Hal ini terdapat pada salah satu tujuan SDGs, yaitu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk kesejahteraan. Banyak dari negara berkembang di dunia sedang berusaha dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi juga taraf hidup warganya, salah satunya adalah Indonesia. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas pekerja dengan peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Literatur Review dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel penelitian yang pernah diterbitkan dan berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian yang sama. Berdasarkan 6 jurnal yang telah dianalisis terdapat persamaan bahwa dengan peningkatan kesehatan akan berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas tenaga. hal ini dikarenakan efektivitas dan produktivitas bekerja menjadi faktor utama dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingga semakin baik derajat kesehatan seseorang akan mendorong tingkat produktivitas dan efektivitas dalam bekerja yang kemudian akan memberikan dampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi.

One of the pillars in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the 16 pillars covering legal development and governance. Governance in government is one part of this goal, because there are still relatively many forms of fraud in government. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation suitability, control system compliance and organizational commitment to fraud. This study took a sample of accounting officers and goods or asset managers throughout the OPD in the City of Salatiga. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study showsthat the suitability of compensation and control system compliance has no effect on fraud, while organizational commitment has an influence on fraud.Keywords: suitability of compensation, control system compliance, organizational commitment and fraud

Abstract SDG's is a sustainability development carried out by the United Nations (UN) as targets in 2030. This descriptive research aims to describe roles of sociopreneur students to achieve some targets from SDG's especially the targets at number one and eight. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative with library literature. The result this research show that students have a strategic role in achieving the targest of SDGs by becoming sociopreneurs to give contributes to society like job vacancies and also their contry to support economy development as well with their business activity. Keywords: SDGs, Sociopreneur, Students.   Abstrak SDGs merupakan pembangunan keberlanjutan yang diusung oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) sebagai target pada tahun 2030. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran mahasiswa sosioprener untuk mencapai beberapa target dari SDGs khususnya pada target nomor satu dan delpan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki peran strategis dalam mencapai target dari SDGs dengan menjadi sosioprener untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat seperti kesempatan bekerja dan juga negara untuk mendukung pembangunan ekonomi dengan baik melalui aktivitas bisnis mereka. This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.
