Radio news scripts are news scripts that are ready to be delivered or read by the broadcaster. The definition or understanding of the script itself is a story that is described in sequence from scene to scene which is equipped with a place or setting, circumstances, dialogue, and often there are characterizations in it. 94% in writing this article using the method of reading and searching for internet sources. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative method. News script writing plays a very important position in radio news broadcasts. In writing broadcast scripts, scriptwriters must be able to write in a conversational or spoken language style in a concise, concise, and clear manner. Broadcast Script is broadcast material that will be delivered by broadcasters in broadcasting, especially broadcasts with script reading techniques.    

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

This article discusses the structural study of the poetry “Kekasihku” by Joko Pinurbo. The focus of the discussion of this article is to describe the physical structure and inner structure of the poetry which is carefully described in the form of words, sentences and discourse. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a structural approach. The data source used as the object of research is one of the poetry contained in the book collection of poetry "Kekasihku" by Joko Pinurbo, published in 2004. The results and discussion in this article contain ( 1) the physical structure of poetry includes: (a) diction, (b) images, (c) figure of speech, (d) concrete words, (e) rhyme/rhythm, and (f) typography. The dominant physical structure is simple diction by creating communicative activities and not eliminating the aesthetic value of poetry. (2) The inner structure of poetry includes: (a) theme, (b) tone, (c) taste, (e) message. The element that dominates the inner structure of poetry is the feeling that creates inner experiences through writing.

Namun seiring dengan berkembangnya produk varian makanan dan minuman sachet, berkembang pula limbah sampah dari bungkus makanan dan minuman sachet tersebut di kehidupan sekitar kita, sehingga kita meningkatkan upaya membersihkan limbah tersebut baik dibuang, dibakar, dan sebagainya. Maka dari itu kelompok kami akan memulai sebuah usaha dimana usaha ini cukup menjajikan yaitu meminimalasir penggunaan plastik salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan bungkus sachet minuman seperti kopi menjadi tas belanja, atau barang lainnya. Belakangan ini, telah banyak varian produk minuman dan makanan dalam kemasan sachet yang setiap hari kita konsumsi sebagai kebutuhan pangan kita. Kita menggunakan produk yang berkemasan sachet karena dianggap lebih praktis dan lebih simple dibandingkan dengan membuat makanan atau minuman secara manual. Namun seiring dengan berkembangnya produk varian makanan dan minuman sachet, berkembang pula limbah sampah dari bungkus makanan dan minuman sachet tersebut di kehidupan sekitar kita, sehingga kita meningkatkan upaya membersihkan limbah tersebut baik dibuang, dibakar, dan sebagainya. Maka dari itu kelompok kami akan memulai sebuah usaha dimana usaha ini cukup menjajikan yaitu meminimalasir penggunaan plastik salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan bungkus sachet minuman seperti kopi menjadi tas belanja, atau barang lainnya.Masyarakat yang hadir cukup antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan pemanfaatan bungkus plastik. Masyarakat menirukan apa yang dicontohkan oleh tim pelaksana, kebanyakan masyarakat belum pernah membuat tas dari bungkus plastik. Namun, Alhamdulillah dengan adanya pelatihan, masyarakat dapat membuat tas dari bungkus plastik bahkan salah beberapa masyarakat bisa membuat tas jinjing dengan sangat bagus sehingga tim pelaksana memberikan hadiah sebagai penghargaan dan apresiasi agar merangsang masyarakat untuk menekuni pemanfaatan bungkus plastik untuk dijual,Program Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan salah satu wujud Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dapat memberikan sumbangsih positif bagi kemajuan dunia pendidikan. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu " Pelatihan Usaha Bungkus Ekonomis” dapat menambah pengetahuan, meningkatkan pemahaman, kreativitas, produktivitas dan keterampilan serta tingkat ekonomi masyarakat Desa Surusunda Kecamatan Karangpucung

Foreign Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN) are indicators that clearly have influence over the state of the economy in a certain country. The goal of this study is to understand and analyze the impact of asing and local government investments on gross domestic product (PDB). The methodology used is a quantitative method that makes use of second-level data from the Badan Pusat Statistics (BPS). The information used is a time series that spans the years 2017 to 2021. . This study was analyzed using the Classical Assumption test and Multiple Regression With PMA and PMDN serving as variables X or independent variables and PDB serving as variables Y or dependent variables, The results of studies found that foreign investment or (PMA) have no significant impact on GDP, whereas domestic investment or (PMDN) has significant impact on GDP.

Papers are one of the daily tasks for students. There are still many student papers that are not in accordance with the EYD or vocabulary in the KBBI. This research focuses on how the form of errors in writing capital letters, writing hyphens, punctuation marks, and standard language in scientific papers (papers) of students, especially the IAIN Takengon KPI Study Program. This study aims for KPI (Islamic Broadcasting Communication) undergraduate students to be trained in good and correct writing skills in accordance with spelling rules. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. The results of the research conducted, the researcher found spelling errors in the contents of the paper, namely: (1) there were 15 capital letter writing errors, (2) there were 20 mistakes in the location of conjunctions, (3) there were 10 non-standard language errors, (4) writing errors there are 20 punctuation marks (colons, commas, quotation marks, punctuation marks).

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

The lack of public awareness in implementing Health protocols in the prevention and handling of Covid-19 is the reason for providing education or knowledge of citizens on the importance of maintaining health protocols. The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Assessment, Personality, and Creativity on the Career Development of the Ministry of Religion's Office employees, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees the Ministry of Religion, Padang Pariaman Regency, with as many as 62 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive influence on employee career development at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Knowledge management has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Padang Pariaman Regency, Performance appraisal has a positive influence on employee career development. Snack bars are known to meet consumers' needs for nutrition, taste and practicality. There needs to be additional raw materials that are high in nutrients so that the products produced are beneficial to the body and also provide health effects. One plant that is high in nutrients and also provides benefits for the body is the Moringa plant. Moringa is known to contain more than 90 types of nutrients, namely in the form of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory. Our body needs antioxidants that can help protect the body from free radical attacks, considering that very many free radicals come from outside the body, namely in the form of foods that contain preservatives, dyes, fats, pesticides, pollution, dust and ultraviolet radicals. The process of making snack bars, roasting temperature and the proportion of flour are among those that can affect the characteristics and maturity levels of the resulting product. This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature and flour formulations on sensory, texture profiles and antioxidants. The study used RALf (complete random design of factorial) 2 factors. From the results of this study obtained the results of roasting temperature affecting the profile value of the texture parameters hardness / hardness, gummieness / stickiness, chewieness / chewing power but has no effect on the results of antioxidant activity and hedonic sensory. The formulation of cornstarch and moringa flour on the results of the texture profile affects the parameters of resielience / snack bars. Formulation of corn flour snack bars and Moringa flour has a real effect on the antioxidant activity value of corn flour snack bars and moringa flour. Where the addition of moringa as much as 10% with a temperature of 120oC has a value of %ibhibisi as much as 87.66 and flour formulations also have a real effect on all hedonic sensory parameters, namely aroma, color,  taste and overall.

This study aims to determine the role of student organizations in building character, especially in today's digital generation. In conducting this research, the author applies a qualitative or descriptive literature study research method. Literature studies are obtained through a literacy process from various books and articles related to the material to be discussed. The literature study in this study was carried out by the author through the process of reading, concluding, then processing and developing the data obtained as material from the research conducted. Based on the research carried out, it was concluded that the very important role of student organizations in educating student character in this digital era is critical thinking. If students do not have the ability to think critically, it will be very easy to fall into things that weaken the character of the nation. Students must be able to be good examples for the community and the task of students is also to make the best possible use of existing digital technology and then implement it in everyday life. This research is expected to provide information and add insight to readers, especially students, about the role of student organizations in the digital generation.

In its journey, the system used is still using a manual system. To maximize the sales system, therefore an analysis of the sales system design was made using the prototyping method to help improve the existing system. The system used on this website has three users, namely admin, sales, and delivery who have different access rights and have different tasks according to their respective job descriptions. In the analysis of this information system design, a prototyping method is used where the design made must be in accordance with the system to be built. Several features will be added in this proposed design system which did not exist in the previous system, namely the addition of an item tracking feature. This feature allows customers to see how far their orders have been processed. It is hoped that the design of this system can help CV. Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.

Bakpao which is processed with local food ingredients such as arrowroot tubers can increase the economic value and people's consumption power of local food ingredients. Arrowroot tubers can be used as a source of carbohydrates to replace rice and wheat flour. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the acceptance of the community towards the most preferred rice balls with arrowroot flour substitution. (2) to determine the composition of the ingredients used in the manufacture of rice balls with the most preferred substitution of arrowroot flour. (3) to determine the process of making buns with the most preferred substitution of arrowroot flour. The methods and data analysis used in this research are library, experimental, documentation, sensory test and descriptive data analysis methods. The percentage of arrowroot flour substitution in the manufacture of arrowroot flour substitution buns was 20%, 30%, and 40% of the weight of wheat flour. The overall assessment using the highest ranking of the three samples with the criteria of shape, taste, color, texture, and aroma is the bakpao sample with the substitution of arrowroot flour by 20%.

Basic sanitation is a community effort that focuses on controlling the physical structure, where people use it as a shelter that affects the degree of human health. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of basic sanitation facilities in Kairatu Village, Pakarena Coastal Area in 2021 which includes facilities for providing clean water, toilet and bathroom facilities, waste water management facilities and waste disposal facilities. This type of research is descriptive research, namely the research method carried out with the aim of making a description or descriptive of an objective situation. which was carried out in Kairatu Village, Pakarena Coastal Area in 2021. Provision of clean water facilities in Pakarena hamlet, there are 11 existing families, own property, odorless, colorless, tasteless while there are 4 existing families, but not their own, odorless, colorless and tasteless. On average, Pakarena hamlet residents have a latrine, the type of latrine used is goose neck and has a saptic tank of 14 families and 1 family who does not use a goose neck latrine. Waste water management facilities have not met the requirements. A total of 14 families of waste water are channeled into open sewers and 1 family has SPAL that does not pollute the water. Garbage disposal facilities do not meet the requirements, garbage boxes are not available at all and residents only throw garbage in rivers near settlements while some residents manage waste by burning so that it can pollute the environment.

Activities produce reflections on meaning: (1), independence is not the end of struggle, (2) freedom from colonialism, (3) as a unifying moment for the nation, (4) instilling values ​​of tolerance and mutual respect, and (5) being a signal for the awakening of the nation. .

The research aims to determine the application of the Raw Material inventory Accounting System at PT  Industri Kapal  ndonesia (Persero). The type of research used s descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research conducted from July to September 2021. The results showed that the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) has been effective, this can be seen by the existence of  interrelated functions. Then the  inventory recording method used  is the perpetual recording method and the FIFO (First  In First Out) valuation method. And the procedures that form the inventory system at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) are quite good because of the division of tasks and documents that can be accounted for.

Stick is a snacksthat haveslong, flat, savory andscrunchy taste madesfrom flour, eggs, butter, water and othersadditional seasonings. Food by-product from tofu has the potential to be used as an ingredientsfor stick makingsbecause of high protein and fiber content. In addition, local rawsmaterials such as mocaf floursand green spinach are rich in fiber content that can fulfill fiber needs of the body. This research is experimentswith purpose was to determine the physical, chemical, sensory characteristics and determine the formulation of sticks that produce high levels of fiber andsprotein. The experimental design is a completely randomized design (CRD) with the first factorscomparing tofu waste flour and mocaf flour (50: 150, 100: 100 and 150: 50) with the additionsof spinach (10%, 20% and 30%). The results showed that the stick formulation with the additionsof the best green spinach based on chemical and organoleptic values were 150 grams of tofuswaste flour, 50 grams of mocaf flour with the addition of 60 grams spinach that have a moisture content 3.742%, an ash content 2.353%, a protein 8.317 %, crude fiber 1.997%, fat 12.115% andscarbohydrate 73.473%. Based on the physical andsorganoleptic values, the tofu dregs flour was 50 grams, 150 grams of mocaf flour with the addition of 20 grams of spinach, the color yield was 2.467%, the flavor of tofu by product 2.200%, the flavor of mocaf was 2.467%, the flavor of spinach was 2.200%, the texture was crispy 3.800% and the total preference was 3.200%.s
