The development of the era of globalization is increasingly developing and making human work easier in research. This research aims to find out how much influence discipline and the work environment have on employee performance at the Bogor City MSME Service. The research method is a quantitative approach using nonprobability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples using the Slovin formula was 56 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research were proven in the partial test on the discipline variable (X1) of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 5.352 > t table value of 2.005 that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted and on the environmental variable (X2) of 0.005 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 0.661 < t table 2.010 so that H2 is accepted, meaning that the environment has no statistically significant effect on performance (Y). Then, through simultaneous testing of the two variables at a calculated F value of 24,271 > F table 3.17 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, which means that both discipline variables (X1) and environmental variables (X2) simultaneously influence performance (Y).

The sample consisted of 15 early adults suffering from recurrent gastritis in the Rw 001 Tajurhalang Bogor area who were selected using a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire with a Likert measuring scale. This research uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a significant value of α=(<0.05). The test results from this research were that most respondents experienced a decrease in stress levels as evidenced by the presence of a percentage in the mild stress range of 9 people (60.0%), while respondents who experienced moderate levels of stress were 6 people (40.0%) with an average value of The average (mean) stress level after receiving breathing meditation therapy was 8.47. Indicating that the ρ value = <.001, where the ρ value was less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, so the alternative hypothesis was accepted (Ha).

The instrument in this study was a questionnaire with 15 questions about level of knowledge and 15 questions about dietary compliance. Data were processed and analyzed using the Rank Spearman test. The results of univariate data analysis, namely the highest frequency of knowledge level of the majority was (75%) with a low level of knowledge and the frequency of Diet Compliance was found to be the highest majority of (75%) with low compliance and the results of the bivariate analysis Spearman Rank test results obtained p value = 0.00 so Ho is rejected with a Spearman correlation coefficient (r) of 0.01 which shows that the correlation coefficient is sufficient and has a positive value. The conclusion is that there is a close relationship between the level of knowledge and dietary compliance in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at the Sukaresmi Tamansari Community Health Center. The lower the level of knowledge, the lower the diet compliance.

The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.
