Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are crucial for the quality of healthcare services, but compliance remains a challenge. This study analyzed factors influencing compliance among healthcare workers at a type B private hospital in North Jakarta using a quantitative cross-sectional design with 58 respondents through total sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires related to individual factors (age, length of service, knowledge), psychological factors (attitude, motivation), and organizational factors (leadership, work design, rewards). The results showed that 72.4% of respondents were compliant. The chi-square test revealed a significant relationship between compliance and age (p=0.042), length of service (p=0.000), knowledge (p=0.001), attitude (p=0.017), motivation (p=0.002), leadership (p=0.046), and rewards (p=0.010), while work design was not significant (p>0.05). Multivariate analysis found age, length of service, knowledge, and leadership as the dominant factors. Healthcare workers with younger age, shorter tenure, good knowledge, positive attitudes, high motivation, good leadership, supportive work designs, and adequate reward systems tend to have higher compliance rates. Improving compliance in completing EMRs depends not only on individual factors but also requires organizational support through effective leadership and management systems. Recommended interventions include improving digital literacy, regular training, strengthening a work culture that emphasizes the importance of medical documentation, and implementing peer learning strategies among healthcare workers to accelerate adaptation and share best practices in completing EMRs.

Bureaucratic reform is an essential step in realizing a clean, accountable, professional, and transparent government. The 2020–2024 Bureaucratic Reform Road Map has emphasized the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform’s (Kementerian PANRB) efforts to establish a healthy bureaucracy through the strengthening of the merit system, performance management, and service digitalization. As providers of public services, Civil Servants (ASN) play a crucial role in ensuring professional public service delivery; therefore, an organized performance management system is required to achieve optimal bureaucratic reform. However, in practice, the performance management implemented by the Ministry still faces challenges, particularly concerning non-ASN personnel. This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management in the process of structuring non-ASN personnel by the Ministry of PANRB as part of the national bureaucratic reform agenda. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis based on literature review, legislation, and secondary data from official sources. The findings indicate that the policy of structuring non-ASN personnel, grounded in the principles of the merit system and performance management, has brought significant changes to human resource governance within government institutions. Nevertheless, its implementation still encounters challenges such as limited budget allocation, lack of integrated performance data, and uncertainty regarding the employment status and welfare of non-ASN employees. The digitalization efforts through the e-Kinerja system and national personnel data collection serve as strategic steps to enhance transparency and accountability in performance assessment. Thus, comprehensive performance management is expected to promote professionalism among public servants, improve organizational effectiveness, and realize an adaptive and integrity-based bureaucracy.

The prevalence of hypertension in the elderly continues to increase and is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Uncontrolled blood pressure can lead to serious complications such as heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. Anxiety, which is often experienced by the elderly, also plays a role in worsening hypertension through activation of the sympathetic nervous system and increased stress hormones. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Kuta Alam Community Health Center in Banda Aceh City. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional analytical design. The study population consisted of 145 elderly people with hypertension, with a sample of 59 people selected through a purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted from April 28 to May 8, 2025. Anxiety levels were measured using the Geriatric Anxiety Inventory (GAI) questionnaire, and blood pressure was measured using a digital sphygmomanometer. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced panic anxiety (39.0%) and Grade III hypertension (44.1%). There was a significant relationship between anxiety levels and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly (ρ = 0.000; ρ < 0.05). In conclusion, anxiety influences the severity of hypertension, so psychological aspects need to be considered in elderly health services at the Kuta Alam Community Health Center.

This study aims to determine the extent to which certain profitability ratios, such as ROA and ROE, influence bank health, moderating these variables using Good Corporate Governance reports. A quantitative approach is used in this study, and secondary data from previous years are required for testing, sourced from PT. BPR BKK Purwodadi's report data. These findings demonstrate that companies with high profitability have incentives to maintain bank health, as this reflects effective operational and managerial performance. Furthermore, organizations with good corporate governance (GCG) generally have greater resources and a robust organizational structure, providing them with more opportunities to maximize performance. This study is expected to provide new perspectives on bank health maintenance practices, particularly for business entities in the banking sector. Particularly in the strategically significant banking industry, the results of this study are crucial for authorities such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to understand the relationship between corporate profitability, good corporate governance (GCG), and bank health. This understanding helps in developing more appropriate policies to maintain economic stability and financial fairness. The emphasis on business entities in the regional government-owned banking sector (Perseroda) during 2020 to 2024, a dynamic period with economic fluctuations, banking policy transformations, and major geopolitical challenges, distinguishes this study.

Hypertension is categorized as one of the most widespread chronic non-infectious conditions among the elderly and can heighten the risk of serious complications. A non-pharmacological strategy that may be implemented to manage hypertension is the administration of boiled moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), which are known among scientific communities for possessing antioxidant agents and potent bioactive molecules that function synergistically in maintaining cardiovascular stability and decreasing arterial pressure. This empirical study sought to examine how far the intake of boiled moringa leaves contributes to reducing blood pressure values in hypertensive older adults living within Meunasah Papeun Village, situated in Krueng Barona Jaya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District. The statistical evaluation showed a significant p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), confirming a substantial effect under a quantitative quasi-experimental approach applying the One Group Pretest-Posttest model. The research sample included 20 participants chosen from a total population of 77 individuals through purposive sampling. The investigation took place from May 27 to June 25. Data were obtained using observation forms, standard operating procedures (SOP) for moringa leaf preparation, and manual sphygmomanometer readings. The findings revealed that prior to the application of treatment, the mean systolic blood pressure reached a level of 193.30 mmHg, whereas following the intervention it displayed a considerable decrease, it fell to 129.75 mmHg. The mean diastolic pressure also exhibited a decrease from 94.00 mmHg, confirming the notable influence of moringa leaf decoction in controlling hypertension. In summary, moringa leaf infusion proved effective in lowering blood pressure among elderly individuals suffering from hypertension. It is recommended that patients regularly consume boiled moringa leaves when experiencing increased blood pressure, that community health services provide education regarding non-pharmacological hypertension management through moringa leaf decoction, and that further research explore this topic with broader variables.

This research aims to reinterpret the vision of the Protestant Batak Christian Huria (HKBP) "to be a blessing to the world" from the perspective of diakonia. This research uses a literature method with a qualitative approach through the study of theological literature, history, and church documents. The results of the study show that diakonia is the main entrance to the gospel message in the Land of Batak that brings social, educational, and health transformation to the community. However, in its development, HKBP's diakonic practice tends to be centered on church institutions and has not fully involved the active participation of congregation members. In addition, there is a tendency for service that is charitable without sustainable empowerment. Therefore, it is necessary to reinterpret the vision of HKBP by emphasizing the formation of a diaconal congregation, where all members of the congregation should be equipped and encouraged to be involved in the service of love in the community. Thus, diakonia is not only a program of the church, but a real and transformative practice of living of faith, so that the church truly becomes a blessing to the world. Furthermore, strengthening congregational capacity through contextual theological education and the development of local needs-based ministries is an important strategy in realizing a responsive and inclusive church. This approach is expected to be able to encourage the sustainability of diakonia services which not only has a short-term impact, but also builds independence and community welfare holistically.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of internal control in the receivables audit process and evaluate its effectiveness in minimizing the risk of bad debts in a health center environment. Receivables, especially those originating from health services to JKN participants and general patients, can cause problematic receivables if not managed effectively. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation review during the audit by a public accounting firm. The results of the study indicate that there are still weaknesses in the internal control structure such as suboptimal separation of duties, an unintegrated receivables information system and a weak bad debt reserve policy. In addition, late payments by third parties and poor patient administration knowledge are also external factors that influence the high risk of bad debts. Therefore, improving the internal control system, implementing information technology and strengthening coordination with the guarantor are very important to reduce the risk of bad debts and increase accountability for financial management in the health center environment.
