Abstract.This article explores the creation story in Genesis 1:1-31 and provides a deeper understanding of how time, matter and space play a role in creation. Through the time perspective, we can understand that God created everything in six days and rested on the seventh day. The material perspective discusses the materials of the creation of the universe and life that show God's greatness in creating everything. Meanwhile, the spatial perspective explains the position of the Earth and the universe in the creation story.This paper also discusses how humans can understand and appreciate God's creation through this creation story. As God's created beings, humans should be able to appreciate God's greatn ess and care for His creation. The implication of understanding God's greatness in the creation story is to strengthen our faith as human beings and inspire us to care for the environment as part of our responsibility as God's creatures.  

Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people. Salah satu program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dari segala sisi yaitu program corporate social responsibility (CSR). Program CSR merupakan program wajib pemerintah yang diatur dalam salah satu Undang-Undang yaitu UU No 40 tahun 2007 mengenai perseroan terbatas. Tujuan program CSR yaitu memunculkan potensi masyarakat yang dimiliki serta dapat dikembangkan supaya masyarakat dapat mencapai kehidupan yang mandiri dan sejahera secara kontinus melalui kewirausahaan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan gambaran suatu data dan informasi yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan hasil laporan CSR PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk mengalokasikan dana untuk pembangunan Balai Ekonomi Desa di Desa Kenalan, Borobudur sebesar 1 miliar rupiah. Balai Ekonomi Desa tersebut dikelola secara professional yang dilengkapi dengan homestay dan dipamerkan produk souvenir, makanan, dan produk lainnya hasil kreasi masyarakat desa. Balai ini juga memiliki tempat pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas masyarakat desa. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat sekitar telah mengembangkan potensi yang ada di daerah tersebut melalui Balai Ekonomi Desa Kenalan, Borobudur sehingga masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya.

This study aims to look at the process of internalizing character education during the COVID-19 pandemic through entrepreneurship education as a general subject of higher education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities implemented distance learning so that learning could continue, this made the process of internalizing character education through entrepreneurship education continue, through three stages, carried out in stages and continuously, namely 1) The value transformation stage, with presentations, discussions , and questions and answers through the digital platform Zoom or Google Meet. 2) The value transaction stage, carried out by field observations and virtual interviews with entrepreneurs. 3) The internalization stage, carried out in virtual practice by participating in the entrepreneurship program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education in Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM). Students at the end have the values of character education and entrepreneurial character, namely having high responsibility, hardworking, creative, independent, democratic traits and attitudes, love for the motherland, national spirit, achievement, socializing, peace-loving, fond of reading, and cares about the social environment, and has the characteristics of courage, wisdom, confidence, and foresight in seeing opportunities. Students with it will behave well, have sympathy, empathy, and know what is good and what is bad.

The purpose of the study is to find out the character of Ralph in William Golding’s Lord of the Flies. This is qualitative research since the data collected is in the form of words rather than numbers. Data are taken from a primary source, which is the novel itself, and secondary sources, which are other books and relevant references, to support the analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer applies an objective approach.The results show that Ralph, as the major character in the Lord of the Flies novel, shows how a good leader should be. He displayed specific characteristics that define a good leader. By possessing the ability to show initiative, responsibility, courage, and determination on the island, he becomes the remarkable leader he is. The character of Ralph also showed his morality. He does not forget that he is a human being. He kept fighting so he could survive with his friends. He knows that he has to be responsible for his friend and never turn his back on him. His character in this novel reminds us that we should have a good sense of responsibility for ourselves, especially for others.

Motivation in a company is very important to be able to move all the power and limits of human capabilities and other facilities. The right motivation will be able to advance and develop the company. The problem of motivation in a company is the responsibility of management to create, organize and implement it, so management must be able to create motivation that is able to foster people's motives so that they want to act according to the company's wishes. The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the work motivation of employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. 2) Knowing the performance of the employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Marketing Division and eight marketing staff at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali, the procedure for determining informants by means of purposive sampling. Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Employee performance of the marketing division of PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali still has not reached the company standards presented, employees are still not optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

The failure of parents to teach responsibility to children will cause various bad effects for children both now and in the future. Responsibilities are important in children's lives because they are correlated with children's emotional intelligence, social relationships, have a good impact on educational aspects, and contribute to children's success in the future. Because of the closeness of the relationship and the bonds they have, parents are the most appropriate person to teach responsibility to children. This research article aims to highlight what role Christian parents can play in contributing to the maximum in teaching their children about responsibility. By using the description method and getting support from literature review, it is hoped that it can provide a strong and in-depth picture related to the discussion of Bible stories about responsibility, the importance of responsibility for children, and the contribution of parents in teaching responsibility to children. The results of this study found that parents can contribute maximally in teaching responsibility to children when they begin to introduce responsibility as early as possible, make responsibility a habit of behavior, become role models, and be sensitive when teaching children. Through living these five things in real life by parents, parents will contribute maximally to the growth of children's responsibilities.    

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) merupakan konsep bahwa organisasi khususnya perusahaan memiliki tanggung jawab kepada konsumen, karyawan, pemegang saham, masyarakat dan lingkungan dalam segala aspek operasional perusahaan seperti terhadap permasalahan yang berdampak pada lingkungan seperti pencemaran, limbah, produk dan keselamatan tenaga kerja. Tulisan ini merupakan evaluasi terhadap program pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan PT Jasa Marga. Pada bagian awal pembahasan konsep CSR, dasar pemahaman CSR bagi perusahaan dilanjutkan dengan alasan pentingnya tanggung jawab sosial dalam mewujudkan kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangan masyarakat Bagian selanjutnya membahas pro dan kontra CSR, pendekatan pelaksanaan CSR, kegiatan CSR perusahaan di Indonesia dan terakhir membahas dampak program penghijauan terhadap PT Jasa Marga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Sugiyono (2014) mengatakan bahwa metode analisis deskriptif adalah statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan mendeskripsikan atau mendeskripsikan data yang telah dikumpulkan apa adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku bagi masyarakat umum atau generalisasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keberlanjutan PT Jasa Marga tahun 2017.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT.ANTAM Tbk memiliki komitmen terhadap pengembangan masyarakat, memiliki pendekatan yang berbeda tergantung pada kondisi dan kebutuhan. Fokus PT. ANTAM  Tbkdalam menjalankan kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) adalah mendorong potensi yang ada di tengah-tengah masyarakat agar mampu mewujudkan terciptanya masyarakat yang sejahtera dan mandiri secara berkelanjutan.Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi terhadap capaian keberhasilan Program Pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) PT. ANTAM Tbk, dalam program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (PUMK) Khususnya pada Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul. Berdasarakan hasil laporan berkelanjutan PUMK PT. ANTAM Tbk pada tahun 2021 memiliki rencana penyaluran dana sebesar Rp3.500.000.000 sedangkan yang terealisasi adalah sebesar Rp2.950.000.000. Serta memiliki jumlah rencana unit binaan sebanyak 51 unit sedangkan yang terealisasi adalah sebesar 31 unit.

Managerial competence will determine the progress of an educational institution. If the principal's managerial competence is good, it will be able to improve teacher performance. This study aims to describe the relationship between principal managerial competency and teacher performance improvement. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Sasa Ternate City. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques involved participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of SLB Negeri Sasa Kota Ternate is able to optimize school resources, both teachers and staff, direct students to be role models and take full responsibility for school progress. Patience, caring, hardworking, punctual attitude. The principal tries to establish himself as a leader according to the expectations of the teachers and all parties. So that it can be said that the principal already has a management program to improve teacher performance. The performance of a good teacher does not just happen, there are many factors that affect the high and low performance of a teacher, including internal factors and external factors, internal factors depend on the skills of the teacher himself, while external factors influence a lot, one of which is the principal's leadership competence. . This shows that the managerial principal can provide a positive increase in teacher performance.

Pandemi COVID-19 pemerintah berupaya untuk melakukan berbagai langkah strategis sebagai  bentuk dalam percepatan penanangan  COVID-19.  Kebijakan salah satujya dalam strategis dilakukan oleh pemerintah adalah adanya suatu penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dilakukan di berbagai desa, kota, atau kabupaten di Indonesia. Namun, kebijakan tersebut tidak berarti menanggalkan / kegiatan tanggung jawab pemerintah terhadap masyrakat Indonesia dan lini kehidupan didalam masyarakat.  Formulasi  terkait  pengaturan  masa mendatang  tentang  status  darurat  hukum  nasional.  Hasil  ini menyatakan bahwa  tanggung jawab  negara dalam  masa pandemi  bukan hanya COVID-19 telah  terlegitimasi dengan ketentuan hukum nasional maupun internasional. Kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial ini dilakukan Berskala Besar hendaknya tidak  menderogasi  hak-hak  prinsipil  masyarakat.  Untuk  itu, tanggung jawab negara tersebut  harus tetap dioptimalkan mengingat masyarakat memiliki posisi sentral di dalam suatu negara.. Kemudian, diperlukan suatu formulasi baru sebagai dalam  pengaturan  status darurat  nasional.  Hal ini  dikarenakan undang-undang  yang telah  ada tidak relevan dengan kondisi saat ini.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and CSR costs on company performance during the pandemic in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with the 2019-2021 research period. The sample in this research is 7 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable used in this study is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) measured by 91 items according to GRI-G4 and CSR costs are measured by employee welfare costs and community costs, while the dependent variable is company performance measured using ROA, ROE and ROS. The research model used as a test tool is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study show that Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect with the negative direction on company performance and CSR costs have no significant effect with the negative direction on company performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of solvency ratio, capital structure, and social responsibility on financial performance. This research uses 20 samples consisting of 5 companies in the cigarette industry subsector based on the time period 2018-2021. Data is collected from annual reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis in this research uses 3 (three) approaches, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that of the six elements, including ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, WC, and CSR, show good financial performance. In addition, DER and DAR measures negatively affect ROA and ROE. This is because the increase in solvency value causes the company's profit to decrease, it means that the company's high debt ownership makes the company pay higher interest so that the company's profit is small. WC and CSR have no impact on ROA and ROE. This is because the company's asset ownership can cover their current debt and CSR implementation can help convince interested parties to invest in the company. Based on the research conducted, the company should minimize the use of debt as funding in its operational activities, because it can affect the profitability of the company which causes a decrease in the value of ROA and ROE. In addition, the company should reconsider the implementation of CSR because it can help create a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public, even though the company's expenses will increase

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate social responsibility  yang dilihat dari setiap dimensinya dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan yang dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA) dengan periode penelitian 2018-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan yang terspesifik pada sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 perusahaan yang diambil dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan Total data yang telah melalui kriteria purposive sampling dan dapat diolah adalah 30 sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat software SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility  disclosure dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Serta kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Character education has been rolled out since 2010 and is still valid today. In character education there are several values, one of which is responsibility. The character of responsibility is very important so that the school becomes a self-development institution to achieve success. Depletion of awareness and even loss of the character of responsibility in students which hinders learning activities so that this should not happen (Kamila, 2013). This study focuses on definitions, benefits, and strategies in learning to improve the character of student responsibility in schools. The results of this study include: 1) character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills, while the character of responsibility is the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out the duties and obligations that he should do to yourself, society, environment (natural, social, and cultural), the State and God Almighty; 2) the benefits of the character of responsibility are that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can improve school quality standards; 3) the character of responsibility can be done with a mind mapping strategy, inquiring mind what to know, CRH, NHT, and Quiz Team. This study concludes that the character of responsibility and learning must be carried out as one of the character education in schools through several strategies.

Sustainability reports are useful for disclosing the company's performance on economic, environmental and social aspects, as well as the company's efforts to become a company that is accountable to all company stakeholders in general and also to society in a broad context. The report describes all business activities carried out for reporting responsibility to parties who need information as a form of transparency on activities carried out by the company. This study aims to find out the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports on companies in Indonesia and the effect of company size on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports. This research uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The samples to be taken are 38 companies that meet the predetermined criteria. To measure the level of quality of disclosure of sustainability reports, researchers use the disclosure index method, using a scale of 0 to 3 of the standard disclosures set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The results of the study show that the level of quality of sustainability report disclosure is at the lowest level of assessment with the Bronze predicate in the disclosure of sustainability reports

Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.
