Land ownership disputes are one of the legal and social problems that often occur in various countries, including in Indonesia. These disputes generally arise due to ambiguity or inaccuracies in the administration of land ownership. One of the main causes of this dispute is the absence of a letter or proof of legal land ownership, in addition to this can occur in the distribution of inheritance caused by internal factors, such as parental grants to prospective heirs, but it is unfair and not accompanied by a grant deed, married couples (as prospective heirs) who do not have children or descendants,  the greed of the heirs, the incomprehension of the heirs, the mistake in upholding the siri' and the delay in the distribution of inheritance. The WEBGIS-Based Land Inventory System makes it easier for village or district government officials to record land ownership so that the increase in fulfillment of leter C is reduced, the process of searching and changing data does not take long and the public can find out land information along with the history of ownership transfer shown on the online map.

A perineal tear is a tear that occurs at the time the baby is born either spontaneously or with a tool or action. The impact of perineal tears can result in continuous bleeding and infection of suture wounds in the birth canal, slow treatment can cause death in postpartum mothers to find out the relationship between the old partus and the baby's birth weight with perineal tears in pregnant women at the Wara Health Center, Palopo City in 2021. This study is a quantitative analytical research with a "cross sectional study" design. The population in this study is maternity mothers in the working area of the Wara Health Center, Palopo City. Sampling in this study uses a total sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using a laptop using Microsoft excel programs and statistical programs (SPSS). Data analysis includes univariate analysis by looking for frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with chi square test with significance level (.05). There was a relationship between the old partus and the incidence of perineal tears (p=0.020) and there was a relationship between the baby's birth weight and the incidence of perineal tears (p=0.007). There is a relationship between the old partus and the baby's birth weight with perineal tears in pregnant women at the Wara Health Center, Palopo City in 2021. for midwives in observing childbirth using a partograph is expected to be carried out well and be able to identify quickly and accurately to further increase vigilance in carrying out childbirth help so that perineal tears do not occur.

Ship KM. Egon is one of PT Indoneisan National Shiiping fleets that seves the Indonesian people for smooth sea transportation. This ship is a ship made in Germany in 1991 with a length of 94,30 meters and a windth of 16 meters which is one of the means of transportation that crosses various islands. In one voyage this ship is capable of transportation 500 pax of vehicles, loads of goods passengers with a capacity of 500 passengers with the destination of KM ship. Egon it self is Sheet Harbor, Waingapu Port, Surabaya Port, Batulicin Port, and Pare-pare Port. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality/Service Quality, Corporate Image, Safety Assurance on Passenger’s Decisions to Use the KM Ship Egon especially at PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch, the population in this study were passengers on the KM Egon ship owned by PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch and the sampels used in this study were 92 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation (Observation), interviews, and distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling purposive sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:     Y = 1.785 + 0,310X1 + 0,202X2 + 0,220X3 + µ. From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing passenger decisions is the corporate image variable with a regression coefficient of 0.202. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.517 or 51,7% which means that Passenger Decisions are influenced by the variables of Quality/Service Quality, Corporate Image, Safety Assurance which are 51,7% and other factors that affect Shipping Safety at PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch, which is 48,3%.

Kukuh Village in Kerambitan District has a hilly topography, large rivers, and high rainfall, which makes the area prone to disasters, especially floods, landslides, and extreme weather. In order to overcome these problems, the Community Service Program (PKM) aims to: 1) create a Disaster Prone Map, Safe Zone Map, Evacuation Route Map, and Temporary Refuge Map; 2) build an informative, interactive, effective, and efficient village disaster information system based on digital technology; 3) organize counseling and training on disaster management to improve community preparedness; 4) provide disaster support tools. The implementation of the community partnership program uses the Knowledge Transfer approach through counseling and training, Technology Transfer through participatory mapping, and Diffusion of Science and Technology through the creation of the SIKADEK application (Kukuh Village Disaster Information System). The PKM results include a Disaster Map that is integrated with the SIKADEK application as a Disaster WebGIS feature, including weather information, distribution of disaster-prone areas, disaster history, and Balinese lunar calendar information (Sasih). Training and counseling increased the capacity of Pokdarwis with knowledge about disaster-prone locations, safe zones, rallying points, evacuation routes, utilization of disaster features in the SIKADEK application, as well as knowledge about disasters, vulnerable areas, management, and disaster mitigation. In addition, disaster support facilities such as signs, water rescue packages, and first aid packages have been fulfilled through this activity.

Introduction: Head injury is a traumatic disorder of brain function that does not result in a disconnection of brain continuity and can occur with or without interstitial hemorrhage of the brain substance. Purpose:Acute pain is one of the nursing problems experienced by patients with head injuries. To analyze the application of finger hold therapy interventions in reducing pain in patients with mild head injuries. Research methods: is Pre Experimental, which is a design with a One group pre test post test design approach, when this study was carried out from December 21, 2022 to January 23, 2023, with a sample of 6 patients. Research Results: The frequency of patients who experienced moderate pain levels before treatment was 4 patients (66.7.7%), and severe pain levels were 2 patients (33.3%) while the distribution of psien frequency who experienced mild pain levels after treatment was 3 respondents (50.0%), moderate pain levels were 1 patient (16.7%) and berst pain levels were 2 patients (33.3%). This shows that there is no change in pain levels in patients with severe pain scales, because finger hold terap cannot be applied to patients with severe pain levels.Conclusion :This study showed that there is an effect of finger hold therapy in reducing pain in patients with mild head injuries

The government through the Ministry of Health has been continuously outreaching and educating the public to understand health protocols, but the phenomena that occurred in Mon Ara Village, Makmur District, Bireuen Regency include; there are still many people who are lazy to wear masks, wash their hands with soap, and keep their distance, there are still many people who think that Covid-19 is just the engineering of certain elements, there are still people who think that Covid-19 is exaggerated, and there are still people who have the view that handling Covid-19 is the government's job. This study aims to determine community intervention on the governance of handling Covid-19 in Desa Mon Ara, Makmur District, Bireuen Regency. The theory used in this research is intervention theory. The research approach used is qualitative by using interview instruments, documentation and observation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study explained that community intervention in the governance of handling Covid-19 in Desa Mon Ara, Makmur District, Bireuen Regency, mobilized the masses to be vaccinated. However, some people do not follow the regulations, so that the community's willingness to use masks is not optimal. Community intervention in the distribution of direct cash assistance (BLT) is another problem during Covid.

The phoneme theory is a well-known phonological theory from the late 19th century (1870) which aims to find out the abstract representation of the phonemes of a given language. To find out whether a phoneme is a phoneme, a phonemic analysis rule is used that states: (1) mutually exclusive neighborhood of complementary distribution, known as the allophone of the same phoneme, (2) a phone in a minimal pair, known as the different phoneme, like /p/ and /b/,(3) a phone in an environment analogous to, like for example /Z/, (4) a phone as a free variant is not another phoneme, but a variation of a phoneme of /c/ the phonemes /č/ and /čh/ are variations of the phoneme /č/. A prosodic phoneme is recognized by a toneme and a chronoma. Daniel Jones' consonant and vowel analysis rule proved inadequate to solve all consonantrelated problems. Trubetskoy and Jacobson made a breakthrough in analyzing a phoneme by a distinguisher and a contrast. The analyzed componentsare: opposition system, bilateral and multilateral opposition system, prepositional opposition system and emotional opposition including the formation of neutralized phonemes and archiephonemes in German.  

One of the automatic sink products was made by Yogyakarta Technology University students. It is felt that this automatic sink product needs to be tested for its usability or ease of use. The USE questionnaire was used to carry out this test, and five test parameters were used. specifically, learning ability, efficiency, memory, error avoidance, and satisfaction. Based on its use, the purpose of this paper is to find out the user's opinion about the automatic sink product. The distribution of the USE questionnaire consisting of ten questions and five rating points on a Likert Scale was used to conduct this kind of quantitative descriptive research on consumers of automatic sink products. This study obtained usability measurement results for automatic sink products with a value of 84.67% on learnability, 96.22% on efficiency, 82.44% on memoriability, 88% on errors and 76.88% on satisfaction.

A good information system is actually needed for the work process in the shipyard because the project head's planning for the distribution of the project workload being carried out will result in a smooth production process, which will affect the completion time of the work to be carried out. Each of these stages is the final result stage where at this stage the author will draw conclusions to answer the formulation of the packing report based on writing which is prone to loss and damage. The development of an android-based ship repair information system that can be used to quickly and accurately report data required by the central supervisor allows for full monitoring of the new ship building process, which is standard practice in many shipyards that have a research methodology to solve the problem.    

In this era of globalization, marketing is more of an information warfare between different parties with the aim of making sales. The marketing environment is rapidly changing, and with these changes, the need for information, latest products, shifts in buyer attitudes and behaviors towards decision-making and product acquisition, as well as the ability to identify opportunities in appropriate marketing, becomes essential. This paper is a literature review using a qualitative descriptive approach, aiming to describe product mix strategies. The methodology employed for data collection is documentation, along with various articles and books, followed by content analysis. The findings of this paper reveal that studying consumers can provide insights for the development of new products, product uniqueness, pricing, distribution channels, advertising messages, and other new marketing elements. A focal point for understanding behavior is the stimulus-response model. Buyer characteristics and decision-making processes lead to specific buyer decisions. The marketing task involves comprehending what occurs in the buyer’s consciousness from external stimuli to the emergence of the buyer's purchasing decision.

Keerom Regency is one of the areas that has the potential for Batugamping mineral resources which is quite potential, this is evidenced by the existence of several mining business actors who are carrying out mining activities in the area. Based on the geological map of the Jayapura sheet (Taritatu Sheet) the distribution of limestone potential is quite evenly distributed in the Keerom Regency area. The distribution of limestone potential in Keerom Regency is spread in the Arso 1, Arso 4, Arso 10, Arso 13 areas to Senggi. Based on the results of the initial survey, mining activities in Keerom Regency have not been managed properly, because some mining sites have carried out mining activities but do not yet have legality, namely a mining permit (SIP), do not have a good and correct mine processing plan based on the mining stages, there are still locations where limestone is not yet known distribution, volume and even the amount of resources and reserves. The potential for limestone is a good investment opportunity if it is developed into a community mine that can provide added value to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have geological mapping activities and also the calculation of resource values. In this case, it concerns the quantity and quality of deposits to be able to provide information as a mineral database for the community as land owners and is also very useful for the Keerom Regency government. This research aims to determine the amount of limestone volume which can later be used as data base information during mining activities. The research also utilized the Surfer 11 application for the creation of topographic maps and to calculate the number of limestone volumes. This review dissects the ineffectualness of sentences in discourse messages in the Indonesian language book Class VIII of the Merdeka Educational program and in the Indonesian language module Topic 12 Class VI. This research analysis is approached using both theoretical and methodological approaches. The theoretical approach to analyzing effective sentences employs an analytical approach in the field of syntax, whereas the methodological approach employs a qualitative descriptive approach. This study's data were gathered through the use of note-taking and extensive reading as data collection methods. Reading the speech's text carefully and thoroughly is the initial step. Following that was to note any sentences in the speech's text that were deemed to be ineffective. The distribution method and the interactive analysis method were employed in this study's data analysis, which followed all data collection. Informal means of data presentation are used. Data can be presented informally by focusing on decomposition with common words. Tabular data presentation is also utilized for this research. Analysis results showed that sentences in speech text were ineffective due to the incompatibility of effective sentence characteristics like equivalence, parallelism, thriftiness, accuracy, coherence, and logic. The findings of this study enhance the researchers' understanding of the subject under investigation. The Indonesian government continues to make positive efforts in dealing with reducing food insecurity and food inflation that is occurring in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the existence of a social assistance distribution activity program in the form of BAPANG (Foodstuffs) to KPM (Beneficiary Families) throughout Indonesia. One of the POS Indonesia Branch Offices that performs distribution services is the Surabaya 60000 Main Branch Office. By carrying out a mature and structured preparation stage, KCU Surabaya 60000 is able to distribute BAPANG social assistance to the fullest. This is evidenced by the total disbursement of 137,879 BAPANG realizations out of a total allocation of 137,879 in phase 1 distribution and as many as 136,388 realizations of distribution out of a total allocation of 137,879 BAPANG in stage 2. Although it can be said that the distribution of BAPANG carried out by KCU Surabaya 60000 has been maximized, it is still there are a number of things that need to be improved so that the maximum amount of BAPANG distributed to KPM (Beneficiary Families) can be maximized.

The study addresses vowel phonology in English with a focus on basic concepts, phonemic analysis, change, and phonological rules. Vowel phonology involves the study of vowel sounds in language and the way they are organized and grouped in the language system. Vowel phonemic analysis identifies an inventory of vowel phonemes in English and classifies them based on differences in word meaning. The distribution of vowel phonemics and allophonies describes the mapping of vowel phonemes in a particular phonological context. Vowel phonological changes occur over time and are influenced by factors such as phonetic influences, phonological environment, and contact with other languages. The study also highlights examples of phonological changes in vowels in English, including diphthongs to monophhongs and shifts in vowel sound height. Vowel phonological rules govern the pronunciation of vowel sounds in English, including allophony rules and phonological environmental influences. This study aims to find out and analyze the role of the police in tackling illegal drug trafficking and find out what obstacles the police face in dealing with illegal drug trafficking at the Gorontalo City Police, based on the title raised in this study, researchers see the weakness of Indonesia's defense From the invasion of things that endanger society, thousands of illegal drugs have been circulating throughout Indonesia. This study uses empirical methods. The data collection process examined by researchers in this study were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques that support and relate to this research are interviews, observation and literature studies..The results of this study indicate that the cause of people becoming perpetrators of illegal drug distribution is because they want to get rich quickly, perpetrators take advantage of the lack of public knowledge about illegal drugs and the correct distribution mechanism according to the rules. There are several factors that support perpetrators involved in illegal drug trafficking. , namely: Economic factors and environmental and social factors. Illegal drug distribution in Indonesia is regulated in Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning health. The free circulation of illegal drugs in Indonesia has turned out to be used by many elements to gain large profits. Some transactions also occur online. The opportunity to buy cheap drugs and sell them at high/profitable prices is the motive of several individuals who have been caught in illegal drug trafficking. This will not happen if people are educated about economics and law. This is a joint responsibility of the government, the community, BPOM and the Indonesian National Police.

The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

Anemia is a health problem throughout the world, especially in developing countries where an estimated 30% of the world's population suffers from anemia. In Indonesia, one of the problems faced by adolescents is the problem of micronutrient nutrition, namely around 12% of male adolescents and 23% of female adolescents experience anemia, which is mostly due to iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemia. Anemia in adolescents specifically experienced by female adolescents will have a more serious impact, considering they are prospective mothers who will become pregnant and give birth to a baby, thus increasing the risk of maternal death, premature birth and low birth weight babies (LBW).The government has a routine program related to the distribution of iron tablets for women of childbearing age (WUS ), including adolescents and pregnant women. To support this program requires a good understanding for young women regarding anemia and the importance of blood-supplementing tablets, one of which is providing counseling to students at MTs N 1 Sumbawa with the aim of increasing knowledge about the dangers of anemia and the importance of taking tablets added blood. This community service activity was carried out on May 26 with the result that the knowledge and understanding of students about anemia was getting better, students also knew that taking iron tablets was important. Students are also motivated to meet their nutritional needs and increase adherence in taking iron tablets regularly.

The use of Indonesian can affect the distribution of power among local residents, either through the choice of words or phrases used, the style of communication, or access to information. The use of Indonesian by local residents also has implications for community empowerment and involvement. When people have broad access and a good understanding of Indonesian, they can participate actively in life. The use of Indonesian by local residents can also have an impact on cultural sustainability and create social harmony. Indonesian is stipulated in the 1945 Constitution and Indonesian has been studied in several countries. But that does not mean, the existence of the Indonesian language does not experience problems. Slang appears because of the dynamics in people's lives. The diversity of local cultures and languages ​​has a role and influence on the Indonesian language. It cannot be denied that cultural and linguistic diversity is the uniqueness of the Indonesian nation and a wealth that must be preserved. But this diversity affects Indonesian as the language of unity.

Geothermal energy is a renewable energy source that can be used to generate electricity, heat homes and businesses, and provide hot water for industrial processes. The interior of the Earth is hot, and this heat can be transferred to the surface through geological structures such as faults, fractures and sedimentary basins. These structures provide pathways for geothermal fluids to flow, and they can also trap these fluids, creating geothermal reservoirs. The type and size of geological structures that affect geothermal energy can vary depending on the location. For example, in some areas, faults and fractures are the most important structures, while in other areas, sedimentary basins are the most important. The distribution of these structures also plays a role in determining the potential for developing geothermal energy. The study of geological structure is very important to understand the distribution and potential of geothermal energy resources. By understanding how these structures influence the circulation and accumulation of geothermal fluids, we can develop and better manage these resources. This abstract provides a brief overview of the topic of geothermal energy and the role of geological structures in this field. News texts have an important role in life. Each sentence in the news text contains one or more information depending on the type of sentence used. The length of sentences in a news text makes it difficult for readers to digest the information presented. For this reason, this research is more focused on analyzing the phrases and sentences contained in news text excerpts. The goal is to make it easier for readers to understand the information in a sentence. Theoretically, this research is useful for adding insight into several types of phrases and sentences in Indonesian. The practical benefits obtained are in the form of ease in determining the core information of a phrase or sentence in a news text. This research is descriptive qualitative research that uses a pragmatic approach. The theoretical approach used in this research is the syntactic approach. The data used is in the form of news text excerpts from class VII Indonesian books which are suspected of having endocentric and exocentric phrases as well as single sentences and compound sentences. Retrieval of research data using literature study techniques, namely observing and noting. The data was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique combined with the distribution method in sorting the data. The results of this study are presented informally. From the research results of five news texts in class VII Indonesian books, 50 data were found which included 7 coordinating endocentric phrases, 10 attributive endocentric phrases, 4 appositive endocentric phrases, 9 directive exocentric phrases, 2 non-directive exocentric phrases, and 8 single sentences and 10 sentences compound.
