The rapid development of information and communication technology is beneficial to all areas of life, where through information technology the process of collecting, processing data to presenting information becomes very fast, precise and accurate. This development makes computer science an integral part of human life. Computers are generally used for processing data to produce information. With the many conveniences that can be obtained by using this computerized system, not a few organizations have implemented this computerized system. Computer systems enable organizations to manage large amounts of data and information, thereby of course helping organizations make decisions quickly and accurately in determining organizational strategies and policies. The current development of information technology also makes competition between institutions in terms of service quality an added value in attracting the interest of all stakeholders because transparency, accountability and quality of information will be more effective and efficient.

Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Increasing the competence or expertise of HR can support an increase in employee performance. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. In this case, effective performance management includes the process of measuring employee performance objectively through a series of appropriate performance indicators. The problems that have been the inhibiting factors are 1) the process of determining the best employees still uses conventional methods, so errors often occur in evaluating employee performance, 2) there is no system or method that can quickly, precisely and accurately determine the best employees at CV Diana Cosmetics Bandung, so as to produce reports that are more organized, so that they can be used as a reference for future elections. Implementation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for Determining the Best Employees at CV. Diana Cosmetics Bandung is the right method to use so that the final result can be obtained by multiplying the priority criteria value with the priority value of the sub criteria according to the Employee value data, for example the value "0.17" in the discipline column row A results from "0.41" ( obtained from the sufficient value of employee A, the priority of the sub criteria is sufficient on discipline) multiplied by the priority of the disciplinary criteria "0.42".

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the Implementation of the Zoning System Policy for New Student Admissions (PPDB) at the Junior High School Level in Karimun Regency, especially at SMP Negeri 1 Karimun and SMP Negeri 4 One Cliif Roof. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data sources. The theory used in this study is the Van Metre Van Horn Theory with six indicators: policy measures or objectives, resources, implementing characteristics, attitudes/dispositions, inter-organisational communication, social environment, economy, and politics. The study's findings are as follows: (1) the size and objectives of the zoning system policy at SMP Negeri 1 Karimun and SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Tebing have been operating in accordance with the established regulations even though the standards of success are not appropriate. (2) HR has already established quantity and quality but there are still facilities such as classrooms that are damaged. (3) the executors comprehend and perform their duties in accordance with the rules in a strict and disciplined manner; and (4) there are still pros and cons from the community, so far the executors have been very elpful in implementing the zoning system. (5) There has been inter-organizational communication; nevertheless, posters and socialisation have not all been dispersed equally. 6) From a societal standpoint, the general populace still doesn't understand computers. It has been operating in accordance with its objectives from an economic and political standpoint. The study's findings indicate that the PPDB zoning system has been implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Karimun and SMP Negeri 4 One Cliif Roof Tebing in accordance with Permendikbud Regulation Number 1 of 2021 and the technical guidelines established by the Regent of Karimun Regency prior to the start of new student admissions.

This research has an impact on the service sector business which is currently booming. Service businesses must have a certain strategy in order to be able to provide progress towards achievement because of the many service competitors they face. Therefore the quality of service and promotion is very influential in attracting consumer repurchase interest. The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on business progress. Currently, modern marketing strategies use more self-service systems. This research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Respondents in this study were consumers, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had visited at least 1 time and had made a repeat purchase. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer repurchase intentions in the service sector. The results of the correlation between the independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, are able to explain the dependent variable repurchase intention of 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors or by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.  This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.

Advances in technology have made Accounting Information Systems an inseparable part of all forms of organization. Organizations use standardized systems to ensure a balance of comparison and reporting. The application of the Accounting Information System (SIA) in non-governmental organizations has not been carried out optimally due to several obstacles. This study seeks to explore the use of accounting information systems used by non-governmental organizations in the Central Java region and to determine whether these organizations are capable of designing systems independently in accordance with international standards. The study also evaluates system usage, user competence, system quality, design capabilities and their impact on financial reporting. The research method used surveys and interviews of 50 employees of non-governmental organizations who had used accounting information systems. Quantitative data processing using the SPSS program and thematic analysis for interview results. The findings of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Accounting Confirmation System and financial reporting. The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between AIS and financial reporting. However, it was also found that not all were able to design the SIA independently due to a shortage of experts and funding.

The number of complaints from patients who are being treated at the hospital has become evidence that the management of the service system has not paid enough attention to it. So it is necessary to examine in depth the causes of these problems. That is what underlies the researcher wants to find out whether hospital facilities and services have an effect on patient satisfaction with hospital image as an intervening variable at the Haji Abdul Manan Regional General Hospital. This type of research uses causal research which aims to test hypotheses on a causal relationship between one variable and another. The study sample consisted of 315 patients. The results of the study show that hospital facilities have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Because with the appropriate facilities, patients will feel comfortable visiting the hospital. Likewise, hospital services also have a very large influence on the level of patient satisfaction. With good and comfortable service. Then the patient will get calm and will speed up the healing process for the patient. So it was concluded that quality and service greatly influence patient satisfaction at Umun Regional Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang Hospital.

Employees are Human Resources who are very important to achieve the company's vision and mission. Employees have a significant impact on the company's growth and ability to compete in the market. One way to create quality human resources, we need a system to determine exemplary employees. One way to determine employees by using a decision support system. Decision support systems are made to determine exemplary employees in a company based on predetermined weights. The method used in this system is Simple Additive Weighting because it has the advantage of being able to determine the weight value of each attribute. The results obtained from calculations using this system are the names of exemplary employees who have been sorted according to their ranking from the top to the bottom and this system can be used by companies to make it easier to give rewards or appreciation in determining exemplary employees.

Ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is used to reduce pain due to inflammation in various rheumatic conditions and degenerative disorders of the skeletal muscle system. In the manufacture of drugs, the examination of the levels of active substances is a requirement that must be met to ensure the quality of the drug. One of the quality requirements is that the content contained must meet the level requirements listed in the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the levels of generic and trade name ketoprofen tablets on the market meet the requirements of the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia levels.This research is descriptive using UV-spectrophotometric method, with 0.1NN NaOH as solvent. The samples used in this study were 4 generic ketoprofen tablets and trade names. The test parameters of this research include Preparation of Standard Parent Solution I (LIB I), Preparation of Solution (LIB II). Determination of maximum wavelength, Determination of linearity of the Calibration Curve and Determination of Ketoprofen levels in tablet preparations. From the test results on samples obtained generic ketoprofen tablets (PT. Hexpharm jaya) of 103.70% ± 0.4280%, ketoprofen tablets with the trade name Kaltropen (PT. Kalbe Farma) of 106.38% ± 0.4879%, tablets Generic ketoprofen (PT. Bernofarm) 102.10%±1.9450%, and generic ketoprofen tablets (PT.Novell) 100.22%±0.8754%. All tablets found met the requirements for the general content, namely the content of the active substance was not less than 99% and not more than 110% of the amount stated on the label.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran LIS dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Studi ini difokuskan pada tinjauan literatur yang terkait dengan dampak LIS pada operasional laboratorium dan pengaruhnya terhadap berbagai aspek mutu pelayanan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa LIS memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses laboratorium melalui otomatisasi, pengelolaan alur kerja yang terstruktur, dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih baik. Sistem ini juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap akurasi hasil pengujian melalui pencatatan data elektronik dan mekanisme validasi otomatis.   Selain itu, LIS memungkinkan pengelolaan data terintegrasi, memfasilitasi akses cepat ke informasi pasien, hasil pengujian, dan data terkait laboratorium lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan analisis data dan proses pengambilan keputusan.Selain itu, LIS memfasilitasi pengelolaan alur kerja yang efisien, mengurangi waktu respons, dan memastikan pengiriman hasil pengujian tepat waktu. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan praktik pengendalian kualitas dengan menyediakan alat untuk pemantauan kualitas rutin, analisis tren, dan identifikasi penyimpangan dari standar mutu secara tepat waktu. Implementasi LIS membutuhkan pelatihan dan dukungan yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan potensinya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Sebagai kesimpulan, integrasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium dalam pengaturan laboratorium memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium. LIS meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi hasil pengujian, pengelolaan data, alur kerja, dan praktik pengendalian kualitas. Disarankan agar laboratorium mempertimbangkan adopsi dan optimalisasi LIS untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dan memberikan pelayanan laboratorium berkualitas tinggi.

The purpose of this theoretical literature review is to find out how leveraging technology can improve the quality of the performance of health workers. The research method used by the author, namely theoretical review, is a theoretical approach used by researchers to explain research problems. This method is to review or review various literature that has been published by academics or other researchers. The results of this theoretical literature review are leveraging technology to improve the quality of performance of health workers, namely by increasing understanding, using technology effectiveness and increasing targets. It can be concluded that the more a person can develop and improve their abilities in the field of technology, the more technologies are created which will have an impact on the quality of performance that a person gets. So, nothing is impossible to present and use the advanced information technology of the future. For health workers the use of technology as a system based on smart technology. It is hoped that health workers will always hone their skills, learn new things, and have the ability to apply modern technology. This can make the performance assessment of health workers to improve the reputation of the institution.

Outpatient services are an important part of health services provided by hospitals. However, some BPJS hospitals experience obstacles in providing efficient and quality outpatient services, such as long queues, long waiting times, and lack of a good management system. the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals can help hospitals improve operational performance, so as to increase public trust in BPJS Health. This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals. This research uses a literature study method or Systematic Literature Review using the Google Scholar search engine and journal databases, such as Researchgate. The results showed that most outpatient service activities for BPJS patients still have patient waiting times below the established service standards. In analyzing the flow that patients go through, each activity is identified into two groups, namely Value Added (VA) as an activity that is considered necessary and profitable and Non Value Added (NVA) as an activity that is considered unnecessary. Based on the percentage of waste in the form of the largest waiting time can be described, namely, 35.1% in the registration process, 30.2% in the poly examination process, and 20.7% in the process of receiving drugs in the pharmaceutical installation

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative size and type of cooperative on the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) Testing the quality of the data, namely the validity test and reliability test, 2) The classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, 3) Multiple linear regression analysis, 4) The coefficient of determination (), and 5) Test the hypothesis, namely the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the size of large cooperatives has a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system, namely 36.00, while the size of medium cooperatives has an effect of 32.81 and small cooperatives have an influence at 17.20. 2) consumer cooperatives have a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system that is equal to 27.61, while savings and loan cooperatives have an influence of 27.11 and service cooperatives have an influence of 15.54. and 3) Cooperative size and type of cooperative simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on quality internal control system, this is indicated by the significant value of the size of the cooperative (0.000) and the type of cooperative (0.046) <0.05.

The internet is a computer network system that is connected to each other. To achieve an internet, you need a fiber optic network that can transfer certain information data up to speeds of up to 100Mbps. However, customer service often receives customer complaints regarding unstable Indihome network services in the Banyumanik STO area. So it is necessary to do research on Fiber Optic Network Analysis from Server to Optical Network Terminal (ONT) at PT Telkom Access Banyumanik STO Using the Fishbone Method. To analyze the causes that affect the quality of fiber optic network for good or bad. Network quality analysis was carried out using the Fishbone Diagram method as a basis for obtaining the results of measuring the quality of fiber optic networks at ODC BMK FAE/ODP BMK FAE 016 Jalan Banjarsari Barat – Jalan Tembalang Selatan. The results of network quality analysis through brainstorming sessions with 11 employees of PT Telkom Access obtained an average answer of 92%. Then measure the quality of the network in the field, namely from the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) to the Customer. The results obtained are directly proportional to the standard network quality analysis with an attenuation value of -19.10 dBm. So it can be concluded that the case study area has good network quality because the results of the average value of the questionnaire answers and the measurement results of the case study area have a value above the standard.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method which aims to dig up information about how much research has done on the topic of the effect of breakfast on the level of learning concentration for elementary school students. Systematic literature review is a technique that systematically examines research on a particular topic by identifying, assessing, selecting, and compiling questions that will be specifically discussed according to predetermined criteria, based on previous research that is of high quality and relevant to the question under study. Based on the results, it was shown that of the four journals that had been analyzed, two journals did not have a significant relationship and the other two journals had a significant relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students.

The North Sumatra State Islamic University Library has developed an online database system to store and share information resources with users. This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

The Islamic Student Association (HMI) is an umbrella organization with a clear model of being Indonesian and Islamic, providing a platform to train and develop leaders with honesty and quality determination, faith and responsibility. The factors that provide direction within the organization to adopt an Enterprise Architecture (EA) system are aimed at enhancing what the organization needs. Enterprise architecture or what can be called Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a description of the task in question consisting of knowledge, actions, direction from the organization and architectural performance parameters in the description of the design or plan and development of an integrated system. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that is widely used in creating enterprise or organizational architectures. TOGAF offers methods and tools for creating, running, implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures in existing systems. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint that is expected to be useful for organizations as material to assist IT development in HMI.

Verticulture or what can be called vertical farming is a system of cultivating plants vertically, so that the planting medium is put in a container that stands and rises up. This cultivation technique can be used in two ways, namely with water and soil as the planting medium. Pakcoy can be harvested when it is 40-50 days old, while curly lettuce can be harvested when it is 40-60 days old. This verticulture cultivation uses a mixture of several planting media such as soil, cocopeat, roasted husks, and kohe. The goal is for the plants to meet their nutritional needs and nutrients, so that the plants can grow optimally and have good quality.
