Tape is a traditional fermented food whose benefits can be increased by adding probiotic cells such as Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus plantarum Dad-13. Tape tends to be easily damaged, so to maintain the viability of probiotics and as a food diversification, tape can be substituted for ice cream dough. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of substitution and the proportion of substitution of glutinous rice and cassava tape in the manufacture of ice cream on the characteristics and preference level of probiotic ice cream. This research method was carried out using a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern with two factors, the first factor was the type of tape, and the second factor was the proportion of substitution. The type of tape used are white cassava tape, yellow cassava tape, white glutinous rice tape, and black glutinous rice tape with substitution proportions of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. Analysis of probiotic sticky rice tape and cassava ice cream included water content, total solids, melting time, antioxidant activity, total lactic acid bacteria, total yeast, and preference level. The data obtained will be calculated using the Anova statistikal method. One of the learning characteristics related to absorbing, processing, and conveying this information is the learning style of students. Learning style is a very important learning modality. Information related to the characteristics of the learning styles of students to be taught is very important for lecturers to improve the quality of their learning. Students will also find it easier to motivate themselves in learning. There are 3 learning styles such as visual, audio and kinesthetic where each style gives characteristics to the child. , the task of parents is to observe the child and then learn how to deal with the pattern of educating him at home. When students face obstacles from learning, it is necessary for the role of parents to know the child's learning style in order to help identify and develop the potential in each child. Some parents of students do a checklist about each child's learning style so that in understanding the parents can help so that the learning style becomes potential for the child

Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.

Batik, especially Bakaran batik, has never been applied to bridal gowns because most bridal gowns tend to be plain white and are only decorated with Swarovski, sequins, and pearls. The problem of this research is how a Bakaran batik can be applied in bridal gown making. The purpose of this research is to understand the application of Bakaran batik in bridal gown making. The research method used is research and development. The results of a Bakaran batik application to the bridal gown making begin with a design determination. The design is a bridal gown inspired by the beauty of Indonesian artwork Bakaran batik. There is a Sido Mukti motive surrounding the bottom of the gown up to the tail, with a diverse arrangement of Sido Mukti motives that has a distinct meaning. After determining the design, it is continued by preparing the tools and materials, sizing up, shaping pattern, cutting material, spellbinding, sewing process, and finishing. The recommendation from the application of Bakaran batik on the bridal gown is that the design of a skirt for the crinoline would be best combined with the main part and lining fabric because it can affect the fall of the pleated detail. Completing the solution on the crinoline should use a finished seam from bias tape because the fibres on the crinoline are very sharp and can be uncomfortable or itchy if it is exposed to the skin.
