Selecting a faculty that aligns with students’ interests and talents is a strategic step in determining the success of higher education and future career paths. However, most vocational high school (SMK) students still face difficulties in identifying the most suitable faculty due to the lack of data-driven analysis. This study implements the C4.5 classification algorithm within data mining techniques to build an automatic and measurable faculty recommendation system. The dataset consists of attributes such as SMK major, interest level, aptitude test results, academic grade average, and gender, with the output being the recommended faculty. The C4.5 algorithm was chosen for its ability to generate a transparent and interpretable decision tree, which helps both guidance counselors and students understand the rationale behind the recommendations. The experimental results show that the constructed classification model achieved an accuracy rate of 88%, based on cross-validation testing using data from 12th-grade students. The implementation of this system is expected to serve as an objective tool in the faculty selection process and to promote a data-driven decision-making approach in secondary education environments.

One of the factors that determine the success of a character-based language learning process is the interaction between teachers and students. Polite language from students can show that they have the expected character, in addition to showing that teachers have helped students behave with polite language. Classes often do not meet expectations. Many students are still unable to pronounce good words. In the last two decades, there has been a significant decline in the implementation of polite language originating from Brebes Regency. Children believe that using impolite language is acceptable to their friends and following trends in their environment because of the abundance of impolite language in society. This causes people to use Indonesian less. The purpose of this study is to determine the politeness of Indonesian language students in interacting with teachers in grade IV SDN 1 Karangdempel. This study uses a qualitative research type. The approach used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is SDN 1 Karangdempel, Losari District, Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia 52212. Based on research that has been done on the analysis of the form of politeness in Indonesian language in interacting with teachers in the learning process is polite. Because, in the implementation of the learning process can include several maxims including: Maxim of wisdom/wisdom, maxim of generosity, maxim of praise/appreciation, maxim of humility/simplicity, maxim of agreement/agreement, and maxim of sympathy. From several existing maxims it can be concluded that the maxim of humility/simplicity is the one most frequently found in the data of politeness in Indonesian language in class IV SDN 1 Karangdempel, Brebes Regency, because that maxim is the one that occurs most often in learning activities.

This study aims to analyze the role of mass media in influencing the escalation of social conflict in society. Mass media, both conventional and digital, have significant power in shaping public opinion and influencing public perceptions of sensitive social issues. In the context of Indonesia's pluralistic society, non-objective and provocative reporting can accelerate the rise of social tensions and exacerbate intergroup conflict. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review method, drawing on sources from various scientific journals, books, and previous research reports. The results indicate that media can act as both a trigger and a mitigator of conflict, depending on how information is presented to the public. Media that prioritizes the principles of peace journalism can help create cross-group communication, foster empathy, and strengthen social solidarity. Conversely, biased and sensational media can exacerbate differences and lead to social disintegration. Therefore, media practitioners require moral responsibility, professional ethics, and social awareness to ensure their function remains oriented toward truth, justice, and peace. Thus, mass media holds a strategic position in building social harmony amidst the diversity of Indonesian society.

This study aims to describe the role of digital media in the dynamics of teaching and learning interactions in educational environments. The development of information and communication technology has brought about significant changes in the learning system, where digital media has now become an integral part of teaching and learning activities. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through journals and books related to digital-based learning. The results indicate that digital media plays a significant role in increasing the effectiveness and flexibility of the learning process. Digital media helps teachers deliver material more engagingly, facilitates two-way communication between teachers and students, and supports faster and more efficient learning evaluation. However, the use of digital media also creates new dynamics, such as reduced direct social interaction and the emergence of challenges in maintaining student learning motivation. The effectiveness of digital learning is greatly influenced by teachers' digital literacy readiness, student discipline, and the support of school infrastructure and policies.

Low Birth Weight (LBW) infants are among the leading causes of neonatal morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. This condition results from the immaturity of organ systems, including thermoregulation, making infants vulnerable to hypothermia. One non-pharmacological intervention to maintain body temperature stability is the nesting technique, which positions the baby in a flexed posture similar to the intrauterine condition using soft rolled cloths as a “nest.” This case study aimed to determine the effect of nesting on body temperature changes in LBW infants in the perinatology room of RSUD Batang. The study used a descriptive case study with a nursing process approach involving five LBW infants (<2500 g, spontaneous breathing). The intervention involved applying nesting for 30 minutes daily over three consecutive days. Body temperature was measured before and after the intervention using a digital thermometer. The results showed an increase in body temperature in all subjects. The average temperature before intervention was 35.9°C and increased to 36.6°C after three days of nesting therapy. This indicates that nesting effectively helps maintain body temperature stability in LBW infants by providing comfort, reducing stress, and conserving body energy. In conclusion, nesting is an effective evidence-based nursing intervention for improving body temperature in LBW infants and is recommended for perinatology care settings.

Economic forecasting is becoming increasingly important year after year, especially during crises such as the pandemic of COVID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine war. Its development can be seen from the use of basic statistical models to the increasingly widespread use of machine learning technology. Economic forecasting plays an important role in helping to formulate policies and is also a reliable tool for researchers in dealing with uncertainty. Global crises, such as inflationary pressures due to the pandemic and supply chain disruptions from the Russia-Ukraine conflict, have prompted increased research in this field in an effort to anticipate economic shocks and emphasize the urgency of forecasting to prepare strategies for dealing with future uncertainty. This literature review uses the Scopus database with 2561 publications from 2020 to 2025, analyzed using R Studio with a bibliometrix approach (specifically biblioshiny) and VOSviewer to map relevant thematic connections. This analysis shows that economic forecasting is greatly influenced by market uncertainty and geopolitical factors, and at the same time influences public policy formulation and financial stability. Research contributions from Indonesia are still limited, with only 40 documents, thus emphasizing the need to strengthen economic forecasting studies in Indonesia to support monetary policy and national financial stability.

Business entities often face bankruptcy risks due to various factors, including accounting errors, limited experience, or small-cap transactions. The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated financial conditions for many companies, such as PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., which experienced a significant revenue decline. Additionally, individuals may face bankruptcy due to reasons like job termination or business failures. The primary cause of bankruptcy lies in the imbalance between debt and income, often worsened by poor financial planning. Government regulations can help mitigate bankruptcy risks, such as through health insurance and credit restrictions. The bankruptcy process aims to provide fair resolutions between debtors and creditors while safeguarding public interests. Bankruptcy can also offer debtors the opportunity to restructure their debt, maintain economic stability, and prevent social loss. In practice, bankruptcy involves the management of the debtor's assets by a trustee and the proportional distribution of proceeds to creditors. The application of freedom of contract and legal certainty principles in debtor-creditor relationships is crucial to ensuring a transparent, efficient, and equitable process.

Sectio caesarean (SC) is a major surgical procedure performed to save the mother and baby when normal delivery is not possible. However, this procedure may cause postoperative complications such as impaired physical mobility due to pain, muscle weakness, and anesthesia effects. These limitations can delay the healing process, increase the risk of infection, and reduce the mother's self-care ability. One effective non-pharmacological intervention to accelerate recovery is early mobilization through Range of Motion (ROM) exercises. This case study aims to analyze the effectiveness of early mobilization (ROM) intervention on improving mobility and reducing pain in post-sectio caesarean mothers. The study was conducted in June 2025 at RSUD Kajen with three respondents who underwent SC for different obstetric indications (postterm, CPD, and severe preeclampsia). The research design used a descriptive case study with pre–post intervention approach. The results showed that after performing ROM exercises gradually from six hours post SC, pain intensity decreased from a scale of 7–8 to 1–3 within three days. Mobility ability improved from only being able to turn sideways to sitting and walking with assistance. Respondents also showed increased motivation and independence in self-care activities. In conclusion, early mobilization (ROM) intervention is effective in accelerating recovery for post-sectio caesarean mothers. This intervention helps reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, and enhance psychological adaptation. Early mobilization should be applied as part of routine nursing interventions in the postpartum ward.
