This research aims to ; 1) To find out how the Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) are conducted; 2) To find out what the professional competence of Indonesian language teachers at Tanjung Pinang City Middle School is. 3) To determine the influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools. The research subjects were 45 Indonesian Language Teachers at Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation questionnaires. The research results show that Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) activities reached 87%. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire data which reached 87%, which is in the range of 81-100% in the Very Good category. Meanwhile, research results on teacher professional competence reached 86%, this is proven by the results of questionnaire data which reached 86%, which is in the range of 81-100% in the Very Good category. The influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle School. The calculation results obtained a value of rxy = 0.838 which is between (0.800 - 1.000). Thus, rcount is greater than rtable at the 5% significance level and 1% significance level (0.294 < 0.380 < 0.838), this means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the correlation analysis value shows that the influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools is 70.2%.  

This research is motivated by the effect of securities on financial market development and investment preparation. Securities have a role to determine how to develop financial markets. Talking about securities cannot be separated from trade transactions, because the birth of securities is intended to improve, facilitate and secure transactions in the world of commerce. Based on these problems, the authors conducted research on how securities can be used in developing financial markets and preparing for investment. This research method through the collection of case studies and data from previous journals. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of securities can regulate and control financial markets through existing laws.

Learning evaluation is important for an educational institution. With the evaluation, it is hoped that new ideas will emerge from the deficiencies that occur in the field. An evaluation that goes well will be able to provide good development to educational institutions. This study aims to find out how learning evaluation planning is related to school development. This study used the method of literature review (library research). The research results concluded that evaluation planning has a very important influence on implementation in the field. Without a structured plan, the purpose of the evaluation will not be achieved effectively or efficiently. Therefore, it should pay attention to what is the basis or planning in conducting an evaluation. That way, it is hoped that later it will be able to answer what are the obstacles, challenges, and obstacles to learning, both from the teacher and the students themselves.

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penelitian dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya air yang berkelanjutan secara efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci: Sumber Daya Air; Lingkungan; Bibliometrik; Biblioshiny;     ABSTRACT   The management of water resources is crucial for the survival of both humans and the environment. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service? The hypothesis in this study is that work discipline and career development have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Central Tapanuli Regency. population amounted to 117 people and a sample of 54 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from field research and literature studies. The results obtained work discipline and career development simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Central Tapanuli Regency, where Fcount (44.747) is greater than Ftable (3, 13) or (44.747 > 3.13) Partially, the work discipline variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 4.056 > t-table value is 2.004. Partially the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > the t-table value is 2.004. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.554 means that 55.4% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline and career development. While the remaining 44.6% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

This research on teacher performance aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and career development on teacher performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in the Education Coordination Unit, Mlonggo District, Jepara Regency, amounting to 298 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study based on Isaac's table and with an error rate of 5%, obtained 158, and the data processed were 125. The method of analysis used path analysis with multiple regression models. The results of hypothesis testing show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the organizational commitment. Career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the better the career development, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the better the teacher's performance. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the better the teacher's performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance so that it can be interpreted that the better the career development carried out, the better the teacher's performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of career development on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of career development on teacher performance.

This study aims to identify the problems faced and develop strategies for developing UMKM as a form of optimization in improving the economy in Tamansuruh Village Banyuwangi. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis consisting of reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in general the problems faced by MSME actors in Tamansuruh Village include capital, marketing, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, the introduction of information technology, so that UMKM in Tamansuruh Village have not been able to run optimally. the strategies obtained are minimizing financing, considering the risks of the decisions made and conducting professional recruitment.

The ability to understand and utilize technology, especially for learning media, is very supportive in learning more creative Tridimensional designs. Information Technology is a method that should be used in the learning process, it is hoped that it will optimize the learning of fine arts in the Sendratasik study program. The purpose of this research is to develop references for learning the three-dimensional nirmana and increase the competence of students in the Sendratasik Study Program at the University of Palangka Raya in learning fine arts, namely the tri-dimensional nirmana. In this study used the Research and Development (R&D) method. The Research and Development stage is the development of learning references by making tridimensional nirmana infographics using the Canva application. Until a nirmana infographic design is produced. Then the Development stage is continued by presenting the results of the infographic design through a workshop to determine the level of student understanding of the three-dimensional nirmana learning references.

PKM activities were held in Ngaduman Hamlet, Kel. Title, Kec. Getasan, Semarang Regency. This activity involves several stakeholders. Promoting and cultivating Sapta Pesona Wisata in everyday life has a much broader objective, namely to increase national discipline and national identity which will also enhance the good image of the nation and state. The large number of tourist objects makes the government pay less attention to tourist objects that are not included in the Priority Tourism Objects. However, developing and managing tourist objects as a whole is one of the government's main tasks in sustainability  

Wilayah hinterland Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo mempunyai keunggulan yang kompetitif diberbagai sektor, sehingga berperan penting untuk memajukan dan mengembangkan perekonomian terkhusus daerah bagian utara Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pelayanan Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit terhadap kegiatan bongkar muat barang dikategorikan masih kurang baik, penyebabnya adalah minimnya infrastruktur yang dimiliki oleh Pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan terhadap Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa diagram SWOT IFAS/EFAS terletak di kuadran I sehingga strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk pengembangan Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo adalah strategi agresif dengan strategi pemaksimalan pemakaian dermaga, lapangan penumpukan, dan pelayanan dokumen untuk menangantisipasi kenaikan arus kunjungan kapal dan barang, melakukan penambahan infra dan suprastruktur Pelabuhan, pengadaan fasilitas dan peralatan yang modern sehingga proses bongkar muat dan sandar kapal dapat berjalan dengan mudah, cepat dan aman.

The aim of this digital marketing training activity is to increase participants' knowledge in terms of utilizing digital platforms, as well as provide alternative livelihood options for participants to increase their income. Therefore, the identity of the product itself is needed in the industrial era 4.0. This research method was carried out offline using two sessions, namely, an explanation regarding labeling and digital marketing and practicing how to make labels. Therefore, KKN students carry out a work program in the form of regular assistance to MSME business actors related to making labels to make attractive packaging. The training for labeling and digital marketing has gone according to the wishes and expectations of two parties, namely the owner of the Soybean Crackers "BERKAH" UMKM and also from the East Java UPN "Veteran" Community Service Students. It is hoped that the holding of this training can support and further develop MSMEs in the Bendo Village area, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City.

In today’s modern era, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must be able to innovate in order to attract the attention of consumers and maintain their efforts. Many UMKMs experienced a decline in sales and could not grow even bankrupt during the Covid-19 pandemic last year. These conditions make the UMKM perpetrators have to think to be able to survive for the sake of their efforts. The transition of offline shopping to online (digitalized) in modern times will make it easier for UMKM to expand marketing access. The role of digital technology has a significant impact on UMKM. Emerging technological paradigms leverage the potential of a stronger and more sustainable UMKM. Social media and e-commerce can be the sales container of UMKM offenders. The aim of the community empowerment program on UMKM in the Middle East is to provide support for digital marketing training as an effort to develop and expand the technology-based marketing network (digital). After doing this dedication, it is hoped that the UMKM perpetrators in the Middle Coral Coral will continue to synergize for the sustainability of UMKM and the development of the economy of the community.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, workload and incentives on employee loyalty. Data was collected using a questionnaire on employees of the Public and State Property Section, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique is saturated with a total of 35 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of multiple linear analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Y = 2.382 + 0.202 (X1) + 0.452 (X2) + 0.151 (X3) + €, so that it can be partially concluded that Career Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Workload and Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty in General and Property Sections State, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta.

In entrepreneurship, of course, it is necessary to apply the science of financial governance in order to develop a business so that it can develop. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the science of financial governance in the Kangvifo FnB business. The research method uses qualitative data, the data source is primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation of financial reports from September to December. The results of this study indicate the application of the science of financial governance to the Kangvifo FnB business, which previously did not carry out financial management properly and after being assisted has carried out such planning as making a price list for the types of product photos to be photographed, sales targets, and has recorded reports. working capital, statement of cash flows, and statement of income

Sibalaya Selatan Village has 6 SMEs consisting of culinary SMEs, selling/product SMEs and service SMEs. South Sibalaya Village does not yet have policies or programs related to the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village. In the development of MSMEs, there is a need for cooperation between internal parties, namely business actors and external parties, namely the government to optimize their potential and improve the economy. This is what prompted research on the role of the village government in the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village.

This activity aims to find out how the food business development strategy is in setting product prices in the D&A geprek chicken business. The implementation method used is how to determine the time and duration of the activity and the place where the activity will be carried out. Determine the location where to market the product and provide the necessary tools and materials. Carry out the process of production, packaging, and how to market the product. Set the price and product quality in order to compete with other competitors in the city of hammer. The results of this activity show that D&A's Geprek Chicken can compete with other Geprek sellers in Palu City, due to the lower price setting strategy compared to other sellers. And during this activity, D&A's geprek chicken was able to sell geprek chicken according to the turnover target, even more than the turnover target.

The purpose of the study of Rambang Palangka Raya Port using SWOT analysis is to identify internal and external factors that can influence the development of the tourism potential of Rambang Port. The survey method is a qualitative approach using the SWOT analysis tool. Overall, the Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS) show that Lambang Harbor has great potential for tourism development. However, several elements still need to be improved so that this tourist destination can develop better. Appropriate strategies must be implemented to overcome weaknesses and take advantage of existing opportunities to promote regional tourism development. Lanbang Port is expected to become an attractive and popular tourist destination. Research can be carried out to support the development of Lambang Port tourism. Studying tourist preferences will help determine the factors that influence tourist decisions in choosing this natural tourism destination, as well as help determine the type and size of facilities most needed to optimize local tourism management. Research on marketing and promotion strategies can help increase tourist visits to Rambang Harbor by identifying more specific tourist preferences and needs.
