The theory of consonants in English phonology is an important aspect in understanding the sound system in that language. Phonology is the study of how the sounds in language are used to form meaning. In English, consonants and vowels have different roles in forming word structure and sound articulation.Consonants in English are defined as sounds that experience resistance or airflow shift when spoken. There are various types of consonants in English, such as hissing consonants, popping consonants, sliding consonants, and so on. These consonants have certain characteristics, such as the place and manner of articulation, which distinguish one consonant from another.Places of articulation refer to the parts in the mouth or throat that are used to produce consonant sounds. For example, the lips, teeth, tongue, palate, and throat can play a role in the production of consonants. For example, the consonant /p/ is pronounced by bringing the lips together, while the consonant /k/ is pronounced by moving the back palate with the back of the tongue.The manner of articulation refers to the type of resistance or shift in airflow that occurs when pronouncing the consonant. The purpose of this writing is to find out how the law regarding drug counseling to teenagers in Cimindi. Apart from that, it is also to add insight to teenagers and so that teenagers can convey it back to the people around them. So that legal counseling can be useful for many people. So that legal counseling regarding narcotics can be a preventive measure to deal with drug cases in adolescents. This legal counseling activity was carried out for Cimindi youth, especially for hangout youth, youth organizations, and futsal children.

Street lighting is a safety infrastructure on the highway. However, currently most of the public street lighting lamps do not comply with the provisions of the Indonesian National Standards Agency (BSNI). It is necessary to plan for lamp replacement by using lamps that are appropriate to field conditions, so that the light intensity produced is in accordance with established standards. Jalan Jenggolo Asri - Randu Asri in Sidoarjo is an example of a road that requires planning for lighting changes. This road is a type of secondary collector road with a length of 2500 meters and a road width of 6 meters. The lighting on this road does not meet the standards set by BSNI 7391: 2008 caused by several lights that go out and the power of the lights used is not optimal. Planning for replacing public street lighting is needed on this road by recalculating the maximum light intensity requirements. The method that can be done is to replace the lamp used with an LED lamp. In the current initial conditions, street lighting on this road uses 250W SON and 150W LED lamps. After planning, the lights will be replaced with 100W LED lights. The planning results show that by using a 100W LED lamp, a handlebar ornament angle of 14.06° will be produced, the light intensity is Candela, the lighting intensity is 6.77 Lux, and the power required per day is 26.4 kWh. Comparison with the use of 250 Watt SON lamps shows that the use of 100W LED lamps is more efficient in energy consumption by 51.76%. The results of this planning have met the standard requirements for secondary collector roads. Thus, by replacing the lights according to the plan, it is hoped that street lighting on Jalan Jenggolo Asri - Randu Asri Sidoarjo can meet the standards set by BSNI 7391:2008 and provide optimal light intensity with more efficient energy use.

This study aims to see whether this program is effective for the people of Surabaya. The research method uses descriptive analysis, whether the e-health program is able to improve the quality of public services in the city of Surabaya in the health sector.

The family is an institution formed by God on this earth, but often believers do not involve God in their household when problems arise in the family. Parents should educate their children gently, but there are parents who educate their children in a harsh tone. Christian parents educate their children based on the word of God, but there are parents who educate their children not based on the word of God. Educating children in the family has a target to glorify God, but there are parents who don't understand that. The purpose of this research is to find out the theological studies on how parents educate their children in Christian families. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach to find articles that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The results of this research are educating with good examples, educating with faith, educating with love, educating patiently, educating meekly, educating humbly, educating by not being angry and educating by forgiving. As a conclusion from this research, parents need to set a good example, through faith, love, patience and gentleness.

The development of tourism in each region is indeed a trend that occurs in many districts or cities. Wonomerto Village also has various tourism potentials such as the Sumber Biru Tourism Area and the Tomb of Prince Benowo which have become economic drivers for the local community. The addition of a new spot at Sumber Biru Tourism Area is a good step to continue to increase the attractiveness of this tourist destination. The Participatory Action Research method can be an effective approach in the development process. In this context, community participation can involve them in the planning, decision-making and implementation processes of tourism development projects. Communities can provide valuable input, ideas and local knowledge in identifying tourism potential that has not been fully utilized around the Sumber Biru Tourism Area. In addition, involving the community in tourism development activities can also open up opportunities for them to be involved economically, for example through micro-enterprises or local crafts that support the tourism sector. This can increase the income of the local community and encourage sustainable economic development in Wonomerto Village.         

Reading is a cognitive activity or process that aims to find various information contained in written information. This means that reading is a thought process to understand the contents of the text read. Evaluation of learning to read is a series of activities or steps taken after the completion of the main activities to obtain information about the results of learning to read, then manage and interpret them using benchmarks and goals and certain criteria. This type of research is library research, namely research conducted by analyzing and making written literature scientific journals as well as the main source. So the evaluation of learning to read is the process of determining students’ understanding, acceptance, categorization, analysis and reasoning abilities, as well as the accuracy of students’ pronunciation and intonation when taking reading tests in the target language. The purpose of learning to read is so that students can understand and use language in practice, it is not enough to measure it with mere mechanical abilities. The assessment of reading ability must be seen from the general reading ability as a whole, so that when assessing skills other than mechanical skills, it is also necessary to measure reading ability, for example understanding the content or meaning of sentences. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effort to implement the evaluation of students’ reading learning.

This study uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is library research. In collecting data using documentation methods and online data tracking. Then, data sources were obtained from primary data sources and secondary data (adabud dunya wa addin books, references related to teacher ethical values, previous research, articles and internet sites). The analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Where content analysis is observing the content of information in writing. The results of the study show that: 1) The concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book is to make an educator/teacher aware of how important it is to have good ethical values ​​in order to be a role model/good example for their students so they can creating a generation of educators with good morals; 2) The specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin is the special ethical values ​​contained in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin taught by Imam Al Mawardi as a teacher must have ethics, as follows: tawadhu', practicing his knowledge, being generous for his knowledge, guiding students, ridding themselves of doubtful jobs, aiming to hope for the blessing of Allah, respecting their students, and giving advice and being gentle with their students. That is also the objective of an educator's benchmark, namely to make educators become human beings who have good morals; 3) the actualization of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book when applied today is also an illustration that in fact there is still a teacher who applies these teacher ethical values ​​properly in an institution, forum, or between individuals. Chang Shin Indonesia, namely the reduction of a purchase decision or order from a customer, one of which causes employees to stay at home on Saturdays, which basically work normally on Saturdays as usual. Reduced orders greatly impact the company, especially on employees. One of the factors that affected the decline in orders was in terms of product quality. This study aims to analyze reading difficulties in class ll students at SD Negeri 1-7399 Bandar Khalifah and find out the strategies of class ll teacher at SD Negeri 107399 Bandar Khalifah. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research mothods. The qualitative method is a research method that focuses on in depth observations of the object of research. In addition, the method of data collection was by interviewing Mrs Yustika at Sd Negeri 107399 Bandar Khalifah. The result showed that students reading difficulties were caused by: 1) Difficulty in recognizing letters, 2) Spelling letters, 3) Lack of understanding of the contents if the reading so that it makes them stammer. The classroom teacher strategy used is: 1) By routinely practicing reading every day and being listened to by the teacher, 2) Give students a reading assignment at home for at least 5 minutes and then repeat ut again at school, 3) Do random guessing games so students will recognize these letters better, 4. Proovide motivation continuously to students, inviliting students to learn to read while playing for example playing word cards and choosing books whose words are easy for students to understand.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest in becoming a teacher in PAI FITK UNSIQ Wonosobo students. Interest is a person's interest in something that becomes his desire. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were the Chair of the PAI Study Program and students of PAI FITK UNSIQ Wonosobo. Data analysis techniques in this study used an interactive analysis model according to Miles & Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the interest in becoming a teacher are internal factors such as emotional factors, perceptions, motivation, talent, and mastery of knowledge. While external factors include the family environment and social environment. Students are interested in becoming PAI teachers because they have certain reasons that strengthen students to become teachers. For example, students have been interested in becoming teachers since they were young and have a talent that must be developed through activities related to the teaching profession.

Agriculture can be introduced to the community through outreach involving the use of questionnaires, training, and assistance in making food from agricultural products. In this activity, Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students have developed tools and equipment used to support socialization events for making food from agricultural products so that they can be used for a long time and provide benefits to the community.
