This research explains the influence of the physical work environment, supervision and employee work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Persada Nawa Kartika Kertosono Nganjuk Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population is 47 employees. The sampling technique used saturated samples, the number of samples in the study was 36 permanent employees. Research results (1) The level of significance of the Sig value. 0.069 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.881 < 2.032) means that the physical work environment does not have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Sig value. 0.295 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.064 < 2.032) means that supervision has no partial and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Sig. 0.017 < 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (2.529 > 2.032) means that work discipline has a partial and significant influence on employee performance. (4) It is concluded that Sig.F 0.000 is greater than 0.05. It was concluded that physical work environment variables, supervision and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) The results of the multiple linear analysis test are as follows: Y = 4.128 + 0.202X1 + 0.211X2 + 0.451X3

This research is motivated by the fact that in a public company operating in the fast food sector, human resources are very important in achieving company goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of communication, teamwork and rewards on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire as data. This research uses a saturated sample method. The sample in this research was all 53 employees. The technique used to analyze the data is the SPSS 25 program. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results of this partial test (t) show that the communication variable has a significant value of 0.030 < 0.05, which means that the communication variable partially or significantly influences employee performance. The teamwork variable has a significant value of 0.045 <0.05, partially influencing or being significant on employee performance. The reward variable has a significant value of 0.901 > 0.05 and partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. And the F test results show that the variables of communication, teamwork and rewards have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that communication and teamwork partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while rewards do not have a significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of McDonald's Sri Ratu Kediri employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Office. And the object in this study is the Culture and Tourism Office of North Toraja Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the culture and tourism service, totaling 58 people. The results of this study indicate that training has no effect on performance and work discipline simultaneously. the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.378 or 37.8%.

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism and organizational commitment; and (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance bith partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency as many as 43 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, professionalism, and organizational commitment were categorizedas good. The results of the test statistic showed that partially the variables of professionalism and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the T-test statistic showed that simultaneously, the professionalism and organizational commitment variables had a significant effect employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency by 25,1%

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work ethic and capabilities of Human Resources at the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency, and (2) determine the influence of work ethic and Human Resources capabilities on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were 55 employees who worked at the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency. The sample used the saturated sample technique. Data was collected through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing through the F test and t-test. The findings of the descriptive analysis revealed that the variables of employee performance, work ethic, and Human Resources capabilities were quite good. The results of the t-test showed that the work ethic variable had no significant influence and the ability of Human Resources had a significant value on employee performance. The results of the F test showed that the variables of work ethic and Human Resources capabilities simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination was 0.477 which indicated the contribution of the work ethic and Human Resources variables on employee performance of the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency was 22.7%

This research aims to find out whether work motivation, work ability, and the work environment have a partial or simultaneous influence on employee performance of UD Rahayu Kec. Gurah District Kediri. Sampling technique in this research, the saturated sample method was used, namely the entire number population of 38 employees. The data source for this research was obtained through observation, interviews, library or literature studies, questionnaires, and dokumentation. Data processing is through the SPSS 21 program. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis multiple linear, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: (1) Work motivation has a signifiant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,001 and the calculated t value is 3,473. (2) Work ability has significant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,009 and the calculated t value is 2,772. (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,005 and the calculated t value is 2,966. (4) Work motivation, work ability and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with the F test results obtained a significance value of 0,000 and a calculated F of 18,287.

PT Dos Ni Roha Logistic is a branch of DNR Corporation which has a function to fulfill the delivery of goods or pharmaceutical equipment by providing transportation services for the delivery of goods both land, sea and air. Data collection methods in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, literature studies with a population of 47 employees and a sample of 47 determined using saturated sampling techniques and processed using SPSS software version 25.  Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity Pt Dos Ni Roha Logistic Jakarta, Work Discipline and Work Motivation are one of the important factors that affect employee productivity, an employee if he has a level of work discipline and is given good motivation in Work can result in high levels of productivity. The results of this study show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, which is 0.546 or 54.6%, so it can be concluded that the influence on employee productivity is 0.546 or 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Companies should need to improve work discipline and work motivation within the company in order to further increase the productivity of their employees.

The target audience for this Science and Technology Application Program is the Nurimas batik making group which has 11 members and is located in Pajerukan Village, Kalibagor District. The emergence of this group was triggered by the large demand for batik products in Kalibagor District in particular and in Banyumas Regency in general which has not been served, namely 10,020 people from school students, teachers and employees within the Kalibagor District. School students, teachers and employees in Banyumas Regency are generally required to wear batik clothing 2-3 days a week. Meanwhile, the Nurimas Batik group is the only batik craftsman from the Kalibagor District area. The partners' main problems are that many of the production equipment is no longer suitable and there is a lack of capital due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the partners have not started a business in promoting their products to potential customers, the partners have not mastered the online marketing or sales of their batik, the partners do not understand group management. which is good, the partners do not implement order in their group's administrative records, the batik motif designs of the batik-making partners are still simple and not yet varied, their mastery of business management is still lacking and they do not carry out standardized bookkeeping. This activity has resulted in an increase in equipment and production materials owned by partners, increased sales, the ability to market on-line, increased partner mastery of group management and administration, results of administering activities, group financial reports, and scientific articles. In order to obtain the specified goals and outcomes, the team carries out outreach programs to partners, practice and mentoring. The method used to evaluate is to compare the level of knowledge with capabilities and production results. Then compare marketing activities before the Science and Technology Application service program and after.

It is described that an effective leader is considered to be a person who can read situations and conditions and is able to overcome problems with responsibility and integrity and has good ethics (Muninjaya, 2004). Innovative work behavior is the creation, introduction and implementation of new ideas or ideas in work, either as a group or organization in an effort to improve performance in an organization (Jansen, 2000). As explained above, assistance is needed for business actors or employees who are willing to become respondents to take part in Democratic Leadership Training carried out by researchers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat as a medium of payment of Motor Vehicle Tax. The analysis method used is Descriptive Qualitative analysis using the Effectiveness formula. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was collected through interviews with two BPPRDSU employees as informants. For secondary data in this study in the form of documents, such as the Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue Report per year of BPPRDSU and Revenue per unit of E-Samsat BPPRDSU. The results of this study indicate that the presence of E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat Post Covid-19 Pandemic which is where after the Covid-19 pandemic the interest in digital tran n / digital witnesses of the community has increased it can be seen from the increase in the use of E-Samsat Sumut Bermartabat as a medium for paying Motor Vehicle Tax, there is a difference in the level of Effectiveness from 2021 and 2022 which shows the level of Effectiveness in 2022 is higher than in the previous year, namely 2021 with a difference of 3.48%. This shows an increase even though it is still relatively not too big.

The results obtained from this research are the Promotion Strategy for Soponyono Restaurant using promotional media using social media, namely WhatsApp and how to retain customers by exchanging good, polite and friendly messages towards customers and convincing customers that at Soponyono Restaurant the food and drink menus are delicious. , delicious and comfortable place.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the work productivity of employees of PT. Amygdala by Pedia Mojokerto. The method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 40 respondents, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample that used all production employees as samples. The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation has a effect on the work productivity of PT. Amigdala Karya Pedia Mojokerto; (2) The work environment has a effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. His research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar. The sample in this study was all employees of the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBAP), totaling 83 employees. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and R determinant tests. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the Training variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the positive influence of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) which can be shown through the results of the hypothesis test (t test) where the calculated t result is greater than the t table. Based on this description, it can be concluded that training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar.

Human resource management is one of the most important aspect in the course of a agency to achieve its vision, mission, strategy and the creation of agency goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.

Purpose - In this era, technological advances cannot be separated from human life, one of which is the employee recruitment process carried out by companies. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the influence of technology on the employee recruitment process. With advances in technology, the recruitment process can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. Design/methodology/approach-By using data analysis methods from various journals, books, articles and literature, the recruitment process is carried out quite in length, starting from distributing job vacancies, collecting files, selecting and making decisions to hire employees who suit the company's needs, especially now that there is a credit score policy. Of course, if done manually it will take a long time, and archiving data cannot be done efficiently. For this reason, technological advances must be utilized optimally to facilitate the employee recruitment process. Findings-The findings from the literature that have been reviewed are that technology has a positive and quite large influence on the employee recruitment process. and the existence of a credit score policy in the employee recruitment process. Practical implications - With a credit score policy and using the web to manage the employee recruitment process, the company will easily recruit employees and manage prospective employee data and analyze credit score data so that the company can easily obtain quality human resources according to the company's needs.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at PDAM Kolaka branch.  This research uses a quantitative method approach.  Data collection in this research used observation and questionnaires.  The population of this study were employees of PDAM Kolaka branch.  Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 40 people.  Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0.  The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument model testing (outher model) and structural model testing (Inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.  Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Organizational Climate variable on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of 2.731 and the original sample of 0.369, while the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of  3.605 with an original sample value of 0.416.

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the influence of compensation, work environment and employee competency on employee performance at UD. Berkah Andita Mandiri Group. The variables in this research are Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2), Employee Competency (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. This research has a population of 84 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents. The techniques for normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, linearity testing, multicollinearity testing and hypothesis testing are expected to be able to answer the four problem formulations in this research. The analysis was carried out using SPSS for Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that: Compensation (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Work Environment (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Competency (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at UD. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Islamic work values on work productivity of BSI Denpasar Branch employees, to determine the effect of Islamic work values on work productivity of BSI Denpasar Branch employees, to determine the effect of Islamic work values and culture simultaneously on work productivity. This research uses quantitative research, with questionnaire data collection techniques. This study uses validity and reliability test analysis techniques, multiple regression testing using the SPSS 26 program. The results obtained that the coefficient value of the X1 variable Islamic work value is 0.428 with a significance value of 0.037 <0.05 while the coefficient value of the X2 variable Islamic work culture is 0.425. with a significance value of 0.034 <0.05. These results indicate that there is an influence between Islamic work values and Islamic work culture on employee work productivity either partially or simultaneously.
