This direct practical technical guidance activity is very effective, so that the management, supervisors, and members of the cooperative simultaneously gain knowledge and understanding of the procedures for -RAT cooperative according to statutory provisions

This study aims to analyze how credit sales accounting information systems in an effort to improve the internal control system at PT Iron Bird Logistics'. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. the steps taken to achieve the objectives of this study are identification of credit sales accounting information systems, analysis of the procedures that make up the credit sales accounting information system, analyzing the flowchart of existing credit sales accounting information systems in the company,  flowchart recommendations for companies The results showed that the weakness of PT Iron Bird Logistics' credit sales system was in the credit function section, the lack of searching for information about customer credit status. In addition, the company also does not apply payment terms, there is no agreement between the seller and the buyer with a cash discount, the term of payment, and the amount of the discount given.

Management of labor pain is an attempt to reduce MMR. Labor pain must be treated in an effective way because if the pain is accompanied by a stress reaction, it will have harmful side effects for the mother and also the fetus. The midwife at the Ngesrep Health Center has never used birth balls as an intervention to treat inpartu mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a birth ball on reducing labor pain in the active phase of the 1st stage. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all mothers with an estimated day of birth in July to August 2022 who will give birth at the Ngesrep Health Center Semarang. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and the number of samples was 31 people. Data collection tools used in this study include Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Birth Ball Techniques, Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), Observation Sheets and birth balls with a diameter of 55 cm or 65 cm. Data analysis was carried out using the paired sample t test. The results of the study obtained a t value of 9.613 which means that every 1 time birth ball intervention with 4 movements for 30 minutes makes the primigravida have the potential to be 9.613 times to be able to reduce labor pain in the active phase of the 1st stage. The p-value is 0.000 <0.05, so the hypothesis (H0) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using birth balls on reducing labor pain in the active phase of the 1st stage of labor in primigravida at Ngesrep Health Center Semarang. For health services, it is expected that the use of birth balls can be used as an alternative to reduce labor pain in the active phase of the 1st stage of primigravida.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the performance English test in school examination in Indonesia education system through students’ perception. The school examination is a test to determine whether students can pass and continue to higher education. The goal held in the school Examination English test is a measure of success or failure of students in academic performance. research describe is closely related to the performance of 3rd graders of senior high school  in performing English test in the school examination. Overall the students showed their performance in the English language test of school examination according to their intellectual ability. It consists of 15 students (4 males and 11 females) at Annida Al Islamy Junior High School  who were passed school examination in 2021-2022 academic years. The participants were selected through convenient (availability) sampling procedure. This study was designed as qualitative study.  In collecting the data, the writer used online questionnaire to identify students’ perception on English school examination in Indonesia education system. The findings show that the writers get some students’ perception on performance English test in school examination of school students in three aspects.  They are psychologies and social domain, behaviour domain, and cognitive domain. In psychologies and social domain showed 13% the participants disagree, 54% the participants agree, and 33% the participants strongly agree that performance English test in school examination is able to measure ability in writing. There are 80% the participants also agree and 20% the participants strongly agree that  performance English test in the texts of monologue such as narrative, recount, descriptive, report are very important as a student.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the lost and found unit of Lion Air at Yogyakarta International Airport. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources for this study were obtained from primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data by data triangulation uses the method of observing, interviewing, and documenting. Data analysis applies three stages, namely data reduction, presenting, then conclusion. The results of this study are to indicate the performance and constraints of the lost and found units of Lion Air at Yogyakarta International Airport. lost and found unit officers have not carried out their duties properly based on standard operating procedures (SOP) such as inadequate baggage handling, lack of friendly attitude, not punctuality, and lack of ability or expertise of officers. and lost and found units have external and internal constraints such as lack of work equipment, tracking systems, human resources, work environment, and ability, and attitude of officers in handling passenger baggage. It is hoped that the lost and found unit can improve the quality of service for passenger baggage handling.

This research examines the Implementation of the Village Heritage Management System (SIPADES) in Realizing Good Goernance in the Village Government of Sumedang Regency. This case is interesting to study, because at this time the village has room to carry out governance. The procedure used is descriptive qualitative. There are also sources of information consisting of primary information with a total of 5 informants and secondary information with 3 various documents. The method of collecting information is tried with literature research, field research, (observation, interviews, and documents). Methods of information analysis are tried by reducing information, presenting information, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the implementation of village heritage management policies in the Tanjungsari Village Government still facing some obstacles. Among other things, in the communication aspect, there is still a lack of training and assistance in the SIPADES application. Non-human energy sources still lack.    

Anxiety before anesthesia procedures is a common problem in patients and their families. High levels of anxiety can affect the patient's physiological stability and postoperative outcomes. The family assistance program aims to provide education and emotional support to reduce anxiety before anesthesia. The methods used include socialization, interactive education, and evaluation of the patient's family's understanding before and after the intervention. This study involved 15 respondents at RSIA Aisyiyah Klaten. The results showed that after the intervention, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in the patient's family from 70% to 35%. This finding indicates that family education and assistance have an important role in improving the mental readiness of patients and their families before undergoing anesthesia.

This study intends to investigate the relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes. Impact measures in several studies that examined the relationship between the influence of motivation on student learning outcomes were analyzed using a meta-analysis procedure. Empirical data were collected using electronic search engines such as Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and national journal URLs. The effect size is used as a starting point for data analysis. A systematic review of research findings in Indonesia's national e-journal was used, with 18 articles selected as a sample that met the criteria. The results of calculating the combined effect size obtained a p-value of less than 0.001 and an estimated value of 0.825. A meta-analysis study found that motivation and learning outcomes had a significant relationship, with the strength of the relationship in the high category. The variance of the studies analyzed is also very high, with I2 test results far exceeding 50%, implying that this study is heterogeneous, with a significant estimate value in the SMK subgroup category (estimated value 1,031) with a p-value of 0.001 and the SMP subgroup (estimated value 1.186) with a p-value of 0.005.

Suppliers play an important role in determining product quality, costs, product development, and access to finance for companies. If the company is less selective in choosing its suppliers, the costs incurred may become ineffective. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies. In this study, a literature review approach is used by examining 10 journals that have discussed supplier selection procedures. Each journal used as a basis for this study also has different problem objects, models, variables, methods and results. The results of the cross-reference analysis are used to design a procedural model for selecting suppliers for non-critical items. The design of the non-critical item supplier selection model uses several criteria which will later be used as the basis for selecting non-critical item suppliers. From several journals that have been studied, several criteria are obtained that are in accordance with the company that the researcher will conduct research, and will later be re-elected according to the company's needs. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) companies. By using the F-AHP (Fuzzy – Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TLS (Traffic Light System) model, companies that have never had a procedure for selecting suppliers for non-critical items can carry out this procedure so that in the future this procedure can become a standard in companies in terms of choosing supplier.

Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

This study aims to analyze the ease of making payments, ability to pay and compliance with making payment of the individual participant National Health Insurance (JKN-KIS) in the BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to BPJS Kesehatan regarding matters and ideas to form a strategy which can increase the collectability of JKN-KIS premium payment contributions, especially for the individual participant segment. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires given to 400 individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected through distributing questionnaires, then testing the instrument. Where, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests. Researchers in this study took samples using purposive sampling technique, specifically for individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average (mean). The results of the analysis show that the ease of making payments shows the dimensions mean high category in all dimensions, so it can be concluded that the participants are very easy to make contribution payments with the payment mechanisms and procedures and channels provided by BPJS Kesehatan. The results analysis of the ability to pay and the results analysis of compliance with making payments show the dimensions mean value of the low category in all dimensions. That it needs to receive special attention from BPJS Kesehatan so the ability and compliance in paying contributions will increase.

The research subject is Cafe Uncle Jack, has been operating for 5 years (2017) as a culinary business and consists of Mrs. Lina as Leader, Mrs. Lini as Manager, Barista, Cashier, Waitress, and Cooker. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of human resources at Cafe Uncle Jack including several series of activities provided by the new employment. In a series of activities that occur in Uncle Jack’s Cafe, a qualitative descriptive method will be formulated in the form of interviews related to performance management. Based on the results of the interview, Cafe Uncle Jack gives full attention ti it’s employees so that the quality of performance and customer satisfaction can be guaranteed.

The purpose of making this journal is to analyze the figure of speech and the meaning contained in the lyrics of Nadin Amizah's song entitled "Like Bones". Researchers are interested in analyzing the lyrics of the song "Like Bones" because it contains words that are both unique and beautiful and have meanings that can be interpreted. In addition, researchers are interested in identifying what figure of speech is contained in the lyrics of the song, because the lyrics of this song have meanings and expectations that want to be informed directly and indirectly. After that, the procedure used in this research is a qualitative descriptive procedure, which is a procedure with the method of analyzing information and the results of the information after it is processed into the form of descriptive text. The subjects analyzed were in the form of song lyrics titled "Like Bones". The results of the analysis of the lyrics of this song show that there are personifications, rhetorical figures of speech, and paradoxical figures of speech. The meaning and meaning contained in lyrics of the song "Like Bones" is the story of someone good at hiding wounds even though he is often seen laughing.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan di Kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang menggambarkan subjek dan objek terhadap fakta yang ditemukan. Purposive sampling, atau metode pemilihan sumber data untuk diwawancarai dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu digunakan dalam penarikan informan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara, studi observasi, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik manual data analysis procedure (MDAP). Keabsahan data ini diuji dengan triangulasi sumber lalu kemudian dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan di kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang belum berjalan secara maksimal. Hal ini  karena belum terpenuhinya variabel-variabel teori kebijakan yang digunakan George C. Edward III, yaitu variabel komunikasi dan sumber daya, penyebabnya ialah terdapat kendala-kendala yang menghambat implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan diantaranya yaitu kurangnya pemberian sosialisasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait, kurangnysa staff yang bertugas dalam membantu pekerjaan di kelurahan, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung, nik masyarakat yang tidak valid dan tidak terdaftar di Disdukcapil, aplikasi e-kelurahan yang belum sempurna, masyarakat yang tidak memiliki smartphone android, dan tidak lengkapnya syarat-syarat pengurusan surat masyarakat yang ingin mengurus ke kelurahan.

In this analysis, the author's team chose one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Batam, namely PT Gunung Mas Internasional which had been established since 2015, which is specifically engaged in spring bed manufacturing. This company also uses an ERP application called netsuite  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Proscedures (CUPs) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Luwu Timur.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan tipe One Group   Pre-test Post-test. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pre-test, post-test dan dokumentasi, jumlah populasi 3 kelas yaitu kelas X MIPA 1, kelas X MIPA 2, dan X MIPA 3, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitian yaitu X MIPA 1 dengan jumlah sebanyak 36 siswa. Hasil anasisis deskriptif menggunakan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh skor rata-rata tiap pertemuan yaitu 3,00 dimana skor tersebut berada pada interval 3,00 ≤ skor < 3,50 dan dikategorikan terlaksana. Hasil analisis inferensial menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas diperoleh hasil data normal dan homogen. Uji hipotesis signifikansi menggunakan paired sample pretest posttest diperoleh nilai siginfikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,00 ( Sighitung < 0,05 ) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable X dan variable Y. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 22 memperoleh hasil nilai siginifikansi kurang dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Luwu Timur.

The results of the research, hazard mitigation in enclosed spaces begins with risk assessment, followed by the correct procedures for closed room entry (before, during and after), particular responsibilities (Captain to Rating), organized assistance measures (if a victim falls) and the implementation of the Drill. according to SOLAS 74

This study aims to analyze how the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data were obtained using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study state that there is a dual function in the billing section and the accounting department. The credit sales accounting information system document at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug Grobogan Regency is in accordance with the theory. The company has utilized information technology so that credit sales processing is computerized. Accounting records at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug need to be repaired by making warehouse cards, inventory cards, accounts receivable cards. While the procedure network that forms the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug needs to be improved, namely by having the procedure for recording the cost of goods sold and the procedure for recording receivables.
