simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government.  Leadership (leadearship) is a process of influence between individuals or between people in a particular situation, through directed communication activities to achieve a certain goal. Effective leadership will only be realized if an organization is run according to its structure and function. The purpose of this research study is to answer; Definition of leadership? What is the structure and function of leadership at GKPI Pagar Banyan? Is the leadership structure and function at GKPI running well? This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach and interviews.  

Sharia financial instruments continue to increase every year, including the Islamic capital market which has also experienced a significant increase. The Islamic capital market has one of the most important instruments, namely Islamic stocks. The capital market has been viewed by the world and has been used as an important instrument that every country must develop, it can be remembered for its important role in helping the economy. In writing this article using the library research method. By using the documentation data collection method, namely by quoting or recording directly from the website of the Financial Services Authority www.ojk.go.id and the Central Bureau of Statistics www.bps.go.id. The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

Sexual harassment, which jeopardizes human rights and poses a threat to individual’s well-being within society, is a type of violence. The increasing prevalence of sexual harassment cases has become a crucial societal concern, as it can transpire indiscriminately. This study intends to elucidate how Pancasila is implemented to address sexual harassment in the community. Pancasila, as the fundamental principles of the Indonesian state, encompasses pertinent values such as justice, unity, equality, and humanity, which serve as a foundation for combating sexual harassment. The research methodology employed entails a literature review incorporating library studies.

Community Service (PKM) was held in Meramun Hamlet, Janjang Village, Tayan Hulu District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. The methods used by the service team are field observation and library research. The implementation of this PKM aims to offer ideas on the problems found by the PKM service team at the place where the activity was carried out, namely: Some early childhood children in the Meramun hamlet have begun to experience moral degradation, such as not respecting their parents, swearing at them, and not having good manners when communicating. So as a contribution of thought from the PKM service team, namely, providing educative-pedagogical education to early childhood in the Meramun hamlet about eight important points of moral intelligence that they must know and apply, namely: Empathy, conscience, self-control, love, respect , tolerance, fairness, and courtesy. The final conclusion of the PKM service team is that moral intelligence is one of the main indicators that is able to form generations of noble character and fear of God.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is an institution that regulates and supervises financial institutions in Indonesia. However, there are still many deviant investment practices or illegal investments that are currently circulating in the community. This is the responsibility of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in supervising and tackling illegal investments that occur in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)’s role in tackling illegal investments in Indonesia. The type of research used is a literature study with a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. Data sources analyzed from time series data use library data collection techniques, reading, recording, and processing research materials. The population in this study is an analysis of related journals.

This increase is very important for a country, especially for a developing country like Indonesia. Along with continuous improvement, progress is characterized as a conscious effort by the state. One of the things that is very important in the progress of a nation is its workers, that in the rapid progress of a country, it is the workers who start. That departing from this, the government is an important part in winning progress in the business sector as well as for the national development program which must be endeavored to open up as many jobs as possible from various layers of trade that are able to balance the increase in quality and increase in security for the workforce which can become a must. Whereas Article 27 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that "Every citizen has the right to work and a life worthy of humanity". This research is descriptive in nature which aims to collect data as thoroughly as possible that can accurately describe the legal protection of casual daily workers. The type of research used by the authors uses the type of empirical normative legal research. With library and field research data collection techniques. Problems that arise in the use of legal guarantees for precarious workers/laborers are the factors contained in the components of labor instructions, the labor economy as a result of not partnering with trade unions, and based on variables from employers/companies that have not been maximized in implementing legal security in understanding of the labor inspection in force in Indonesia and elements from the government's point of view that are lacking in providing outreach, supervision and firm action against companies that are naughty in running their business which can harm casual daily workers.

Indonesia has enormous potential in developing Islamic finance because Indonesia has the largest number of Muslims in the world and high economic growth. The issuance of State Sharia Securities (sukuk) has become the main financing instrument. The presence of sukuk further strengthens the government's ability to finance the budget deficit. The government has many choices in determining the combination of its financing instruments. The government can keep debt costs to a minimum. This study aims to determine 1) the development of sukuk in Indonesia and 2) the role of sukuk in Indonesia's economic growth. This research uses qualitative methods and library research approach. Researchers use secondary data, namely data sourced from existing literature or references. The results of this study are 1) The Indonesian government has issued Retail Sukuk (SR), namely SR 001 - SR 013. The issuance of State Sukuk from year to year continues to increase, in accordance with developments and strategies applied in the APBN. 2) The role of State Sukuk has a very positive impact, such as financing project development, encouraging development of the Islamic financial market, creating branch marks in the Islamic financial market, developing alternative investment instruments, and utilizing public funds.

The development of society during the colonial period experienced many difficulties for the Indonesian people. Where, during the colonial period the Indonesian people were very miserable where at the time of colonization there was colonialism and imperialism led by Europeans in the archipelago. Apart from the Europeans, there were also the Japanese who colonized Indonesia.In historical records, there are several countries that have occupied Indonesia, namely the Netherlands and Japan. These countries have systems or efforts to achieve their goals, such as during the Dutch colonial period the Dutch carried out a monopoly on the spice trade because Indonesia's natural resource wealth was so abundant and also the location of the Indonesian state was on the path of world trade which made European nations are interested in coming to Indonesia. Meanwhile, during the Japanese period, people were made into forced laborers. This forced labor made many Indonesian people sick and even died from malnutrition. Indonesian society is very influential on the social development of its people, with that there are stages of the formation of a society such as 1. There is a group of people 2. Having a permanent residence in an area or place that has a long term 3. With a long period of time it produces a culture such as values, knowledge and mutual understanding of other cultures.This research uses library research, which is useful for analyzing, studying, and finding things related to research. This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the current liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and general ratios in an effort to improve the company's financial performance. The population of this study is the 2019-2021 Financial Statements of Toko Surya Baru Sibolga. The data collection method used is to use library research methods. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis which aims to analyze data by describing or describing data using measurements of liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and long term debt to equity ratio). The results of the analysis are as follows (1) the liquidity ratio, according to the calculation of the average for 2019-2021, the current ratio is 188.27%, the quick ratio is 47.48%, and the cash ratio is 28.02%, indicating unfavorable conditions , because the resulting ratio is too low, especially the quick ratio and cash ratio, the company is advised to optimize its current assets, by expanding the business and suppressing the collection of uncollected company receivables. (2) the solvency ratio, according to the calculation of the average 2019-2021 debt to asset ratio, is 22.17%, the debt to equity ratio is 28.67%, and the long term debt to equity ratio is 11%, indicating the condition a good company, the company is expected to maintain financial performance so that the solvency ratio remains at the internal average because the smaller the ratio, the better the company's financial performance

Learning evaluation is important for an educational institution. With the evaluation, it is hoped that new ideas will emerge from the deficiencies that occur in the field. An evaluation that goes well will be able to provide good development to educational institutions. This study aims to find out how learning evaluation planning is related to school development. This study used the method of literature review (library research). The research results concluded that evaluation planning has a very important influence on implementation in the field. Without a structured plan, the purpose of the evaluation will not be achieved effectively or efficiently. Therefore, it should pay attention to what is the basis or planning in conducting an evaluation. That way, it is hoped that later it will be able to answer what are the obstacles, challenges, and obstacles to learning, both from the teacher and the students themselves.

The purpose of this study is to determine the strengthening of economic growth through sharia insurance. The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods by conducting library research and documentation techniques sourced from literature studies, scientific journals and written reports related to economic growth and sharia insurance. The research results show that insurance plays an important role in strengthening economic growth. Sharia insurance has an importantrole as a source of national development financing, reducing poverty, and can divert financial risks caused by unexpected events or accidents.

State institutions have an important role in eradicating corruption. There are several state agencies that have a major role in eradicating corruption, one of which is the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The KPK is an independent institution, namely the agency responsible for eradicating corruption. The existence of the KPK in fighting corruption is very important. However, it is necessary to improve the performance of these institutions so that the eradication of corruption can run more smoothly. Political support, good coordination, and adequate resource allocation must be a priority in efforts to eradicate corruption. In this article we will discuss the duties and powers of the KPK state institution in eradicating corruption, the challenges encountered in eradicating corruption in Indonesia, the strengths between state institutions and the KPK, efforts to strengthen the credibility of the KPK in eradicating corruption in Indonesia and, the impact of corruption eradication efforts by the agency. the state towards increasing the integrity and public trust in the government and state institutions in Indonesia.
