This study aims to analyze the relationship between environmental costs, green accounting, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate profitability, with company size as a moderating factor. The findings reveal that environmental costs can have both positive and negative impacts on profitability, depending on how these costs are managed. Green accounting has been shown to enhance operational efficiency and transparency, positively affecting profitability. Additionally, CSR offers long-term benefits for corporate image and customer loyalty, though its effects may not always be immediately apparent. Company size moderates these relationships, with larger companies having greater advantages in managing environmental and social aspects compared to smaller companies. This study highlights the importance of strategic management of environmental costs, implementation of green accounting, and execution of CSR to support corporate sustainability and profitability.

This community service was conducted at MI Darul Hidayah involving 17 fifth grade students as subjects. Making ecoprints is a creative effort to introduce environmentally friendly concepts to students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Hidayah. Ecoprint is a fabric dyeing technique using natural materials such as leaves, flowers and twigs, which produces unique patterns without using dangerous chemicals. This community service aims to provide innovative environment-based learning to students through ecoprint making activities, while increasing their awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. The methods used in this activity include planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Students are taught to choose natural materials, arrange patterns on fabric, and apply ecoprint techniques using a heating or pounding process. As a result, students were able to create simple ecoprint products such as tote bags with creative designs. Apart from that, this activity succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the concept of recycling, the use of organic waste, and the importance of protecting the environment. The conclusion of this community service shows that ecoprint activities not only strengthen students' fine motor skills, but also foster the values of love for the environment, creativity, and cooperation. It is hoped that this activity can become a sustainable educational program at MI Darul Hidayah to support environment-based learning.

This study discusses the importance of integrating Guidance and Counseling (BK) in the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project at SMKN 1 Cilegon, as well as the factors that hinder the involvement of BK in this activity. P5 aims to internalize the values of Pancasila in students through a project-based approach, with a focus on character development and soft skills. However, the implementation of P5 at SMKN 1 Cilegon has not optimally involved BK. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the factors that cause BK's lack of participation in P5, its impact on students' social-emotional development, and a comparison with practices at other schools that have successfully integrated BK into P5. The results of the study show that administrative barriers, a lack of understanding of the role of BK, and limited communication between teachers and school management are the main obstacles. The impact of BK's non-involvement includes a reduction in the effectiveness of P5 in supporting character education and diminishing students' ability to face social-emotional challenges. This study recommends enhancing administrative support, providing training for teachers and counselors, and improving coordination among school stakeholders so that BK can optimally contribute to achieving the goals of P5. Effective integration of BK is expected to support the holistic development of students in line with the values of Pancasila.

Business disputes are increasing in Indonesia along with the growth of economic relationships. Litigation is often perceived as time-consuming and costly, making Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) a more efficient and relationship-friendly alternative. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and opportunities in implementing ADR for business dispute resolution in Indonesia, based on the legal framework provided by Law Number 30 of 1999. The research employs a normative legal approach with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through literature reviews of legal regulations, academic literature, and journal articles. The findings reveal that although ADR holds significant potential for resolving business disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, its implementation faces several challenges. The primary obstacles include the lack of awareness among business actors about ADR's benefits, the perception that ADR lacks the legal authority compared to litigation, and the limited quality of mediators and arbitrators. The study also highlights the importance of enhancing the capacity of ADR practitioners through continuous training and educating business actors to build trust in this method. By addressing these challenges, ADR is expected to become the primary choice for resolving business disputes, fostering a conducive business environment, and supporting long-term economic growth in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in providing adequate clean water and sanitation services in Labuan Bajo Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency. The results indicate that PDAM possesses several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in carrying out its functions. The main strengths of PDAM include an extensive distribution network, strong regulatory support, adequate technical capacity, stable availability of raw water, and responsive services. However, its weaknesses include aging infrastructure, limitations in human resource management, financial constraints, the long distance of raw water sources from the distribution center, and frequent service disruptions. The opportunities that PDAM can leverage include regulatory support from the government, increased public awareness of the importance of clean water, the implementation of innovative projects, partnerships with the private sector, and the adoption of modern technology. On the other hand, threats faced by PDAM include the impact of climate change on raw water availability, limited water resources, suboptimal human resource management, and issues with cash flow and long-term funding.By understanding these factors, PDAM can formulate more effective strategies to enhance its performance and provide better clean water and sanitation services. Several recommendations are proposed, including infrastructure revitalization, improved staff training and development, diversification of funding sources, adoption of innovative technologies, and strengthening collaboration with external partners. Implementing these recommendations is expected to support the sustainability of PDAM Labuan Bajo's services in meeting the community's needs for clean water and sanitation in the region.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising policy in Kuantan Singingi Regency using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The policy evaluation theory used is William N. Dunn's model, which emphasizes six success criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed using interactive data analysis. The research results show that advertising policies have not been fully effective in achieving the expected goals, such as increasing regional income and arranging the aesthetics of the city. Findings indicate the existence of illegal advertisements that hinder tax revenues and public dissatisfaction with the government's response to their complaints. Even though the resource structure is in place, implementor skills need to be improved to achieve better efficiency. Licensing and supervision procedures are also considered inadequate, and policies do not provide equal opportunities for all business actors, especially small businesses. This research provides recommendations for improving future policy implementation, with the hope of increasing effectiveness and responsiveness to community needs.

E The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into e-procurement systems offers a pathway to achieving sustainable public procurement in Indonesia. This study explores relevant ESG criteria and formulates strategies to enhance the capacity of procurement personnel in implementing these principles. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating environmental criteria such as energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and waste management; social criteria like labor standards compliance, local MSME empowerment, and gender equality; and governance criteria including transparency, anti-corruption, and tax compliance. While e-procurement provides a digital platform to improve efficiency and transparency, challenges such as limited awareness, capacity gaps, and the absence of specific ESG guidelines hinder effective implementation. To address these issues, the study proposes strategic measures, including the development of ESG-based evaluation systems, comprehensive training programs for procurement personnel, and robust monitoring frameworks. These initiatives aim to align procurement practices with the principles of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP), ensuring that procurement contributes to environmental sustainability, social equity, and better governance. By overcoming existing barriers and fostering collaboration among stakeholders, Indonesia can position itself as a leader in sustainable procurement practices. This research provides practical recommendations to integrate ESG into procurement systems, paving the way for a more accountable, equitable, and sustainable procurement framework.
