This can be created, among others, by providing comfortable, good and healthy accommodation; dazzling distinctive cultural arts attractions; delicious regional specialties and drinks with attractive presentation and appearance; local souvenirs that are of high quality, easy to carry, affordable and have a special meaning for the places they visit. Promoting and cultivating Sapta Pesona Wisata in everyday life has a much broader objective, namely to increase national discipline and national identity which will also enhance the good image of the nation and state. The large number of tourist objects makes the government pay less attention to tourist objects that are not included in the Priority Tourism Objects. However, developing and managing tourist objects as a whole is one of the government's main tasks in sustainability  

Wilayah hinterland Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo mempunyai keunggulan yang kompetitif diberbagai sektor, sehingga berperan penting untuk memajukan dan mengembangkan perekonomian terkhusus daerah bagian utara Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pelayanan Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit terhadap kegiatan bongkar muat barang dikategorikan masih kurang baik, penyebabnya adalah minimnya infrastruktur yang dimiliki oleh Pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan terhadap Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa diagram SWOT IFAS/EFAS terletak di kuadran I sehingga strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk pengembangan Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo adalah strategi agresif dengan strategi pemaksimalan pemakaian dermaga, lapangan penumpukan, dan pelayanan dokumen untuk menangantisipasi kenaikan arus kunjungan kapal dan barang, melakukan penambahan infra dan suprastruktur Pelabuhan, pengadaan fasilitas dan peralatan yang modern sehingga proses bongkar muat dan sandar kapal dapat berjalan dengan mudah, cepat dan aman.

The aim of this digital marketing training activity is to increase participants' knowledge in terms of utilizing digital platforms, as well as provide alternative livelihood options for participants to increase their income. Therefore, the identity of the product itself is needed in the industrial era 4.0. This research method was carried out offline using two sessions, namely, an explanation regarding labeling and digital marketing and practicing how to make labels. Therefore, KKN students carry out a work program in the form of regular assistance to MSME business actors related to making labels to make attractive packaging. The training for labeling and digital marketing has gone according to the wishes and expectations of two parties, namely the owner of the Soybean Crackers "BERKAH" UMKM and also from the East Java UPN "Veteran" Community Service Students. It is hoped that the holding of this training can support and further develop MSMEs in the Bendo Village area, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City.

In today’s modern era, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must be able to innovate in order to attract the attention of consumers and maintain their efforts. Many UMKMs experienced a decline in sales and could not grow even bankrupt during the Covid-19 pandemic last year. These conditions make the UMKM perpetrators have to think to be able to survive for the sake of their efforts. The transition of offline shopping to online (digitalized) in modern times will make it easier for UMKM to expand marketing access. The role of digital technology has a significant impact on UMKM. Emerging technological paradigms leverage the potential of a stronger and more sustainable UMKM. Social media and e-commerce can be the sales container of UMKM offenders. The aim of the community empowerment program on UMKM in the Middle East is to provide support for digital marketing training as an effort to develop and expand the technology-based marketing network (digital). After doing this dedication, it is hoped that the UMKM perpetrators in the Middle Coral Coral will continue to synergize for the sustainability of UMKM and the development of the economy of the community.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, workload and incentives on employee loyalty. Data was collected using a questionnaire on employees of the Public and State Property Section, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique is saturated with a total of 35 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of multiple linear analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Y = 2.382 + 0.202 (X1) + 0.452 (X2) + 0.151 (X3) + €, so that it can be partially concluded that Career Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Workload and Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty in General and Property Sections State, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta.

In entrepreneurship, of course, it is necessary to apply the science of financial governance in order to develop a business so that it can develop. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the science of financial governance in the Kangvifo FnB business. The research method uses qualitative data, the data source is primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation of financial reports from September to December. The results of this study indicate the application of the science of financial governance to the Kangvifo FnB business, which previously did not carry out financial management properly and after being assisted has carried out such planning as making a price list for the types of product photos to be photographed, sales targets, and has recorded reports. working capital, statement of cash flows, and statement of income

Sibalaya Selatan Village has 6 SMEs consisting of culinary SMEs, selling/product SMEs and service SMEs. South Sibalaya Village does not yet have policies or programs related to the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village. In the development of MSMEs, there is a need for cooperation between internal parties, namely business actors and external parties, namely the government to optimize their potential and improve the economy. This is what prompted research on the role of the village government in the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village.

This activity aims to find out how the food business development strategy is in setting product prices in the D&A geprek chicken business. The implementation method used is how to determine the time and duration of the activity and the place where the activity will be carried out. The results of this activity show that D&A's Geprek Chicken can compete with other Geprek sellers in Palu City, due to the lower price setting strategy compared to other sellers. The purpose of the study of Rambang Palangka Raya Port using SWOT analysis is to identify internal and external factors that can influence the development of the tourism potential of Rambang Port. The survey method is a qualitative approach using the SWOT analysis tool. Overall, the Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS) show that Lambang Harbor has great potential for tourism development. However, several elements still need to be improved so that this tourist destination can develop better. Appropriate strategies must be implemented to overcome weaknesses and take advantage of existing opportunities to promote regional tourism development. Lanbang Port is expected to become an attractive and popular tourist destination. Research can be carried out to support the development of Lambang Port tourism. Studying tourist preferences will help determine the factors that influence tourist decisions in choosing this natural tourism destination, as well as help determine the type and size of facilities most needed to optimize local tourism management. Research on marketing and promotion strategies can help increase tourist visits to Rambang Harbor by identifying more specific tourist preferences and needs.

The current digital era has an impact on e-commerce businesses. This also has an impact on the growth of logistics transportation companies to meet customer needs. Graha Trans experienced a positive impact from the booming e-commerce business. Quality assurance is needed to measure the success of a logistics transportation company and become a reference for improvement. The research method used is a literature study by collecting various related references related to the development of the quality of Graha Trans's logistics transportation. The results of the research are that Graha Trans carries out quality assurance by providing periodic checks on vehicles, providing training for employees to carry out standard operating procedures and creating services that make it easier for customers to track goods.

This research is development research that aims to find out: 1) the development of powtoon animation video learning media on egg material; 2) the feasibility of powtoon animation video learning media on egg material; and 2) students' responses to the powtoon animation video learning media on egg material. This study uses the 4D development method, but only up to the development stage. Data were obtained using validation sheets and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The validation sheet was assessed by an expert judgment which was tested with the Aiken V formula. The questionnaire sheet was assessed by students who then carried out a practicality test to see students' responses to learning media. Based on the results of the data analysis performed, the material validation results obtained an Aiken V value of 0.959. The media validation results obtained an Aiken V value of 0.954. Meanwhile, from the results of the student response questionnaire, they obtained a percentage value of 80.6% in the very practical category. This shows that the powtoon animation video learning media on egg material is feasible, very practical, and can be used in DDPK 2 learning egg material.

This study aims to explain the influece of informatiomof characteristics and accounting information systems on managerial performance in goverment agencies is the aim of the research. Determination of the  sample using the total population sampling method in this study were structural officials and staff at the west sumatera research and development agency and the sample used in this study was as many as 31 respondents. Based on research result that there is an influence of information on characteristics on managerial performance the work of managers of geverments agencies and there is influence of accouting informatios systems on the managerial performance of agencies.

This study aims to develop learning media based on Android using iSpring Suite in informatics subjects, with a focus on computer hardware material. This study uses a multimedia development method which consists of five stages: needs analysis, design, development, evaluation, and implementation.   The results showed that the android-based learning media using the iSpring Suite in informatics subjects received positive responses from media experts who were involved in the development process. In conclusion, the development of Android-based learning media using the iSpring Suite in informatics subjects, especially in computer hardware material, can be used as a learning tool for students..

Developing children's interests and talents in a religious context is crucial to shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. This study aims to explore the various methods used in religious activities in Heram District, Waena Kel. Jayapura City, and to measure their impact on the development of children's interests and talents. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, data was collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Results show that religious activities not only increase children's interest in spiritual aspects, but also contribute to their social and emotional development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh prosocial engagement dalam pendidikan agama Katolik terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa melalui keteladanan guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru agama Katolik, dan survei siswa. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa prosocial engagement memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter siswa, seperti empati, toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial. Selain itu, keteladanan guru memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mendorong siswa untuk terlibat dalam perilaku sosial yang positif.  Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pendidikan agama Katolik dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai kristiani dan menciptakan siswa yang bertanggung jawab dan peduli terhadap sesama. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini juga dibahas untuk membantu pengembangan pendekatan dan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam pendidikan agama Katolik.

Dalam menunjang proses bisnis di Institut Teknologi Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie dibutuhkan perancangan Sistem Informasi yang baik dengan perencanaan yang terstruktur agar tidak ada kegagalan dan masalah pada penerapan Sistem Informasi tersebut, maka untuk menciptakan keselarasan antara strategi bisnis organisasi dan teknologi informasi dirancang sebuah Enterprise Resource Planning. Perancangan Enterprise Resourch Planning di Institut Teknologi Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM yang bersifat fleksibel dan cocok diimplementasikan untuk organisasi yang belum meiliki arsitektur enterprise. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Blueprint srsitektur enterprise yang merupakan arsitektur utama yaitu arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data dan arsitektur aplikasi yang telah disesuaikan dengan proses bisnis di Institut Teknologi Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie.
