This research is entitled "Design and Build a Kaizen Information Management System in the HR Division of PT. XYZ Bekasi". The purpose of this research is to find out how the Kaizen Information Management System in the HR Division and the obstacles faced, as well as provide solutions to problems or obstacles in the system. From the results of the observations made, it can be concluded that the management of Kaizen data at PT. XYZ still uses the manual system. Of course, this causes several problems such as: Staff or Operators need a lot of time to approve the Kaizen form, difficulty reading the writing written on the form, and the form storage method is not neat and structured so that it is difficult in terms of management and reporting of the ongoing Kaizen program. The research methods used are Library Research and Field Research. There are three Actors/Users in this system, namely Staff/Operator, Manager and HR. Staff/Operator can only access the form management page, Managers can access to approve the form page, while HR can access all form management pages, make approvals, manage the theme of managing departments, manage accounts, manage reports and manage consultation schedules. The programming language used to create the Kaizen management system is PHP version 7 with the CodeIgniter framework with MySQL version 8. With the existence of the Kaizen Management Information System in the HR Division, it is hoped that it can simplify and accelerate the Kaizen management process.

Darul Musthofa Wirosari Grobogan Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school where the tuition payment system still uses a manual system which later the administration section will make a report to the head of the boarding school. The formulation of this problem is an information system so that there is no double recording and books are easily torn so that transaction records are easily lost. The purpose of this study is to create a tuition payment information system to facilitate the creation of reports/data recording is still manual in books. As well as a summary of data one by one manually which results in recording taking a long time. The system developed in this study is web-based visual code software, storage is one in a MySQL database and makes it easy for users to record tuition fees with accurate results so as to reduce the risk of errors, loss and data manipulation

The internet can play a role in facilitating SCM activities. This is because SCM activities require communication between the parties involved in this matter. The purpose of using supply chain management, where the most basic is to be able to align customer demand with existing supply. The results of this study are to determine the amount of stock of goods to be marketed, create a system that can be accessed by anyone, and create an attractive consultation layout.

The development of technology is something that cannot be separated from humans at this time, it is based on technology that is increasingly growing. But on the problems faced in the search for facilities and services private tutoring is still an information manual so that it is difficult for the community to find facilities and services for private tutoring especially in non-academic fields. Then it needs to be specifically designed as a search system for facilities and private tutoring services through web-based media. Thus the community is not difficult to find a place or non-academic field private tutoring services because in this system there is a latitude of maps that will show the location and there are display fees and online payments via a bank account. In designing the system the author observes the company and the community as well as a bibliography that aims to be a benchmark. The author uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method with the support of system requirements elicitation, as well as modeling the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system to visually implement the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) program language with the MySQL database as a database server. With the design of a search system for facilities and private tutoring services, it can make it easier for people to find effective and efficient facilities or services in non-academic fields.

One of the educational institutions that is involved in managing correspondence is UPT SMPN 34 Gresik. Because UPT SMPN 34 Gresik still applies manual accounting methods, it requires a lot of paper for recording and as a result there is a buildup of archival data. Researchers propose the use of a MySQL database and a design process to create a web-based letter filing system to overcome these problems. Fall out. After this research is completed, a web-based letter filing system will be developed at UPT SMPN 34 Gresik with the aim of increasing efficiency, speeding up the archiving process, and ensuring accurate and safe document storage. The web-based technology letter filing system is expected to simplify administrative tasks and improve school policy and human resource management, based on insights from observation, interview and literature study methodologies. The aim of this research is to be able to provide UPT SMPN 34 Gresik with comprehensive and long-term answers to its demands.

Accounting Information System for Internal Control of Receivables at BPR Sejahtera Artha Sembada Brangsong, with the benefit of making it easier for employees to check customer arrears who have not paid receivables in order to maximize collections. In accordance with the research objectives, this research was carried out using the aging of accounts receivable method and creating a web-based Information System using the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

The usage of manual keys in door security has become obsolete due to the increasing risk of theft and loss of valuable items. Observations at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Negeri Padang reveal the shortcomings of manual key systems, including the possibility of getting stuck, lost keys, and the inability to record access. TCAD (Tap Card Access Door) offers a solution by utilizing NFC and cameras to directly monitor door access. This research aims to develop TCAD that can real-time monitor door access and store usage data. The development method for TCAD follows the waterfall model, and the system is designed using PHP with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, MySQL as the DBMS, and Visual Studio Code as the editor. Test results demonstrate that TCAD with NFC and web-based monitoring simplifies access entry recording, facilitates data collection during user room access, and improves data search efficiency. With TCAD, it is expected that door security and access monitoring can be better controlled and more efficient in line with current technological advancements.

The absence of an application to assist in the scheduling of the Communication and Informatics department's duties at TVRI has resulted in ineffective schedule distribution, causing a TVRI staff member to receive two coverage schedules simultaneously, while others may not receive any schedule at all. The purpose of this final report is to create an Application for Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedules at TVRI using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MYSQL database, and designing its interface using Bootstrap. The issue faced by TVRI's Communication and Informatics Department (Diskominfo) is the operational data processing of broadcasting schedules using Microsoft Excel, which poses several challenges including insufficient data security, unorganized data storage making it difficult to search, and the risk of losing previously saved data, thereby slowing down TVRI's reporting process. This application comprises three User levels: admin, User, and TVRI head. The research adopts the Prototype development method to create the Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedule Application at TVRI. Through the Prototype, the development team can quickly visualize the application's design and functionality, gather early User feedback, and address potential issues or design improvements before full implementation. The research outcome, in the form of the application, provides a concrete solution to the challenges of scheduling effectiveness at TVRI, enhancing efficiency, addressing data security concerns, ensuring organized data storage, and improving workflow speed.

Pramudita is a company that operates in the field of parking lot management services at one of the Regional General Hospitals in East Sumba, where CV. Pramudita still records manually in a book, namely recording financial data in the form of income and expenditure of parking financial data every day, so there are often errors in recording financial data. CV. Pramudita needs a financial data management system to help store financial data in the form of daily income and expenses and also various issues that include financial matters. The system design that will be designed includes a website-based financial information system. This system was also built using the waterfall method with PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages. From the SUS test results, this parking financial data management information system is included in the marginal category, acceptability ranges and high, the scale grade obtained is D and the level of user satisfaction is OK.

This research aims to design a Decision Support System for Blood Donation Eligibility Using the SAW Method at UTD PMI Bengkulu City. Based on the research, UTD PMI Bengkulu City still uses manual calculations in its data processing and does not use a special application. The calculation system still uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications which are still less effective and fast. In this research, the method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). This method requires the decision maker to determine the weight of each attribute. The total score for creating an alternative is obtained by adding up all the results of the multiplication between ratings (which can be compared across attributes). The rating for each attribute must be dimension-free in the sense that it has gone through a previous normalization process. In this method, an analysis of the data requirements needed to build the system is carried out, a design plan for the system to be created, compiling and implementing the data that has been obtained into the system. In the new system designed on this occasion several designs were created consisting of designing the File Menu, Data Menu, Process Menu and Report Menu. The programming language used is PHP with a MySQL database.

Berkembangnya teknologi mempermudah manusia mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan. Demikian juga dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di dunia perikanan. Saat ini telah berkembang berbagai platform baik untuk penjualan maupun yang sekedar memberikan kemudahan memperoleh informasi tentang berbagai jenis ikan yang ingin dipelajari. Obyek penelitian ini membahas tentang genus ikan Channa atau yang dikenal sebagai ikan gabus yang saat ini mendapat perhatian khusus penggemar ikan baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Ikan Channa mendapat perhatian khusus karena kemudahan dalam pemeliharaan serta perkembangbiakannya. Mengingat banyaknya genus ikan Channa, maka dibutuhkan media penyediaan informasi yang relevan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media belajar. Hal itulah yang mendasari pembuatan aplikasi pendataan genus ikan Channa berbasis Web menggunakan Framework Laravel. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Laravel sebagai framework-nya,  Mysql sebagai database dan XAMPP sebagai web server. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran ikan Channa yang berguna bagi semua orang untuk mendapatkan informasi secara detail terkait dengan ikan Channa tersebut.

Technical advances in computer applications have led to the creation of these library information systems, which are anticipated to support and facilitate the human workforce. It is anticipated that this technology will help with daily tasks in an effective and efficient manner as well. The subject of this study is the library system. There are obstacles in UPT Library SMP 34 GRESIK, and one of them is that the library still uses its service manual procedures, indicating the need innovation and change in the form of a cohesive system to accompany and prepare children in the classroom The library service information system provided by this network-based library information system should make it easier for students to find information and check out books, as well as for librarians to manage information about books and student loans. The waterfall approach was used by the author. To create this internet-based library resource system. The process of implementing this library information system begins with soft requirement analysis, prioritizing the process of borrowing books. Waterfall design techniques are used throughout the design stage, which involves creating a database with MySQL and building a user interface. Relationships are built in the database architecture using Entity Relationship Diagrams and Logic Relationship database (Database) structures.

The need for technology is greatly needed by various groups, both in the world of education, in companies and government agencies as a solution to these problems. One of them is implementing an accounting information system for inputting, processing or reporting accounting in the company. This application can produce data processing quickly and accurately. This certainly saves a lot of time and also reduces errors that occur when work is done manually. Likewise with cooperatives, cooperatives also need to use an accounting information system to make their work faster and more accurate. The activities carried out at Primkopti "Harum" Kendal Regency are in the field of savings and loans. The process of recording loans at Primkopti "Harum" becomes ineffective and there is a risk of errors in information that is not accurate and fast, because the recording process is repetitive. For reporting, we still use Ms. Excel, which still requires data processing first from the books, both loans and installments, so there are often delays in submitting reports to management. Therefore, with a computerized system that can process customer data, collateral data, journals, loan and installment transactions, and also reports that will be made by Primkopti "Harum" will be valid, especially in calculating installment interest costs, using Macromedia Dreamweaver software 8, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The results of the programming created help reduce errors in data entered, errors in interest calculations, financial reports are produced more quickly and effectiveness and efficiency can be achieved.

UPT SMPN 34 Gresik is one of the educational institutions that faces challenges in managing teacher attendance and salaries efficiently. Because UPT SMPN 34 Gresik currently still uses manual recording of teacher attendance, so it takes quite a long time. To overcome this problem, the researcher proposes creating a web-based Teacher Attendance System using the Waterfall design methodology with a MySQL database. The aim of establishing this web-based teacher attendance system is to assist teachers in carrying out attendance attendance efficiently and assist educators and teaching staff in managing teacher salaries based on attendance better. The need for an inclusive teacher attendance system, and the need for optimal salary calculations at UPT SMPN 34 Gresik are resolved through this research. From the conclusions obtained from the process of observation, interviews and literature study, this web-based teacher attendance system is expected to increase the efficiency of human resource management in the education sector. Researchers hope to provide comprehensive and sustainable answers to the needs of UPT SMPN 34 Gresik.

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi, banyak perusahaan, terutama di sektor perhostelan, mulai menaruh minat dan mengembangkan sistem reservasi menggunakan teknologi informasi. Neu Hostel adalah sebuah hostel yang berlokasi di Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan alamat Tugu 1 No 1, RT 02/RW 08, Tugumukti, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Saat ini, proses reservasi kamar di Neu Hostel masih dilakukan secara manual, tetapi pelayanan kepada para pengunjung hostel belum optimal karena terbatasnya informasi mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia di hostel. Dalam rangka mempermudah proses reservasi kamar dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pengunjung hostel, penulis telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter dan metode Prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Neu Hostel. Sistem informasi reservasi hostel ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter, dan didukung oleh sistem manajemen basis data MySql dan editor teks Sublime Text. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi reservasi Neu Hostel, pengunjung dapat dengan mudah melakukan reservasi kamar dan mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman para pengunjung hostel dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di Neu Hostel.

BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo has an integrated information system in 1 website application, starting from HR, operations, and finance. However, the staffing information system is still less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively describe the design of the staffing information system implemented at BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo. The solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is to develop a website-based staffing information system. The process of designing this system is done through direct observation method to BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo to collect accurate staffing data. The author chose to apply the waterfall method, a model in the System Life Development Cycle (SDLC) that involves system analysis, design, coding, and testing in sequence. The programming language used in this system is PHP, using Bootstrap as a web design library and MySQL as a database server. After performing a series of steps, including observation, design, and system development, it can be concluded that this system can assist employee staff in carrying out real-time recording of personal data, attendance, work history, and performance evaluation that can be accessed by related parties.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

This service discusses the development of a web-based Form Application Information System using PHP in the Administration Department at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda. This company faced difficulties in administering the employee claim form, where the form had to be submitted to the department head for approval. Obstacles that often arise include the absence of an approval official, company policies to reduce paper use, and human error. The development of this form application uses data collection methods through observation and interviews. Php was chosen as a programming language because of its flexibility and ability to be developed dynamically. MySQL is used as a database, while HTML and CSS are used to organize the structure and appearance of web pages. By implementing this system, the employee claim form process at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda can make a positive contribution to the company's administrative efficiency.)
