One of the most common economic activities in the community is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These businesses are known for being relatively easy to develop and have the potential to strengthen a country's economy. As a source of income for most people, MSMEs are often their economic footing. Furthermore, MSMEs have the potential to compete with other businesses on an international level if they are continuously strengthened. If this is successfully achieved, it will provide a significant boost to national economic growth and support the stability of the country as a whole. The purpose of this research is to collect information about the role of contributions and obstacles faced by UNTIRTA students in an effort to encourage the economic development of MSMEs in Serang City. The research was conducted through a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. To collect data, the author employed both literature study techniques and in-depth interview techniques with UNTIRTA students. The results of this study indicate that UNTIRTA students play a significant role in driving the MSME economy in Serang City. UNTIRTA students can assist in raising public awareness about the role and potential of MSMEs in Serang City. Vocabulary learning is the initial learning so that children have the ability to read and speak. However, there are some children who have barriers to developing their language skills, one of which is children with disabilities. The obstacle is caused by their low intelligence so that it is difficult to understand and record information related to language, both understanding vocabulary and the ability to pronounce it as well as limited media that support the learning process. Therefore, a more effective way of improving language skills for children with disabilities is needed so that they do not fall behind other children. This research aims to find effective learning methods in developing language skills in children with disabilities. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method by reviewing and identifying previous research related to language development in children with disabilities, various supportive learning methods were found such as music therapy, anagram games, role play methods, picture crosswords, visuomotor learning methods, storytelling, and card media.

The purpose of this activity is to determine the success of the role of efforts to develop the Gorontalo Class IIA Penitentiary for prisoners, one of which is prisoners who have a high level of awareness so that there will be no repetition of narcotics crimes (narcotics recidivism). The research method used is a type of empirical legal research, namely the Sulatul Meltholm research method, which has the ultimate function of seeing law in a real sense and studying how law works in the social environment. The results of the research obtained on the role of Correctional Institutions in efforts to guide recidivist perpetrators of narcotics crimes in Gorontalo Class IIA Prisons have not been effective. The factors that hinder efforts to provide guidance to recidivist narcotics criminals are the lack of differences in guidance between narcotics recidivists and non-recidivist perpetrators, overcapacity in prisons, a lack of officers, and a low level of supervision. The author's suggestions for overcoming existing obstacles are to separate the guidance given to narcotics recidivists and non-recidivists, improve prison infrastructure, including adding officers, which can improve supervision in prisons.
