Id, ego and super-ego are separate psychic structures in humans but interact with each other. This concept was formulated by Sigmund Freud. This journal discusses the id, ego and super-ego in the literary work of the novel entitled Secret Obsession by Angkai. The problem of this research is how the id, ego and super-ego influence the behavior of the main character in the novel entitled Secret Obsession by Budgeti. The method used in this research uses a literary psychology approach with Sigmud Freud's psychoanalysis theory regarding the id, ego and super-ego of the character Lolita in the novel Secret Obsession by Budgeti. The results of this research can be concluded that Lolita shows more mature ego development, is able to control the id's feelings of pleasure and interact more realistically. Additionally, Lolita's superego side shows moral evolution, such as guilt, regret, and the drive to become a better person. The factors that influence the development of Lolita's character consist of the people around her, the environment, and hurt feelings. Analysis is carried out from the beginning, middle, to the end of the story, showing significant character evolution.

The purpose of this research is to find the technology contained in literary media in accordance with the Information Systems study program. In addition, to find moral values in this novel. The genre of literary work used is Cyber Ghost novel by Tasyarani Aca in Fantasteen series published by mizan publisher. The problem raised is related to how we can use the website for positive activities. Where in the story is to solve problems using the current digital era. The method used is the hermeutic method and descriptive qualitative for the journal study data of the novel's building blocks. The value contained in the short story entitled Cyber Ghost is cooperation with others to solve problems, to determine opinions, and also to remind others of mistakes that have been made. Moral messages that can be learned are related to familiarity, ethics when educating a child, morals towards parents and how to face and solve a problem. The results in this literary work are in the form of advice that everyone sometimes has personality things that the closest people should know, strengthen the sense of friendship, and address a problem properly.  The technology contained in this novel is a website which is managed by two high school students.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to apply analysis of Sigmund Freud's theory, namely personality structure, namely Ideas, Ego, Super Ego to literary works. The work is based on the novel genre with the title El Verano by Pia Devina. This research uses a literary psychology approach with reading and analyzing analysis techniques. This research method is qualitative, based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The results obtained show that the idea of ​​the character Afa has a strong id, seen from the many id impulses that appear in him, such as impulses to act aggressively, avoid responsibility, attack others, express emotions directly, and avoid fear. The ego of Afa's character is quite good, seen from his ability to control his id impulses, express his emotions naturally, make realistic decisions, understand other people's feelings, build relationships with other people, and achieve satisfaction. Super Ego The character Afa has a developed superego, which can be seen from his ability to feel various kinds of moral emotions, such as feelings of guilt, regret, shame, wanting to be a better person, wanting to forgive, wanting to be a strong person, and feelings of satisfaction.

Business ethics can be defined as knowledge about the ideal procedures for regulating and managing a business that takes into account norms and morality that apply universally and economically/socially, and the application of these norms and morality supports the aims and objectives of business activities. Determining profits based on business ethics is not always easy, so companies must pay attention to the fact that implementing business ethics is very important, because this can provide long-term benefits for the company and society as a whole. This research aims to find out how to determine profits based on business ethics in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. The research results show that good business activities strive to achieve profits by paying attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the application of business ethics in determining profits involves a balance between achieving financial goals and paying attention to social, environmental and moral impacts.

Precisely in the Patokbeusi area which is a prostitution area, which contains the dynamics of relationships between characters, social conflicts, and the values upheld in the film local community. The aim of this research is to analyze the content of Tantri Pranash's short story "In Pantura Intersection” using a literary sociology approach. In literary sociology, Literary works are seen as a reflection of social life and cannot be separated from consideration elements of fiction and social aspects in social life. This means studying literary sociology the relationship between literary works and people in society, as well as social processes. Method The research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. With using reading and note-taking techniques as data collection techniques. The science fiction novel "Only Human" by Sylvain Neuvel summarizes the journey of humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in interacting with alien creatures on a mysterious planet. This research uses a hermeneutic method to deepen understanding of the story context. The main focus of research is the character of AI, Technology, Robots and Aliens which play a central role in facilitating communication between humans and aliens. In this case it explores how the presence of AI supports human efforts to understand very alien culture and technology. In the process of analysis, we also explore the ethical and moral aspects that arise along with the use of AI in the context of intersex relationships. With a hermeneutic method, highlighting how contextual interpretation and understanding enriches the analysis of the complex dynamics between humans, AI, and aliens. This research provides in-depth insight into the concepts of artificial intelligence, technology, robots, and aliens in the narrative "Only Human," which is expected to stimulate further thinking about the future of human interaction with artificial intelligence and extraterrestrial life.

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. The impact of the development of information technology today on various aspects of global life. Although modern technology provides great benefits, the article highlights the ethical and moral challenges faced, especially by children and adolescents. Technology influences the understanding of responsibility and ethics in social interactions, especially through social media and the use of digital devices. This article emphasizes the importance of education that focuses not only on knowledge transfer, but also on character building. In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

The presidential election in Indonesia is an important moment for citizens, including Christians, who cannot escape the influence and spiritual direction of pastors. Although the Bible does not directly address modern presidential elections, its moral principles provide a foundation for pastors to provide guidance to their congregations. Through an understanding of the Bible, pastors can guide their congregations to consider moral values in choosing leaders, in accordance with the principles of justice, truth, and responsibility to others and God. Pastors not only lead spiritually, but also as moral counsellors who instil spiritual and civic responsibility. They also serve as prayer warriors, guiding the selection of leaders with character and responsibility, according to biblical principles. The moral responsibility of leaders, peace, unity, and reconciliation are the focus of pastors' guidance to their congregations. Pastors are expected to provide an understanding of the ideal leader, in accordance with biblical principles. This study explores the role of pastors in Indonesia's presidential election from a biblical perspective, highlighting their moral responsibility, voting based on biblical principles, and their role in promoting peace and unity amidst political differences.    

Loyalty is based on devotion, compliance, and allegiance; it is a virtue that serves as a mirror of one's own conduct and character. The drama "Anthony and Cleopatra" by William Shakespeare serves as a focus point for analyzing loyalty, which is demonstrated by constant and steadfast support. This study explores the characters' loyalty using an descriptive qualitative method, offering a fuller understanding of the moral quandaries Shakespeare presents. The study uses text analysis to interpret scenes and interpret speech, illuminating the complex dynamics of Cleopatra and Anthony's fidelity.

Principles of Islamic Education Omar Mohammad Al-Toumy Al-Syaibani's views reflect the philosophical basis of education in Islam. According to Asy-Syaibani, education is based on the principles of monotheism, the Koran and Hadith, with an emphasis on forming a personality with noble character. Furthermore, Islamic education, in his view, combines knowledge about the world, promotes social justice, and maintains balance between religion and the world. Intercultural cooperation is also an important value in this educational model. These principles provide a foundation for the development of individuals who have faith and integrity and play an active role in building a better society.

The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives.  Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values ​​with them and provide concrete examples of how these values ​​are applied in everyday life.

Indonesian culture has local culture originating from each region. Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture and diverse. Indonesian culture has changed from time to time because of the people themselves who want change. These changes are increasingly visible rapidly with the inclusion of elements of globalization into Indonesian culture. Education is the most important area in shaping the character of the younger generation to prevent the flow of globalization which can damage morals. Through education, the character of the younger generation can be saved by learning Citizenship Education. This research uses qualitative research methods or a descriptive approach. The results of this research show that in citizenship education, students are given an understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila and an introduction to Indonesian culture. This can shape character in facing the era of globalization which is increasingly having a negative impact on the character of the younger generation

Macbeth was one of William Shakespeare's famous plays that used many shadows to beckon events to come in this story. In Macbeth's stories shadows are used to create tensions and raise questions about agency and moral responsibility in the drama. This study aims to analyze and identify the use of additives in the text and connect it to the development of themes and characters in Macbeth's story. In addition, the researchers also used interpretation and evaluation. After evaluating "Macbeth," the researcher gives his own view of the work. This data-research method employs a qualitative approach. Research shows that parallels are used in "Macbeth" to predict the direction of the story, build tensions, and develop character. Parallels are used to show changes in character and awareness of responsibility dealt with by Macbeth. Examples of vocations used in "Macbeth" include witch prophecies, soliloquy Macbeth, hallucinations and visions, and the use of invention. These barriers help build tensions and predict the tragic end of the main character

The storytelling competition, as one of the featured competitions in the 2022 Langsep Challenge at Santa Maria Langsep Catholic High School, Malang, was the main highlight of the event. This event showcases the creativity and expertise of the competition participants in telling stories in an interesting and engaging way. Participants from various junior high schools compete to win the champion title in this competition. The various stories presented include interesting themes related to folklore. The competition jury, which consists of experienced lecturers, observes and assesses each participant's presentation based on criteria such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, how to tell a story, mastery of the stage, clothing, properties used, moral message, time management, and so on. This competition is not only an opportunity to show students' speaking skills, but also develop creative thinking and self-expression skills. With full support from the school and the enthusiasm of the participants, the Story Telling Competition at Langsep Challenge 2022 created an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and joy among students.

Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what a person should do morally. PKM activity partners are UKMs engaged in the field of making snack products made from cashew nuts, located in Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. PKM activities aim to provide partners with knowledge about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. Plus, partner businesses are located in densely populated areas. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for MSMEs, (2) Benefits of doing business for MSMEs (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

In the era of globalization, the views of Indonesian people towards the rise of the LGBT phenomenon have become complex, considering that Indonesia is thick with religious and cultural values. Although the country adheres to human rights principles, an understanding of religious norms is often a filter for views on sexual diversity. Especially among the younger generation, there is significant disagreement on whether the rise of LGBT is in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila as the basis of the state. On the one hand, there are groups that support LGBT rights as a form of respect for human rights, while on the other hand, there are concerns that this phenomenon is not in line with the values of Pancasila which emphasizes unity and unity in diversity. Further research needs to be done to understand more deeply how the views of Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, towards the LGBT phenomenon in the context of the globalization era.  The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply and describe the community's views on the current rise of LGBT which can trigger the destruction of the morals of the Indonesian nation. The theory used in this study is the theory of people's views through observations by interviewing several communities and conducting online surveys.  

Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

This research analyzes the impact of educational evaluation from an Islamic perspective on students in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) using qualitative methods. The focus of the research involves evaluating education based on Islamic principles, evaluating the extent to which the curriculum and evaluation methods reflect Islamic values. The results of the analysis include aspects of Islamic education evaluation in Islamic Education learning and its consequences on learners' motivation, quality and achievement. The research highlights the importance of Islamic values in PAI evaluation, exploring its effect on learners' motivation through positive reinforcement and rewards. In addition, the impact of evaluation on learners' quality, including the dimensions of religiousness, morality, and social behavior, as well as its relationship with learners' learning achievement are also analyzed. The results of this study provide guidance for the development of educational evaluation methods that are more oriented towards Islamic values, enriching the understanding of learner motivation, quality, and learning achievement in PAI learning in schools.
