Congregational establishment is a process in which a group of people decide to form an ecclesiastical community. The Holy Spirit played a very important role in the founding of the Christian community. In the early church founded by the apostles the role of the Holy Spirit was very important. The Holy Spirit who indwells everyone who has believed in Christ makes their lives change drastically. By using qualitative research methods by collecting several sources and books. With the aim of knowing the importance of the role of the holy spirit itself in the establishment of the church.

PT SK Keris Indonesia is a joint venture company operating in Indonesia and is part of SK Chemicals' global strategy. This company produces various types of products, such as polyester filament yarn, PET resin for bottles, PET film, as well as several specialty chemicals that are tailored to orders from consumers. Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, security at PT SK Keris Indonesia is very important. This study was made to find a correlation between the role of security management and security breaches. The results of the study show that the Security Unit at PT SK Keris has not optimally and coordinatedly utilized all parties related to the security of PT. SK Keris including the local police. SK Keris, needs to take advantage of the potential that exists from within and around it, including by building cooperation with the local police apparatus.

The aims of this research are 1.  to find out environmental management policies in Indonesia in general; 2.  know the environmental management policies in Tulungagung Regency; 3. knowing environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency; and 4.  knowing the role of the community in maintaining, protecting, and preserving the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis, using the literature study method. Sources of data used, namely articles, journals, research reports, and other sources that have a good reputation. The results of this study indicate that environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency are increasing pollution and increasing the volume of waste. Apart from referring to Law Number 32 of 2009, the local government also has a regional regulation, namely the Tulungagung Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2018 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The Tulungagung Regency environmental management strategy focuses on environmental functions, especially controlling environmental impacts by preventing, restoring environmental damage and pollution in the framework of achieving environmental goals of sustainable and environmentally sound regional development.

This research is descriptive-inferential, where there are functional relationships. If leadership (X) is systematically related to employee performance (Y), then future phenomena are likely to be predicted and the results may propose new or additional hypotheses that can be tested. This study wants to reveal that there is a significant contribution between leadership effectiveness (X) and employee performance (Y), to the empirical contribution of 27.3%. This shows that leadership plays an important role in overcoming all challenges in the organisation. Elder leadership plays an important role of 27.3% in the performance of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. Then, this study also found that the role of management in this area has not been optimal, resulting in ineffectiveness in achieving the desired performance, especially in promoting learning and improving congregational performance. This study suggests that the role of management in the future should be more aligned with the management and effectiveness of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. This will ensure that the work of GPP Sukadono Helvetia elders is not only focussed on programme activities but also that the programme contributes to the overall success of the organisation.      

Education and training have a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources, namely civil servants who are professional both in terms of competence, attitude and expected behavior in accordance with their respective duties and roles. The objectives of education and training have an influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the objectives of the training which are in line with performance measurement indicators. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The education and training carried out by the company is beneficial for the company, employees, and improves performance and performance in good quality.

PKM activities were held in Ngaduman Hamlet, Kel. Title, Kec. Getasan, Semarang Regency. This activity involves several stakeholders. The implementation of HR Training activities in Improving the Economy in Ngaduman Hamlet is carried out in four stages, namely the socialization and preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. In the first stage, internal coordination was carried out by the activity implementing team as well as external coordination involving activity partners. The implementation stage was a coordination process through FGDs in Ngaduman Hamlet which were present and several community communities and also the relevant government, Field Practice Stage through direct field observation, Last stage in the form of activity evaluation, namely technical evaluation and evaluation through direct discussions with several parties to reach conclusions

Cost Control is one component to support the running of business activities in hotel companies. The purpose of this research is to know the role of Village Community Empowerment Institution in Binalang Village, and this research uses qualitative research method. Instrument researchers are researchers themselves. From the results of this study concluded that the role of LPMD in Binalang Village is not optimal, this is seen from the low ability of LPMD to increase community participation and lack of ability to plan development. To overcome the problems related to the low role of the Community Empowerment Institution, it is necessary to train the quality improvement program of human resources for LPMD management in the form of providing training with orientation to the main task and function of LPMD itself.    

Peran pendidikan dalam mengembangkan potensi manusia yang beriman, sesuai dengan UU SISDIKNAS No. 20 Tahun 2003. Menurut undang-undang tersebut, pendidikan nasional bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan, membentuk watak, dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pendidikan juga bertujuan agar peserta didik menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, serta menjadi warga negara yang demokratis dan bertanggung jawab. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi individu, termasuk bagi peserta didik Penghayat Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Namun, dalam beberapa kasus, mereka tidak mendapatkan akses yang memadai terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Namun, dengan dikeluarkannya Permendikbud Nomor 27 Tahun 2016 tentang Layanan Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa pada Satuan Pendidikan, penghayat kepercayaan kini mendapatkan legalitas pendidikan dan dapat mengikuti mata pelajaran tersebut. Hal ini merupakan langkah strategis dalam memberikan ruang kaderisasi dan mengembalikan eksistensi penghayat kepercayaan, sehingga mereka dapat memiliki pelayanan pendidikan yang setara dengan penganut agama lainnya.

This study aims to determine the role of business ethics in the continuity of a business enterprise. This research uses the library research method, where the study is based on the opinions of an expert on business ethics and corporate business continuity, by collecting secondary data or using data that has been recorded, both in the form of reports and the results of previous research. . This business ethics is implemented for various aspects. Maintaining mutual trust in cooperation will greatly affect the reputation of the company, both at the micro and macro levels. All of this does not provide immediate benefits, but this is a form of long-term investment for all elements of the business environment.

Effective COVID-19 patient referral system is crucial to ensure that patients in need of care can receive timely and appropriate treatment. The Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a crucial role in the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This study was conducted using literature review. The results of the study showed that the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a very important role in coordinating between units within the department, overseeing the implementation of programs and policies, and ensuring the availability of sufficient facilities and medical personnel in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This role has ensured that the COVID-19 patient referral system in North Sulawesi Province runs well and effectively. However, further research can be conducted to deepen the understanding of the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. Further research can be conducted to compare the COVID-19 patient referral system in other regions in Indonesia, so that a more comprehensive understanding of the role of regional health departments in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia can be obtained.    

Teenagers as the future generation of the church and nation must be given proper attention and education so that their behavior is in accordance with existing norms. Christian Religious Education in the family is the most important education to teach how the person of God is with Humans. Christian Religious Education cannot be limited by space and time because it is very flexible and can be done anywhere. The role given by Christian Religious Education itself, of course, must provide teaching about the realities of life so that adolescents are able to have an understanding of their life goals. Christian Religious Education is role includes in the family to provide good behavior in the present, namely; Family behavioral education center, setting an example, restoration, family place of worship. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive literature method, by collecting studies related to research conducted either through books, proceedings, national and international journals. Then do the analysis, provide arguments and find the results of the study. The purpose of the research was conducted so that today's Christian youth have better behavior through Christian Religious Education in the Family and so that Christian youth do not deviate from the person of Jesus himself as a perfect person in all respects.

Penulis mencoba membuat label baru untuk UKM jahe instan. . Dengan label yang menarik dapat meningkatkan minat konsumen. Konsumen lebih tertarik dengan label daripada produk yang tidak memiliki label. Label mampu menjadi identitas dan akan masuk dalam ingatan konsumen, hal ini sangat mempengaruhi konsumen jika konsumen berniat untuk membeli kembali.

Pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak di Lapak Sarmili dan memberikan fasilitas pendidikan, selain itu, Pendidikan masih merupakan investasi yang mahal. Peran orang tua dalam pendidikan anak mempunyai peranan terhadap masa depan anak. Selain itu, Program baca tulis quran.  Menurut Nawardi, pemulung adalah orang yang mencari, memungut, mengambil, mengumpulkan dan mencari sampah baik perorangan maupun kelompok yang kemudian dijual kepada pengepul. Pemulung bekerja mengumpulkan barang-barang bekas dengan cara mengerumuni muatan truk sampah yang tengah dibongkar, sebagian pemulung lainnya berputar-putar mengais barang bekas dari tumpukan- tumpukan sampah. Perekonomian pada warga Lapak sarmili di RT 005/02 secara produktif sehingga dapat menghasilkan nilai tambah yang tinggi dan pendapatan yang lebih besar. Pemberdayaan adalah upaya membangun kekuatan masyarakat dengan cara mendorong, memotivasi dan membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi yang dimilikinya serta berusaha untuk mengembangkannya.

            Arti penting kelapa sawit bagi pembangunan perkebunan nasional Indonesia tak hanya terletak pada peluang kerja yang dihasilkan bagi masyarakat, namun juga pada peranannya sebagai sumber devisa negara. Kelapa sawit merupakan industri stategis dalam sektor pertanian di negara-negara tropis, termasuk Indonesia. Selain memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan pada perekonomian daerah, Industri kelapa sawit memberikan dampak pada aspek sosial dan lingkungan, dan untuk mengatasinya, pemerintah mendorong pembentukan model kemitraan antara petani dan perusahaan. Model kemitraan ini bertujuan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan pemerataan ekonomi di industri kelapa sawit.             Di kalimantan selatan, sekor perkebunan menjadi potensi yang sangat unggul, terutama dalam produksi karet dan kelapa sawit. Kedua jenis komoditas ini memiliki peran yang sangat tinggi dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Untuk memperkuat pembangunan perkebunan secara keseluruhan di Kalimantan, diharapkan bahwa sektor perkebunan akan terus meningkat dalam perekonomian nasional.

Perkembangan globalisasi abad 21 yang semakin pesat turut diikuti dengan peningkatan pertumbuhan sektor transportasi, tidak terkecuali transportasi laut. Peranan transportasi laut merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dan bermanfaat bagi perekonomian suatu negara.

Dibuatnya artikel ini memiliki tujuan agar kita bisa tahu bagaimana pentingnya pendidikan karakter dalam menciptakan sekolah berkarater. Dalam menjalankan roda pendidikan, seperti yang diketahui peranan penting, dan tentunya didukung dengan fasilitas guru yang berkompeten juga. Kendala pendidik dalam menciptakan sekolah berkarakter yaitu sekolahnya belum mampu memilih terkait nilai karakter didalam menyesuaikan terhadap visi serta tujuan untuk melakukan berbagai hal yang terbaik, indikator yang representatif, pengembangan atau pembentukan karakter jni penting dan perlu diyakini untuk menjadi pijakan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan kembangkan disekolah. Tentunya hambatan ini perlu diselesaikan satu persatu supaya apaa yang mejadi tantangan dan hambatan dalam menciptakan sekolah yang berkarakter ini kedepannya bisa diperbaiki sehingga generasi bangsa ini memiliki kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten dalam setiap masing masing bidangnya. Dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data sekunder, data yang diambil berdasarkan studi literatur yang meliputi buku - buku, jurnal - jurnal , makalah-makalah, serta studi literatur - literatur lain yang tentunya membahas mengenai pendidikan karakter. Proses-proses baik itu analisis data-data berupa reduksi data-data serta display data-data, pemverifikasi dan berbagai penarikan kesimpulan-kesimpulan yang tentunya sudah jelas kebenarannya. Berdasarakan data hasil dari penelitian yang telah kami lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya pentingnnya pendidikan karakter dalam mengembangkan sekolah berkarakter.
