Background: Anaemia is a condition with lower-than-normal haemoglobin levels and red blood cells. Iron nutritional anaemia in young women is at higher risk because it causes a person to experience decreased body resistance, making them susceptible to health problems (Anggoro, 2020). Normal Hb levels in female adolescents >12 g/dL, women of childbearing age 12–14 g/dL, pregnant women 11 g/dL, and males >13 g/dL. The prevalence of anaemia among young women in Semarang City is 43.75% (Semarang City Health Office, 2019). Based on preliminary studies at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang from class X, XI, and XII representatives, such as BP checks, conjunctival and skin examinations. After a simple examination, it was found that there were 3 class X who experienced symptoms of anaemia. Eight students in class XI experienced symptoms of anemia. In class XII, four people experienced symptoms of anaemia. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge of anaemia in young female at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang.Method: This study used the pre-experimental design method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 55 respondents, and the research location was at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test with the Shapiro-Wilk data normality test. Results: Based on data analysis, we obtained good knowledge from 51 (92.7%) respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, namely a p-value of 0.000 (<0.005) and a potential health education value of 6.473x, affect the level of knowledge about anaemia in female adolescents. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected; that is, there is an effect of providing health education on the level of knowledge about anaemia in young female at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang. Conclusion: Adolescents need to be given additional health education about anaemia to better recognize the signs and symptoms and how to avoid it.

Adolescent reproductive health is a healthy condition originating from the systems, functions and processes of the reproductive organs of adolescents, namely men and women aged 10-19 years and who are not yet married. Teenagers' lack of knowledge about reproductive health will certainly have an impact on attitudes that don't care about their reproductive health. Adolescents experience various problems related to reproductive health such as unwanted pregnancies (KTD), sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection, this is due, in part, to a lack of knowledge and caring attitude towards their reproductive health. The aim of this community service is to provide counseling related to reproductive health to adolescents and then evaluate their level of knowledge before and after the counseling is carried out. The stages are in the form of a pre-test, followed by a presentation of counseling material using the lecture method, followed by a question and answer session and discussion then ending with a participant post-test. The results showed that there was an increase in the level of knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health after the counseling was carried out.

Adolescence is an important transition period in a person's life, where they experience significant physical, psychological and social changes. During this period, teenagers often face various pressures and challenges, including the problem that teenagers often face is loneliness. Prolonged loneliness can cause teenagers to feel isolated, hopeless, and have difficulty dealing with negative emotions. In this situation, teens may look for ways to ease the pain and achieve a temporary sense of relief. One response that may arise is self-harm behavior or self-injury. And to minimize the occurrence of self-harm, social support is very necessary. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of how important social support is for self-harm behavior in teenagers who feel lonely. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is literature study. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in this research is a documentary study. An individual's attitude towards an object can be influenced by the knowledge they possess about that object. The more positive information known about the object, the more positive the attitude towards it. Adolescents experiencing physical changes often exhibit negative attitudes, such as low self-confidence, indecisiveness, and feelings of fear and anxiety. However, adolescents who can embrace physical changes have the potential to feel comfortable and proud of their bodily abilities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo regarding physical changes during puberty. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study approach was used. The population consisted of 158 female adolescents in the 7th grade with a sample of 62 respondents selected through Simple Random Sampling. Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The implementation of socialization at Al Islam High School is really needed considering that in this school there are many cases of Dysmennorrhea, and no one has provided an understanding of these cases and how to manage them non-pharmacologically so that they can be overcome without causing side effects. The target of this community service proposal is Al Islam Surakata High School students. The benefit of this activity is to increase understanding about menstrual disorders, especially dysmenorrhea and treatment of pain complaints when dysmenorrhea occurs at low cost and without side effects. impact, namely by means of Tibbun Nabawi.”

Anemia is one of the health problems, especially adolescent girls in developing countries. The World Health Organization (2021) shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) in the world in 2019 is around 29.9%. Balitbangkes 2018 states that in Indonesia anemia in adolescent girls ranges from 27.2% in the age group 15-24 years. The cause of anemia is generally due to lack of knowledge about anemia, lack of iron, folic acid, vit B12 and vit A. One of the government's efforts in preventing anemia is the consumption of blood supplement tablets. However, there are still many adolescent girls who are not compliant with consuming them, which have been distributed free of charge, this is due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of adolescent girls about the benefits of taking blood supplement tablets. So it is necessary to provide alternative solutions that are able to increase awareness and knowledge for adolescent girls about the benefits of consuming blood tablets. This activity is part of the Tridharma Community Service of Almarisah Madani University. This activity was carried out in November 2023. The method used in this service is counseling. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and compliance for adolescent girls at MAN 2 Makassar to routinely consume Blood Addition Tablets to prevent the incidence of anemia. Thus, it is hoped that the program run by the government can run accordingly

The provision of blood supplement tablets in adolescent girls currently has an urgency to prevent anemia and increase iron reserves in the body which is a provision in preparing healthy quality and productive adolescent girls. Adolescent girls have a menstrual phase every month, plus their rapid growth, so they need a strong and balanced nutritional intake. One of them is by fulfilling the needs of iron (Fe) in the body. Adolescent girls who experience anemia can reduce intelligence, productivity, and learning achievement. This service aims to provide socialization to students to find out the guidelines for taking blood supplement tablets and provide insight to students about the impact of anemia and its prevention. The method used in this service activity is counseling with lecture methods and active discussion between presenters and participants. Students were briefed to follow the guidelines for giving blood supplement tablets according to the guidelines given by the Ministry of Health, namely 1 tablet every week for 1 year (52 weeks). Blood supplement tablets are nutritional supplements containing 60 mg of elemental iron and 0.25 mg of folic acid (in accordance with WHO recommendations). The conclusion of this service activity is that many students have not consumed blood supplement tablets regularly so that after counseling it is expected that students regularly consume TTD.
