Effective leadership from a school principal is the key to improving the quality and performance of teachers as learning agents in madrasas. This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the leadership behavior of school principals in improving teacher performance at public elementary schools (MIN) 15 Bintaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research subject is the head of the school. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and taken from various literature relevant to the research material. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MIN 15 Binatro, namely: the principal has influenced and mobilized subordinates, the principal determines the tasks of the teachers and provides training so that teacher performance increases, the principal is able to communicate effectively with teachers, principals involve all interested parties in making decisions; (2) Policies that can be implemented by school principals to improve teacher performance, namely: establishing cooperative relationships with teachers, measuring teacher performance by looking at the abilities of their students, and paying attention to the methods teachers use to teach; (3) In improving teacher performance the principal of the MIN 15 Bintaro school seeks to improve the discipline and responsibility of teachers.

The progress of a nation is greatly influenced by the contribution to education. Education is expected to be able to make a truly intelligent society, so it will gives the nuances of intelligent life and will progressively shape independence. Such a nation community is a big investment to struggle out of the crisis in the face of a globalized world. In facing today's global world, the task of educators as professional teachers is not only to carry out learning in the classroom, but besides educating, nurturing and guiding the most important thing is to shape the personality of students who have the ability to prepare and develop themselves as critical and creative human resources. . most important is to educate and As educators, teachers convey knowledge and skills to students using certain methods so that knowledge or skills can belong to these students, therefore professional educators are educators who are always trying to improve their performance, by increasing their competence as educators. The embodiment of the competence of these educators is the responsibility of education, especially to prepare students to become intelligent and creative subjects in order to achieve maximum learning achievement. One indicator of the achievement of learning objectives can be identified by looking at the level of learning achievement obtained by students. Purwanto stated that learning achievement is a change in student behavior as a result of learning. The change in behavior was caused because he achieved the use of a number of materials provided in the teaching and learning process. This achievement is based on predetermined teaching objectives. The results can be in the form of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor changes.

The Islamic Student Association (HMI) is an umbrella organization with a clear model of being Indonesian and Islamic, providing a platform to train and develop leaders with honesty and quality determination, faith and responsibility. The factors that provide direction within the organization to adopt an Enterprise Architecture (EA) system are aimed at enhancing what the organization needs. Enterprise architecture or what can be called Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a description of the task in question consisting of knowledge, actions, direction from the organization and architectural performance parameters in the description of the design or plan and development of an integrated system. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that is widely used in creating enterprise or organizational architectures. TOGAF offers methods and tools for creating, running, implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures in existing systems. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint that is expected to be useful for organizations as material to assist IT development in HMI.

Student activity dominates and is very visible in learning. Having responsibility for the tasks that must be done by each student in the learning process makes students feel important and involved in the success of their learning. The objectives of this research are 1) to find out how lesson planning can increase students' self-confidence through the storytelling method and 2) to know how the implementation and improvement of learning can increase students' self-confidence through the storytelling method. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. This research attempts to increase students' self-confidence through the storytelling method in thematic learning. The conclusion from this study is that researchers have used the storytelling method to increase students' confidence in learning Indonesian which is very good. The preparation made by the researcher was to prepare lesson plans (learning plans) related to increasing self-confidence in class.

The process of planning, implementing, controlling, and maintaining, as well as developing development results is one of the keys to the success of any development effort. However, coordination is the organization of the relationship of joint efforts to obtain unity of action in achieving goals. Coordination is an effort to adjust different parts, so that the activities of the parts are completed on time, so that each can contribute its maximum efforts, in order to obtain overall results. Coordination of a large number of parts in any organization-wide effort is so important that some put it at the center of analysis. Effective coordination is a necessity to achieve good administration/management and is a direct responsibility of the leadership. Coordination and leadership are inseparable and therefore influence each other. Effective leadership will ensure good coordination because the leader acts as a coordinator  

As prospective managers of Islamic educational institutions we must know the hadith relating to management itself. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results and discussion of this article are this is related to human resource management in perfect Islam. The review of hadith can be interpreted as a process of managing and realizing human and Muslim society to truly believe in and fear Allah and are expected to be able to carry out full responsibility duties, reproduce scholars who have Islamic qualities , faith, knowledge, and noble character for the sake of building himself and his society seen from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Adapu the conclusion of this article is Management of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyiddin Management of human resources at the time of the Prophet placed a person seen from being able or not knya completed a mandate given especially in the field of management. That he put the right person in the right position or "the right man in the right place". Placing someone according to their expertise is one of the characteristics of Islamic professionalism. And put more emphasis on the professionalism of an employee.. Rasulullah and his friends really implemented these noble values in their leadership.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Christian Religious Education teachers towards the Great Commission of Jesus Christ as the basis for the ethics of the teaching profession. The Great Commission of Jesus Christ contains important moral values in the educational context, such as love, justice, humility, forgiveness, and social responsibility. This study uses the library method. In the library method, the writer will search and select information sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this research can contribute to the development of an educational approach that focuses on spiritual and ethical values, as well as provide a better understanding of the challenges faced by teachers in integrating religious values into a diverse school environment.

This research is a type of normative research which is not only descriptive It only explains what is true, and what is false of each problem and what factors influence. while the approach carried out in this study is the Law Approach Research (Statute approach) and case approach (case approach). And also The source of legal material in this study consists of primary legal material and secondary legal material. While the method of analysis of legal materials in this study is descriptive analytical which aims to describe precisely a problem.    

The Teaching Campus Program is a form of implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) which is an opportunity for students to assist the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SDN 3 Arjowilangun. In this program, students who are involved have the responsibility of assisting the school in various ways, some of which include the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. In addition, students have the responsibility to improve student character and increase student learning interest during the assignment

Responsibility for the decision of the lawsuit is borne by the company. In addition, the obstacle that is often encountered in this case is that lawsuits that have been submitted to the court are often passive in handling them. This ambiguity results in it being difficult to qualify that the actions of the Directors or Commissioners have occurred by mistake or negligence, so shareholders can also take part in dealing with these problems when the company they run suffers losses caused by the Directors or Commissioners. The method used in this study is normative juridical with a case approach and statutory approach. So the purpose of our research is to find out how the legal protection of shareholders against companies is through Derivative Action lawsuits.

The results of the study show that the legal relationship between the Air Transport Company and the passengers is a legal relationship which is a periodic agreement, namely an agreement with conditions that are carried out only for a certain time and for a certain action. Airline companies must be ready to be responsible to consumers who use air transportation services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation and regulated more specifically in Ministerial Regulation Number 77 of 2011 concerning Air Transport Responsibilities.

Teaching Campus is a learning channel that provides opportunities for students to study off-campus for one semester in order to practice their ability to solve complex problems by becoming partners with teachers to innovate in learning, develop strategies and learning models that are creative, innovative and fun. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching and learning process, technology adaptation, and school administration. In addition, students have the responsibility to improve students' literacy and numeracy as well as increase students' interest in learning. The results of this program are expected to foster students' social sensitivity to help the surrounding community, hone thinking skills in working with groups and teachers, develop character insights and student soft skills.

The Surabaya Teaching program is part of the Freedom to Learn Campus Merdeka (MBKM) policy to enrich student competence by providing opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by providing assistance to teachers and education staff at the primary and secondary education levels. This program invites students to contribute to improving the quality of learning at the elementary and junior high school levels for one semester. The Surabaya Teaching program is currently the 3rd batch assigned to teach, assist with technology, and assist with school administration and teachers in schools in 3T areas. One of the schools where Surabaya teaches is SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, which is located on Jl. Raya Prapen, Panjang Jiwo, Kec. Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya, East Java. Surabaya Teaching students also have a responsibility in improving the character and interest in learning students who are low. The goals that can be achieved in undergoing the Surabaya Teaching Program batch 3 are a process of adding relationships, adding experience outside the world of lectures, developing students' insights, character and soft skills, encouraging and spurring national development by growing student motivation to participate in development, and increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in the development of education in Indonesia. The results of this program include improving educational services at these schools in terms of teaching, technology utilization, and administration. It can be concluded that the Surabaya Teaching program provides good benefits for all parties and also provides a lot of experience gained during assignments taking place at SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, starting from the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation activities that take place during activities.

The teaching campus is a program from the Ministry of Research and Technology that provides opportunities for students to study off campus for one semester. In this program, students become partners with teachers to improve literacy and numeracy in schools that are targeted for campus teaching. The main task of this teaching campus program is to assist teachers in implementing learning in schools, especially to improve literacy and numeracy, increase students' creativity and help students adapt technology. The Teaching Campus Program by sending students as school change agents has helped the implementation of teaching and learning activities.

One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. The results of this study are that craftsmen market wayang kulit crafts online and digitally E-commerce to overcome the obstacles they face, the infrastructure related to the marketing of leather puppets that has been developed so far is a means of communication in the form of internet and WIFI, and infrastructure that is prioritized to be equipped is e-commerce digital marketplace.

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of directors in a company through a legal approach. In this context, the responsibility of directors refers to the legal obligations attached to directors in carrying out their duties and functions in a company. This study uses the literature analysis method to collect data from various legal sources, such as laws, court decisions, and related literature. The results of the research show that the responsibility of directors in a company has a strong legal basis. The directors have an obligation to act in good faith, carry out the functions of managing the company, and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders. They must make rational decisions, based on careful consideration and adequate information. However, there are several issues that need to be considered regarding the responsibilities of directors in the company. One of them is the potential problem of law violations by the directors, whether intentional or unintentional. In this regard, there needs to be an effective oversight and accountability mechanism in place to ensure that directors are held accountable for their actions.

The Terminal Service Officer, or better known as the Terminal Inspection Service, is a work unit tasked with supervising all facilities in the Land Side area of the airport, curb/sidewalk, parking area and terminal building. Before the airport operates, the Terminal Service Officer ensures or checks in advance whether all facilities are ready to operate or not, if one of these facilities is not ready, it will affect the operational processes of El Tari Kupang International Airport and can also pose a risk to the performance of TSO officers. . The purpose of this research is to find out the performance and efforts of Terminal Service Officers in resolving obstacles to facility monitoring at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data from interviews with 3 Terminal Service Officers, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, Terminal Service Officers (TSO) have duties and responsibilities that are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including facilities that are the responsibility of Terminal Service Officers, especially the land side area, passenger terminal and departure/arrival area, carry out routine checks supporting facilities to keep them operating properly. If in carrying out the supervision there is a damaged facility, it will be immediately coordinated with the unit concerned and repaired immediately.
