Performance Management is a procedure related to how to guide and develop the quality of employees at work. Where, the work of employees becomes a benchmark for the company’s budgeting system. By optimizing performance, good performance management is needed to realize the company’s goals. The research subject is Cafe Uncle Jack, has been operating for 5 years (2017) as a culinary business and consists of Mrs. Lina as Leader, Mrs. Lini as Manager, Barista, Cashier, Waitress, and Cooker. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of human resources at Cafe Uncle Jack including several series of activities provided by the new employment. In a series of activities that occur in Uncle Jack’s Cafe, a qualitative descriptive method will be formulated in the form of interviews related to performance management. Based on the results of the interview, Cafe Uncle Jack gives full attention ti it’s employees so that the quality of performance and customer satisfaction can be guaranteed.

The purpose of making this journal is to analyze the figure of speech and the meaning contained in the lyrics of Nadin Amizah's song entitled "Like Bones". Researchers are interested in analyzing the lyrics of the song "Like Bones" because it contains words that are both unique and beautiful and have meanings that can be interpreted. In addition, researchers are interested in identifying what figure of speech is contained in the lyrics of the song, because the lyrics of this song have meanings and expectations that want to be informed directly and indirectly. After that, the procedure used in this research is a qualitative descriptive procedure, which is a procedure with the method of analyzing information and the results of the information after it is processed into the form of descriptive text. The subjects analyzed were in the form of song lyrics titled "Like Bones". The results of the analysis of the lyrics of this song show that there are personifications, rhetorical figures of speech, and paradoxical figures of speech. The meaning and meaning contained in lyrics of the song "Like Bones" is the story of someone good at hiding wounds even though he is often seen laughing.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan di Kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang menggambarkan subjek dan objek terhadap fakta yang ditemukan. Purposive sampling, atau metode pemilihan sumber data untuk diwawancarai dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu digunakan dalam penarikan informan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara, studi observasi, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik manual data analysis procedure (MDAP). Keabsahan data ini diuji dengan triangulasi sumber lalu kemudian dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan di kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang belum berjalan secara maksimal. Hal ini  karena belum terpenuhinya variabel-variabel teori kebijakan yang digunakan George C. Edward III, yaitu variabel komunikasi dan sumber daya, penyebabnya ialah terdapat kendala-kendala yang menghambat implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan diantaranya yaitu kurangnya pemberian sosialisasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait, kurangnysa staff yang bertugas dalam membantu pekerjaan di kelurahan, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung, nik masyarakat yang tidak valid dan tidak terdaftar di Disdukcapil, aplikasi e-kelurahan yang belum sempurna, masyarakat yang tidak memiliki smartphone android, dan tidak lengkapnya syarat-syarat pengurusan surat masyarakat yang ingin mengurus ke kelurahan.

In this analysis, the author's team chose one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Batam, namely PT Gunung Mas Internasional which had been established since 2015, which is specifically engaged in spring bed manufacturing. This company also uses an ERP application called netsuite  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Proscedures (CUPs) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Luwu Timur.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan tipe One Group   Pre-test Post-test. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pre-test, post-test dan dokumentasi, jumlah populasi 3 kelas yaitu kelas X MIPA 1, kelas X MIPA 2, dan X MIPA 3, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitian yaitu X MIPA 1 dengan jumlah sebanyak 36 siswa. Hasil anasisis deskriptif menggunakan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor rata-rata tiap pertemuan yaitu 3,00 dimana skor tersebut berada pada interval 3,00 ≤ skor < 3,50 dan dikategorikan terlaksana. Hasil analisis inferensial menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas diperoleh hasil data normal dan homogen. Uji hipotesis signifikansi menggunakan paired sample pretest posttest diperoleh nilai siginfikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,00 ( Sighitung < 0,05 ) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable X dan variable Y. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 22 memperoleh hasil nilai siginifikansi kurang dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Luwu Timur.

The results of the research, hazard mitigation in enclosed spaces begins with risk assessment, followed by the correct procedures for closed room entry (before, during and after), particular responsibilities (Captain to Rating), organized assistance measures (if a victim falls) and the implementation of the Drill. according to SOLAS 74

This study aims to analyze how the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data were obtained using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study state that there is a dual function in the billing section and the accounting department. The credit sales accounting information system document at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug Grobogan Regency is in accordance with the theory. The company has utilized information technology so that credit sales processing is computerized. Accounting records at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug need to be repaired by making warehouse cards, inventory cards, accounts receivable cards. While the procedure network that forms the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug needs to be improved, namely by having the procedure for recording the cost of goods sold and the procedure for recording receivables.

Da'wah through film is considered effective because film has advantages that other media do not have. Film media has advantages as a propaganda medium. Da'i in conveying his da'wah message can be played by a player character in a film production, it doesn't have to be a lecture like taklim. Indirectly, the audience does not feel that they are being lectured on. Da'wah messages in films are easier to convey to the public. The research used is qualitative research. This study describes how Roland Barthes's Semiotics analysis is contained in the film "Laa Tahzan" by Danial Rifki. Analysis of the film Laa Tahzan is presented in the form of image fragments using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. As a Muslim, you can determine a firm stance on invitations to follow the procedures for worship of other religions in a good way. The title of the counseling guidance teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency in class XI students at SMA N 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to a strong character. Meanwhile, development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts for the formation of the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. One of the efforts to improve quality resources is through education. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has an obstacle and obstacle, which occurs in SMA N 1 Batur, especially class XI, from this research it has a goal. 1) knowing the efforts of BK teachers in dealing with student delinquency; 2) knowing the method used; 3) knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors, by using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data, then data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation, in analyzing data systematically, organizing data, describing data into units and compiling into a pattern that produces a conclusion, namely learning that occurs at SMA N 1 Batur is in accordance with the objectives and procedures for learning, then in each lesson several factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors, are found from internal and external sources, and several efforts have been made by counseling teachers at SMA N 1 Batur Banjarnegara..    

Protracted labor is correlated with an increase in maternal and fetal motility, an increase in abnormalities in the physiology of labor, and an escalation in the rate of caesarean section delivery. In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. With adequate physical and psychological preparation, the impact of prolonged labor can be reduced. The (PRE) is a bodywork involving waist and hip rotations. This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.

One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. In improving students' ability to understand students' narrative texts, appropriate learning methods are needed. One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' ability in understanding narrative texts using the Role Play Learning Method in Class XI IBB Students in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The method used to conduct the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection procedure is the test method. From the test method obtained data in the form of student learning scores which are then used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the application of the role play learning method can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for Class XI IBB students, this can be seen from the students' test scores in the initial test activity from 73.07 increased to 78.20 in cycle 1, and in cycle II increased again to 85. Thus, the role play learning method applied to students can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for students in Class XI IBB Even Semester in the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

The National Health Insurance (JKN) Program is part of the National Social Security System (SJSN) which is organized using the principle of mandatory social health insurance based on Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 Tahun 2004. The implementation of the National Social Security System aims to provide guarantees for the fulfillment of the basic needs of a decent life for each participant and their family. In the use of JKN services, participants are required to follow the referral service procedures as stated in the regulations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various service channels have been launched which are expected to make it easier for participants when they want to take advantage of the JKN program. So it is felt necessary to socialize to the community to understand the benefits and procedures of JKN services so that this program can be utilized as well as possible. This community service activity is carried out by providing education to private workers in Gianyar Regency. Education is carried out in the form of online webinars by utilizing zoom meeting media. After socialization, the results were obtained that there was an increase in participants' knowledge of JKN.

Online Learning Innovation Based on Zoom Meeting Application is the policy selection taken at the Amaliah Elementary School of Bogor Regency. The Zoom Meeting application policy is used to support the implementation of effective learning in the pandemic period. The purpose of this study was to describe online learning based on Zoom Meeting at the Amaliah Elementary School as a school policy that chose the zoom meeting application as a learning media during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design—the respondents used by teachers in the Elementary School of Amaliah. Data collection procedures use interviews, observation, and documentation for data analysis using triangulation. The study results imposed that teachers, students, and parents' support very quickly received the selection of zoom meeting applications. Zoom meeting-based online learning implementation can be used on online learning planning aspects, methods and strategies, and online learning assessment. Although the school provides supporting facilities, there are still obstacles to online learning-based zoom meetings. Furthermore, both teachers need to develop technological capabilities in presenting the learning in the pandemic and the science of their knowledge about various models of appropriate learning used in online learning.

Legal certainty can be reached by good and explicit principles in a legislation, as well as its application. Investment requires legal certainty as well. On April 26, 2007, the Investment Law No. 25 of 2007 was enacted. This legislation was enacted to replace Law No. 1 of 1967 on Foreign Investment and Law No. 6 of 1968 on Domestic Investment. There are eleven factors that serve as benchmarks for gauging a country's ease of doing business. One of the indications is related to the resolution of investment conflicts, or in this case, contract enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. According to the Doing Business 2019 report, Indonesia ranks 73rd (seventy-three) in terms of ease of doing business. Indonesia's EoDB ranking remains distant from the aim of entering the world's top 40 (forty) ranks. This is due to the fact that, among other things, dispute resolution in Indonesia still has various issues, including basic regulations, the trial procedure, and decision implementation. Meanwhile, affordable, fast, and simple conflict resolution facilities are required in the corporate world (according to EoDB indications). The results of this descriptive analytical research utilizing a normative juridical approach reveal that there is no implementing regulation of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, which focuses on discussing investment disputes, therefore there is no strong legal certainty in investing in Indonesia. Furthermore, there are several issues concerning the resolution of bankruptcy cases, some of which stem from regulations, namely Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations, some of which can result in certain interests, the length of the bankruptcy court process, and legal certainty following the bankruptcy decision. A breakthrough or update that can support EoDB is required, one of which can be done in the field of investment dispute resolution, particularly connected to contract enforcement and bankruptcy case settlement, by creating implementing regulations and updating associated regulations.

The Thesis is a compulsory subject that must be followed by undergraduate students to complete their study period. The Thesis is different from other courses related to the procedures in it. In the Informatics Engineering study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, the dissemination of thesis information was spread through 5 different media, but this was not effective because it took a lot of time and made the work repeated. Therefore, to facilitate the dissemination of information, the researchers created a chatbot application that can answer questions about thesis information automatically without human supervision. To produce a smart chatbot, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services QnA Maker service is used in its manufacture. The chatbots were tested using alpha and beta testing and concluded that making chatbot applications with Azure Cognitive Services QnA Maker made finding thesis information more accurate, effective, and efficient.

This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.

Occupational Health and Safety are conditions in work that are healthy and safe, both for the job, the company and for the community and environment around the factory or workplace. One of the K3 Standards according to the Ministry of Health as intended in paragraph (1) is aimed at preventing and reducing occupational diseases and other illnesses, as well as work accidents among employees, and creating safe, comfortable and efficient offices to encourage work productivity.The research method used in this research is library research which uses literature as the main object. This research carried out descriptive analysis, namely trying to describe the Occupational Health and Safety of Radiotherapy services when using LINAC aircraft. To find out Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services, researchers reviewed several literature including books, articles and journals related to Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services in several hospitals in Indonesia. The research results show that creating occupational health and safety in radiodiagnostic and radiotherapy services requires component compatibility. Good equipment, examination room design that complies with the rules, appropriate procedures, security systems, health monitoring of officers and policies from the highest responsible persons.

Penelitian ini dituangkan dalam Tugas Akhir yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Hadji Kalla Daya Cabang Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penulis menggambarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang diperoleh di lapangan. Metode ini merupakan penyajian data yang bersumber dari permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan, dan permasalahan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan berdasarkan teori-teori yang ada. Setelah menganalisa data dan mengukur kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan data pelanggaran, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa PT Hadji Kalla Cabang Daya Makassar telah menerapkan standar operasional prosedur dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan penjualan dan eksistensi perusahaan yang berdiri sejak tahun 1952 hingga sekarang. terus mengalami masalah. perkembangan.  

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency. 

The State of Indonesia in providing protection for patients who receive medical services, doctors and dentists in carrying out medical practices are required to provide medical services according to professional standards and standard operating procedures in accordance with Indonesian law no. 29 of 2004 article 51 letter a,.Informed consent is one of the requirements that must be met before doctors perform medical procedures on their patients.  However, even though there is Indonesian Law No. 29 of 2004, there are still doctors who commit negligence by providing services that are not in accordance with procedures by not asking for approval for medical actions that lead to malpractice claims from their patients.. The research conducted is classified as normative juridical research, using primary legal materials and secondary materials from laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and existing journals as a basis.. The doctor's error by taking actions that are not in accordance with the procedure in the form of without asking for informed consent is an administrative violation so it is categorized as administrative malpractice. Indonesian Supreme Court Decision No. 233 K/PID.SUS/2021 which imposes a prison sentence in an administrative malpractice case on a legal basis that has been declared non-binding by the Indonesian Constitutional Court is an act of carelessness. However, the guilty verdict for the defendant was already correct, because the defendant did not give informed consent before carrying out a risky procedure for his patient
