This research explores the meaning of leadership in employee experiences at Ayam Uleg Cak Abit outlets in Malang City using a transcendental phenomenological approach. In the context of culinary organizations operating 24 hours without formal managerial structures, leadership is understood not merely as a structural position but as relational experiences shaping daily work life. This study involves six participants (two leaders and four employees) selected through purposive sampling, with data collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation. Data analysis follows Moustakas' (1994) four stages: epoche, phenomenological reduction, imaginative variation, and synthesis of meanings and essences. Findings reveal that employees perceive meaningful leadership through leader's direct presence, involvement in operational work, emotional support during high-pressure situations, and creating work environments valuing each employee's contribution. Leadership essence emerges through authentic relationships, consistent exemplary behavior, and sincere care in daily interactions rather than formal authority or hierarchical position. This research contributes to leadership theory by providing phenomenological perspectives and offers practical implications for developing more humanistic leadership practices in informal organizations. The study concludes that meaningful leadership in culinary outlets is built through trust, open communication, and ability to build significant relationships with employees.

This study is motivated by the rapid advancement of digital marketing and the increasing influence of psychological factors in shaping consumer behaviour, particularly among Generation Z, who are highly exposed to social media and global trends in imported skincare products. This phenomenon suggests that purchase decisions are not solely driven by digital marketing strategies but are also significantly influenced by emotional drivers such as Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). Accordingly, this study aims to analyse the effects of affiliate marketing, WhatsApp status, celebrity advertising, and FoMO on the purchase intention of Generation Z consumers in Tangerang City. Specifically, the study pursues five objectives: (1) to examine the effect of affiliate marketing on purchase intention; (2) to analyse the influence of WhatsApp status on purchase intention; (3) to investigate the impact of celebrity advertising on purchase intention; (4) to evaluate the effect of FoMO on purchase intention; and (5) to assess the simultaneous effects of all independent variables on purchase intention. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through structured questionnaires administered to 250 respondents selected via accidental sampling. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software to examine the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that all independent variables exert a positive and statistically significant influence on purchase intention, with FoMO emerging as the most dominant predictor. These results underscore the greater role of psychological factors relative to digital marketing strategies in driving purchase intention among Generation Z consumers. The contribution of this study lies in integrating digital marketing strategies and psychological factors into a single empirical model, while also highlighting the growing importance of interpersonal digital communication, such as WhatsApp, in contemporary marketing contexts. From a practical perspective, the findings provide managerial implications for businesses to design marketing strategies that are not only informative but also capable of creating urgency and fostering emotional engagement among consumers.

This study examines the negotiation of self-loss through the denial defence mechanism in Rosé’s album Rosie (2024) using a Freudian psychoanalytic approach. Popular music is positioned as a cultural text that articulates psychological conflict and emotional vulnerability, particularly within toxic romantic relationships. Employing qualitative textual analysis and close reading, this research focuses on three selected songs namely Number One Girl, Toxic Till the End, and Stay a Little Longer to explore how denial operates as an ego defence in managing emotional pain and relational trauma. The findings reveal that denial functions through three interrelated forms: affective denial, cognitive denial, and symbolic denial. Rather than serving merely as a temporary protective mechanism, denial operates continuously to sustain emotional attachment, delay confrontation with loss, and gradually erode the subject’s autonomy and identity. This process results in a negotiated form of self-loss, in which the subject remains psychologically functional while experiencing progressive fragmentation of the self. By reading the album as a coherent psychological narrative rather than isolated songs, this study contributes a novel conceptual framework for understanding the dynamics of self-loss and denial in popular music, while extending psychoanalytic approaches to the analysis of contemporary female musical texts and affective trauma.

Psychological Impact and Manifestations of PTSD Due to Childhood Violence Trauma represent a complex intersection of developmental disruption and chronic emotional distress. Children exposed to such violence often internalize the trauma, leading to profound shifts in their mental health that manifest as persistent hypervigilance, emotional numbing, and intrusive memories that disrupt their daily functioning. Beyond immediate fear, these manifestations involve structural changes in the brain, such as an overactive amygdala and a reduced volume of the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, which impair a child's ability to regulate emotions and process information. Behaviorally, this often translates into externalizing symptoms like aggression and irritability, or internalizing reactions such as social withdrawal, dissociation, and "foreshortened future"—a belief that they will not live a long or normal life. If left unaddressed, these psychological scars can evolve into chronic anxiety, depression, and severe difficulties in forming healthy interpersonal relationships, creating a cycle of vulnerability that persists well into adulthood and impacts their overall quality of life.

The increasing number of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKW) working abroad, particularly through programs organized by BP2MI, has become a significant concern in managing the labor export process. One of the challenges faced is the uncertainty of the number of TKW to be sent each year, which is influenced by various external and internal factors. Therefore, this study aims to apply artificial neural networks (ANN) with a backpropagation algorithm approach to predict the number of TKW that will be processed by BP2MI. This method was chosen due to its ability to recognize patterns and nonlinear relationships between variables that affect the decision-making process for TKW export. In this study, the data used includes factors such as the number of job seekers, government policies, and the condition of the international labor market. The artificial neural network with the backpropagation algorithm is used to train the model based on existing historical data, with the goal of generating accurate predictions regarding the number of TKW to be processed in the coming years. The results of the tests show that the developed model can provide fairly accurate predictions and can serve as a tool for BP2MI in planning and managing the export of TKW more effectively. With the application of this technology, it is expected that the decision-making process related to TKW export can become more efficient and well-predicted.

Decoction is a traditional extraction method rooted in ethnobotany; however, meeting quality standards in modern pharmaceutical research remains a major challenge. This study aims to map global research trends regarding phenolic and flavonoid compounds in decoctions over the 2015–2025 period through bibliometric analysis. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer 1.6.20 software, employing the fractional counting method to ensure a more proportional weighting of keyword relationships. The results indicate a fluctuating trend that significantly increased toward the end of the period, peaking at 78 documents in 2025, with India and China emerging as the primary contributors. Network visualization and research density analysis reveal that the global research focus remains centered on antioxidant capacity (DPPH, TPC, and TFC), while decoction itself occupies a supporting position within the research map. This study concludes that decoction has not yet become a central focus in modern pharmaceutical research but serves primarily as a vehicle for presenting active compounds. There remains a significant gap between traditional decoction use and the application of advanced analytical technologies such as HPLC and antibacterial testing, representing a substantial opportunity for future research to validate the safety and efficacy of decoctions more scientifically and through standardized approaches.
