In an effort to reduce economic dependence on the oil and gas sector, the country needs to diversify through various policies such as infrastructure investment, fiscal policies that support non-oil and gas sectors, education and training for skilled labor, research and innovation, export promotion, international partnerships, wise management of natural resources, support for SMEs, public-private partnerships, and continuous evaluation. Economic diversification is considered essential to achieve sustainable economic growth and to be resilient to fluctuations in world oil prices. Oil and gas trade, non-oil and gas exports, and foreign investment play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy. Economic diversification and the development of alternative energy sources are key to mitigating the economic risks associated with oil price fluctuations. Although challenges and constraints exist, the long-term benefits of economic diversification are vital for economic stability and sustainable growth. Oil and gas trade has a significant impact on Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to state revenues but is also vulnerable to fluctuations in oil and gas prices in the global market. Therefore, economic diversification is an important strategy to reduce the economic risks associated with dependence on the oil and gas sector. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of oil and gas trade and its impact on the Indonesian economy.

This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports on the Indonesian economy using the national values approach based on the 1945 Constitution. This research is motivated by the strategic role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and the importance of implementing national values in the management and utilization of the oil and gas sector for the welfare of the people. The methodology used is analysis with data obtained from literature studies related to Indonesia's oil and gas exports. The results showed that oil and gas exports have a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of state revenue, trade balance, and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the management of the oil and gas sector still faces several challenges, including fluctuations in world oil prices, declining production, and environmental issues. The implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in this analysis includes the principle of benefits for the people of Indonesia, sustainable management of natural resources, and equitable distribution of welfare. This study suggests that Indonesia's oil and gas export policy should be more directed towards strengthening national energy security, economic diversification, as well as implementing the principles of sustainable development and social justice in accordance with the values contained in the 1945 Constitution.

Bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Taiwan has better growth every year, while import tariffs imposed by Taiwan on Indonesia export commodities are still relatively high. This study aims to identify and analyze commodities included in the request-offer scheme between Indonesia and Taiwan based on 2019 database. Identification and analysis of annual growth value, equivalent ad valorem tariff, average export value, export share, average Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) index, and RCA trend are carried out through inferential analysis. Inferential analysis is needed to determine the commodities contained in the request-offer scheme of Indonesia and Taiwan that have good performance but are still subject to high import tariffs by their partner countries. Indonesia's export commodities to Taiwan which have a good performance while the import tariffs are still high are given by Taiwan to Indonesia as Indonesia's request scheme to Taiwan, namely: processed food (ofd); tobacco (b_t); vegetables, fruits, and nuts (v_f); and fishery commodities (fsh). Taiwan export commodities to Indonesia that have good performance but are still subject to high import tariffs by Indonesia are Indonesia's offer scheme to Taiwan, namely: manufacturing (lum); cosmetics (crp); miscellaneous edible preparations (ofd); and textiles (tex). GDP is directly influenced by exports, an increase in GRDP does not necessarily increase the value of exports. DKI Jakarta has a high economic value, emphasizing the importance of diversifying different types of exports to expand trade networks and enhance competitiveness. The government should reduce dependence on imported goods and increase local production in certain fields..

Export activities in the long term can provide foreign exchange income for the country concerned, which will later be used to increase the growth of the country's economy, finance import needs and domestic development. A study by Kusuma and Twin (2012) concluded that exports had a positive and significant effect on national foreign exchange reserves. Exports are therefore one of the important benchmarks to know how much economic growth is in a country. The fluctuating state of exports in Indonesia is a very important thing to pay attention to. Especially in the face of the era of free trade in the Southeast Asia region or the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Indonesia is expected to improve its export performance, so that it can compete with other countries. Then it is necessary to know what factors affect the increase and decrease in the value of Indonesia's exports. From the data processing it is known that interest rates and exchange rates together have a significant effect on total exports with α = 0.00390 < from α = 0.05. Parasially, the Bungan tribe had a negative and significant effect on total exports with a significance value of α = 0.0003 < of α = 0.05, and the exchange rate against the US dollar had a positive and significant effect on total exports with a significance value α = 0.0130 < of α = 0.05.
