Uric acid or urine acid is a product of purine nucleic acid catabolism. Uric acid is produced from within the body (genetic) and from outside (food consumed). Uric acid is measured to assess purine metabolism abnormalities, to confirm the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment, and to detect abnormalities in kidney function. In this situation, the results of purine metabolism (uric acid) that should be excreted out of the body through the kidneys do not occur, so that uric acid in the blood will increase over time. Kidney failure disease kidney organ function has decreased so that eventually unable to work as a filter, dispose of body electrolytes, and maintain fluid and chemical balance in the blood or urine production. This study aims to determine uric acid levels and the percentage of uric acid levels that are outside the normal range and the relationship between hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure. The research method used is the descriptive method and the examination method uses the uricase enzymatic method. For data analysis using the SPSS Bivariate test program with Spearmen's Rank test with a sig value of 0.608 which was carried out on 32 samples of serum from hemodialysis patients at random. The results of this study showed that the average uric acid level was 7.1 mg/dL, while normal uric acid levels were 2.7 mg/dL, and the highest was 10.2 mg/dL. Uric acid levels that showed normal results were 12 respondents or 37.5% and increased results were 20 respondents or 62.5%. Hypertension is a condition where systolic blood pressure is equal to or more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than or equal to 90 mmHg. The cause of hypertension can be influenced by genetic factors, environmental factors or influenced by a combination of these two factors. From the causative factors, hypertension can be classified into 2, namely: primary or essential hypertension for which the cause is not known, and secondary hypertension which is hypertension arising from other diseases. According to the American Heart Association in 2019, there were about 4 billion people on the Asian continent, but levels of awareness, treatment and blood pressure control tend to be low. The Chinese population has a presentation of 47% of the population who are aware and check themselves for hypertension, 14% of whom are undergoing treatment. Singapore has 74% of people aware of hypertension and 69% undergoing treatment. In America, about 46% of adults have hypertension, about 40% of whom are African-American-non-Hispanic men and women. Women aged 20 to 34 years, 13% had hypertension; nearly 86% of the condition was in their mid-70s. Men at that age also had the same condition, increasing from about 26% to 80%.

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

The elderly group during the pandemic is the group most at risk of experiencing severity/morbidity and mortality due to Covid-19 disease. This is because elderly patients (geriatric) generally have various comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The elderly as a vulnerable group, of course, really need the right information related to Covid-19 with the right media. Media that can be used to provide information on Covid-19 to the elderly are posters and power points. This provision can be done by nurses. This research will be conducted on 50 elderly people at Kelurahan Bendungan Semarang. The study was conducted by measuring the level of knowledge with a knowledge level questionnaire about the problem of covid-19, before and after treatment. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test with control group. The research sample was determined by total sampling with certain criteria, namely: 1) elderly aged 60 years and over, 2) can read, write, communicate well, 3) do not experience sensory, cognitive, and movement disorders, 4) participate in all activities with 100% attendance. The division of the group was 25 people for the intervention group and 25 people for the control group. The provision of posters and PPT media was held 4 times in 4 weeks. This is done in combination because the combination of the two media can increase the level of better knowledge, especially for the elderly who have experienced a decline in function. There is an increase in the level of knowledge from low level 4 people (16%), medium level 15 people (60%), high level 6 people (24%) to low level 1 person (4%), medium level 9 people (36%), high level 15 people (60%).

Abstract. Gout often attacks people over the age of 30, this is because at that age the declining esterogenous levels can cause uric acid levels in the blood to increase. High uric acid levels can be overcome with a variety of treatments including nonpharmacological treatment in the form of giving pineapple juice. Prevention that can be done to keep uric acid levels normal is by limiting purine foods, choosing low-purine foods, avoiding taking drugs, and taking vitamin C supplements including consuming pineapple juice. The purpose of this study was to determine uric acid levels before and after giving pineapple juice and to determine the difference in results before and after giving pineapple juice on uric acid levels in menopausal women. The research method was pre experiment and the method of examining uric acid levels using the POCT method. The population in the study were 25 menopausal women aged 45-55 years in RW 3 Kaliwadas Village, Cirebon Regency. The sample in the study was 22 menopausal women, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data from the examination of uric acid levels before and after the administration of pineapple juice obtained the results of 21 samples that experienced a decrease (95.45%) and 1 sample that experienced an increase (4.45%) with an average uric acid level before 5.6 mg/dL with the highest level of 8.4 mg/dL and the lowest level of 4.7 mg/dL and the average after 5.3 mg/dL with the highest level of 8.4 mg/dL and the lowest level of 3.7 mg/dL. The research data were analyzed using a normality test and paired sample T-test obtained Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.005. based on this study it can be concluded that there is an influence on uric acid levels before and after being given pineapple juice.
