Literary work is a study of stylistics that uses literary language styles as a medium to discover its aesthetic value. Stylistics is the science of using language in literary works. The use of specific language styles in literary works created by the author himself. Therefore, the objective of this research analysis aims to determine the use of language styles (figure of speech), describe the diction and message to be conveyed in the poem "How are you or what should I do" by KH Mustofa Bisri. Based on the stylistic approach put forward as the basis for the theoretical study used in the analysis. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The theory used is stylistic theory with a stylistic approach. This is able to convey messages indirectly to the reader, what attitudes and behavior should be carried out. Based on the results of the analysis of the poem You Are How or I Have to How by KH Mustofa Bisri which highlights various aspects of strong and unexpected word formation in order to find out about the implied meaning that KH Mustofa Bisri wants to convey through the application of language styles (figure of speech), so that the meaning is hidden in The poem "How are you or what should I do" can be clearly expressed by the author. The author found the language styles of association, irony, parallelism and paradox, there are 6 language styles (figure of speech) which are divided into; 1 association, 2 ironies, 2 parallelisms and 1 paradox. Based on the results of the analysis, from the poem "How are you or what should I do" by Gus Mus, 6 language styles were obtained.

This research utilizes this theoretical framework to design more effective product marketing strategies, meeting consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted based on the results of observations or observations that the researcher had carried out for 1 (one) month. This research was conducted at PT. This makes TikTok Live an effective platform in meeting user wants and needs and increasing the effectiveness of product marketing through social interaction and entertainment content. In the age of social media, especially on platforms like TikTok, product marketing has become increasingly creative and focused on entertainment. The entertainment appeal presented to users provides an opportunity for companies to convey their message in unexpected ways and direct user interest towards their products. With an innovative approach, product marketing on TikTok and similar platforms continues to develop into an important part of modern business strategy.

Nowadays, there are many Christians who only listen to God's word but do not do it or who are said to be more concerned with their fleshly desires, one of which is: slandering fellow humans, rather than doing what God wants them to do. This article aims to explore the meaning of the writing in the letter of James about hearing and doing the word of God. This research uses a qualitative approach, by analyzing various sources such as books, novels, and updates related to the topic of this article. The results of the analysis see the importance of a servant of God interpreting the call to serve God for a positive impact on Christians today. A servant of God must be a blessing and an example in all aspects of life so that the congregation truly becomes a listener and doer of God's word and also believes that there is a God. The contents of this article are presented to make readers aware, especially God's servants, to serve God wholeheartedly and be role models for the congregation, not with other motivations but for the glory of God in enriching themselves to be true and good listeners and doers of God's word.

Knee injuries are often encountered in general practice and in hospitals. One injury that can occur is injury to the meniscus which causes a meniscus tear. The meniscus is a fibro cartilage disc which is the content of the knee joint and is divided into two, namely the lateral meniscus and the medial meniscus. To confirm the diagnosis of injured ligaments is by carrying out an MRI examination. MRI examination of the knee joint using T2* Multi Echo Rechalled Gradient Echo can provide optimal images in cases of meniscus tears. MRI examination of the knee joint using MEDIC is very useful for cervical imaging, cartilage, joint and musculoskeletal examination. The advantage of the MEDIC sequence is that it can be used for 2D and 3D imaging and can reduce chemical shift artifacts. Based on the journal taken by the author, the sequence needed to clinically show a meniscus tear on an MRI Knee Joint examination is sagittal STIR and sagittal T2 MEDIC. then the most optimal sequence in clinically showing a meniscus tear is chosen to increase the efficiency of the examination time. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects used in this research were 3 Radiology Specialist Doctors and 3 Radiographers. The STIR and T2 MEDIC sequences on the MRI Knee Joint examination have their respective roles in confirming the diagnosis of Tear Meniscus. The STIR sequence plays a role in assessing the Anterior Cruriated Ligament, Posterior Cruriated Ligament, radiologists also want to see edema or swelling that occurs in the patient's genu. The MEDIC T2 sequence plays a role in assessing the medial and lateral meniscus, the radiologist also wants to see blood production in the patient's genu. The STIR and T2 MEDIC sequences in the MRI Knee Joint examination at the Balimed Denpasar Hospital installation are able to confirm the diagnosis, especially in the clinical Tear Meniscus, because with these two sequences, the picture of the Medial Meniscus, Lateral Meniscus, Anterior Cruriated Ligament, Posterior Cruriated Ligament, product blood and edema can be clearly seen.

This research is motivated by the transformation of the IAIN Bukittinggi campus, which has now changed its status to UIN Bukittinggi. This change in status proves that UIN Bukittinggi wants to continue to promote and improve the quality of education. The change in status was felt more by students of the class of 2020 because when they became freshmen, the campus status was still IAIN, while mid-university it became UIN. Of course, with these changes, students' learning motivation should be better than before, especially PAI students, who are the foundation of UIN, because now the status of the campus is changing, everything should be improved better. Thus, this research focuses on the effect of campus transformation on the learning motivation of students from the PAI Class of 2020. This research is a quantitative correlational study. The population is 401 people and the sample consists of 55 people according to the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of this study are that there is an influence of campus transformation on the learning motivation of the PAI student class of 2020, as shown by the results of the t > t table test, which is 3.167 > 1.674 and the size of the effect is 15 .92%

In this project the author uses a results dissemination scheme by sharing the knowledge and experience gained with the community so that it can be utilized more widely by the community. World Health Organization., (2018), according to him the dissemination of results is a process of communicating information related to research or findings to relevant stakeholders to inform policies, practices, and decision making. The results of this project are expected to encourage new breakthroughs for the community in the form of applications that can provide additional income from home.

The background to this research is that in the current digital era, social media, especially Instagram, has become a popular platform for e-commerce businesses to promote and sell their products. In this context, this study tries to understand how the variety of products offered by erigo stores through the media of their Instagram accounts affect consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to find out how product variations in Erigo store products can influence consumer buying interest, to find out what factors most influence consumers in choosing Erigo store products through Instagram media. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method based on positivistic (concrete data), research data in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a means of calculating the test, related to the problem under study to produce a conclusion. The population in this study are followers of Instagram Erigo store. Conclusions based on the results of the analysis and discussion of money that the researchers have explained, it can be concluded that attractive and varied product variations can increase consumer buying interest.

From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi can assist the production process related to procuring the right materials, in efficient quantities and time.

Agricultural shops are one of the businesses whose target is the agricultural sector, because the majority of people in the Nganjuk area work as farmers. Even though in the Nganjuk Regency area there are many competitors in the agricultural sector, every consumer has reasons for their purchasing decisions because price and location can also influence purchasing decisions. Maintaining consumers to continue shopping at this agricultural shop is a way to maintain the company's survival. In order for agricultural shops to be able to keep consumers shopping at agricultural shops, the company approaches consumers to find out consumer needs and desires. This research aims to find out the influence of product completeness, price and location on purchasing decisions at the UD Eka Tani Ngronggot Agricultural Shop, Nganjuk Regency. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The population in this study was 183 people and the sample used was 126 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of research at the UD Eka Tani Ngronggot Agricultural Shop, Nganjuk Regency show that product completeness, price and location have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. These results are proven by the calculated F value of 5,548 with a significance of 0.001. The significance value is smaller than 0.050 (0.001 > 0.050).

This research aims to determine the influence of Shopping lifestyle and Fashion Involvement on the Impulse Buying Behavior of the People of Bima City. In this research, the type of associative research is used, namely research that is to find out the relationship between two or more variables and in this research the researcher wants to know the relationship between the variables shopping lifestyle (X1), fashion involvement (X2), and the variable impulse buying behavior (Y). The population used in the research was all the people of Bima City who had worn the unknown number of the Umama brand hijab (unknown population) and used a purposive sampling technique. The sampling in this research was 100 respondents. The research instrument uses a Likert scale using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (R), determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and f test. The research results show that 1) There is a significant influence of shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City. 2) There is no significant influence of fashion involvement on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City. 3) Shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement together have a significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City.
