This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. This study aims to obtain an overview of the application of the discussion method in Islamic Religious Education learning for class XI students at SMA Mandala Trikora Jayapura, and to determine the impact of the application of this method on students' learning enthusiasm. The discussion method is seen as one of the learning strategies that can encourage active involvement of students in the learning process, so it is expected to increase student participation, understanding, and learning motivation in following Islamic Religious Education learning in class. This study uses a qualitative approach with the researcher as the main instrument. The data sources in this study consist of primary data obtained from Islamic Religious Education teachers and class XI students of SMA Mandala Trikora Jayapura, as well as secondary data derived from various relevant references such as books, scientific journals, theses, and other supporting documents. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is tested through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Mandala Trikora Jayapura has implemented the discussion method as one of the learning strategies. This method is implemented through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation stage, the teacher first provides an explanation to students, then randomly divides them into groups to discuss the material presented. The implementation of the discussion method has had positive impacts, including increased student engagement with peers and the teacher, increased self-confidence in expressing opinions, and improved speaking skills in front of peers. However, some challenges arise, such as some students being less active in thinking and discussing, resulting in passive participation in group activities.

This community dedication in the form of career and entrepreneurship guidance webinars aims to provide guidance and advice to the community in preparing for careers and running their business. In this webinar activity, participants will be given an understanding of how to choose a career and develop the right business through presentations and discussions with experts in the field of career and entrepreneurship. In addition, the webinar activities also allow participants to expand their network with people who are experienced and have expertise in the fields of career and entrepreneurship so that they can help them build a successful career or business in the future.

Penyelenggaraan penyuluhan pertanian belum cukup optimal, sehingga belum mampu mewujutkan sumber daya manusia pertanian yang profesional, kreatif, inovatif, dan berwawasan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat kelompok tani di Kabupaten Manokwari Papua Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis data pengamatan langsung (participant observation) dan forum group discussion. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskritif dan ditampilkan secara tabel (tabulasi), dengan perhitungan frekuensi dan rataan skor. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa Kemampuan kelompok dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya dan pelestarian lingkungan belum mencapai hasil yang maksimal, hal ini menyebabkan pengetahuan petani rendah. Keaktifan penyuluh dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada petani masih terlihat sangat kurang, disebabkan terbatasnya jumlah tenaga penyuluh dan luasnya wilayah kerja serta jumlah kelompoktani banyak, waktunya terbatas. Kemampuan kelompok dalam bekerjasama dengan mitra usaha yang mendukung kegiatan usaha tani baik dibidang sarana produksi, pengolahan, pemasaran dan permodalan.

This research aims to find out whether or not the Influence of Parental Attention and Motivation on Student Learning Achievement. This research has been carried out in SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. This study aims to determine the relationship between pedagogic practice of biology online learning and student learning outcomes in class XI SMAN 9 Malang.  This research was conducted from 02, October 2021 to 07, October, 2021 at SMAN 9 Malang.  This research includes ex post facto research with quantitative research using survey mode with correlation analysis techniques in surveys, information is collected from respondents using questionnaires or questionnaires.  Data analysis techniques in this study are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, verifying and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study are Biology online learning pedagogic practices have a significant relationship with student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic, but are at a very low level.  This is indicated by a significance value of 0.434 where 0.575 > 0.05.  In addition, based on the results of a simple correlation analysis obtained a correlation value of 0.103, which means the direction of the relationship is positive.  Based on the results of research and discussion, there is a significant relationship between online learning pedagogic practices and student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic which is at a very low level.  Because in the online learning process there are shortcomings, namely the lack of maximum student involvement, lack of learning time, teachers have difficulty determining whether students do assignments independently or not, so teachers must work as much as possible to adapt to the online learning process but these obstacles can be overcome properly due to assistance  and motivation of various parties.

The data in this study is the style of advertising language and the source of the data in the study is advertisements for shopee features that appear on youtube and television. The data collection technique in this study is the method of listening. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. This article discusses the structural study of the poetry “Kekasihku” by Joko Pinurbo. The focus of the discussion of this article is to describe the physical structure and inner structure of the poetry which is carefully described in the form of words, sentences and discourse. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a structural approach. The data source used as the object of research is one of the poetry contained in the book collection of poetry "Kekasihku" by Joko Pinurbo, published in 2004. The results and discussion in this article contain ( 1) the physical structure of poetry includes: (a) diction, (b) images, (c) figure of speech, (d) concrete words, (e) rhyme/rhythm, and (f) typography. The dominant physical structure is simple diction by creating communicative activities and not eliminating the aesthetic value of poetry. (2) The inner structure of poetry includes: (a) theme, (b) tone, (c) taste, (e) message. The element that dominates the inner structure of poetry is the feeling that creates inner experiences through writing.

The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training.  The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. This study aims to find empirical evidence about the effect of corporate governance on tax aggressiviness with the disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable seen from the financial statements listed on the IDX. The sampel data is 193 annual financial reports in 2016-2020. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion conducted, it can be concluded that corporate governance has a positive effect on tax aggressiviness. Corporate social responsibility can weaken the negative influence of corporate governance on tax aggressiveness.

Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

Anemia in pregnant women can increase maternal and child mortality and morbidity rates. Anemia increases the risk of abortion, KJDR, premature birth, hemorrhagic and so on. Anemia in pregnancy affects the growth and development of the fetus both before and after birth. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 48.9%. One of the ways to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is to provide nutrition education that can help reduce anemia to the community, especially pregnant women. Tanakaraeng Village is used as a counseling location. The method used in this community service activity is lectures and discussions using powerpoint, LCD. From the results of data processing using a paired T test with a sample of 21 people, it was obtained that there was an increase in knowledge from the average value of the pre-test questionnaire, which obtained a value of 45.23 and post-test: 74.76. The result of the paired T test is 0.000. There is an average knowledge before being given counseling and after being given counseling.
