The basis of this research is that, despite advances in the world, including the development of technology and artificial intelligence at SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, educators are unable to use these tools and often deliver content in traditional ways. To improve the quality of education for students, teachers, and SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, the school must keep up with the development of technology and artificial intelligence. This is a challenge for SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi to develop, so it is very important for schools to apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching and learning process. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. To improve education standards successfully and efficiently, education workers are finding that technological advancements and artificial intelligence are helpful in the teaching and learning process.

The implementation of both private and public organizations requires innovation to operate. Recently, a technology based on the SIGNAL application has emerged that can run on Android and IOS. SIGNAL is a national digital Samsat application that allows Indonesian citizens to certify Annual STNK, Pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), and pay Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) online by issuing digital documents in the form of electronic certificates and can easily make mandatory contributions to, POLRI, E-TBPKP (Provincial Bapenda), and E-KD, (PT. Jasa Raharja). The implementation of the online system allows people to save more money and time by paying taxes online.

Unequal and efficient distribution of crop yields is a challenge that is often faced in the corn farming industry. This can be detrimental to farmers because it results in a buildup of unsold corn crops in several areas. To overcome this challenge, a technology-based solution is needed so that it can reach customers easily by creating a website that aims to help equalize the distribution of corn harvests, with a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. By using an Agile approach in website development, It is hoped that it can produce a system that suits user needs in a short time. The design stage will be carried out using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) approach. In black box testing, it was proven that the use of websites to equalize agricultural products has been proven to be able to build a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. In addition, the services provided through the website can reduce product distribution costs and speed up the buying and selling process with customers.

This study aims to determine: (1) Production costs of the H. Asep cabbage nursery in Callingan Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency; (2) Profitability of the H. Asep cabbage plant nursery in Callingan Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency; (3) The marketing channel for the H. Asep cabbage plant nursery in Callingan Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency; (4) The amount of marketing margin for cabbage seedlings for each level of the institution. The method used is descriptive quantitative and data collection is done by data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires as a guide. Respondents were determined by purposive sampling. The sample in this study is the owner of the business unit H. Asep Seeds. Data analysis methods used are cost analysis, profitability analysis, channel analysis and marketing efficiency. The results of this study are two patterns of marketing channels, namely (1) Producers ‒ final consumers, (2) Producers ‒ retailers ‒ final consumers. Based on the results of research on the business of H. Asep cabbage seedlings, the seeds can be said to be efficient with a price share of 73% to 81%.

Educational infrastructure makes a significant contribution to achieving the goals of education. Environmental care activities carried out in the form of reforestation in Negeri Kilang are also an implementation of the Pattimura University KKN student program, the first batch of Class L, aimed at increasing the knowledge of the Negeri Kilang community about the role and function of plants, as well as creating the character of the Negeri Kilang community who care about the environment. Carrying out activities is a form of assistance in the field as well as outreach to village communities regarding reforestation efforts as a form of protecting and preserving the environment. The results of this tree planting activity are the planting of clove, mahogany, ironwood and durian tree seedlings in reforestation locations and in hamlets/community gardens which can be utilized according to their intended purpose to make land use more efficient, apart from optimizing ecological functions, as well as providing economic value for the people of the Negeri Kilang.

The significant changes in daily life patterns, driven by technological advancements, particularly in the transportation sector, are evident through the emergence of on-demand services such as Gojek. This research aims to explore users' perspectives and opinions regarding service quality, focusing on aspects like driver behavior, responsiveness, and reliability within the Gojek platform. The Naive Bayes method is employed to analyze user sentiments toward the driver services, supported by the Orange software to comprehend the complex patterns in user reviews. Evaluation is conducted on reviews from the Play Store, resulting in an accuracy of 87.4%, F1 score of 87.6%, precision of 87.9%, and recall of 87.4%. These findings indicate the success of the model in identifying and predicting predefined variables. Through the combination of methods and software, the study concludes that sentiment analysis of Gojek's driver services can be performed efficiently and reliably, providing valuable insights for online motorcycle taxi service providers.

World Health Organization (WHO) approximates 1.28 billion individual suffers hypertension, with 46% of them does not realize it, and only 1 of 5 hypertensive individual has their blood pressure controlled. Hypertension prevalence is still relatively high in the elderly population who live in nursing home. This is one of the main health adversities that often happens and should not be underestimated due to its risk of complications. Uncontrolled blood pressure is one of the main risk factor to the global disease burden and total of global death, contributing up to 9,4 millions of deaths (8,5% of the global total) annually. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the community about hypertension in elderly who lives in nursing home to increase the quality of life and reducing the cost burden of therapies and treatments. We use PDCA activity method to ensure the program could run smoothly and efficiently. This activity included 34 elderly respondents of the St Fransiscus Community with the mean age of 4 (11,8%) years. We found that 4 (11,8%) of the respondents have uncontrolled blood pressure. With the implementation of this program, it is hoped that the public awareness of elderly hypertension and its prevention is increased, so that there will be increase of quality of life for the elderly in the future and relieving the economical burden.

In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

Through a comprehensive analysis drawing from various literature sources, this article seeks to uncover the wide-ranging changes and profound impacts brought by AI into the world of recruitment. The conclusion drawn from this exploration is that AI has the potential to expedite the acquisition of high-quality applicants more efficiently and cost-effectively while also reducing subjectivity in human assessments. However, this transformation is not without concerns about ethics and data security, which require careful consideration.

Smart City has become an important goal in urban development throughout the world, including in Tanjungpinang City. The government has a crucial role in realizing this Smart City vision. This research aims to understand the role of the government in achieving transformation towards a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City, as well as its impact on public services and the quality of life of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection methods. The research results show that the Tanjungpinang City government has played an important role in realizing a Smart City through various initiatives, such as the use of information technology, more efficient public services, better data management, and development of supporting infrastructure. The impact of this government effort is to increase accessibility, security and quality of life for the community. However, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome, including the public's lack of understanding about Smart Cities, the sustainability of Smart City projects, and the protection of personal data. Therefore, the government needs to continue to act as a facilitator, service provider and regulator to ensure that the transformation towards a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City runs well. This research provides insight into the government's role in realizing a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City, as well as the challenges that must be faced. The results of this research can be a reference for the government and other stakeholders in efforts to achieve the goal of a more sustainable and inclusive Smart City.

This research was conducted to determine the Financial Performance of Temanggung Regional Revenue and Expenditure for the 2020-2022 Fiscal Year. Analysis of the Budget Realization Report using the independence ratio, effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio can determine the Financial Performance of Income and Expenditures. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, specifically using the Temanggung Regional Budget Realization Report (LRA) for 2020-2022. The results of this research show that the Financial Performance of Temanggung Regional Income and Expenditures in 2020 to 2022 is not yet independent because seen from the independence ratio it still shows regional dependence on government assistance. In 2020 and 2021 it can be said to be effective and quite efficient. Meanwhile, in 2022, the Financial Performance of Temanggung Regional Revenue and Expenditures experienced a decline in performance, resulting in less effective performance and quite efficient spending. From the results of the research carried out, it is hoped that the Temanggung regional government will be able to carry out evaluations by paying attention to the level of independence, efficiency and effectiveness ratios in order to advance the future.

The Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a teaching factory (TEFA) at the Jember State Polytechnic (Polije) which provides assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems, comprehensive nutritional assessments, diagnostic services, nutritional counseling, and customized diet plans for clients. Health services, including nutrition, require accurate medical records that include patient identification, examination, treatment, interventions, and other relevant information. However, NCC faces challenges, namely that the medical recording system is still manual paper-based. Medical record numbers do not comply with numbering regulations, age is still used instead of date of birth, the nutritional assessment section is not yet standardized and disease code classification does not yet exist. This manual system is susceptible to damage, loss, and requires dedicated storage time and space. Since it was inaugurated in November 2021, the number of NCC visits has continued to increase both from internal clients and external clients of Polije with initiations with several educational institutions, offices and elderly groups. The use of EMR which is made easier with QR Codes and the application of Whatsapp Bot is the main alternative to build or improve the management of assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems according to client needs. Socialization of assistance in implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with QR Code and WhatsApp Bot at NCC aims to make things easier for experts. nutrition to access the client's examination history, allergy history and previous therapy in one view and make it easier for clients to access medical record numbers without a card. This initiative is in line with the Department of Health Research Masterplan 2022 and the development of TEFA services. NCC recognized the need for a more efficient system and proposed implementing EMR with QR Codes and WhatsApp Bots to optimize patient care. This socialization was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic NCC with the presence of participants from nutritionists, students, the community and administrators from NCC. This socialization obtained results in the form of increasing public understanding of nutritional care, especially in relation to the existence of NCC as a teaching factory at the Jember State Polytechnic, the use of EMR via QR codes and WhatsApp Bot as a solution implemented by NCC in optimizing patient care and increasing the empowerment of partners in using it. and implementation of EMR with QR codes and WhatsApp Bot in patient nutrition care at NCC.

Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership based on Islamic values on the effectiveness of communication management in an organization. The research method used was a survey of employees from several organizations in Indonesia. The research results show that leadership based on Islamic values has a significant influence on the effectiveness of organizational communication management. Leaders who integrate Islamic principles in their leadership are able to create an inclusive work environment, increase trust, and facilitate the effective flow of information. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of Islamic values in strengthening the relationship between leadership and communication management in an organizational context.

The research method applied is a qualitative method by containing sources from several previous research journals and e-books published on digital platforms. The results show that the influence of the technological revolution in the formation of organizational culture and interaction between employees can realize team collaboration efficiently and create correlations in a wider scope. However, dependence on technology can lead to social isolation and unnecessary conflict. There needs to be an understanding for every individual and company about the advantages and disadvantages that can result from access to technology. The purpose of this research is to determine digital archive management which includes digital archive management facilities and to determine the positive impact of digital archive management for companies.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing problems related to digital archive management. Primary and secondary data form the basis of qualitative research. Primary data for this research was obtained through documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from books, previous research and related articles.. From the results of this research, it can be seen that PT Anugrah Alam Karunia Abadi has not implemented digital archive management. However, the company is already discussing making a transition to digital archive management. In a comparison between the two methods, manual archives and digital archives, digital archive management increases the ease and speed of the sending, sharing and searching process. This also allows agencies to save physical storage space while providing more efficient access to users. Thus, this research shows that digital archive management can be beneficial for companies, such as improving operational efficiency and resource management. In the case of PT Anugrah Alam Karunia Abadi, implementing digital archive management can be a solution to increase the effectiveness of business processes and information management, and as a result, the company is expected to be able to take appropriate actions to implement digital archive management.
