Roads in Manokwari City still need a lot to be improved, especially on the Pegaf city boundary road - South Manokwari district, because this road connects the border between the City and the district.... This study aims to calculate the productivity of heavy equipment working on road improvement work, Analyzing the balance of road improvement work tools and knowing the total cost and time required in road improvement projects. So that this research is expected to be useful for optimizing the performance of road sections and being able to provide solutions to problems that occur and can provide an overview of the process of using heavy equipment that is effective and efficient. Productivity is the ability to produce something, so it can be said that heavy equipment productivity is the ability of heavy equipment to produce something per unit of time. In general, heavy equipment work production has the same calculation principles. The basic principles of calculating heavy equipment work production are 4 steps, namely calculating actual capacity, cycle time, calculating gross work production (PKK) and calculating actual work production (PKA). So it can be concluded that the productivity of ordinary embankment excavator 173.68m3 / hour, dump truck 10 tons of ordinary embankment 45.58m3 / hour, optional embankment 36.3m3 / hour, asphalt foundation layer (HRS Base) 7.91m3 / hour, Dump truck 4 tons of Class A aggregate layer 4.02m3 / hour, Class B aggregate layer 4.06m3/hour, motor grader 315m2/hour regular embankment, 174.30 m3/hour optional embankment, 561m2/hour pavement preparation, Class A aggregate layer 274.63m3/hour, Class B aggregate layer 274.63m3/hour, vibratory roller regular embankment 159.36 m3/hour, class A aggregate layer 77.02m3/hour, class B aggregate layer 77.02m3/hour asphalt distributor binder layer 4980 liters, air compressor binder work 1365.35 liters, asphalt finisher asphalt foundation layer (HRS Base) 69.85 tons, tandem roller regular embankment 39.84m3/hour, preparation of the road body 272.98m3 / hour, paving 86.59m3 / hour, wheel loader preferred embankment 117.58m3 / hour, class A aggregate layer 114.98m3 / hour, class B aggregate layer 116.53m3 / hour and tire roller paving 104.06 tons and the total cost of all equipment rental is Rp. 254,091,569.

Tax is a mandatory contribution to society, both individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers to the state. However, taxpayers and business entities often look for ways to reduce the tax burden they have to pay. This is because Indonesia uses a self-assessment system which allows people to cheat in calculating their tax burden. This act of fraud is called tax avoidance. In the practice of tax avoidance there are several types of tricks, some of which are transfer pricing, deferred tax, and loans between affiliated companies. This research aims to determine the extent to which variables namely transfer pricing, deferred tax and loans between affiliated companies influence tax avoidance practices in Indonesia. From the results of several tests carried out in this research, it is stated that transfer pricing and loans between affiliated companies do not have a significant effect on tax avoidance. On the other hand, deferred tax has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance.

Community perception of the performance of village government in Medan Estate village means that the author focuses the research in this article on looking at the extent of the performance of village government in Medan Estate village. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of village government in Medan Estate village. This type of research is qualitative. Qualitative research methods focus on interviewing other people in external and complex environments. (Moleong, 1999; Creswell, 2002, Lindloft, 1995), states that qualitative research methods are more inductive. This means that the research step that must be prioritized is data based on facts, symptoms, phenomena, reality which is the theme, then processed, processed, so that at the end of the research it can become a proposition, model or even theory. The solution to this problem is that the president must have supervisors in the village government such as the TNI, police and PPKn lecturer experts to select which members of the village apparatus are not suitable for use or use. And this aims to ensure that people who are on the inside route are not worthy of getting a job, must be smart, wise, competent people who are worthy of being village officials. And the results of village government performance are increasingly advanced and evenly distributed.

Rural areas are defined as rural communities who live at the local level or what is known as a village. The dynamics of political life at the village level are very important to see and observe, because building an independent, advanced country and maintaining national integrity starts from the lowest level, namely the village or rural community. So awareness of the importance of developing rural communities continues until the current government, this is marked by the program run by the Central Government by providing fresh funds every year to villages throughout Indonesia. The village head election system cannot be separated from the dynamics in local political developments at the village level. In the village head election, there was a struggle for power, as is common in every round of Village Head elections in Indonesia. Candidates for village head use various methods in the village head election process in order to win the election and gain power at the lower level. Awareness of the importance of developing rural communities continues until the current government, this is marked by the program run by the Central Government by providing fresh funds every year to villages throughout Indonesia, of course this is an indication of the importance of developing communities at the village level so that they are independent and have higher productivity and will further improve the welfare of society. A village or rural environment (rural area) is a community that is always associated with simplicity, backwardness, traditionalism, subsistence and isolation (Rahardj, 1999)

This research was conducted to determine the accuracy and uniformity of CT Numbers from CT-Scan images using a phantom at Sunset Vet Hospital Kuta. This conformity test is carried out to ensure that the CT-Scan aircraft meets radiation safety requirements and provides precise and accurate diagnostic information. The method used is varying the thickness of the slice thickness, namely 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm, tube voltage 130 kVp, tube current 100 mA, window width 200 and window level 40 and ROI in the form of a circle with a size range of 1,000 – 1,005 cm2 in each slice thickness, there are 5 ROIs with different positions, namely middle ROI, ROI at 12 o'clock, ROI at 3 o'clock, ROI at 6 o'clock, and ROI at 9 o'clock. From the measurement results, the accuracy and uniformity values of the CT Number are different for each slice and ROI position, for the tolerance limit for CT Number accuracy values according to PERKA BAPETEN Number 2 of 2018 is in the range -4 to 4, while the tolerance limit for CT Number uniformity values is in the range -2 to 2. From the results of measurements that have been carried out, the accuracy and uniformity values The CT Number in this study has passed the test. The research results show that slice thickness does not affect the accuracy and uniformity of the CT Number on CT-Scan images.

Business legality is a sign or indication that a business entity has been legally recognized by the State. So business legality is very important for business actors. However, based on data collection on MSMEs in Jember Regency, of the 155 MSMEs in the data, only 50 MSMEs have business legality.
