Introduction: Health Care Associated Infections (HAIs) often occur in hospitals. Infections classified as HAIs are surgical site infections. Compliance with wound care according to SPO, application of SSI budles and SC patient factors, namely: age, blood sugar levels and albumin levels contribute to the incidence of surgical site infections. This study aims to explain the relationship between SPO adherence to wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in sectio caesarea patients. Methods: This study uses a literature review. Search strategy on ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed. The journal reviewed is research on the relationship between SPO compliance with wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in cesarean section patients published in 2016-2023. Journals that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded, so that 5 journals were reviewed. Results: there is a relationship between adherence to SPO wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, age, blood sugar levels, and albumin levels of SC patients to the incidence of SSI. Discussion: Research recommends that nurses adhere to SPO and implement SSI bundles strictly in a compliant manner, as well as monitoring patient factors, such as: age, blood sugar levels, patient albumin levels are very important in preventing infection in the operating area.

Social history is history that focuses attention on neglected, alienated, or marginalized people who are actors of social history. The roles of the community in an event in the past are the focus of the discussion of social history. This study aims to examine the social development of Indonesian society throughout history. Use a qualitative approach and include information from secondary data sources, previous research or existing knowledge of organizations and institutions. The data collection method used by the author in this article, the author uses the library method (path search). The library method is a method used to collect information from books and magazines. Where this social history is populist. Thus it is very different from conventional political history which is elitist in nature. It can be said that without social history, the existence of economic history will feel bland and shallow because social history provides the necessary link in economic history where the scope can cover the daily life of the inhabitants of an area in the past, which includes humans with different economic relationships. -different.

Community Service Activities are one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that must be implemented. This community service activity was held in Karunia Village, PaloloDistrict, Sigi The method used is the mentoring and training approach or the Participatory Learning Process. Canuna Village. So the purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide material understanding of the importance of the leadership spirit of the younger generation through entrepreneurship. The results of the Community Service mean that community service activities like this are very beneficial for the village community in growing the leadership spirit of the younger generation. Participants in this activity were youth and community leaders. Participants were very enthusiastic about following the material through lectures, questions and answers and discussions, suggestions that can be given to the Village.

The socialization of the importance of advanced study preparation or employment before graduation for Vocational High School (SMK) students aims to provide profound understanding and strong motivation to students on the brink of graduation. The objective is to enable them to make meticulous and insightful assessments, leading to wise decisions about their educational trajectory, either in higher education or entering the professional world. This informative session takes place at State Vocational High School 2 Depok and is attended by students from the Petroleum and Petrochemical Processing Techniques (TPMP) department in grades 11 and 12. The well-executed event adheres to the predetermined plan and utilizes methods involving information dissemination and interactive discussions to engage participants in the targeted subject matter. The outcomes of this initiative involve an enhanced comprehension of the conveyed material and the cultivation of a robust motivational spirit within participants. The aim is to prepare them for the choices they will make after completing their education, encompassing the possibility of continuing studies at tertiary institutions or entering the workforce. Furthermore, participants gain a clearer insight into the steps involved in determining a career field that aligns with their interests and abilities, as well as choosing a college major that resonates with their competencies.  

Community service programs have been implemented at the head of the Muhammadiyah Sawit Boyolali branch. The purpose of the community service program is to plan the development of da'wah through the development of Muhammadiyah business charity  within the PCM Sawit Boyolali company. From the results of discussions held by the service team and management of the PCM Branch Leadership, it was agreed that the development of Muhammadiyah business charity was realized by planning the PCM Multipurpose Building. The problem that arises is that the land that will be used as the location for the construction of the Multipurpose Building is not yet available. The effort made is to invite all company residents to participate in the construction building. From the joint efforts of the Muhammadiyah Sawit branch leader, Boyolali received waqf land from company residents in the PCM Sawit environment. With the waqf land from the company's residents, the problems faced related to the location of the building placement have been solved.  

Financial planning and management for employees of  New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta hasn’t been done optimally. Some employees are unable to pay debts on time and unable to pay mandatory contributions because of various reasons. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge & skills in financial planning & management, especially for employees at New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta. This community service activity at New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo, Yogyakarta was carried out on April 05, 2023. The methods used in community service activities include counseling, discussion, questions and answers. The results, shows that community service activities at New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo, Yogyakarta succeeded in providing education about ideal financial planning to employees, including housewives and employees who aren’t married. Participants were able to understand the importance of planning finances systematically and managing expenses, income, and investments to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals.  

This article aims to review and attempt to confirm the concept of development of resource management and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that for the development of human resources and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources based on the concept, it can be done through: (a) Management training and development, (b) Identification of training and development needs, (c) Benefits, Training and development objectives, (d) Training Methods, (e) Benefits of performance management and (f) Performance measurement,(g) Performance management objectives.

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City. This study used a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method. The population used in this study were all employees working in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City and the sample used was 110 employees. This study uses a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method (saturated sampling). Data analysis in this study used the technique of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, have a direct effect on Employee Morale. The Variable of Work Communication partially has no positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. Variables Workload, Work Communication, work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City.

This research is aimed at knowing and analyzing what the teacher's role is in carrying out learning evaluation in schools. This research was carried out using qualitative research using the method of literature study or through literature study, namely collecting information relevant to the topic or problem that is the object of discussion which describes the role of the teacher in the evaluation of learning. The subject of this research is the teacher who plays a role in carrying out the evaluation of learning in schools. The results of this study indicate that in the learning evaluation process, the teacher acts as an evaluator whose function is to find out whether or not a teacher is successful in the learning process, or evaluation can also be said to be a determinant to find out whether the process/method of teaching and learning must be maintained or improved.  

The use of Video Telling Story Media is a method that is applied in the English Dormitory listening comprehension class. This research is qualitative research, by conducting descriptive analysis using primary data and secondary data. This study uses data collection methods in the form of interview, observation, and documentation using data analysis techniques in the form of reduction (data reduction), data display (presentation), and verification (conclusion). Based on the results of research obtained in research and discussion, it is known that the implementation of Media Video Telling Story has a good impact on students, Students' listening skills increased rapidly because in the videos they watched there were subtitles that helped students guess vocabulary that was not heard.

The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained.  The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin or the body is ineffective using insulin. Based on the community diagnosis in the community RT.17 Wonorejo village in 2022, Diabetes Melitus as a priority of health problems that must be interferenced because the percentage of diabetes case mellitus by 3.1%. Alternative troubleshooting Diabetes Mellitus in Wonorejo RT 17 village is with CERDAS program. The CERDAS program consists of the activities of establishing and coaching, citing, and blood sugar examination. The purpose of the CERDAS program is to improve the knowledge of the public about diabetes mellitus and encourage the community to regularly check blood sugar examination. The method of implementing the CERDAS program is a lecture and discussion. The results of the devotion showed by the development of 100% CERDAS cadre knowledge included in either category and 100% CERDAS cadre can perform its duties. The CERDAS cadre is prepared to assist free counseling and examination of free blood supervisors and provide information on diabetes mellitus through the whatsapp group. Community knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus after extension is included with a good category of 57.7% and category less than 42.5%.

Abstract consist of the background of the problem, The results of the interviews also explained that teachers had difficulty making teaching aids or learning media so that they experienced obstacles in providing material to students. Based on data analysis and discussion of research results, then associated with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, it was concluded that the validation of the media developed by the researchers received an assessment of 94%, meaning that the reliability of the media obtained results worthy of slight revisions. Validation of the material developed by researchers received an assessment reaches 89%, meaning that the reliability of the material in the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practicality validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment from the teacher validator reaches 95%, it means that the practicality reliability of the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practical validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment From the responses of the students, it was obtained that the percentage mode was ≥ 80% with the category suitable for use. Validation of the effectiveness of the media developed by researchers. From the 10 questionnaire statements, the mode percentage was obtained ≥ 90% with the category suitable for use, and the results of critical thinking test questions from the pretest value of 54% with the value of the increase in the posttest from the value of 95%. Therefore it can be concluded that the pretest data for students' critical thinking skills is very good because they have reached the specified KKM

The Region V Airport Authority Office as UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) within the Ministry of Transportation is under the auspices and is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Director of Air Transportation. The function of the Region V Airport Authority is to supervise, control, and regulate aviation activities. This research aims to find out (1) How is the quality of the Inspector's supervision of flight security in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) The obstacles faced by aviation inspectors in the avsec field and the efforts made by inspectors in conducting surveillance in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, in February - March 2023, this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The data in this study used primary and secondary data, data collection in this study was by interview, observation and documentation. And the tringulation technique to test the reliability of the data. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) the quality supervision of inspectors on aviation security in the terminal area is good as evidenced by training, field practice and has followed applicable regulations such as PM 41 of 2011 which contains airport authority inspectors only as regulators who carry out supervision of activities in the field. (2) and the obstacles faced by inspectors in the terminal area, namely limited security area cooking permits for this obstacle, the inspectors have carried out surveillance of the avsec and if the inspectors find that the person is categorized as endangering flight activities, the inspectors take action against the person without having to contact the avsec on duty in the terminal area, office busy hours for the office busy hours themselves, the inspectors use breaks or office hours to keep monitoring in the terminal area, and finally the culture as the inspectors themselves are firm and give an appeal that the actions they take are wrong.

The purpose of this research is to define marketing, human resources, and functional strategies. On the other hand, the role and purpose of marketing is to help a business achieve its goals by placing goods and services profitably in the market. This research approach is qualitative, namely research that is natural and produces descriptive information. In this study, information was collected through a research literature study from journals, books, theses, or theses that provide theoretical discussion. The findings of this study indicate that functional strategy and human resource strategy have no effect on business performance, but financial strategy and marketing strategy do.

Mr. Joko Widodo, The President of the Republic of Indonesia, has recently been inseparable from various hot issues that have been debated in the community during his tenure for two terms. In recent years, there have been  discussions for postponing elections  made by a range of political figures, and people who support the issue. The big impact caused by this discourse includes demonstrations and resistance from the community. The stability of a country is also affected by an increasingly tense political situation. The danger of democracy allowing its people's freedom to speak raises political turmoil, which can undermine the values of constitutional sovereignty and democracy. The article investigates Indonesia's laws governing the delay of national elections and the recommendations for the implementation of the discourse on postponing the general election against the sovereignty of the constitution and democracy as well as the consequences of its implementation. The study's methodology is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual focus. Data were gathered through a literature review of secondary legal materials, such as the general election law, secondary sources in the form of journals and books, and tertiary sources in the form of articles from websites. The conclusion of the findings of this article in the form of a constitution does not regulate or require the prorogation of the general elected. However, to strive for the agenda, there is a method of forming a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law that involves a mismatch in the periodization of the position of state stakeholder described in the 1945 Constitution and is an indication of contraindications to constitutional sovereignty. Constitutional amendments are the second option that can pose a threat to the sustainability of electoral principles that are part of a form of democratic sovereignty.

The purpose of this writing is to identify, study and analyze procedural diversion for children in conflict with the law in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In this paper the author uses the normative juridical method. In the conclusion of the discussion, children who are in conflict with the law are considered as legal subjects who are not competent and do not understand what they are doing. Investigation of child cases is carried out by investigators appointed by Decree of the Head of the Indonesian National Police or other officials appointed by the Head of the Indonesian National Police. If the Diversion succeeds in reaching an agreement, the Investigator will submit the Minutes of Diversion along with the Diversion Agreement to the head of the district court for stipulation. Meanwhile, if the Diversion process fails, the Investigator must continue the investigation and transfer the case to the Public Prosecutor by attaching the Minutes of Diversion and minutes of community research. Arrested children must be entrusted to the LPKS. The cost for each child placed in the LPKS is borne by the budget of the ministry that administers government affairs in the social sector. The role of diversion as an effort to protect the rights of children's rights is expected to solve the problems of children who are in conflict with the law. When a child is faced with a formal criminal justice process, it is certain that the child will lose his freedom. By diverting, the freedom of children is still guaranteed, and the deprivation of independence for them can be avoided. Diversion is a very meaningful effort to provide protection for children who are in conflict with the law so that they can fulfill the basic rights of children.

This research article has the title "Building a Justice and Dignified Pancasila Law State". In this study, a qualitative method was applied using a normative juridical approach. The data that will be used later is related data from a book, academic writing, report or other written additional source. The source of the data collection correlates with the title under study, the data is collected from main legal sources as well as additional legal sources. The aim of this study is to examine whether the Pancasila legal state has a system that is justice and dignified for its people. The theories used are theories that correlate with the rule of law. The results of the discussion and analysis show that the Pancasila legal state has not fully realized a justice and dignified system. After knowing this, this article will examine how the Pancasila legal state can fulfill these two aspects with efforts to build and reorganize so that the Pancasila legal state can create a system that is justice and dignified for society.

This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.
