Gout is caused by several things, one of which is the consumption of foods high in purine, choosing the right food menu for all foods consumed is an obligation... apart from this, there are various other factors that can increase the risk of this disease, namely increasing age and male gender, family health history, obesity, consumption of certain medications, certain medical conditions, unhealthy lifestyles and injuries due to surgery. The low priority given by health services to non-communicable diseases and inadequate public knowledge. Gout is a public health problem in Indonesia and is still not fully addressed. Knowledge and assistance regarding the right food to consume is a solution in overcoming this problem. For this reason, the authors in this study developed an expert system as a reference for gout risk to improve healthy lifestyle patterns. This system was developed with 2 benefits, namely getting recommendations and monitoring uric acid levels. As a result of the tests carried out, it is known that from a health practitioner's point of view, the system developed is suitable for use to accompany prevention and monitoring activities for gout sufferers and the information regarding the patient's dietary history presented by the system can be used as evaluation material during control. Users strongly agree with the system created due to lack of knowledge and lack of control in consuming foods that cause gout.

The rapid development of information technology has penetrated into various sectors of life, including in the health sector, which has also had an impact on the development of computer-based medical record systems. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Electronic Medical Records at the Internal Medicine Clinic at Kembangan Hospital. The research method uses descriptive methods with qualitative analysis on 10 informants by means of observation and interviews which will provide an overview and see directly a situation when the use of electronic medical records is carried out. The results showed that the hospital already had an SOP for filling in electronic medical records, which was not implemented according to what the officers did. The use of Electronic Medical Records, especially in the Internal Medicine Polyclinic, has gone well. Constraints from 5M Factor, namely Man, there are still registration officers who are incomplete or incorrect in filling in patient identity data, PPA (Professional Caring Provider) is incomplete in filling in patient diagnoses, Internet network material is sometimes slow, and the server is sometimes down, user complaints include display is less efficient, when filling. It is suggested to the Medical Record Unit, IT team and hospital management to evaluate the SOP, revise and socialize it in order to reduce the human error factor. Kembangan Hospital needs to improve the appearance of SIMRS Khanza to make it more attractive so as to increase the enthusiasm of the officers in inputting medical record data at SIMRS. Cyber Security for Higher Education Academic Information System (AIS) data is an increasingly important issue along with the increasing dependence of higher education on information technology. Students have their education data in the Academic Information System (AIS) which is owned by each campus. Campuses are obliged to give their students the right to privacy and the right to information. The right to privacy and limitations on the right to information include state protection of personal data. In this way, students have the right to receive protection for their personal data in the academic information system (AIS). This is regulated by the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), which are an important foundation for regulations on data management and cyber security systems. This research uses a journal literature review method which aims to investigate the security threats faced by Academic Information System (AIS) data and to design effective protection strategies. The methods used include risk analysis, identification of system vulnerabilities, and development of appropriate security policies. The findings show that sensitive data such as student personal information and academic records are the main targets for attackers. Therefore, the need to implement security measures such as data encryption, use of double authentication, strict system monitoring, as well as training for information system users is very important. Through a policy analysis approach and literature study, this research aims to identify strategies and best practices in integrating national values into cyber security policies and practices. It is hoped that this research will provide an overview of the importance of national principles in terms of cyber security in higher education. It will also provide recommendations for institutions to improve academic information systems in accordance with the country's constitution.

Ketosari Bener Purworejo Village is geographically one of the villages with narrow roads, with steep inclines and descents. Under these conditions, of course every vehicle, whether car or motorbike, that passes this road must be in good condition. A good engine condition is not enough if it is not supported by a good braking system. The condition of the engine and the performance of the brake system must be ensured that there is no interference or damage. This service activity aims to provide knowledge and information as well as practical or light skills to overcome problems and damage to motorbike brakes to the community. Service activities begin with preparation, implementation and reflection on activities. The training activities were carried out in the form of workshops, material presentations and questions and answers. The evaluation results obtained were: 1) Implementation of activities at 90%, 2) Mastery of resource material with a score of 95%, 3) Usefulness of the material or program with a score of 92%, and 4) Participant satisfaction with a score of 89%.

In the constantly advancing era of digitalisation, ensuring cyber security has become essential in preserving the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of organisational data. The primary focus of this research is to emphasise the importance of cybersecurity awareness in safeguarding systems and information. The 1945 Constitution serves as the primary governing document for the government and legal system. The 1945 Constitution enacts legislation that ensures freedom of expression, a pertinent principle in cyber security. This research aimed to examine the role of security management in enhancing cyber security by applying principles in accordance with the 1945 Constitution. This research identified the factors affecting cyber security awareness and proposed strategies to enhance user awareness through a comprehensive literature review and examined recent findings. Security management is essential for guaranteeing the security of IT systems and infrastructure. Based on a literature review, this study determined the role of security management in assisting organisations in identifying, managing, and addressing security threats effectively. In addition, the hypothesised findings concluded that advancing cyber security in Indonesia is a fundamental aspect of state sovereignty, as stated in the 1945 Constitution and the principle of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). These findings demonstrated the significance of comprehending cyber security for users and organisations and the necessity of international cooperation in the realm of national security in cyber. By gaining a more comprehensive comprehension of the function of security management, it is anticipated that organisations can enhance security protocols and mitigate security vulnerabilities as they confront the challenges of the present digital age.

Sabu woven fabric is one of the cultural heritages of Sabu Island. In addition to being a cultural heritage, Sabu woven fabric is one of the handicrafts that still exist today which is preserved by Sabu women. Based on its manufacture, the classification process of Sabu woven fabric is based on color or motif identification. However, the classification process is not an easy process, because the classification process requires time and experts in the field of Sabu woven fabric. In addition to the classification process, the wider community also does not get much information about Sabu woven fabric clearly, because it is necessary to introduce the type of Sabu woven fabric, so that people can know or recognize the type of Sabu ikat woven fabric based on its type. Digital image processing techniques are utilized to build a system that can overcome the problems faced. Furthermore, image feature extraction will be carried out using gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) with 4 features namely contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity with angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, and 135°. Each GLCM feature shows the same value even though the original image is rotated. After image feature extraction, the extracted data will be classified using the TensorFlow library. From these results it can be concluded that the program succeeded in selecting the type of Sabu ikat woven fabric class.
