This research took the location, namely the Denpasar City Health Service. Within the company there are 5 fields available to support integrated health service programs for the community, with a total human resource population of 61 emoployee. The health development program has been implemented with reference running into half decade Strategic Planning which is outlined in the annual performance plan. The health development was carried out in the form of 18 existing health development programs. The pre-survey results showed the influence of employee performance variables using seven questions. 14 samples said they did not agree to the seventh question, 5 respondents answered by choosing the word "disagree" to the sixth question. , namely "work equipment and facilities are adequate and support me in my work", there is a research gap that took place in I News Jakarta stating the results show that communication variables have no effect on employee performance. The aim of this research was to find out how organizational communication influences employee performance, find out the effect of communication on job satisfaction, find out the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and find out the role of job satisfaction in mediating organizational communication on employee performance. The research methods used include the interview process and questionnaires. This research measurement used saturated sampling a sample sized are 61 employee was used. The research results found that the organizational communication variable had a significantly positive effect on employee performance, organizational communication had a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication had a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and the influence of job satisfaction significantly positively mediated organizational communication affect performance employee.

With the concept of a Leadership Capability model based on the development of Emotional Competency which aims to anticipate the combination of Human Resource Management Strategy and team performance. As a statistical test, this research raises four variables, namely: Human Resource Management Strategy, Emotional Competency Based Leadership Ability, Job Crafting Behavior and Teamwork Performance. Empirical testing through a survey of 120 respondents, namely the school principal's work team consisting of the principal, deputy principal and head of administration who are members of the State High School development team in Central Java, Indonesia. Revealed the role of Leadership Ability based on Emotional Competence. In this research, to mediate Strategic Human Resource Management with team work performance. There are two limitations, the first is that the survey was only conducted at State High Schools and SKM in the province of Central Java, Indonesia, the second limitation is that it focuses on the mediator of Leadership Ability Based on Emotional Competence. This does not consider the existence of other variables from human resource management theory. intelligence theory, social exchange, service dominant logic, agency and others. At a practical level, the perspective of the relationship between Emotional Competency Based Leadership Capabilities, Strategic Human Resource Management and Teamwork Performance provides guidance on how public organizations such as schools can strive for value alignment to encouraging Emotional Competency Based Leadership Capabilities which in turn will improve team work performance

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of leadership, motivation, training on performance through employee satisfaction of the regional secretariat of bintan regency. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study was 109 Civil Servants (PNS) who worked at the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat office. In this study, data collection was carried out using the census method in which the entire population was taken as a sample. By using the census method, this study aims to obtain accurate and representative data from the entire existing population. This step will make it easier for researchers to analyze and describe the characteristics and events that occur in the population. This research uses Smart-Pls as a data processing tool. The results of this study, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This proves that Leadership can affect the Performance of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This proves that Motivation can affect the Performance of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This proves that Training can affect the Performance of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This proves that Job Satisfaction can affect the Performance of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. This proves that Leadership can affect the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. This proves that Motivation can affect the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. Training has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction mediates positively and significantly between Leadership and the Performance of Employees of the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of personal capability, sophistication and utilization of technology on accountant performance with the effectiveness of accounting information systems as an intervening variable in riau islands shipping COMPANIES. The population in this study were all accountants owned by shipping companies under the auspices of the Indonesian National Shipowners' Association Riau Islands, namely 31 companies and each company had at least 2 finance department people. So that the population in this study were 103 respondents. To get a sample that describes the population, this research uses a saturated sample method, where the entire population is sampled, namely 103 accountants. The results of this study personal capability has a positive and significant effect on the accounting information system. Technological sophistication has a positive and significant effect on the accounting information system. Utilization of technology has a positive and significant effect on the accounting information system. Personal capability has a positive and significant effect on accountant performance. Technological sophistication has a positive and significant effect on accountant performance. Utilization of technology has a positive and significant effect on accountant performance. Accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on accountant performance. Personal capability indirectly has a significant effect on accountant performance through the accounting information system. In other words, personal capability significantly mediates the relationship between personal capability and accountant performance. Personal capability indirectly has a significant effect on accountant performance through accounting information system. In other words, technological sophistication significantly mediates the relationship between technological sophistication and accountant performance. Indirect utilization of technology has a significant effect on accountant performance through accounting information system. In other words, technology utilization significantly mediates the relationship between technology utilization and accountant performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of career development variables (X1), competency (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) on employee performance (Y) at the Central Statistics Agency Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 34 respondents at the Central Statistics Agency Office. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test.  The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= -0.915 + 0.472X1 + 0.394X2 + 0.947X3 and the t test results of the variables career development, competence, job satisfaction had a partially significant effect on employee performance. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that career development, competence, job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics.

This research is motivated by the growth of the Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines Industry which does not always increase every year. The value of the Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines Industry shows a decline starting from 2017-2022. This increase and decrease in value can be changed by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance. This research aims to: (1) Find out changes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) towards Industrial Value, (2) Find out changes in Financial Performance towards Industrial Value, and to (3) Find out changes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance together. the same for the Industrial Value of the Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines industry listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. The population in this study is the entire Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines industry listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. Sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 10 industries. The type of data collected is secondary data obtained from the IDX website. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results prove that: (1) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has had a significant negative change in Industrial Value, (2) Financial Performance has had a significant positive change in Industrial Value, and (3) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance have simultaneously had a significant change. on Industrial Value.

This study aims to examine the impact of each ESG (environmental, social, governance) aspect on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with ownership structure proxied by managerial ownership as a moderating variable. This quantitative research employs purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 10 mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22 with multiple linear regression and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) methods. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, all ESG variables affect financial performance, though the social aspect has a negative impact. Additionally, managerial ownership is proven to moderate the relationship between ESG aspects and financial performance.

The aim of this research is to analyze the comparison of financial performance and stock returns before and after mergers and acquisitions which are moderated by good corporate governance. This research applies comparative quantitative methods, using secondary data. A population of 21 companies that have carried out merger and acquisition activities were registered with the KPPU in 2021 and listed on the IDX during the 2019-2023 period. A sample of 11 companies was obtained with a 4 year observation span using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis used was IBM SPSS version 27 software with hypothesis testing, namely paired sample t-test, t test, R2 test, and MRA test. The research results show that the ROA, CR, DER, TATO, EPS and Stock Return variables do not show differences before and after carrying out mergers and acquisitions. The proportion of independent board of commissioners cannot moderate the influence of ROA, CR and EPS on merger and acquisition performance. The proportion of independent board of commissioners can moderate the influence of DER, TATO, and Share Return on merger and acquisition performance.

Employees who have high skill-upgrading and self-leadership will have self-confidence in their abilities. Skill-upgrading and self-leadership make employees able to organize themselves, focus on the goals they want to achieve, and have the nature of never giving up in solving problems so that it will have an impact on the resulting employee performance. The aim of writing this article is to review and synthesize existing literature related to employee performance so that it can contribute to the understanding of skill-upgrading and self-leadership which have an impact on employee performance. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis methods using inductive thinking patterns. Employee performance is developed properly and correctly if supported by strong skill-upgrading and self-leadership. Skill-upgrading is a way for employees to improve their quality with qualified skills, while self-leadership motivates employees to be able to lead themselves and use their creativity in carrying out a task. Skill upgrading can be done through training specifically to improve technical skills, specific expertise and knowledge that employees need in their work. Self-leadership abilities can be developed by yourself by managing time, setting goals, improving your abilities, being consistent in your activities, and doing self-reflection.

This study aims to analyze the service quality of PDAM Tirta Danau Tempe in Wajo Regency using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method with the House of Quality (HoQ) approach. The research methods used include qualitative data collection through interviews and observations, and quantitative data through questionnaires filled out by 30 respondents from 650 PDAM customers. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure data consistency, while HoQ analysis was used to link customer desires with the quality of service provided. The results show that the most important service attributes for customers are the PDAM's good reputation, timely office operation time, and effective communication by staff. However, some aspects such as the company's compliance with service promises and the availability of a comfortable waiting room need to be improved. The conclusion of this study is that there is a need to improve service quality through a thorough evaluation of these attributes to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen their loyalty. Technical recommendations include improving employee work ethics, handling customer complaints, and more appropriate employee placement to improve PDAM service performance.

This research aims to develop a network security system with AdGuard DNS on Debian Linux and control time-based internet access using the Microtik Routerboard. The main challenges are rising network security threats and the need for efficient internet access management in a variety of environments, including families,, education, and offices. The aim of this study is to improve network security and efficiency by blocking harmful content and advertisements, ining user privacy, and regulating internet access at a specific time. Technologies used include DNS AdGuard on Debian Linux to strengthen protection against network security threats and RouterOS Microtik devices to manage internet access based on time. These technologies include content filtering features, network traffic distribution (load balancing), and the ability to block unwanted sites to enhance network performance. Research results show that the combination of AdGuard DNS and   Microtik Routerboard is an effective solution to enhance network security and efficiency. The system is capable of blocking harmful content and advertising, improving user privacy, and adjusting internet access as needed, thus creating a more secure, controlled, and optimal network.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is an innovative technology that makes our environment smarter, with IoT devices as an integral part of home automation. Smart home systems are becoming increasingly popular as an IoT service in the home that connects via a network. Due to the security weakness of many devices, the malware is targeting IoT devices. After being infected with malicious attacks on smart devices, they act like bots that the intruders can control. Machine learning methods can assist in improving the attack detection process for these devices. However, the irrelevant features raise the computation time as well as affect the detection accuracy in the processing with many features. We proposed a machine learning-based IoT security framework using feature correlation. The feature extraction scheme, one-hot feature encoding, correlation feature selection, and attack detection implement an active detection mechanism. The results show that the implemented framework is not only for effective detection but also for lightweight performance. The proposed system outperforms the results with the selected features, which have almost 100% detection accuracy. It is also approved that the proposed system using CART is more suitable in terms of processing time and detection accuracy.

This financial report preparation training activity aims to remind MSME business actors of their ability and knowledge in compiling financial reports. This activity is to respond to the difficulties of business actors that they have encountered so far. Inability and ignorance in compiling financial statements make it difficult for them to analyze their financial performance. This training activity lasted for 3 days where the material was carried out by conducting training in the preparation of financial reports then continued with the practice of making financial reports and finally continued with assistance by the team formed for this activity. This activity was attended by 15 MSME actors in Sanrobone village, Takalar. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, the conclusion of community service activities about financial reporting training in improving the Quality: MSME Financial Reports in Sanrobone Village, Sanrobone District, Takalat Regency is as follows: This activity aims to increase the understanding of financial reporting in improving the quality of financial reports for MSME actors. This training activity provides benefits in increasing productivity for MSME actors. The follow-up of activities is expected to be more about continuous training techniques and mentoring for MSME actors

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of audit experience and task complexity on the quality of auditor performance. The population used in this research were all auditors at Public Accounting Firms in Bali Province. The sampling technique was through purposive sampling, so that the sample size was 19 KAPs with all auditors as research respondents. This research uses the Multiple Regression Analysis technique. The output of multiple regression analysis shows that audit experience has a positive effect on the quality of auditor performance and task complexity has a negative effect on the quality of auditor performance. The implications of this research can be used as a guide to pay attention to audit experience and task complexity, so that it can improve the quality of auditor performance and can also have a positive impact on Public Accounting Firms.

In This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at Libra Pharmacy Surabaya.   This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample used was all employees who worked at Libra Pharmacy Surabaya, totaling 32 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The research variables are the independent variable leadership performance and discipline, the dependent variable is employee performance. Mei-Juni 2024.  Libra pharmacy employees. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Libra pharmacy employees. The conclusion obtained from the results of the regression equation analysis is that the regression coefficient value for leadership is -1.072 with a negative relationship direction, which means that if leadership is increased, employee performance will be lower and vice versa, if leadership is low then the level of employee performance will be higher. Apart from that, it has a calculated t value of -3.481 < t table 1.699 and has a probability value of 0.002 < 0.05, then H is accepted. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Libra pharmacy employees. The conclusion obtained is that from the results of the regression equation analysis, the regression coefficient value for work discipline is -0.907 with a negative relationship direction, which means that if work discipline is increased, employee performance will be lower and vice versa, if work discipline is low then the level of employee performance will be higher. high., apart from that it has a calculated t value of -5.447 < t table 1.699 and has a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H is accepted.

Big Data Analytics has gained significant popularity in recent years, with many companies integrating it into their information technology roadmaps to enhance business performance. However, surveys indicate that Big Data Analytics demands substantial resources, including technology, costs, and talent, which often leads to failures in the initial stages of implementation. This study proposes a VGG6 architecture approach, intended to provide a framework for the initial implementation of Big Data Analytics. The study's outcomes include the implementation of the VGG6 architecture for processing images of aromatic plants using Python. Furthermore, this approach enabled the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution that adheres to general Big Data principles, such as the 3Vs (Volume, Velocity, and Variety), and encompasses key technological components: 1) Data Storage and Analysis, 2) Knowledge Discovery and Computational Complexity, 3) Scalability and Data Visualization, and 4) Information Security.

In building good teacher performance, it is necessary to provide additional allowances to improve teacher welfare. This will lead to teacher commitment in educating. This study aims to determine the impact of providing additional allowances and commitment on teacher performance. The research location is at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang using qualitative research that relies on observations, interviews, and documentation on the object of research so as to produce data that describes in detail. With the results of the study that the provision of additional allowances provided by the principal at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang has an impact on improving teacher performance such as teachers willing to work overtime to do the tasks given by the school. In addition, the commitment of teachers at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang is high and can be seen by the enthusiasm and activity of the teachers in carrying out various ideas in the learning process..

This Research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, firm size and institusional ownership on financial performance.the population in this study is 33 health sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. By using the purposive sampling method, a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 22 Program. The result of this study indicate that liquidity have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, leverage have a negative and significant effect on financial performance while firm size and institusional ownership have no effect on financial performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work atmosphere and interpersonal conflict on employee performance at the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). The research population includes all employees of Dukcapil Surakarta, totaling 74 people. The variables studied include work atmosphere, interpersonal conflict, and employee performance. Data collection was conducted through a combination of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through documentation. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, and data processing was done using SmartPLS software. The results showed that. Interpersonal conflict and work atmosphere are proven to have a significant impact on the performance of employees of the Surakarta City Dukcapil Office.

The research methods used are quantitative and associative methods.   Data   collection   techniques   in   this   research   used   observation techniques and questionnaires. Data obtained by a questionnaire with 70 employees as respondents. Questionnaire data testing was analyzed using SPSS version 25 calculations, using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, hypothesis tests and simultaneous tests. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the equation value Y = 29,832+ 0.123 X1 + 0.110 ) with work motivation and work facilities (independent variables) have a very strong level of relationship. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test between the variable providing work motivation (X1) and employee performance (Y), the result is tcount is greater than ttable (5,130 >1,995) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the t test between the work facility variable (X2) and employee performance (Y) resulted in tcount being greater than ttable (5,940 > 1,995) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination value of 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and based on the f test between the variables providing incentives and work facilities on employee performance it was obtained the results of fcount > ftable = 21,719 > 2,740 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that work motivation and work facilities influence employee performance at PT Bahana Mitra Prima South Tangerang.
